Abstract

Abstract: This study is aimed to analyze the effect of leadership, work environment,and reward on the employee’s performance at Perum Pegadaian Besuki. The population was all employees of Perum Pegadaian Besuki. The samples were consisted of32 respondents. Multiple linear regression was employed as the method of analysis. The results show that leadership has positive and significant effecton employee performance, work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, reward has positive and significant effect on employee performance,and leadership, work environment, and reward have positive and significant effect on employee performance of Perum Pegadaian Besuki. Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the feasibility of the investment plan. The data used were primary data that consisted of the data of investment planning and cash flow estimation data for the upcoming period, and secondary data generated from the company's financial data. Investment valuation methods used are the discounted payback period, net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), modified rate of return (MIRR), profitability index (PI), and transfer pricing. Results of analysis show that the discounted payback period is less than 3 years, NPV is Rp. 441.032.525, IRR is 56.2%, MIRR is 47.9%, PI is 1.7, and the cost calculation of company’s own production and price transfers shows that the company’s own production (investment in new machines) is more profitable. According to the project acceptance criteria, the results of the analysis indicate that the investment plan of PTSPT is feasible. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of human resource competency and utilization of information technology on the financial statement quality mediated by the local property management in the Government of Bondowoso Regency. This is a quantitative research with the population consists of all property administrators, operators of Local Management Information System (SIMDA)/financial report makers, and Financial Administration Officials (PPK). Sampling method used is saturated sampling (census). Data used were collected from questionnaires distribution and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results of the research prove that human resource competency affects local property management and financial statement quality, while utilization of information technology only affects financial statement quality, but it has no effect on local property management. In addition, local property management affects financial statement quality. These mean that local property management partially mediates the influence of human resource competency on financial statement quality, but it does not mediate the influence of utilization of information technology on financial statement quality. Abstract

This study explores how initial capital, when strategically utilized through HR-driven innovation, enhances the effectiveness of human resource management (HRM) in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Drawing on data from 155 MSMEs and using multiple regression analysis, the findings reveal that both initial capital and HR-driven innovation significantly influence HRM effectiveness, particularly in areas such as talent development, employee motivation, and organizational adaptability. The interaction between initial capital and innovation indicates that financial readiness, when aligned with innovative HR practices, amplifies the capacity of MSMEs to manage and retain human capital effectively. Meanwhile, other variables such as age, number of dependents, working hours, business duration, monthly capital, monthly personal expenditure, education, marital status, and domicile showed no significant impact. These results underscore the importance of integrating financial strategy with human resource innovation to promote sustainable business growth.
