Abstract

The turn of the Hijri New Year on 1 Muharram is an important moment for Muslims. Children have a very important role in ensuring the existence of the nation and state in the future. The purpose of this study is to find out how effective Gebyar Muharram's activities are to understand deeply in increasing religious knowledge. This research uses a community empowerment-based method of what?only the problems, advantages, and needs of the community. The approach used is to use a scientific point of view education, especially religious knowledge. Results This study shows that the activities of Gebyar Muharram have an effect on significantly with the competition, children become more enthusiasm and interest in learning Islam.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesenjangan antara harapan dan kenyataan, dimana kurikulum Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA) diharapkan penutur asing yang belajar Bahasa Indonesia mudah mempelajari Bahasa Indonesia. Bahan ajar keterampilan menyimak BIPA ini berpusat kepada pengajar BIPA agar mudah mengajarkan bahasa Indonesia serta penutur asing yang diajarkan bahasa Indonesia dengan cepat mempelajari bahasa Indonesia. Selain itu, mahasiswa pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia FKIP UMSU dapat  menggunakan bahan ajar keterampilan menyimak Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing (BIPA) dalam praktik pembelajaran BIPA dikelas ataupun secara daring dimasa pandemi saat ini. Oleh karena itu, bahan ajar keterampilan menyimak BIPA “Aku Suka Indonesia” dapat memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mempelajari BIPA serta menjalin kerjasama yang baik antara dosen dan calon pengajar BIPA (mahasiswa).Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif (mixed research). Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, angket dan tes. Sedangkan teknik analisi data menggunakan model Miles Huberman untuk data kualitatif dan uji statistik untuk data kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama satu tahun dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: 1) pendahuluan/survey meliputi; studi literatur, studi lapangan, mengumpulkan data. 2) analisis data, 3)mendesain model pembelajaran, 4) analisis model pembelajaran, 5)uji coba lapangan.KATA KUNCI : bahan aja.r;, keterampilan menyimak; bahasa Indonesia untuk penutur asing BIPA LISTENING SKILLS TEACHING MATERIAL DESIGN “AKU SUKA INDONESIA”ABSTRACT: This research is motivated by the existence of a gap between expectations and reality, where the BIPA curriculum is expected for foreign speakers who learn Indonesian to learn Indonesian easily. This BIPA listening skill teaching material is centered on BIPA’s teachers so that it is easy to teach Indonesian and foreign speakers who are taught Indonesian quickly learn Indonesian. In addition, Indonesian language education students at FKIP UMSU can use teaching materials for Indonesian listening skills for foreign speakers (BIPA) in the practice of learning BIPA in class or online during the current pandemic. Therefore, teaching materials for BIPA listening skills "I Like Indonesia" can make it easier for students to learn BIPA and establish good cooperation between lecturers and prospective BIPA’s teachers (students). This research will be carried out by applying qualitative and quantitative methods (mixed research). Methods of data collection by observation, questionnaires and tests. While the data analysis technique uses the Miles Huberman model for qualitative data and statistical tests for quantitative data. This research was conducted for one year with the following steps: 1) preliminary/survey includes; literature study, field study, collecting data. 2) data analysis, 3) designing learning models, 4) analysis of learning models, 5) field trials.KEYWORDS: teaching materials;listening skills;Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing.

