This research aims to (1) determine the form of legal protection for children who become intermediaries in buying and selling narcotics, and (2) to find out the appropriate sanctions imposed on children who become intermediaries in buying and selling narcotics. The type of research used in this research is a type of normative legal research which aims to examine the application of law regarding children involved in narcotics crimes. This research uses a statutory approach (statue approach), conceptual approach (conceptual approach) and case approach (case approach). This research is supported by statutory regulations, namely Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and Law No. 11 of 2021 concerning the Juvenile Justice System, then from journals, articles, scientific literature that are relevant to the main problem in this research. The results of this research show that (1) there is an appropriate form of legal protection for children who act as intermediaries in cases of buying and selling narcotics, and (2) appropriate sanctions are imposed on children who act as intermediaries in cases of buying and selling narcotic

The purpose of this study is to determine the management of parking levies by Transportation Departement in increasing local revenue (PAD) of Denpasar City at Kreneng Market and to find out the obstacles faced by Transportation Departement in managing parking levies at Kreneng Market in Denpasar due to the implementation of Denpasar Mayor Regulation No 11 of 2005. This study used empirical legal research with a descriptive research nature. This study is conducted at Kreneng market in Denpasar. Descriptive qualitative is used as a data processing and analysis technique in this research. The result of the study revealed that the management of parking leavis by Transportation Departement is quite effective, where the target number of parking levies on the of public roads in Denpasar is based on the large number in Denpasar. It is calculated from the number of vehicle capacities at each parking points and the number of vehicles that comes and go at the parking lot. The target setting for roadside parking levies has alsoe been distributes in each parking point. Meawhile, there are some obstacles face by Transportation Departement in managing parking levies at Kreneng Market in Denpasar that caused the effectiveness decreased such as user ignorance, revenue leakage, lack of society awareness, resusrance from certain parties, and the limitation of infrastructure and technology.

Digital Village is a program concept that implements government service systems, community services, and community empowerment based on information technology. Blimbingsari is a Tourism Village where the management of tourism is community-based. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. This study aimed to determine the management of digital-based tourism villages with the concept of green economy in increasing the tourist attraction of Blimbingsari village. Blimbingsari Tourism Village also has its website, which anyone can access anywhere. On the website, the profile of Blimbingsari Village is listed, followed by what tourist attractions are offered and many more things we can access. From several aspects related to the implementation of the green economy, several things have not been able to be implemented by the Blimbingsari Tourism Village to uphold the concept of the Green Economy and harmonization. It needs further attention from related parties so that all these aspects can be fulfilled, and Blimbingsari Tourism Village can fully become a digital-based tourism village with a green economy concept, attract more tourists, and harmonize as a tourism force.

This research aims to determine the impact of technology transfer, cultural change, and feminist participation in the development of cultural tourism. The research method used is field research with the sampling technique used is random sampling and data collection techniques through document study, observation and interviews. Conducted in cultural tourism villages in Bali Province with a sample of 8 districts and 1 municipality. The research results show that technological transfer and cultural changes do not have a significant effect on the recovery of cultural tourism. On the other hand, participation has a significant effect on tourism recovery. Recovery of cultural tourism in this research; the emphasis is on the growth of tourist villages in cultural tourism. Culture forms the local wisdom of tourist villages which must be preserved and passed down from generation to generation. The participation of indigenous feminists as workers in tourist villages also supports the preservation of religious tourism, customs, culture and traditions in realizing the restoration of Balinese cultural tourism. Cultural changes and the transfer of technology have also changed the mindset of the Balinese traditional community, which was originally steeped in a patriarchal culture to become gender-responsive.

