Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed various aspects of life, particularly in the economic sector. The banking industry, including Islamic banks, has adapted to technological progress by introducing innovations to enhance operational efficiency. Information and communication technology play a crucial role in maintaining banking operations, enabling the development of digital banking services such as mobile banking applications and web-based banking platforms. Digitalization has significantly reshaped financial transactions, providing customers with greater convenience while simultaneously exposing them to new risks. The increasing use of mobile banking is accompanied by a rise in potential security threats due to the accessibility of digital financial services. This study aims to analyze the risks associated with mobile banking usage and the strategies employed by Islamic banks to mitigate these risks. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study explores the challenges posed by mobile banking, particularly in the context of Islamic banking, and examines the measures implemented to ensure secure and efficient financial transactions. The findings indicate that risks such as data breaches, cyber fraud, and unauthorized access are among the primary concerns in mobile banking. To address these issues, Islamic banks implement various security measures, including encryption, multi-factor authentication, and continuous system monitoring. Furthermore, compliance with Shariah principles is integrated into digital banking security frameworks to ensure ethical financial practices. The study concludes that while mobile banking offers numerous benefits, addressing security risks is essential to maintaining customer trust and safeguarding financial stability in the Islamic banking sector.

Abstract

Selamanik Village, Cipaku District, Ciamis Regency, has developed various tourist village programs to increase its attractiveness as a leading destination. This research aims to analyze local wisdom-based destination branding strategies implemented through tourism programs in this village. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that tourism programs such as Live-In Selamanik, Kampung Jaya Wijaya Innovation, and the potential development of sunflowers currently underway are expected to be the main elements in building the image of the village as a tourism destination based on education, culture and Agrotourism in accordance with local wisdom demonstrated. The branding strategy implemented includes the use of social media, strengthening local identity through tourism icons, and active community involvement in tourism management. Meanwhile, the competitiveness of tourist villages is increased through diversifying outdoor activities, improving facilities, and developing tourism experiences based on community participation. This research concludes that the success of the Selamanik Tourism Village branding strategy is very dependent on the synergy between the village government, community and tourists. The recommendations given include increasing digital promotions, strengthening collaboration with tourism stakeholders, as well as sustainable innovation in local wisdom-based tourism programs.

Abstract

Being a competent leader especially is a governmental office is essential. Transformational leadership is one of leadership styles that can be applied when someone becomes a leader. Erick Thohir, Indonesian Minister of State-Owned Enterprises can be included as the leader who applies transformational leadership. Through Instagram, Minister Erick frequently posts his work on Instagram and demonstrates his concern for Indonesian society. Consequently, Instagram has become an essential solution in optimizing a government work system. This study aimed to identify academically and scientifically the use of Instagram in the bureaucratic system to improve service quality based on the various information events obtained by the researchers. The method of this research is using qualitative approach. To analyze the relationship between Instagram and government bureaucracy, the researchers drew upon diverse aspects of the Transformational Leadership theory. The object of this study is @erickthohir's Instagram account as the representative Indonesian governor. The dataset was taken from scientific articles that support this analysis. The results demonstrated that Erick Thohir had implemented Instagram effectively to express his dedication to providing outstanding service to Indonesian society. The existence of Instagram facilitates the government's access to information about the community. As a result, interactions between the government and the community become easier and more efficient.

Abstract

This research is aim to know the credit collectibility of BPR-BKK in Banyumas regency of May period 2004-Juni 2005. There are 24 BPR-BKK and 3 BKK operating in 27 subdistrict in Banyumas regency. Data needed is financial statement of BPR-BKK in Banyumas regency that is balance sheet and analyze conducted tabulationly and proportion. Result of calculation indicate that the credit which is the included inperforming loan equal to 93, 76% and credit which is the included in the non performing loan is equal to 6.24%.Keyword s.’ Collectibility, NPL.

