Abstract

This article discusses the ethics of criticizing the government in Thaha's letter verses 43-48 from the perspective of Buya Hamka and Sheikh Wahbah az-Zuhaili. This is based on the thoughts of Buya Hamka and Wahbah who provide different examples of the ethics of criticizing the government. This article will compare thoughts on the ethics of government criticism between Buya Hamka and Wahbah az-Zuhaili in their respective interpretations. The method used in this article is comparative descriptive, namely explaining the differences and similarities between the interpretations of the two commentators.  The findings reveal that there are similarities as well as differences between the interpretations of Buya Hamka and Wahbah az-Zuhaili. The similarities found in the two interpretations are the meaning of the characteristics of mastery that goes beyond limits, the meaning of the technique of hitting with soft language, the content of the criticism conveyed by Musa Harun to Pharaoh, as well as the validity of the criticism conveyed by both of them to Pharaoh. The difference in the two interpretations is the style of language used by both of them in explaining the characteristics of those in authority and when hitting them using gentle language, then the meaning contained in fear when hitting people with high power, also presents different supporting data.

Abstract

Village independence is one of the priorities in national development, especially in improving the welfare of rural communities. Information technology (IT) has an important role in speeding up this process, especially in the current digital era. This research aims to implement the application of information technology to encourage village independence, both in economic, administrative and social aspects. The method used is a case study in Village X, with a qualitative approach through interviews, observation and documentation analysis. The research results show that the application of IT, such as village information systems, local e-commerce, and web-based administration applications, is able to increase the efficiency of public services, expand market access for village products, and increase participation in village development communities. Thus, the correct application of IT can be an important pillar in realizing independent villages in the digital era.

Abstract

One of the main components of the independent curriculum is character and numeracy learning. These two components are among the abilities that elementary school students must have. The aim of this research is to look at problems in learning numeracy and character literacy which are requirements for making learning products. This research is qualitative and uses interviews and observations. The subjects of this research were teachers and students of class IV SDN 060970 Medan Belawan. The results of data analysis show that this research focuses on three main themes: lack of teaching materials to improve numeracy literacy skills, lack of numeracy literacy training, and behavioral problems related to character. Future researchers can use the findings of this research to assess the need to create learning models, learning modules, and teacher guidebooks that aim to improve students' numeracy skills and character.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization at universities, one of which is Prima Nusantara University, managing student data has become an important aspect for higher education institutions to support campus administration activities. This research aims to design a student biodata entry information system that is efficient, integrated and easy to access. This system is designed to automate the registration process and manage student data, which was previously done manually or Google from in collecting student biodata, thereby reducing the risk of errors and duplication of data. A prototype student biodata entry information system that allows users to input, update and manage student data. real-time integrated at Prima Nusantara University, especially for new student data, for campus administration purposes, data is usually collected manually, so I am interested in creating an information system for new student data entry in searching for student data on the Prima University campus. Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of lifestyle on consumer purchasing decisions in fashion thrifting, with purchase intention as an intervening variable using a quantitative method. The research aims to determine the effect of lifestyle on consumer purchasing decisions in fashion thrifting, with purchase intention as an intervening variable. This study employs a survey method with a quantitative approach, where data was collected from 96 respondents who are thrifting consumers. The population in this study consists of all consumers who purchase fashion thrifting in Padang City, with an unknown exact number, and the research sample was selected using purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to all respondents, which were then analyzed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Least Square). The results show that lifestyle has a direct and significant effect on purchasing decisions, although this effect becomes stronger when mediated by purchase intention. The intervening variable test indicates that purchase intention strengthens the relationship between lifestyle and purchasing decisions. Thus, purchase intention serves as a significant intervening variable in this study.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of QR Code service as a customer complaint system on Indihome, a flagship product of PT Telkom Indonesia. This service aims to simplify the process for customers to report internet issues without needing to contact the call center or visit the office. By scanning the QR Code, customers can easily fill out a complaint form that is directly linked to repair technicians. The results show that the QR Code service enhances efficiency and responsiveness in handling customer complaints, as well as providing convenience for users who no longer face the burden of call charges. However, challenges remain for long-term customers who are less familiar with this technology. This study also highlights the importance of effective socialization to both staff and customers to ensure the service is fully utilized in the future.

