Abstract

This research and development study aims to determine the condition of students' critical thinking skills in mathematics learning and analyze the effectiveness of the results of developing flipbook-based mathematics learning modules in improving critical thinking skills. This research method uses the RnD approach, namely research carried out by developing flipbook-based learning modules. The development procedure model adapts the Borg and Gall development model, 1) research and data collection; 2) Implementation of planning 3) development of original products; 4) conducting initial field trials; 5) Check the original product; 6) conducting limited field trials; 7) making other product versions; 8) conducting functional field tests; 9) Check the final product; and 10) carrying out production and implementation.The determination of the subject used the Simple Random Sampling technique, which is taking samples from the population randomly without considering the strata in the population. The subjects of this study were 83 students from the pretest and posttest classes. Based on the results of the study, the conditionsMathematics learning at SMA MTA Surakarta, many students have difficulty developing critical thinking skills. Students feel bored and uninterested in following mathematics lessons, because there is no variation in learning (monotonous). In addition, it turns out that there are no modules that can be used by teachers and students other than LKS. In the needs analysis, it was discovered that students and teachers needed a new module that could be applied with current technological advances. The test results showed a t-value of -11.230 and a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000. This can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest groups. So it can be concluded thatFlipbook-based mathematics learning modules are effective in improving critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Health cadres are the spearhead in implementing health programs at the village level. In the context of toddler growth, cadre duties include monitoring child growth and development and early detection of toddler health problems. Cadre motivation is seen as a factor that influences how much involvement and dedication cadres have in carrying out their duties well. This article aims to analyze the influence of health cadre motivation on performance in efforts to improve toddler growth. This study is a meta-analysis using the PRISMA flowchart and PICO model. Population: toddler health cadres. Intervention: have good motivation. Comparison: poor motivation, Outcome: Cadre performance. The process of searching for articles by searching through databases in Google scholar, Scopus, ProQuest, PubMed, Elsevier, and Science directly. The keywords used are "health cadre motivation" OR "health cadre performance" OR "toddler growth" OR "toddler growth efforts" AND "health cadre efforts" AND "Cross sectional" AND "aOR". Articles were selected based on inclusion criteria, namely articles with a cross-sectional design published in 2015-2024 analyzed using logistic regression. Data were analyzed using Review Manager 5.3. Meta-analysis was conducted on 7 primary studies from countriesEthiopia, Nigeria, and Indonesia. The results showed that health cadre motivation improved cadre performance in toddler growth (aOR= 1.84; 95% CI= 1.45 to 2.33; p=0.02). Good motivation of health cadres improves the performance of cadres in efforts to grow toddlers.

Abstract

Preservation of local culture is a form of maintaining the value of the art, cultural values and traditional values by developing dynamic embodiment. This effort need to adaptt to the situation and the conditions are always changing and growing. This research describes a region that is becoming a real form of preservation of local culture by using the concept of conservation of the cultural heritage and values. The research method used was qualitative. by using descriptive qualitative approach. After data collection, reduction of data, display data, verification, a conclusion may be taken if the Kampung Budaya Polowijen capable of becoming a cultural marker Malang, booster value and cultural heritage and well as being the criterion with other cultures. Besides, it can also serve as a medium of communication-based local wisdom and the pioneers of the incidence of creative industries and tourist attraction in the region. Pelestarian budaya lokal merupakan suatu bentuk mempertahankan nilai seni, nilai budaya dan nilai tradisional dengan mengembangkan perwujudan yang dinamis. Upaya ini perlu menyesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi yang selalu berubah dan berkembang. Penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang sebuah wilayah yang menjadi bentuk nyata dari pelestarian budaya lokal dengan mengunakan konsep konservasi nilai dan warisan budaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Setelah melakukan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data maka didapati sebuah kesimpulan bahwa Kampung Budaya Polowijen mampu menjadi penanda kultural masyarakat Malang, penguat nilai dan budaya serta menjadi pembeda dengan budaya lainnya. Selain itu juga bisa dijadikan sebagai media komunikasi berbasis kearifan lokal dan pionir muculnya industri kreatif dan daya tarik wisata di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan institusi yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah desa serta masyarakat untuk mengelola kegiatan-kegiatan ekonomi desa. Namun, BUMDes dalam menjalankan fungsinya juga dihadapkan pada permasalahan internal terkait keterbatasan kemampuan SDM, salah satunya adalah sistem akuntansi dan manajemen keuangan yang buruk, sehingga pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes menjadi tidak optimal. Hal inilah yang menjadi hambatan utama bagi BUMDes untuk mendapatkan akses permodalan ke lembaga keuangan formal. BUMDes tidak mampu menerapkan administrasi keuangan yang sesuai dengan standar. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah mendorong peningkatan kapasitas usaha dan akses pembiayaan BUMDes adalah dengan menyediakan sarana pencatatan transaksi keuangan yang terstandar dan sederhana. Melalui kegiatan penelitian selama dua tahun, telah dibentuk Aplikasi Keuangan untuk BUMDes berbasis web. Aplikasi ini sangat mudah digunakan dan telah memenuhi standar akuntansi pelaku usaha kecil mikro, dimana dalam hal ini adalah BUMDes. Aplikasi ini bernama “Semeton Bumdes”. Untuk itu, dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi keuangan Semeton BUMDes kepada pengelola BUMDes di desa wisata, Desa Kute Kecamatan Kute Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Pelaksanaan pembinaan ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal yang menekankan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam keseluruhan kegiatan mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program. Kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu: 1) sosialisasi tentang upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman standar pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan; 2) demonstration plot penggunaan aplikasi keuangan berbasis web bagi pengelola BUMDes; dan 3) pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi keuangan berbasis web bagi pengelola BUMDes Desa Kute. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan ini meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola BUMDes untuk memahami proses pencatatan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan berbasis web (Semeton BUMDes).
