Abstract

Background: Stroke is an acute neurovascular disorder that causes long-term limitations to daily living activities and death throughout the world, causing sufferers to experience motor and cognitive impairment. Until now, patients suffering from brain injuries require Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation with a method that non-invasively stimulates and studies the cerebral cortex which is large enough to produce the release of action potentials. Objective: The aim of the research is to determine the effect of providing transmagnetic stimulation therapy on improving post-stroke depression. Method: This research design uses a Nonequivalent control group design, where there are 2 groups, namely a control group and an intervention group, each group is measured 2 times, then the level of improvement in depression is assessed using the Hamilton depression rating scale score. Results: The results obtained for the control group were 0.302 > 0.05 and the significant value for the intervention group was 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the average post test score of the control group and the average post test score of the intervention group.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Usaha Rumahan Cemilan Byica. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan regresi dan korelasi yaitu metode yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh dan hubungan sesuatu yang sedang berlangsung pada saat penelitian dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel (13,901 > 1,990) dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Nilai thitung > ttabel (16,954 > 1,990) dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Nilai thitung < ttabel (0,982 < 1,990) dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,329 > 0,05 maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 42,310 dengan nilai Sig. 0,000, karena nilai Sig. lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan Fhitung > Ftabel (42,310 > 2,72), maka Ho ditolak atau Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sementara itu nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,876 yang berarti menunjukkan adanya korelasi atau hubungan yang sangat kuat antara kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Besarnya nilai Adjusted R Square (Adj. R2) adalah 0,759 atau 75,9% yang berarti variabel-variabel bebas dapat menerangkan perubahan pada variabel kepuasan konsumen sebesar 75,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24,1% diterangkan oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui viral marketing, promosi, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian online melalui aplikasi Shopee pada toko Flanelly Businesz. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan regresi dan korelasi yaitu metode yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh dan hubungan sesuatu yang sedang berlangsung pada saat penelitian dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel (8,560 > 1,986) sehingga viral marketing secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai thitung > ttabel (12,460 > 1,986) sehingga promosi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai thitung > ttabel (15,103 > 1,986) sehingga harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 106,775 dengan nilai Sig. 0,000, karena nilai Sig. lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan Fhitung > Ftabel (106,775 > 2,70), maka Ho ditolak atau Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa viral marketing, promosi, dan harga secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,882 yang berarti menunjukkan adanya korelasi atau hubungan yang sangat kuat antara viral marketing, promosi, dan harga secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian. Besarnya nilai Adjusted R Square (Adj. R2) adalah 0,771 atau 77,10% yang berarti variabel-variabel bebas dapat menerangkan perubahan pada variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 77,10% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 22,90% diterangkan oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah Mengintegrasikan pendidikan lingkungan dan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan ke dalam kurikulum pesantren,Mendorong kesadaran lingkungan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan di kalangan santri serta membangun model kelembagaan ecopreneur di pesantren yang dapat diadopsi oleh pesantren lain di Indonesia. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan, antara lain:Studi Pendahuluan: Melakukan studi pendahuluan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi eksisting dan kebutuhan pesantren terkait pendidikan lingkungan dan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan, Pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan lingkungan dan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan yang sesuai dengan karakter dan kebutuhan pesantren, Mengadakan pelatihan dan workshop bagi para pengurus pesantren, guru, dan santri tentang konsep dan praktik pendidikan lingkungan dan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan serta mengimplementasikan kurikulum pendidikan lingkungan dan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan di pesantren melalui sesi-sesi pembelajaran dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan melakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap pelaksanaan kurikulum dan efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan di kalangan santri. Hasil pengabdian yang diharapkan nantinya adalah Terintegrasinya pendidikan lingkungan dan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan ke dalam kurikulum pesantren, meningkatnya kesadaran lingkungan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan di kalangan santri, terbentuknya model kelembagaan ecopreneur di pesantren yang dapat diadopsi oleh pesantren lain di Indonesia serta kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam memperkuat peran pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang berkelanjutan dan berorientasi lingkungan.

Abstract

One method of joining soft metals such as aluminum that is widely used is Friction Stir Welding (FSW). The friction tool is a very important part of FSW. Friction tools are usually made from hardened H13 steel. This research aims to make a friction tool from steel connecting rod bolts used in marine diesel engines. The experimental methods used include FSW tool design, heat treatment of the material at a temperature of 900oC followed by a quenching process with water and salt water cooling media, then continued with material testing (chemical composition test, hardness test, and micrographic test). The test results obtained from the chemical composition test show that the connecting rod bolts include AISI 4145 steel material. The highest hardness value obtained from the connecting rod steel in the saltwater quenching process was 52.67 HRC with a martensite phase, as seen from the micrographic test. Used steel connecting rod bolts from marine diesel engines can be used as FSW friction tool material.

