Abstract

This study aims to formulate learning objectives, strategies in achieving memorization targets, how to carry out the Al-Qur'an tahfiz learning curriculum. The research method used is a qualitative approach by directly analyzing the daily activities of teachers and participants through various processes including muayasyah, research and development, interview, library, and documentation. This research was conducted in five Islamic boarding schools in West Java, Indonesia. The results of the research show that teachers are at the forefront of curriculum development, that every teacher must be smart in capturing every situation that develops. The results of research on Islamic boarding schools show that by giving teachers the widest possible authority to carry out the curriculum and develop it according to situations and conditions in the field, it has succeeded in facilitating students to achieve memorization targets according to their respective abilities. That the materials and learning strategies that have been developed can be used as comparisons in order to improve teacher quality. From this study it can be concluded that in the work of compiling the curriculum it is not enough to only use experts but also must involve experienced teachers as a team and contributors of ideas from the field.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of the teacher who serves as a role model for developing the character of students at the junior high school level. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The participants involved in this study were school principals, deputy principals, teachers of Islamic religious education and PKN, guidance and counseling teachers, homeroom teachers, and students from three junior high schools in Bandung. Data is collected through several techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive model from Miles & Huberman which includes the steps of: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that several aspects of the teacher's personality that can be role models in developing student character are the use of language, behavior, and personality. The values that can be learned from the teacher's example are honesty, responsibility, courtesy, tolerance, discipline, and caring. There are several factors that become inhibiting and supporting. Several supporting factors in developing student character include curriculum content standards, leadership, commitment, and togetherness. Factors that become obstacles to developing student character are the low level of parental concern, the apathy of teachers and students, and the use of funds that are not optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse health content creation on social media to attract public interest in health literacy. Because social media is considered a medium of entertainment, health education is a medical approach. The method used in this research is qualitative, and data collection is a review of journals, books, and other relevant sources for this research. The data analysis is done by reviewing each data source and analysing the correlation with the research. The results showed that creating health content on social media is an effort to attract public interest in health literacy because social media is a medium of entertainment in interacting and sharing information. People are interested in getting information from social media due to the creation of exciting content such as YouTube, x / Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and other media. The efforts to create health content on social media are because social media has good effectiveness and can be used as a medium for promotion and health education. In addition, communication is part of the success of health policy. It is appropriate for every individual to pay attention to health factors as primary needs in their lives.

Abstract

Being capable of media literacy is an important competence in the contemporary era characterized by widespread digitalization. Teachers play a vital role in integrating learning and imparting it in schools. However, due to the absence of media literacy training, their level of media literacy remains low. It necessitates a solution involving the creation of a training program by designing its curriculum beforehand. This study attempts to design a curriculum framework for media literacy training for teachers. The participants were junior high school teachers in West Java, with a total sample size of 381 teachers who used purposive sampling techniques. A design research method has been used to produce a prototype for research purposes. Research procedure refers to the three decisions that determine the design outcome, covering procedure design, problem analysis and solution design Data collected with questionnaires given to teachers and it has been analyzed using descriptive statistics with SPSS software 26. Results of this study provide a curriculum framework for media literacy training for junior high school teachers in West Java, including objectives, content, methods, and assessment. Its current training curriculum framework serves as a valuable reference point for enhancing the media literacy competence of teachers.

Abstract

Every implementation of learning evaluation will have problems that arise so that innovations are needed that can overcome these problems. One of the innovations made to facilitate the learning evaluation system, so that learning evaluation activities will be helped. The research method used by researchers is qualitative, which refers to web data and observation results with interviews. So as to find how the effectiveness in implementing learning evaluation using Safe Exam Browser, then some of the supporting and inhibiting factors that are felt when using the application. By conducting considerations and discussions, the researcher concluded that using the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) application is very effective for modern-based educational institutions, with adequate media this application is very supportive to produce maximum Learning Evaluation, because the researcher mentioned that there are two values contained in it, namely the value of honesty and the value of self-confidence. With these two values, students will have good character and can have high morality for long-term provision for future success. The hope of the researcher is that the Safe Exam Browser application can be updated even better so that many institutions use the application, it will increase the value of higher quality and more advanced education.

Abstract

The problem of quantum measurements has become one of the most controversial topics in quantum physics. Various interpretations of the role of observers and measurement processes in the quantum world have been proposed, but there is no clear consensus yet. The study focuses on the various proposed solutions to quantum measurement problems, highlighting the theory of decoherence and Many Worlds as promising alternatives. The purpose of this study is to analyze the various proposed solutions to quantum measurement problems and explore the relevance of decoherence theory and Many Worlds in explaining measurements without directly involving observers. The method used in this study is a literature analysis of 30 leading publications that discuss the topic of quantum measurement problems and proposed solutions. The data collected included theoretical and experimental studies relevant to Copenhagen's interpretation, Many Worlds, and decoherence theory. The study found that Copenhagen's interpretation continues to dominate the literature, but approaches such as Many Worlds and decoherence are gaining more attention. Decoherence theory in particular offers a more adequate explanation for bridging the gap between the quantum world and the classical world without requiring the role of an observer in measurement. The study concludes that although many solutions have been proposed, decoherence theory provides a more cohesive and comprehensive alternative in addressing quantum measurement problems. Further research is needed to test the reliability of these theories in more controlled quantum experiments.

