Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve the competency of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pulau Pasaran Village, Kotakarang Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung City, in adopting the concept of digital entrepreneurship. The focus of the activities included the use of the QRIS-based payment platform and the use of the APiK application to assist in the preparation of financial reports. The program was implemented through a series of training, intensive mentoring, and live simulations designed to provide practical experience to participants. The results of these activities showed that MSMEs can utilize QRIS to support digital transactions and expand access to a wider market. In addition, the APiK application had been proven to simplify the process of recording and reporting business finances. The positive impact of this program was seen in increased digital literacy and better financial management among MSMEs. Abstract

Energy as one part of the source of energy has a very important role as a pioneer of economic development in the activities of creation, distribution, and consumption. This research aims to identify the causes between energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions in Indonesia. The type of research used is a quantitative research type which is analyzed using multivariate. The research results show that there is a relationship that is strong and 2-way proves that there is an increase in energy consumption which causes an increase in carbon dioxide emissions or other words an increase in energy consumption so that there is an increase in carbon dioxide emissions due to   the large consumption of fossil fuels and thus an increase in carbon dioxide emissions will also be large considering that consuming fossil fuels can increase the increase in carbon dioxide emissions to a large extent. The research suggests the government needs to encourage energy efficiency through carrying out accelerated development of New Renewable Energy apart from that the government is starting to implement the use of environmentally friendly and renewable energy and improve public transportation facilities.

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic, which lasted from 2020 to 2022, has affected the global economy. Activity restrictions had hampered the progress of various business sectors. As a result, there was a decline in economic growth globally. There was even an economic contraction of -13.7% in 2020 and many businesses experienced either setbacks or bankruptcies. Indonesia’s government made various recovery efforts, such as business assistance through village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) activities and capital assistance for MSMEs in the form of people’s business credit (Kredit Usaha Rakyat/KUR). Various trainings and assistance were conducted, but these activities focused more on reporting and administration of funds. The establishment of BUMDes mainly aims to improve the villages’ economy. The selection of BUMDes' mainstay business is highly important to realize the smooth running of the business chosen. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct training on how to select of the mainstay business and calculate the feasibility of the business chosen to be developed so that BUMDes and MSME actors can manage and develop their business properly. The selection can use SWOT analysis, namely by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the potential business options. In this community services activity, BUMDes and MSME training was held in Bogorejo Village, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. The results of SWOT analysis reveal that the feasible business options are digital financial services (BRI-Link), agricultural trading (waserda), and waste collection and waste bank. Waserda business aims to help market the local community's products. Waste management business economically generates small profits, but has long-term positive effects, both environmentally and socially. Meanwhile, tourism park and savings and loan are considered not feasible in the long-term, as these businesses are susceptible to bottlenecks and large losses so that they must be managed very carefully.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of economic globalization on the unemployment rate in Indonesia and the relationship of other macroeconomic variables such as economic growth, inflation rate, and real wage with unemployment. The data used is in the form of annual time series data from 1986 to 2018, whose research results are analyzed using the ARDL method. This study concludes that economic globalization can reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia in the short term, although in the long term, it increases the unemployment rate. Economic growth and inflation in the short and long term have not been able to reduce the current unemployment rate, while the increase in real wages has reduced the unemployment rate in the short term, although not in the long term. By looking at these results, we need to be wary of economic globalization because economic globalization has a destructive impact in the long term. So that concrete and consistent efforts are needed from the government, the private sector, and other stakeholders so that Indonesia gets the maximum benefit from economic globalization, especially in job creation and reducing unemployment.JEL : B22, E22.Keywords : unemployment, economic globalization, economic growth, inflation, real wages.

The data used is secondary data, with a population of 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra. The analysis technique used is Panel Data Regression Analysis. Abstract

First, the impact of family spending; second, the effect of state debt; and third, the effect of zakat revenue on Indonesia's GDP are the goals of this research. The information used for this research is derived from secondary sources, including the websites of the Indonesian Statistics Center, the National Amil Zakat Agency, and the Ministry of Finance. A total of forty observations were gathered from these sources between 2012 and 2021. This research made use of statistical analysis techniques and the Error Correction Model (ECM) for its analysis. For the period 2012-2021, at the 0.000 level of significance, the results show that household spending, state debt, and zakat earnings all have a positive effect on Indonesia's GDP. On the other hand, zakat revenue is a short-term variable that significantly affects Indonesia's GDP from 2012 to 2021, while partially state debt has no long-term or short-term influence. R2 = 0.7997, or 79.97 percent, is the coefficient of determination.