Abstract

Background: Formulation of the problem for this research is, how will the role of intention as a mediating variable and facilities as a moderating variable be able to play a role in influencing perceived control behavior on debt repayment behavior.Purpose: This study empirically investigates the influence of perceived control behavior on debt repayment behavior, debt repayment intentions, and facilities on debt repayment behavior. Design/methodology/approach: Most of the determinants of research variables were developed based on the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB). Surveys to 120 people of owned Medium Small Enterprises (MSEs) in the culinary sector who took credit debt from the Wibawa government program in the city of Semarang. Data were analyzed using the structural equation model (SEM PLS)Findings/Result: The results showed perceived control behavior had a positive effect on the intention to repay the debt of MSE owners who took out Wibawa's credit debt. Furthermore, perceived control behavior and debt repayment intention have a positive effect on debt repayment behavior. We found empirical evidence that facilities have a role in strengthening the influence of debt service intentions on debt service behavior. Conclusion: This study enhances the behavioral debt literature by employing more extensive measures to assess perceived control, behavior, and intention, while also introducing the use of facilities as an alternative measure for variables that reinforce behavioral intention.Originality/value (State of the art): The originality lies in its contribution to the existing literature on debt behavior, as it utilizes two dimensions to measure behavior and introduces facilities as a novel reinforcement measure. Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to determine the effect of distributive justice and intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction and performance. Methods: This research is quantitative research, the method uses the SEM method, and uses the IBM SPSS AMOS analysis tool. The sample in this study amounted to 140 employees of SMEs in the culinary field at D.I. Yogyakarta. Results: The results showed that Distributive Justice and Intrinsic Motivation had a positive effect on performance either directly or through the mediation of job satisfaction variables. Conclusion and suggestion: With a high level of distributive justice and intrinsic motivation, it will improve the performance of MSME employees. However, the effect of distributive justice and intrinsic motivation on performance will be higher through job satisfaction variables.

Abstract

Auditor Switching is expected to enhance the quality of auditor independence, thereby ensuring that audit outcomes are free from subjectivity. Previous research analyzing factors influencing Auditor Switching has yielded various results, prompting a need for reexamination. This study is designed to analyze the relationships between Audit Opinion, Financial Distress, Professional Services, Client Company Size and Auditor Switching within the Property and Real Estate Industry. The relationships among variables are explained using agency theory. The study employs quantitative data sourced from the real estate industry, specifically annual reports filed with the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023, as well as official company websites. Purposive sampling method was utilized to select 185 samples from the population. Based on logistic regression analysis conducted using SPSS version 27, it can be concluded that Audit Opinion effect significantly positive to Auditor Switching, whereas Financial Distress, Professional Fees and Client Company Size do not influence Auditor Switching.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of price on customer satisfaction with online transportation services (Case Study of Medan Cendana Polytechnic Students, Academic Year 2020-2021). The author uses associative quantitative research methods. Associative research is a research method that asks questions between 2 or more variables. The data collection technique used by the author in this research was a closed questionnaire. The sample used was 51 students of Cendana Polytechnic, Medan for the 2020-2021 academic year. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on calculations carried out by the author using the SPSS version 23 program application, the r square result was 29.1% and the remaining 70.9% was influenced by other factors not tested in this study. From the regression analysis calculations, the regression equation Y = 15,609 + 0.513X is obtained. The results of the research show that price influences customer satisfaction with online transportation services (Case Study of Cendana Polytechnic Students, Medan, Academic Year 2020-2021).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analysis the impact of organizational culture toward organizational competitiveness at PT. Mega Royal Utama Binjai Medan. The data is obtain interview and questionare.There have 32 respondent from the company which only work in the office and supervisor only in the company. Whereby the data analysis using descriptive statistic( mean, median, mode), validity, reability, coeficient of corelation, regresion anlysis and hypothesis test. The result from the data is all valid, realible and normal, so the data can be use for futher analize. There have a significant impact the organizational culture toward organizational competitiveness. Where the Ha accepted and Ho rejected Z­count = 4,776 > Z­table = 1,96. Determination (r2) = 85.6% prove the organizational culture impact 85.6% toward organization competitiveness. The writer intend to give some recomedation which are outbond and happy weekend, monthly meeting and open minded discussion, swtiching work day and, give appreciation and recognition.
