Abstract

This type of research is historical research, which is a research method that aims to make a systematic and objective reconstruction of the past by collecting evidence to establish facts and obtain strong conclusions. This research was carried out in Bengkalis Regency by reaching various relevant locations, such as the Bengkalis Regency Library and Archives Office, the Soeman HS Regional Library in Pekanbaru, the Riau Provincial Archives Office, and the homes of resource persons in the Bengkalis area. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The data analysis technique in this study is a systematic process carried out from the beginning to the end of the research to process, study, and compile data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation inductively. K.H. Imam Bulqin is an influential scholar from Bengkalis who has a strategic role in the fields of da'wah, Islamic education, and the struggle for independence. The education he took at various Islamic boarding schools in Java and the experience of migrating to Malaysia formed a broad Islamic insight while instilling a strong spirit of nationalism. Upon his return to Bengkalis, he was warmly welcomed by the community for his contribution in guiding socio-religious life, spreading Islamic teachings, and becoming a moral and spiritual role model. The period 1935-1949 was the most dynamic period in his work, when the political situation was colored by Dutch colonialism, Japanese occupation, and post-proclamation military aggression. The findings of this study confirm that the role of scholars such as K.H. Imam Bulqin proves that the struggle for Indonesian independence is not only carried out by military figures and politicians, but also by religious leaders who have the capacity to awaken the collective consciousness of the nation.

Abstract

Pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut inovasi pembelajaran yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga penguatan karakter dan keterampilan abad 21. Salah satu wujud implementasi kurikulum merdeka adalah Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) yang bertujuan membentuk karakter peserta didik sesuai nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi model Project Based Learning (PJBL) dalam kegiatan P5 di SMA Negeri 4 Solok, meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta hambatan dan strategi yang ditempuh guru maupun siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri atas reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PJBL dalam kegiatan P5 di SMA N 4 Solok terlaksana dengan cukup baik. Guru menyusun modul projek, memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang relevan, serta menyusun instrumen evaluasi yang sesuai. Siswa terlibat aktif dalam setiap tahap kegiatan, mulai dari eksplorasi budaya lokal, perancangan proyek, praktik lapangan, hingga presentasi hasil berupa produk nyata. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya pemahaman guru terkait konsep P5 berbasis PjBL, serta sarana pendukung yang belum optimal. Meski demikian, strategi berupa kolaborasi guru, penyesuaian jadwal, serta bimbingan intensif mampu menjadi solusi. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan PJBL dalam kegiatan P5 dengan tema kearifan lokal di SMA N 4 Solok efektif meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi, kreativitas, kemandirian, serta kecintaan siswa terhadap budaya lokal. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PJBL dapat menjadi pendekatan yang tepat dalam mewujudkan dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila, meskipun masih membutuhkan peningkatan dalam aspek sosialisasi, manajemen waktu, dan penyediaan fasilitas.

Abstract

This research is motivated by low student interest and participation in political issues, as well as the need for a more applicable and participatory learning approach. Interactive methods such as group discussions and election simulations are considered capable of accommodating students' needs to understand political dynamics in a more concrete and enjoyable way. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of interactive-based Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) learning in increasing the political awareness of 11th-grade Phase F students at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti. This research used a qualitative case study approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the application of interactive methods in PPKn learning has a positive impact on increasing student participation, understanding, and political awareness. Students become more active in discussions, confidently express their opinions, and are able to connect the material to political events around them. The mini-election simulation serves as an effective means of instilling democratic values, such as responsibility, honesty, and tolerance. The findings of this study indicate that interactive learning is relevant in the context of the Independent Curriculum as a strategy to shape democratic and national-minded student character. The main supporting factors for the success of this learning process are the teacher's role as a facilitator, the availability of learning resources, and active student involvement. Obstacles faced include time constraints, diverse student communication skills, and limited experience in political practice. Overall, interactive PPKn learning has proven effective in comprehensively increasing students' political awareness.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini mengimplementasikan sistem irigasi tetes untuk mengatasi keterbatasan air pada pertanian hortikultura skala rumah tangga di Desa Biccoing, Kecamatan Tonra. Pendekatan partisipatif-edukatif melibatkan kelompok perempuan Dasawisma melalui pelatihan, pendampingan instalasi, dan mentoring berkelanjutan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi penyiraman sebesar 50%, penghematan air yang signifikan, serta keseragaman pertumbuhan tanaman cabai dan tomat yang lebih baik. Selain manfaat teknis, program meningkatkan partisipasi perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan pertanian dan memperkuat kolaborasi sosial di tingkat komunitas. Studi menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi teknologi tepat guna sederhana dapat efektif mendukung ketahanan pangan rumah tangga sekaligus mengoptimalkan sumber daya air terbatas. Model ini menunjukkan potensi replikasi bagi komunitas pedesaan serupa yang menghadapi tantangan pengelolaan air.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of a student learning outcomes can be seen from the results of four grade students studied 72 Harapan Baru Elementary School, with an average value of 68. Therefore, the researchers provide an alternative to the application of the concept map learning strategy in the fourth grade 72 Harapan Baru. This research aims to improve learning outcomes PKn Elementary School four grade students Mandau sub 72 Harapan Baru with learning Implementation Strategy Concept Maps. This research is a form of classroom action research (PTK) with 2 cycles. Based on research data anlisis after implementing learning strategies Concept Map, the average percentage of the activity of teachers in the first cycle 66,66% increased to 87,46% in the second cycle. The average percentage of student activity also increased, namely 56,25% in the first cycle increased to 83,33% in the second cycle. Student learning outcomes in basic score by the average value of 68 and the first cycle increased with an average value of 71,25 class with an increasing percentage of learning outcomes 4,77% and the percentage of students who completed 65%, and the second cycle increased again by an average of 75.50 with the percentage improvement class learning outcomes 11,02% and the percentage of students who completed 80%. These results indicate that the application of learning strategies concept maps can enhance learning outcomes PKn four grade students of SD Negeri 72 Harapan Baru.