The purpose of this study is to improve entrepreneurship skills in the development of Tunjung Segara MSMEs by applying the performance-based Paticipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model. The type of research is action research (action research). The research subjects were workers at Tunjung Segara SMEs, totaling 20 people. Quantitative data were collected in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed that the data processing of simple linear regression test constant values and regression coefficients showed that the entrepreneurial skill variable (X) had a positive effect on the development of MSMEs (Y) with the application of the Paticipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model if the entrepreneurial skill variable was increased by one unit, then business performance will increase by 66.43. Hypothesis Test Results (T test) The entrepreneurial skill variable (X) has a t-count value greater than the t-table value because the t-count value (5.387) > t table (0.444) and the significance level is .000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The results of the t-test of the influence of worker skills on the development of SMEs, the coefficient of determination (R2) The coefficient of determination (R2) is used to see how much contribution the independent variable (X) is entrepreneurship skills to the dependent variable (Y), namely the development of SMEs. Based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it was found that the magnitude of the influence of the entrepreneurial skill variable (X) on the MSME development variable (Y) was 73.9%. While the remaining 36.3% is influenced by other factors such as human resources, motivation, and mentoring. For MSMEs in Indonesia, the performance-based Paticipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model supports the improvement of entrepreneurship skills so that more MSMEs can develop their entrepreneurial skills.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the internalization of character education based on exemplary national heroes in learning citizenship education in elementary schools in Karangasem Regency, Bali. "Character Education through exemplary national heroes, begins with findings in the field, that Citizenship Education learning is cognitive-oriented, does not pay attention to didactic and affective meanings. This study used an experimental design in testing the effectiveness of exemplary-based learning of national heroes on social responsibility attitudes and character of elementary school students. The instruments used to collect data in this study were questionnaires, learning outcomes tests, score inventory, and self-evaluation. The questionnaire was designed to determine the feasibility of exemplary-based instruction from national heroes. The learning outcome test is used to find out the score. Data analysis used multivariate analysis of variance. The results showed that a) learning using the role models of national heroes was better than conventional learning in students' citizenship knowledge, b) learning using the role models of national heroes was better than conventional learning on student social responsibility attitudes, and c) learning using the role models of national heroes was better than conventional learning. Students acquire skills to gather information.

The purpose of this study was to analyze moral education on moral education in elementary school children with a storytelling approach. This study used an experimental design in testing moral education in elementary school children with a storytelling approach. The instruments used to collect data in this study were questionnaires, learning outcomes tests, score inventory and self-evaluation. The questionnaire was designed to determine the feasibility of moral education instruction. The learning outcome test is used to find out the score. Data analysis used multivariate analysis of variance. The results showed that there was a significant difference after storytelling on moral development (t = 3.478 and p = 0.006 (p <0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that storytelling can improve the moral development of elementary school students in Karangasem Regency. .

This research is focused on the normative problem of the vacuum of recognition norms by customary law communities which causes injustice in tourism development. This research is a normative legal research with a socio legal approach. This research approach uses a statutory approach, a legal approach with a policy orientation. The absence of norms at the level of the Law, plus contradictory interpretations regarding the conditions in Article 18B paragraph (2). At the local government level, the province of Bali has actually made a number of legal products that recognize indigenous peoples in the tourism sector. It is not sufficient to prove the recognition of indigenous peoples in one area. East Java Provincial Regulation as a comparative study. The results show that the recognition of customary law communities is still included in the product of tourism regulations. It affects ± 60% minimum operational funds, ± 15% low sharing funds, ± 10% local government contributions, and ± 5% sourced from sponsors. Regarding this fact, the alternative solution is through the reconstruction of the ideal legal model for the recognition of customary law communities in the tourism sector as a legal input for drafters.

This study aims to determine, among others: (1) the formulation of indigenous village participation policies in the development of City Branding The Spirit of Sobean as a tourism marketing strategy in Buleleng Regency; (2) implementation of the policy formulation of traditional village participation in the development of City Branding The Spirit of Sobean as a tourism marketing strategy in Buleleng Regency; and (3) the implications of implementing the policy formulation of traditional village participation in the development of City Branding The Spirit of Sobean as a tourism marketing strategy in Buleleng Regency. This research is a normative juridical research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach, the determination of the location and the research sample is determined purposively. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and document studies. The research data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the potential of the Buleleng area with the branding of The Spirit of Sobean. The development of the city branding of The Spirit of Sobean, Buleleng Regency with all existing components or sub-systems from local governments, entrepreneurs, and the arts and culture community can carry out the highest level of engaging tourism. The implication of the application of legal protection in the development of city branding The Spirit of Sobean is very large as a driver of sustainable tourism.

This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of assimilation of prisoners in the Class II B Penitentiary Singaraja; (2) the implementation of the development of prisoners in the assimilation stage at the Class II B Penitentiary in Singaraja; and (3) the prospect of implementing assimilation as an effort to develop prisoners in the Class II B Penitentiary Singaraja in terms of criminology and human rights perspectives. This type of research is a field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data in this study are primary, secondary and tertiary data. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations and document studies. This study performs data processing through the process of editing, classifying, verifying, analyzing and concluding. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the repetition of criminal acts committed by assimilation prisoners, so that it can illustrate that the guidance carried out by the Class II B Singaraja Penitentiary has not been effective.
