Abstract

Latar Belakang: Masalah kesehatan mental di kalangan remaja meningkat di seluruh dunia, sementara metode penilaian tradisional terbatas dalam menangkap perubahan psikologis secara real-time dan objektif. Biomarker digital dan sinyal fisiologis dari perangkat wearable dan smartphone menghadirkan alternatif yang menjanjikan untuk pemantauan kesehatan mental secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi peran biomarker digital dan sinyal fisiologis dalam memantau kesehatan mental di kalangan remaja. Metode: Tinjauan literatur sistematis dilakukan dengan mensitesis artikel-artikel yang diperoleh dari Scopus, PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar, dengan fokus pada studi yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 dan 2026. Kriteria inklusi, berdasarkan kerangka kerja PICOS, populasi remaja, variabilitas detak jantung (HRV) dan aktivitas elektrodermal (EDA), dan kesehatan mental: depresi, kecemasan, dan stres. Dua puluh studi memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan sintesis naratif. Hasil: Temuan menunjukkan bahwa variabilitas detak jantung (HRV) adalah biomarker fisiologis yang paling banyak digunakan dan sangat terkait dengan hasil kesehatan mental yaitu depresi, kecemasan, dan stres. Pendekatan multimodal yang mengintegrasikan sinyal fisiologis, data perilaku, dan fenotipe digital mencapai akurasi prediksi yang lebih tinggi daripada model modalitas tunggal. AI dan metode machine learing lebih lanjut meningkatkan deteksi dan klasifikasi kondisi kesehatan mental. Kesimpulan: Biomarker digital dan sinyal fisiologis mewakili pendekatan yang menjanjikan dan inovatif untuk pemantauan kesehatan mental pada remaja. Integrasi teknologi yang dapat dikenakan dan analitik berbasis kecerdasan buatan memungkinkan penilaian yang berkelanjutan dan objektif, mendukung deteksi dan intervensi dini. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat berfokus pada pengintegrasian faktor biopsikososial, meningkatkan ketelitian metodologis, dan sistem pelayanan kesehatan mental.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kesejahteraan psikologis di kalangan dewasa muda merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang semakin penting, terutama di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi yang ditandai dengan tuntutan akademis yang substansial. Pprestasi akademik sering dianggap sebagai indikator keberhasilan, hubungannya dengan kesejahteraan psikologis kompleks dan belum sepenuhnya dijelaskan. Tujuan: Studi ini menganalisis hubungan antara prestasi akademik dan kesejahteraan psikologis pada dewasa muda. Metode: Desain analitik kuantitatif, cross-sectional digunakan. Tujuh puluh enam dewasa muda berusia 19 hingga 21 tahun berpartisipasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi kuesioner demografi dan kuesioner Psychological Well-Being (PWB). Prestasi akademik dikategorikan sebagai memuaskan, sangat memuaskan, atau cum laude, dan kesejahteraan psikologis diklasifikasikan sebagai rendah, sedang, atau tinggi. Statistik deskriptif dan uji korelasi peringkat Spearman digunakan untuk analisis bivariat. Hasil: Sebagian besar peserta adalah perempuan (67,1%) dan berusia 20 tahun (42,1%). Mayoritas menunjukkan prestasi akademik yang sangat memuaskan (42,1%) dan kesejahteraan psikologis yang moderat (67,1%). Analisis korelasi Spearman menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan secara statistik tetapi lemah antara prestasi akademik dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Kesimpulan: Prestasi akademik secara signifikan berhubungan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis di kalangan dewasa muda, meskipun hubungannya lemah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor di luar prestasi akademik berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Intervensi komprehensif yang membahas determinan psikososial direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pada populasi ini. Kesejahteraan di kalangan dewasa muda.

Abstract

Sexual violence among adolescents persists as a significant public health concern, particularly in rural areas with limited access to information. Insufficient adolescent knowledge regarding the definition, forms, and prevention of sexual violence increases the risk of victimization or perpetration. This community service program sought to enhance adolescents’ knowledge of sexual violence prevention through a structured health education intervention. Forty adolescent members of a karang taruna youth organization in Wonorejo Village participated in the program, which incorporated lectures, group discussions, and simulations. Knowledge acquisition was evaluated using pre-test and post-test questionnaires. Initial assessments indicated that most participants possessed low knowledge, with only 12.5% achieving a high level. Following the intervention, 62.5% of adolescents attained the high-knowledge category, and none remained in the low-knowledge category. These results indicate the effectiveness of community-based educational strategies in addressing information deficits at the village level. The findings align with existing literature that underscores the value of comprehensive sexual education in preventing sexual violence among adolescents. The intervention also fostered greater openness among adolescents in discussing sensitive topics and increased their willingness to report experiences or observations of violence. Sustainable implementation of this program is recommended, involving parents, teachers, and community leaders as agents of change. The outcomes of this initiative may serve as a pilot model for sexual violence prevention education in adolescent communities within similar contexts.

Abstract

Background: New students frequently encounter communication challenges as they adjust to the campus environment, which can affect their learning process and social interactions. Assertive communication training is one effective strategy to enhance students’ communication skills. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of assertive communication training in improving the communication skills of new students within the campus setting. Methods: The study was conducted by providing an assertive communication orientation to 175 nursing students. Data were collected using pretest and posttest assessments to measure changes in students’ knowledge of assertive communication. Results: The pretest results showed that 35 students (25%) had low knowledge, and only 15 students (8.5%) demonstrated high knowledge of assertive communication. After the training, none of the students remained in the low knowledge category; 88 students (50.3%) had high knowledge, and 87 students (49.7%) had moderate knowledge. Conclusion: Assertive communication training is effective in enhancing the knowledge and communication skills of new students. These findings can serve as a basis for developing soft skills training programs to support students’ adaptation to the higher education environment.
