Abstract

Pencatatan dan pengelolaan data pemesanan pelanggan pada percetakan Kepinuk masih dilakukan secara manual, yang sering menimbulkan kesalahan dan kesulitan dalam memberikan informasi produk yang akurat kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi manajemen pesanan untuk memperbaiki pengolahan data dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional percetakan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup observasi, wawancara, serta pengembangan sistem dengan pendekatan waterfall, yang terdiri dari analisis, perancangan, pemrograman, pengujian, dan implementasi. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP, framework Laravel, dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu mengurangi kesalahan pengolahan data, mempercepat pencarian informasi, dan menyederhanakan pembuatan laporan. Sistem juga memungkinkan pelanggan melakukan pemesanan, pembayaran, dan memantau status pesanan secara efisien, sehingga meningkatkan produktivitas dan pelayanan percetakan.

Abstract

PT Yohom Solution Indonesia menghadapi kendala dalam mengukur kepuasan pelanggan karena penilaian kepuasan selama ini belum terdata secara kuantitatif akibat keterhambatan penerapan metode yang tepat untuk menilai indikator-indikator layanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola data kepuasan pelanggan secara efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan SERVQUAL yang menilai kualitas layanan berdasarkan lima dimensi: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Empathy. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terciptanya Sistem Informasi Kepuasan Pelanggan yang dapat membantu admin dan pemilik layanan Yohom dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja layanan secara lebih terstruktur dan objektif.

Abstract

The rapid technological changes in the 21st century have influenced how individuals learn, particularly among Generation Z, who have grown up as digital natives. This generation possesses unique characteristics such as dependence on technology, a desire for learning autonomy, and a tendency toward visual and interactive learning. These traits demand a more flexible, adaptive, and personalized educational approach. Personalized learning is considered one method capable of addressing these needs. The aim of this study is to explore the opportunities and challenges of implementing personalized learning for Generation Z. The research employed a qualitative methodology. To achieve this, a qualitative research approach was used, drawing data from various relevant literature sources. The Miles and Huberman model was applied as the data analysis methodology, which includes the processes of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing comprehensive conclusions. The results of the study indicate that personalized learning can enhance student motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes through the use of technology such as adaptive learning systems, digital platforms, and artificial intelligence. Additionally, personalized learning fosters the development of 21st-century skills such as independence, digital literacy, and problem-solving. However, challenges such as the digital divide, teacher readiness, and limitations of the national curriculum remain critical issues to be addressed. This study recommends strategies such as integrating technology and providing teacher training as initial steps toward the effective implementation of personalized learning.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era demands that the world of education undergo various transformations, including the way teachers teach and students learn, the use of technology and creative learning approaches, and relevance to the real world. Transformation is accompanied by efforts to prepare human resources who are able to adapt, coexist and synergize with the use of technology. This study aims to identify and analyze learning models based on information and communication technology (ICT) that are relevant in supporting learning in the 5.0 era. The research method used is a literature study of various scientific sources, with a descriptive qualitative approach. Several learning models discussed include blended learning, flipped classroom, project-based learning, online-collaborative learning, game-based learning, and simulation-based learning. Each of these learning models has advantages in forming 21st century skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and communication. However, in the implementation in the field, these models still face challenges such as the low level of teachers in implementing the model because they have never received training, limited technological infrastructure, and resistance to change. Therefore, the integration of ICT-based learning models requires the readiness of the education system as a whole to be able to realize effective, adaptive, and relevant learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce berbasis konten seperti TikTok Shop mendorong peningkatan interaksi konsumen dalam bentuk ulasan produk. Komentar-komentar ini menjadi sumber informasi penting bagi produsen untuk memahami persepsi dan kebutuhan pelanggan secara lebih akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen pada ulasan produk hijab best seller dari Aulia Hijab yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik web scraping. Metode ini didukung oleh representasi fitur teks menggunakan TF-IDF untuk mengolah data teks berdimensi tinggi. Tahapan penelitian mencakup preprocessing data, pembobotan kata, pelatihan model SVM, hingga deployment sistem menggunakan framework Streamlit. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model mampu mencapai akurasi sebesar 92%, dengan performa tertinggi pada klasifikasi sentimen positif dan negatif. Namun, kategori netral masih memiliki tantangan dalam deteksi akurat akibat keterbatasan data dan pendekatan berbasis frekuensi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data di sektor industri fashion digital, serta membuka peluang pengembangan model klasifikasi yang lebih kontekstual dan adaptif di masa depan.