Abstract

Blood pressure is an important indicator in assessing a person's cardiovascular health. Smoking can worsen blood pressure through the narrowing of blood vessels due to nicotine, while physical activity has the potential to lower blood pressure. However, the relationship between physical activity and blood pressure in adult smokers is still rarely studied. To determine the relationship between physical activity and blood pressure in adult smokers in Kesongo Village, Tuntang District, Semarang Regency. This study uses descriptive correlation. The population is 2,341 people, a sample of 96 respondents selected using purposive sampling with the criteria of active smokers aged 19-44 years. Physical activity was measured using the IPAQ (International Physical Activity Questionnaire) questionnaire and blood pressure using a digital sphygmomanometer. Most respondents had heavy physical activity (60.4%) and blood pressure in the pre-hypertension category (57.3% systolic, 24% diastolic). Statistical analysis with the Pearson product moment test showed a significant relationship between physical activity and systolic blood pressure with a weak positive relationship (r = 0.214, p = 0.036). Education on appropriate physical activity patterns for smokers is needed to optimize health benefits. Efforts to reduce smoking habits remain the main step in preventing hypertension. Abstrak Tekanan darah merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai Kesehatan kardiovaskular seseorang. Merokok dapat memperburuk tekanan darah melalui penyempitan pembuluh akibat nikotin, sementara aktivitas fisik berpotensi menurunkan tekanan darah. Namun, hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dan tekanan darah pada perokok dewasa masiah jarang diteliti. Mengetahui hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dengan tekanan darah pada perokok dewasa di Desa Kesongo, Kecamatan Tuntang, Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif korelasional. Populasi 2.341 jiwa, sampel 96 responden yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling  dengan kriteria perokok aktif usia dewasa 19 – 44 tahun. Aktivitas fisik diukur dengan kuesioner IPAQ (International Physical Activity Questionnaire) dan tekanan darah menggunakan sphygmomanometer digital. Sebagian besar responden memiliki aktivitas fisik berat (60,4%) dan tekanan darah kategori pre-hipertensi (57,3% sistolik, 24% diastolik). Analisis stsatistik dengan uji pearson product moment menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara aktiivtas fisik dan tekanan darah sistolik dengan hubungan positif yang lemah (r  = 0,214, p = 0,036). Diperlukan edukasi pola aktivitas fiisk yang sesuai bagi perokok untuk mengoptimalkan manfaat Kesehatan. Upaya pengurangan kebiasaan merokok tetap menajadi Langkah utama dalam pencegahan hipertensi.

Abstract

Sectio Caesarea (SC) has a risk of bleeding that leads to a decrease in the mother's hemoglobin levels. Transfusion using Whole Blood (WB) and Packed Red Cells (PRC) blood components is a prosedure to increase hemoglobin levels.This study uses a cross-sectionally comparative analytical study designs on 96 secondary data from post-operative Sectio Caesarea (SC) patients who performed pre- and post-transfusion hemoglobin examination of Whole Blood (WB) and Packed Red Cells (PRC) during the period January-December 2023. The data were analyzed in the Kolmogorov-Smirnov univariat test, then in the Non-Parametric test (Mann-Whitney test) with a degree of confidence of 90%. The results obtained haemoglobin post- transfusion of Whole Blood (WB) had a range of values of 0.0 – 2.7 g/dL with an average value of 0.5 g/ dL, whereas the haemoglobin post- transfusion Packed Red Cells (PRC) had a range of value of 0.2 – 4.0 g/dL with an average of 1.6 g/dL. The result of the paired t-test Mann-Witney obtains a p value of 0,000 so that it can be decided that there is a significant difference between the results of post-transfusion hemoglobin level of Whole Blood (WB) and Packed Red Cells (PRC). It is concluded that the post-transfusion hemoglobin level of Packed Red Cells (PRC) is higher than Whole Blood (WB), so it is recommended to use Packed Red Cells (PRC) component to increase hemoglobin levels. Abstract

