Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of City Branding, e-WOM, Attraction, and accessibility on the decision to visit tourist attractions in Madiun City. The research method used in this study is quantitative, using a sample of 385 respondents with the help of SPSS25 software. The study results indicate that the city branding variable (X1) partially positively and significantly influences the decision to visit Madiun City, so the first hypothesis is accepted. Partially, the e-wom variable (X2) positively and significantly influences the decision to visit Madiun City, so the second hypothesis is accepted. Partially, the attractiveness variable (X3) positively and significantly influences the decision to visit Madiun City, so the third hypothesis is accepted. Partially, the variable of accessibility (X4) positively and significantly influences the decision to visit Madiun City, so the fourth hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the harmony in husband and wife relations as implied in Surah al-Baqarah verse 223. This study integrates two relevant theoretical frameworks, namely the Mubadalah theory and Attachment theory. The Mubadalah theory, with its focus on reciprocal and mutual relations, is used to examine the implications of the verse on the dynamics of equal and mutually beneficial interactions in marriage. Meanwhile, the Attachment theory, which emphasizes emotional bonds and the need for security in relationships, is applied to understand how the verse contributes to the formation and maintenance of intimacy and emotional support between husband and wife. This study uses a qualitative approach that is library research. In interpreting the verse, this study uses the tahlili method. The primary data sources in this study are several classical and contemporary tafsir books, the mubadalah theory book by Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir and the attachment theory psychology book by John Bowlby. The secondary data in this study are: articles, journals, dissertations, family relationship books, and scientific papers which are relevant to the discussion of this study. The results of the study show that the integrative analysis of the mubadalah theory towards QS. Surah al-Baqarah verse 223; the wife has the same rights in the household, both in intimate relationships, love, rights and obligations as well as in decision making. Meanwhile, the integrative analysis of the Attachment theory with QS. Surah al-Baqarah verse 223 implicitly shows that the husband is the caregiver for his wife and the wife is the caregiver for her husband. The sacred agreement in marriage requires both the wife and husband to be present not only physically but also emotionally so that both become a safe place in the household. Keywords: Harmony, Al-Baqarah 223, Mubadalah, Attachment   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam harmoni dalam relasi suami istri sebagaimana tersirat dalam Surah al-Baqarah ayat 223. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan dua kerangka teoritis yang relevan, yaitu teori Mubadalah dan teori Attachment. Teori Mubadalah, dengan fokusnya pada relasi timbal balik dan kesalingan, digunakan untuk mengkaji implikasi ayat terhadap dinamika interaksi yang setara dan saling menguntungkan dalam perkawinan. Sementara itu, teori Attachment, yang menekankan pada ikatan emosional dan kebutuhan akan rasa aman dalam hubungan, diterapkan untuk memahami bagaimana ayat tersebut berkontribusi pada pembentukan dan pemeliharaan keintiman serta dukungan emosional antara suami dan istri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat kepustakaan (Library Research). Dalam menafsirkan ayat, penelitian ini menggunakan metode tahlili. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini yaitu beberapa kitab tafsir klasik dan kontemporer, buku teori mubadalah karya Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir dan buku psikologi attachment theory karya John Bowlby. Adapun data sekunder dalam penelitian ini yaitu: artikel, jurnal, disertasi, buku relasi keluarga, dan karya tulis ilmiah yang mana relevan dengan pemembahasan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis integratif teori mubadalah terhadap QS. Surah al-Baqarah ayat 223; istri memiliki hak yang sama dalam rumah tangga, baik dalam hubungan intim, cinta kasih, hak dan kewajiban serta dalam pengambilan keputusan. Sedangkan Analisis integratif teori Attachment dengan QS. Surah al-Baqarah ayat 223 secara implisit menunjukkan bahwa suami adalah pengasuh bagi istrinya dan istri adalah pengasuh bagi suaminya. Perjanjian sakral dalam pernikahan menuntut pasangan baik istri/suami tidak hanya hadir secara fisik tapi juga hadir secara emosional sehingga keduanya sam-sama menjadi tempat aman dalam rumah tangga.   Kata Kunci: Harmoni, Al-Baqarah 223, Mubadalah, Attachment