Abstract

Edible film adalah lapisan tipis (film) yang bisa dimakan dan biasanya digunakan untuk melindungi makanan. Salah satu bahan yang digunakan untuk membuat edible film yaitu selulosa dari serbuk batang jagung. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan variasi gliserol terhadap tensile strength, ketebalan, dan kadar air edible film.  Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Variasi perlakuan penambahan gliserol adalah 0 ml, 0,5 ml, 1 ml, 1,5 ml, 2 ml dan masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Parameter yang diuji adalah sifat fisik dan kimiawi. Pengamatan fisik dan kimia meliputi tensile strength (Universal Testing Machine), ketebalan (mikrometer), dan kadar air (thermogravimetri). Uji tensile strength tertinggi 17,116 Mpa (penambahan gliserol 1,5 ml), perbedaan penambahan gliserol menyebabkan ada beda nyata terhadap uji tensile strength edible fim. Uji ketebalan dengan nilai tertinggi 0,025 mm (penambahan gliserol 2 ml) perbedaan  penambahan gliserol menyebabkan tidak berbeda nyata terhadap ketebalan edible film. Uji kadar air dengan nilai tertinggi 27,36% (penambahan gliserol 2 ml) perbedaan penambahan gliserol menyebabkan tidak berbeda nyata terhadap kadar air edible film.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pendampingan dan Pengarahan Konsep Aspirasi Penyelesaian Guru Honorer Kategori II di DKI Jakarta, yaitu : a. Membantu tenaga Guru Honorer untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam masalah status kepegawaian di DKI Jakarta.b. Mendampingi tenaga honorer dalam menyusun masukan dan tuntutan aspirasi Tenaga Honorer Kategori II dalam rangka untuk diusulkan dan diakomdasi serta mendapatkan pengakuan/jaminan atas hak-haknya selaku pegawai yang sudah lama mengabdi di lembaga pemerintah atau instansi milik pemerintah. c. Memberikan penyuluhan dan memberikan gambaran arti pentingnya pengkajian aspirasi dalam bentuk masukan konsep-konsep sebagai bahan kajian pada instansi pemerintah daerah terkait, berupa masukan dan informasi penting dalam penyelesaian terhadap aspirasi tenaga honorer K2 di DKI Jakarta.d. Menanamkan arti pentingnya menyampaikan aspirasi guru dilakukan secara dialogis yang bermartabat, terhormat dan demokratis sesuai kaidah norma hukum atau konstitusional. Metode digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode tanya jawab dan diskusi partisipatoris antara peserta sebagaimana kegiatan pendampingan pada umumnya. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah sebagai berikut Pemprov DKI harus mendorong pendataan dalam pengangkatan CPNS dengan memberikan kuota pada Honorer K2 untuk dapat diproses, karena mereka amat berjasa dan sudah lama mengabdi di intansi pemerintah dan rancangan penggajian dan pengangkatan guru honorer K2.

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the use of the Quizlet in learning Japanese vocabularyin grade 10th students of SMAN 9 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to find out whetherthe Quizlet application is effective in mastering the vocabulary of grade 10th students of SMAN9 Pekanbaru and how effective the Quizlet is as a medium for learning Japanese vocabulary.The sample used in this study amounted to 34 people who were students of grade 10th Science3 SMAN 9 Pekanbaru. This research is a pre-experimental research with a research designusing one gorup pretest-posttest. Using pre-test and post-test data, the experimental classconducted a hypothesis test using a two-related sample test and the results were obtainedAsymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 > 0.05 so Hk is accepted and Ho is rejected. It can be concludedthat the Quizlet is considered effective in mastering Japanese vocabulary for grade 10thstudents of SMAN 9 Pekanbaru. To see how effective the Quizlet app is in mastering Japanesevocabulary, an N-Gain test was conducted. From the results of the N-Gain test, an N-Gainscore of 0.82 was obtained, which means that the effectiveness of the Quizlet app is consideredquite high in mastering Japanese vocabulary.Key words: Quizlet, Vocabulary, Japanese, SMAN 9 Pekanbaru