The third wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has affected various regions, including Klaten Regency, which is ranked third in the highest number of positive cases and second in the cumulative total in Central Java. Risk communication becomes crucial in reducing disaster risks due to COVID-19, and one effective avenue is through social media. The people of Klaten have started utilizing social media to receive information about COVID-19 and to provide feedback on the local government's handling of the pandemic. The objective of this research is to discover a risk communication model for COVID-19 disasters through social media in the Klaten Regency Government. This qualitative research employs interviews and social media analysis of the COVID-19 Task Force in Klaten Regency. The focus is on the risk communication model employed through social media by the Klaten Regency Government, with subjects being social media managers within the COVID-19 Task Force. The findings reveal a risk communication model that emphasizes enhancing social media management capabilities to mitigate the risks of COVID-19 in Klaten. This research contributes by introducing additional risk communication units to the existing COVID-19 risk communication model through social media and establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for social media management in risk communication.

Abstract

Carbon disclosure is a company's voluntary disclosure related to the environment and greenhouse gas emissions. With increasing global warming and global public concern about the low-carbon economy, disclosing company information related to carbon emissions is one of the main focuses for investors. This article aims to look at research development trends in the field of carbon disclosure over the last 10 years using bibliometric analysis. The data in this study were sourced from the Scopus database and analyzed with the help of the Bibliomagika 1.8 application and the Biblioshiny of Bibliometrix R-package. A search in the Scopus database was carried out with the keyword "carbon disclosure" and produced 443 search results. The results of the bibliometric analysis show that research trends in the field of carbon disclosure have experienced steady growth over the last 10 years with authors from Australia and the United States dominating. Articles in the field of Carbon disclosure focus a lot on two main themes, diclosure related to carbon emissions and climate change as the causal factors for disclosing this information.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the political dynamics in the 2024 regional head election (Pilkada) in Ciamis Regency, which featured a single candidate. The phenomenon of single-candidate elections has become increasingly common in Indonesia and raises concerns in the context of local democracy, such as weak political competition, elite domination, and limited choices for voters. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using elite theory as the analytical tool, particularly the framework proposed by Mufti (2019), which divides elites into three main dimensions: their position in the social structure, their roles in institutions or organizations, and their control over power resources. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation involving various informants, including political party members, academics, community leaders, youth figures, and voters who chose the blank box. The findings reveal that the dominance of the incumbent pair, Herdiat-Yana, was backed by all political parties in Ciamis, resulting in the absence of challengers. Public responses varied, from acceptance to choosing the blank box as a form of protest. This phenomenon reflects the limitations of substantive democracy at the local level. The study recommends reforming the regional head candidacy system and strengthening political participation to foster healthy political competition in future elections.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbantuan Smart Apps Creator untuk melatih kecerdasan visual spasial dan juga untuk melihat efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research & Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, angket, dan soal tes (Pretest dan Posttest). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar penilaian ahli materi, lembar penilaian ahli media, lembar angket respons peserta didik, dan lembar soal tes. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari dua ahli materi, dua ahli media, 10 peserta didik kelas VII A SMP Negeri 10 Tasikmalaya, dan 32 peserta didik kelas VII D SMP Negeri 10 Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan media pembelajran interaktif yang dapat digunakan melalui android. Hasil penelitian ini pada tahap analysis (wawancara untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai permasalahan, proses dan penggunaan media pembelajaran); tahap design (pembuatan flowchart, storyboard dan pengumpulan aset-aset); tahap development (pembuatan media pembelajaran dan validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media); tahap implementation (uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan kepada siswa kelas VII); tahap evaluation (melaksanakan revisi setiap tahap pengembangan produk dan melaksanakan post-test). Tingkat efektivitas media pembelajaran interaktif berbantuan Smart Apps Creator diperoleh dari pretest dan posttest dengan mendapatkan skor effect size 1,38 yang berada pada kriteria ”strong effect”, yang artinya penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbantuan Smart Apps Creator memiliki efek yang tinggi untuk melatih kecerdasan visual spasial peserta didik.