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini mempunyai tujuan memberikan pembinaan karakter kepada anak-anak yang mempunyai masalah dengan hukum melalui peran orang tua dalam membina anak-anak baik anak yang mempunyai masalah dengan hukum maupun dengan anak yang tidak mempunyai masalah dengan hukum. Penyelenggaan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Lembaga Penyelenggaraan Kesejahteraan Sosial (LPKS) Sumatera Selatan yang lokasinya terletak di Wilayah Indralaya Utara Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Temuan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini anak-anak antusias dalam mengikutinya dan begitupun orang tua yang mendampinginya antusias sekali dalam mengikuti pembinaan, para peserta yang ikut pembinaan ini beraneka ragam namun meskipun berbeda-beda asal daerah tetap tidak ada kesenjangan diantara mereka, para peserta setelah mengikuti pembinaan dan pelatihan ini mereka sangat termotivasi untuk berubah manjadi baik dan bahkan menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

This Marriage dispensation constitutes a legal instrument granted by the state as an exception to the statutory minimum age of marriage. In practice, however, its application continues to generate tensions between legal certainty, child protection, and the objective of establishing a family grounded in maslahah. This article aims to analyze marriage dispensation from the perspectives of child protection and family maslahah, positioning the best interest of the child as the primary guiding principle. The study employs a normative juridical method, using statutory and conceptual approaches through an examination of marriage legislation and child protection law. The findings indicate that marriage dispensation is frequently granted on the basis of short-term social and moral considerations, while insufficient attention is paid to the protection of children’s rights, psychological readiness, and the long-term implications for family resilience. From the perspective of maslahah, marriage dispensation should be directed toward preventing greater harm rather than generating new forms of vulnerability for children and families. This article emphasizes the need to strengthen judicial standards of assessment, enhance the involvement of psychologists and social workers, and promote preventive approaches through family and community education. When applied proportionately, marriage dispensation may function as a protective legal instrument rather than merely serving as a mechanism for legitimizing child marriage, thereby aligning with the objectives of child protection and the realization of a maslahah-oriented family.

Abstract

Peran seorang da’i dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan keagamaan menuntut tidak hanya pemahaman teologis, tetapi juga kekuatan karakter dan keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif. Artikel ini bertujuan menggali potensi psikologi kepribadian dalam membentuk karakter da’i yang mampu berdakwah secara persuasif, adaptif, dan humanis. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur, penelitian ini menyoroti konsep-konsep utama dalam psikologi kepribadian—seperti Big Five Personality Traits, kecerdasan emosional, dan self-efficacy—serta relevansinya terhadap kompetensi dakwah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian yang stabil, keterbukaan terhadap pengalaman, empati, serta kemampuan mengelola emosi memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap efektivitas dakwah. Selain itu, kesadaran diri dan kemampuan memahami karakteristik psikologis audiens memungkinkan da’i membangun hubungan komunikasi yang lebih autentik dan konstruktif. Dengan demikian, integrasi pemahaman psikologi kepribadian dalam pembinaan da’i menjadi langkah strategis dalam mencetak pendakwah yang berkarakter, profesional, dan mampu menjawab tantangan dakwah di era moder.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food sector play an important role in local economic development; however, many still face challenges in utilizing business legality to enhance business capacity and sustainability. One important form of business legality for food-based MSMEs in Indonesia is the Home Industry Food Production Permit (P-IRT), which functions not only as an administrative requirement but also as a guarantee of food safety and a means to increase consumer trust. This community service activity aims to assist MSMEs in utilizing business legality (P-IRT) as part of strengthening business capacity and sustainability. The activity was conducted from September 20 to November 5, 2025, involving several food-based MSMEs in Kelurahan Kelun, Madiun City, with one main partner being an MSME owned by Mrs. Riyanto, which produces P-IRT-certified traditional herbal drinks, wingko babat, and pecel chili sauce. The method applied was a participatory assistance approach through education on the utilization of P-IRT, adjustment of product labels in accordance with P-IRT standards, and strengthening business identity through simple branding. The results indicate an improvement in MSME owners’ understanding of P-IRT as an instrument to support business professionalism, reflected in improved product labeling and business identity. This activity is still at the capacity-building stage and has not yet reached the implementation of advanced development or quantitative impact measurement.

Abstract

One of the things that must be considered in the implementation of work is the realization of good employee performance. Therefore employee performance needs to be considered in an effort to achieve maximum goals, this shows that leadership has a very important role in achieving employee performance, and leaders are able to apply appropriate leadership and in accordance with existing situations and conditions, so employees will also can work comfortably and with high enthusiasm, this work assessment is carried out to assess and is also used to evaluate abilities, skills, assess achievement and reassess the growth of each employee. If this performance appraisal is done properly it can be used to increase loyalty and motivation for the employees.