Abstract

Nowadays, development technology is very fast such as Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID). This RFID technology is very needed. In Indonesia, the most RFID hardware is still bought from other countries especially from Cina. The RFID hardware consists of an RFID transponder and RFID reader module. Some industries or institutions in Indonesia has a chance to produce them both RFID transponder and RFID reader module. In this research focus to manufacture RFID reader module. Manufacturing of RFID reader module has some steps such as drawing the schematic diagram, drawing PCB layout, printing PCB, assembly the components on PCB, and testing. After testing, some data are obtained. The manufactured RFID reader module can successfully read RFID transponder, but this module can only read with the maximum range 7 mm whereas the bought RFID reader module can read more than 7 mm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know: (1) Steps and processes in mapping the nagari boundaries of Nagari Kamang Mudiak and Prepared Nagari (2) Making the Administrative Map of Nagari Kamang Mudiak and Prepared Nagari. The type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. This study uses qualitative methods, cartometrics and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to obtain the information about the nagari boundaries of Nagari Kamang Mudiak and Prepared Nagari and involves community participation in the process of determining the Nagari Boundaries of Nagari Kamang Mudiak and Prepared Nagari. The results obtained from this research are steps and processes of mapping the Nagari Boundaries of Nagari Kamang Mudiak and Prepared Nagari divided into 3 processes and stages, namely a. collecting information, data and documents, b. tracking and data retrieval of nagari boundaries and, c. processing data from the survey results of nagari boundaries. From the 3 processes and stages obtained results in the form of Administration Map of Nagari Kamang Mudiak and Prepared Nagari.

Abstract

This study aims to explore. This study aims to explore management standards in Madrasahs as an effort to realize quality madrasas in the future. And to answer the challenges of madrasas and their implementation, namely the management of learning in madrasas, the principles of management in madrasas. And the problems faced in madrasas and their solutions. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, namely research that aims to describe the integrity of a problem or problem that exists in Madrasah Tsnawiyah Darussaadah Cimarga. This qualitative approach can be viewed as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people involved in education who can be met, observed, or asked for information. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Implementation of its policies through educational planning that provides clarity of direction in the business process of providing education, so that the management of educational institutions will be carried out more effectively and efficiently. In addition, its implementation covers all areas of school operational implementation, including guidelines, madrasa organizational structure, learning activities as well as community roles and school partnerships. Furthermore, Supervision as a process of monitoring activities which is an activity to correct and correct deficiencies that occur in the process of implementing Madrasah activities. the effort as a methodological combination of data with an emphasis on the objectives that have been set.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan yang terdapat dalam buku teks Bahasa Indonesia kelas VII berdasarkan capaian pembelajaran fase D pada kurikulum merdeka. Data penelitian ini diambil dari buku teks Bahasa Indonesia kelas VII. Data dianalisis berdasarkan capaian pembelaran (CP) yang ditetapkan melalui nomor surat 008/H/KR/2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualititaif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa buku teks Bahasa Indonesia kelas VII yang ada berdasarkan capaian pembelajaran yaitu, pada elemen menyimak 26% kegiatan yang sudah ada. Elemen membaca dan memirsa, 53% kegiatan yang sudah ada berdasarkan CP. Elemen berbicara dan mempresentasikan 63% yang sudah ada di buku teks berdasarkan CP, sedangkan kegiatan menulis dengan persentase paling banyak yaitu 68% yang sudah ada berdasarkan CP yang terdapat pada buku teks kelas VII. Capaian pembelajaran yang belum terpenuhi kemungkinan dipelajari pada kelas VIII dan IX.

Abstract

Performance is a core aspect for the birth of the goals and functions of education or learning in schools. Meanwhile, teacher performance is strongly influenced by several components or factors, including: independent curriculum, self-efficacy and professional competence and job satisfaction. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of the independent curriculum, job satisfaction and professional competence with self-efficacy as an intervening variable. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. This research approach uses quantitative survey research, and data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature. The results of this research show that: Hypothesis 1 is accepted, the independent curriculum has an effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis 2 is accepted, self-efficacy influences job satisfaction. Hypothesis 3 is accepted, professional competence influences job satisfaction. Hypothesis 4 is accepted, the independent curriculum influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 5 is accepted, self-efficacy influences teacher performance, Hypothesis 6 is accepted, professional competence influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 7 is accepted, job satisfaction influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 8 is accepted, the independent curriculum indirectly influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 9 is accepted, self-efficacy indirectly influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 10 is accepted, professional competence indirectly influences teacher performance.