Abstract

Perkembangan media digital telah memunculkan fenomena konten viral yang seringkali mengabaikan nilai dan etika komunikasi. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari sebuah studi berjudul "TINJAUAN MEDIA CLICKBAIT" karya Solihin, Rahmawati, Haryati, dan Mogot (2022), yang diterbitkan dalam COMMED: Jurnal Komunikasi dan Media. Studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa clickbait telah berkembang sebagai pendekatan sistematis dalam media digital untuk menarik perhatian pembaca guna meningkatkan lalu lintas, meskipun dampak komersial ini secara signifikan merusak standar jurnalistik: penggunaan judul yang provokatif dan seringkali mengurangi integritas substansi konten.[1]Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara viralitas, nilai, relevansi, dan keberlanjutan dalam strategi komunikasi media. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui tinjauan pustaka jurnal dan sumber ilmiah terkait komunikasi digital dan etika media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang berkelanjutan perlu mengintegrasikan unsur viralitas dengan nilai sosial dan edukatif, didukung oleh brand storytelling, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), dan kepatuhan terhadap Kode Etik Periklanan Indonesia (EPI 2020). Pendekatan ini memperkuat kredibilitas dan membangun hubungan jangka panjang antara media dan khalayak.)

Abstract

In the midst of modernization, the younger generation's interest in local culture, including Minangkabau traditional clothing, especially in the Koto Nan Gadang area, is decreasing. This condition encourages the need for a creative approach to revive the values ​​and philosophical meanings inherent in Koto Nan Gadang traditional clothing, one of which is through the design of two-dimensional illustrations as a visual medium that is close to today's generation. This study aims to design a two-dimensional illustration of the youngest daughter (unmarried woman) wearing traditional clothing typical of the Koto Nan Gadang area in West Sumatra as a visualization of local culture through digital illustrations. The design method used is the Five Phases of Design Graphic Process method designed by Robin Landa. The method consists of 5 stages, namely orientation, analysis, concept, design, and implementation. Data collection was carried out qualitatively obtained from observations and interviews, as well as from books or archives related to the research object. This design produces a female character wearing traditional clothing typical of Koto Nan Gadang which is visualized in a two-dimensional illustration style, so that it can be a documentation and visual interpretation of traditional clothing of West Sumatra, especially in Koto Nan Gandang. This work not only functions as a medium for art appreciation, but also as an educational tool in introducing the cultural identity of Koto Nan Gadang to a wider audience, especially the younger generation who are familiar with digital media

Abstract

This study aimed to improve the learning interest of Grade XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Bintan Utara through the implementation of the Make a Match cooperative learning model assisted by Question Card media in History learning. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were Grade XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Bintan Utara. Data were collected through observations of teacher and student activities and student learning interest questionnaires. The results showed that teacher activity increased from 75% in Cycle I to 90% in Cycle II, student activity increased from 78% to 92%, and students’ learning interest significantly improved, as indicated by an increase in the average percentage of learning interest from 74% in Cycle I to 86% in Cycle II, exceeding the predetermined success indicators. Therefore, the Make a Match cooperative learning model assisted by Question Card media was proven to be effective in increasing students’ learning interest in History learning.