Abstract

Bullying is a serious problem that has a negative impact on children's psychological and social development, especially in elementary school environments. This community service activity aims to increase awareness of students and teachers at SDN Kuin Cerucuk 1 Banjarmasin about the dangers of bullying and the importance of creating a safe, comfortable, and empathetic school environment. The method of implementing the activity is in the form of socialization and counseling through visual media, interactive discussions, role simulations, and distribution of educational leaflets. This activity involves all students from grades I to VI and teachers. The results of this activity show an increase in students' understanding of the forms of bullying and their impacts. In addition, teachers also showed enthusiasm in supporting ongoing bullying prevention programs. Based on the evaluation results, 87% of participants stated that they better understood how to identify and prevent bullying. In conclusion, this socialization succeeded in building collective awareness between students and teachers to jointly reject all forms of bullying. It is hoped that this activity will be the first step in forming an inclusive, tolerant, and child-friendly school culture.

Abstract

Assistance to womenpreneurs in utilizing social capital and personal branding in the Sidoarjo Park area is one of the efforts that can be made to care more about social issues, especially taking sides with women to develop their potential so that the strengthening of the family economy can be more advanced. This assistance also aims to make all levels of society able to rise from any calamity, including the pandemic. In addition, this assistance is expected to raise awareness about the importance of providing mutual support and paying attention to the potential of family members. Conditioning conducive mentally and spiritually is the first step before strengthening with research, so that the mindset as a mowenpreuner is formed from the start. The approach in this service uses the participatory action research (PAR) method. At the implementation stage of the service program, it is carried out using a community organizer (CO) approach, with a personal approach strategy, a community approach, and capacity building. The result of this assistance is an increase in women's belief in Taman Sidoarjo that every individual is capable of becoming an entrepreneur. In addition, beliefs are concrete, real and can be quantified. Measurably, that trust affects the speed and cost of doing business. Nothing is faster than trust because trust is a function of character that includes both integrity and competence. Forming trust with one person will form trust with many people.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve the learning outcomes in Mathematics for sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 064974 Medan Tembung, using the interactive Quizizz paper mode method. This research type, known as classroom action research (PTK), employs a descriptive quantitative approach. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 064974 Medan Tembung. The subjects of this study were sixth-grade students, consisting of 27 students. The goal of this research is to examine the impact of learning. The research was conducted in two cycles and was carried out collaboratively between researchers and tutors. We used tests and observation sheets as data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Quizizz paper mode in learning, especially as an evaluation tool, can improve the learning outcomes of sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 064974 Medan Tembung. This increase is shown by the quality of the learning process, liveliness, enthusiasm, and enthusiasm, as well as test scores on student learning outcomes. The increase is evident in the average score of students' test results from pre-action to cycle II. The average student score in the pre-action was 63, increased in cycle I to 74, and then increased again in cycle 2 to 80. The percentage of completeness from cycles I and II was 66.67% (18 students), respectively, increasing in cycle II to 85.18% (23 students). This research is considered successful because it has met the completeness criteria, which requires 75% of students to receive scores greater than or equal to KKM (75).

Abstract

Masing-masing metode memiliki karakteristik dan tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tujuh metode pembelajaran utama, yaitu Metode Hikmah, Keteladanan, Bercerita, Mau’izhah Hasanah, Habituasi, Targib wa Tarhib, dan Diskusi. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan, dimana seluruh data diambil melalui buku, jurnal dan dokumen yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Setiap metode memiliki pendekatan unik—Hikmah menekankan kebijaksanaan, Keteladanan mengutamakan contoh nyata, Bercerita menyampaikan nilai moral melalui kisah, Mau’izhah Hasanah berfokus pada nasehat yang lembut, Habituasi membentuk karakter melalui pembiasaan, Targib wa Tarhib memberikan motivasi melalui dorongan dan peringatan, sementara Diskusi mendorong pemahaman melalui interaksi aktif. Kombinasi metode-metode ini membentuk pendekatan pendidikan Islam yang menyeluruh, bertujuan menanamkan nilai moral dan pemahaman agama yang mendalam. Kesimpulan, metode-metode ini saling melengkapi dalam memberikan pendekatan holistik terhadap pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Knowledge includes all types of knowledge, namely: exact knowledge, language, natural, social, historical, religious and others. People with knowledge are more blessed, more cultured and civilized than those without knowledge. Because of the great function and role given by knowledge, it is not surprising that Allah obliges humans to demand knowledge, cultivate, foster and develop it through research and disseminate and utilize this knowledge for the welfare of human life. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the division and hierarchy of knowledge in an Islamic perspective. The research method uses qualitative research with the type of literature through data collection in the form of books, journals and others related to the discussion of this research. While analyzing the data using content analysis. The results of the research found that: The division of knowledge in Islam in the view of al-Ghazali, including: fardu 'ain and fardu kifayah. While seen from its usefulness includes: fadalah, permissible and madzmumah science. While the hierarchy of knowledge in Islam includes: al-ma'rifat, al-'ulum al-naqliyah and al-'ulum al-aqliyah. The hierarchy of knowledge in Islam according to the Sufi view includes: shari'a science, tariqah science, hakikat science and marifat science.