Abstract

Analisis sentimen merupakan suatu teknik untuk menggali informasi berupa pandangan (sentimen) seseorang terhadap suatu isu atau peristiwa. Analisis sentimen dapat dilakukan pada media sosial Twitter dengan memanfaatkan Tweet dari pengguna dengan menghasilkan klasifikasi berupa penilaian positif, negatif atau netral. Salah satu topik yang bisa dianalisis adalah program vaksinasi COVID-19. Dengan banyaknya jenis atau merek dagang pada vaksin, hal ini menimbulkan permasalahan terkait dengan beragamnya opini masyarakat terhadap vaksin tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keakuratan metode yang digunakan terhadap hasil klasifikasi pada analisis sentimen masyarakat mengenai vaksin di media sosial Twitter. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Naive Bayes Classifier. Penerapan metode ini digunakan pada dataset yang diperoleh dengan melakukan crawling pada data tweet terkait topik vaksin covid-19. Jumlah dataset yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 8000+ tweet mulai tanggal 15 hingga 24 Desember dengan proses pengambilan manual karena keterbatasan pengambilan tweet. Hasil akurasi metode Naive Bayes Classifier sebesar 0,93 (93%) dengan perolehan klasifikasi jumlah tweet berlabel positif 2275 (60,2%), negatif 201 (5,3%), dan netral 1304 (34,5%). ). Berdasarkan akurasi tinggi yang dihasilkan dari penerapan metode NBC pada penelitian ini, maka metode NBC sangat dipertimbangkan untuk mengklasifikasikan label untuk analisis sentimen pada topik vaksin covid-19.

Abstract

Admission of new students is an important process in the world of education that requires efficiency, accuracy and good data management. However, in many institutions, this process is still carried out manually so it is susceptible to recording errors, data duplication, and takes quite a long time. One of them is at SDN 15 Batu Nanggai. This research aims to design and build a new computerized student data collection information system to support the registration process more effectively and efficiently which will later be useful for dapodik operators in meeting data needs for student administration. This system was built using web-based technology with main features such as online form filling, automatic data verification, and data storage in a structured database. By implementing this system, it is hoped that it can increase the speed of the data collection process at SDN 15 Batu Nanggai, minimize data input errors, and make it easier for the school to manage new student information in real-time. The test results show that the system is able to work well and is well received by users as a digital solution that facilitates the administrative process of collecting new student data at SDN 15 Batu Nanggai.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia semakin pesat, salah satunya dengan diterapkannya akad mudharabah sebagai salah satu instrumen pembiayaan. Namun, dalam prakteknya, sengketa sering kali muncul akibat pelaksanaan akad yang tidak sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, terutama terkait dengan itikad baik dan tanggung jawab para pihak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip itikad baik dan tanggung jawab dalam sengketa akad mudharabah, serta pertimbangan pengadilan agama dalam sengketa ini yang tercatat pada Perkara No. 7563/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Cbn di Pengadilan Agama Cibinong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus terhadap putusan pengadilan. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa prinsip itikad baik belum sepenuhnya diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan akad mudharabah karena adanya kelalaian pengelolaan dana yang menimbulkan kerugian. Sementara itu, pertimbangan hukum Pengadilan Agama didasarkan pada KHES, Fatwa DSN-MUI, dan fakta hukum yang terungkap di persidangan dalam menilai tanggung jawab dan keabsahan akad, sehingga menghasilkan putusan yang mencerminkan keadilan bagi para pihak.

Abstract

To obtain the background of the problem, the researcher conducted direct observation at the research location at SMP Insan Utama Pekanbaru. According to initial observations, in futsal practice, the researcher found symptoms such as many students who were not yet able to achieve maximum futsal techniques, especially dribbling. This study aims to determine the contribution of agility and speed to the results of extracurricular football dribbling of SMP Insan Utama Pekanbaru students. In this study, a correlational research method was used, the population used was 20 students of SMP Insan Utama Pekanbaru. The statistical analysis used was the correlation technique. The research method used was correlation research with the population of SMP Insan Utama Pekanbaru students, which means that the contribution of agility and speed to the results of extracurricular football dribbling of SMP Insan Utama, Pekanbaru Regency was 41.08% while the rest was influenced by other factors. The test used in this study through the contribution test of the results of the first hypothesis test 0.641> r-table 0.444, the results of the second hypothesis 0.467> r-table 0.444 and the calculation results state that the calculated r value of 0.752 is greater than the r table of 0.444 with a level of 41.08%,
