Abstract

This study evaluated the feeding behavior and palatability of Etawa Crossbred (PE) dairy goats fed diets with partial substitution of Cnidoscolus aconitifolius forage. An in vivo field experiment was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design with four dietary treatments and three replications. The treatments consisted of: (T0) Leucaena leucocephala (lamtoro) as the basal forage; (T1) lamtoro supplemented with concentrate; (T2) lamtoro plus concentrate with 10% substitution of lamtoro dry matter by C. aconitifolius; and (T3) lamtoro plus concentrate with 20% substitution of lamtoro dry matter by C. aconitifolius. Parameters observed included feed intake (dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, and crude fiber), body weight change, and feeding behavior related to forage preference. The goats consistently consumed forage prior to concentrate and exhibited a higher preference for diets containing C. aconitifolius. Inclusion of C. aconitifolius reduced lamtoro intake; however, no significant differences were observed among treatments for dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, or crude fiber intake (P>0.05). Body weight change showed a positive tendency in goats receiving 10% and 20% C. aconitifolius substitution, while goats fed the control diet experienced slight weight loss, although these differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). In conclusion, C. aconitifolius demonstrated good palatability and potential as an alternative forage for PE goats when used as a partial substitute for lamtoro. Nevertheless, its inclusion at the tested levels did not significantly affect nutrient intake or body weight change. Further studies are recommended to optimize inclusion levels and feeding strategies to enhance its practical application in small ruminant production systems.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the Indonesian economy as drivers of economic growth, labor absorbers, and instruments for poverty reduction. The significant contribution of MSMEs to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employment makes this sector the backbone of the national economy, including in maintaining economic stability during times of crisis. In the context of Islamic MSMEs, improved business performance is strongly influenced by the ability to innovate, mastery of digital marketing, and access to business capital in accordance with Sharia principles. Innovation based on Islamic values, whether in products, processes, or business models, can increase competitiveness and attract Muslim consumers. Furthermore, digital marketing is a crucial tool for expanding market reach and building customer loyalty, although digital skills remain limited among Islamic MSMEs. On the other hand, limited access to Islamic financing and low financial literacy are key challenges to business development. Therefore, increasing innovation, strengthening digital capacity, and optimizing Islamic financing are key factors in driving the growth and sustainability of Islamic MSMEs.Keywords: The Role of Innovation, Digital Marketing, Capital and Increasing MSME Sales

Abstract

Traditional games as part of the nation's cultural heritage are increasingly marginalized in the modern era due to the influence of globalization and the development of digital technology, so that the noble values contained in them are starting to be less recognized by the younger generation. This problem is the main focus of the study, namely how to re-actualize traditional games as an effective means of forming national character that is relevant to the current context. This study aims to describe the role of Kampung Dolanan Nusantara in instilling character values such as mutual cooperation, honesty, responsibility, and love of the homeland through local culture-based activities. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Kampung Dolanan Nusantara not only functions as a space for cultural preservation, but also as an effective educational vehicle in instilling character values in children and adolescents through a participatory, interactive, and fun approach. This activity provides benefits in the form of the creation of an educational space based on local wisdom that is able to strengthen national identity and shape a young generation with character, adaptability, and a national spirit. These findings contribute to the development of a local culture-based character education curriculum through the integration of civic values into ethnopedagogical practices, as well as being the basis for the formulation of participatory cultural preservation policies oriented towards strengthening civic identity.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyse the impact of cyber-attacks on the performance stability of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) onĀ  financial and non-financial performance indicators, including Capital Adequacy, Asset Quality, Management Quality, Income, and Liquidity. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with trend analysis conducted based on secondary data from BSI's annual and quarterly reports prior to and following the cyberattack incident. The findings indicated an upward trend in several performance indicators, reflecting the resilience of the financial performance despite the cyber-attack. BSI was able to maintain customer trust and recorded an increase in both sources of funds and assets. Furthermore, the research evaluated BSI's Shariah compliance and its contribution to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16, which focuses on strengthening inclusive, transparent, and accountable institutions. BSI's risk management was found to be at the composite level 2 (low-moderate). It is recommended that improvements be made to the cybersecurity systems, risk management, and the supervision of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) in order to ensure the sustainability of Sharia compliance in every aspect of operations.
