Abstract

Bimbingan serta pendampingan baca dan tulis bagi anak-anak dikelurahan pager merupakan program unggulan yang dilakukan pada saat melaksanakan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Kelurahan Pager. Program ini dilakukan karena terdapat suatu permasalahan terkait pembelajaran baca dan tulis Al-Qur’an di kelurahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan prosedur pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati dan menganalisis pelaksanaan bimbingan dan pendampingan baca dan tulis Al-qur’an bagi anak-anak dikelurahan pager. Penelitian ini penting mengingat kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an merupakan kewajiban bagi seluruh umat muslim. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kemampuan baca dan tulis Al-qur’an anak-anak dikelurahan pager dapat ditingkatkan dengan bimbingan secara konsisten. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kemajuan pemahaman dan kemampuan anak-anak dikelurahan pager setelah diberikan bimbingan secara konsisten, mereka sudah mampu membaca iqro dan Al-qur’an maupun menulis huruf hijaiyah dengan baik.

Abstract

There are main activities of the worker in UD Askan such as splitting the fish, carrying, and lifting the tubs. Work activities are done manually and the production process continually undergoes. The frequency of activity (15 cycles) in a day causes the risk of fatigue, injury, and Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Evaluation of the work posture of four workers by Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS) and Job Strain Index (JSI) methods showed high risk in the process of lifting and carrying a tank. The previous posture caused the worker to bend forward, both legs standing or squatting with both knees, and walk by carrying a tub. The results recommend solving soonest due to the danger to the musculoskeletal. The recommendation shows that lifting methods are required and the design of lifting and transporting equipment is needed. The evaluation posture by OWAS show that the process of carrying a tank is 3 level (immediate repair because it is harmful to the musculoskeletal), and after improvement, it is 1 level (not harmful to the musculoskeletal). Then, JSI indicates any improvement from the 3 levels (posing a hazard) to level 1 (safe work).

Abstract

The projected decrease inspired this research in Afdhol MSMEs' consumer base in 2020. This study's objectives were to determine the pattern of product brand transfer for Nasional Afdhol (SNA) and predict the market share and price of prayer cap products. This study was undertaken at the SNA in Bungah District, Gresik Regency. With a population of 415 people and a required sample size of 204 persons, the required data consists of a questionnaire containing questions concerning prayer cap brand items used in the past and prayer cap brand products used presently. There are three competing prayer cap brands: Nasional ONH, Pendopo, and Nasional Gapuro Bungah. During the pandemic, it has decreased drastically by almost 70% until the last two years, so the problem that can be formulated was SNA has never evaluated the market, so competitors have never been taken into account for their role, which may affect the market share, and how consumers behave in their role in choosing which songkok to buy. By calculating using the Markov chain, the pattern of songkok purchase movement made by consumers in the 4 songkok brands can be analyzed so that SNA canplan marketing strategies to increase sales and their expected values. Data processing was performed using Rantai Markov, beginning with projecting market share using three strategies. The first strategy was without decreasing or raising prices. The second strategy was reducing the price of Rp. 5,000.00, and the third strategy was increasing the price of Rp. The calculation results yielded the greatest market share value. A formulated strategy was to cut the price of Rp. 5,000.00 by 42.65% with a probability value of 0.4265 under a steady-state condition of 0.4714 with a profit of Rp. 1,137,636. The strategy to obtain maximum expectation values has the consequence of enlarging its customer base.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan dan menjaga stabilitas operasional PT. Sarana Sahabat Maju dalam lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan utama adalah terkait kesalahan dalam membaca minat pasar terhadap beberapa produk sehingga menyebabkan kelebihan stok dan kesulitan dalam penjualan yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan fluktuasi arus kas dan tantangan dalam perencanaan keuangan serta pemesanan produk baru. Salah satu faktornya adalah pengelola usaha tidak melakukan penyusunan anggaran kas. Evaluasi pelaksanaan anggaran kas selama dua periode menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian antara anggaran dengan realisasi kas. Pada periode pertama penerimaan kas cukup efektif, sedangkan pada periode kedua dinilai kurang efektif. Sementara dari sisi pengeluaran, kedua periode tersebut mengalami defisit kas karena pengeluaran melebihi penerimaan yang mengindikasikan adanya inefisiensi, sesuai dengan kriteria efektifitas dan efisiensi. Temuan ini menyoroti perlunya perbaikan dalam perencanaan anggaran dan pengelolaan keuangan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

This training was provided to the teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Kota Padangsidimpuan, consisting of 20 teachers. The training took place in the SMA Negeri 1 Padamgsidimpuan Hall. The aim of this training was to address the common problem faced by most teachers, namely the difficulty in managing classrooms with diverse students. The Star Teacher training offered extensive classroom management practice through the BAM strategy (Belajar Asyik Menyenangkan). The focus of BAM is to provide teachers with theories and practical activities to help them understand student characteristics through five aspects: (1) Family Characteristics, (2) Personality, (3) Dominant Learning Style, (4) Ice Breaking, and (5) Cognitive Tests. The results of this training showed an improvement in teachers’ understanding of classroom management in dealing with diverse students through the practical stages of the BAM strategy. With this understanding, teachers will continue to be trained to become Star Teacher, beloved by their students so that the learning process becomes something students look forward to.

Abstract

This study examines the adaptation of Muhammadiyah's da'wah strategies to modern technological advancements, with a focus on engaging Generation Z, who are known for their tech-savviness. The research aims to identify effective methods for delivering religious messages to this demographic through digital platforms. Utilizing a library research method, analytical data were gathered from a variety of sources, including books, academic journals, research papers, and other relevant literature. The study found that Muhammadiyah's digital da'wah model is sufficiently flexible to integrate contemporary technological tools, ensuring continuous and effective religious communication. Specific findings highlight the importance of using social media, video content, and interactive online platforms to engage Generation Z. Additionally, the research underscores the need for da'i (preachers) to be well-versed in digital communication, possess deep knowledge of religious content, and create engaging, relevant material.This adaptive approach not only addresses technological advancements but ensures that the da'wah message is impactful and resonates with Generation Z. The practical implications of this study suggest that digital da'wah can significantly enhance the reach and effectiveness of religious communication in the modern age. In conclusion, Muhammadiyah's use of digital da'wah demonstrates its capacity to evolve and remain relevant, particularly in communicating with a tech-oriented audience like Generation Z.

Abstract

Sumenep’s hand Batik is one of best practice in Madura. Located in Pekandangan BaratVillage, Sumenep Regency. Production activities done manually and many hazards foundthroughout overall processes. The aime of this research is finding prediction model of safetywork behavior as the response by analyzing factors which influence safety work behaviorsignificantly. Observation executed by 80 respondents, the model used multivariate linierregression. The result obtained that knowledge variabel and protective personal equipmentare significant. Meanwhile, perception and communication are not significant. Finally, modelof safety work behavior found two variables such worker’s knowledge and protectivepersonal equipment which determination coeficient of model is 15.9%.