Abstract

Era teknologi digital membawa perubahan besar dalam perilaku, orientasi nilai, dan pola interaksi peserta didik. Kemudahan akses informasi tidak hanya membuka peluang pembelajaran, tetapi juga menghadirkan ancaman berupa degradasi moral, individualisme, hedonisme, serta rendahnya etika bermedia. Dalam konteks ini, keteladanan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam menjadi elemen strategis untuk membentuk karakter religius dan moral peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Mendeskripsikan urgensi keteladanan guru PAI dalam pembentukan karakter, menganalisis peran guru PAI sebagai role model spiritual, mengidentifikasi tantangan keteladanan di era digital, dan merumuskan strategi penguatan keteladanan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pendidikan kontemporer. Penelitian menggunakan metode kajian pustaka melalui analisis jurnal dan buku periode 2020–2025. Sumber literatur dipilih berdasarkan relevansi dan kelayakan akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keteladanan guru PAI merupakan metode paling efektif untuk menanamkan nilai spiritual, moral, dan sosial, karena peserta didik lebih mudah menginternalisasi nilai melalui contoh nyata dibandingkan instruksi verbal. Keteladanan guru terbukti memperkuat karakter religius, literasi moral digital, dan perilaku sosial siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan kompetensi spiritual, kepribadian, dan etika digital guru PAI sangat penting untuk menghadapi tantangan era teknologi. Hasil penelitian ini signifikan sebagai pijakan pengembangan strategi pendidikan karakter berbasis keteladanan di sekolah

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap penyedia pada kontrak konstruksi yang diputus secara sepihak, dan mengetahui bagaimana konsep kedepan agar kontrak konstruksi memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi penyedia. Metode penelitan yang digunakan yakni yuridis normatif (legal research). Pendekatan masalah yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini yaitu pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach) dan pendekatan kasus (case approach). Sumber bahan hukum yang digunakan ialah bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan non hukum. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi diatur melalui Kontrak Kerja Konstruksi, yang secara hukum mengikat pengguna dan penyedia jasa konstruksi. Hal itu diatur dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 16 Tahun 2018, PerLKPP Nomor 12 Tahun 2021, UU Nomor 2 Tahun 2017 tentang Jasa Konstruksi. Kontrak Konstruksi sering kali dihadapkan pada berbagai masalah. Bahkan, hampir tidak ada Kontrak Konstruksi yang bebas dari masalah. Kontrak Konstruksi sering kali dihadapkan pada berbagai masalah seperti pemutusan kontrak secara sepihak. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah penyedia lalai menyelesaikan pekerjaan sebagaimana tercantum dalam kontrak atau tidak memperbaiki kelalaiannya setelah pemberian kesempatan. Meski klausul pemutusan kontrak telah tercantum dalam surat perjanjian. Namun, pemutusan kontrak secara sepihak banyak menuai permasalahan karena pertimbangan pemberian kesempatan masih belum diatur secara tegas. Oleh karena itu, perlu perlindungan hukum bagi penyedia untuk meminimalisir permasalahan tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct teacher competencies through the lens of prophetic pedagogy by examining the Nabawi method of student error correction as articulated in Manhaj an-Nabawi fī Taqwīm al-Akhtā' by Muhammad Yusuf Al-Shatti. It seeks to address the theoretical gap in contemporary Islamic education literature by positioning error correction as a distinct analytical lens for understanding remedial teacher competencies.This research adopts a qualitative library research design employing interpretive text analysis and qualitative content analysis. The primary data source is Al-Shatti's work on Nabawi error correction, supported by contemporary scholarly literature on prophetic pedagogy, teacher competencies, and humane disciplinary approaches. Data were collected through close reading, thematic coding, and conceptual categorization, followed by thematic analysis to reconstruct communicative, psychological, spiritual, and strategic teacher competencies. Data credibility was ensured through source triangulation and thick description.The findings reveal that, within Nabawi pedagogy, student error is constructed as an inherent human phenomenon and a formative educational entry point rather than a disciplinary violation. Error correction is characterized by gradual instruction, empathy, dignity preservation, emotional safety, and moral justice. These principles give rise to integrative remedial teacher competencies that emphasize ethical communication, psychological regulation, restorative engagement, and spiritual orientation.This study offers an original contribution by reconstructing prophetic pedagogy as a coherent competency-based educational framework rather than a set of normative moral exemplars. It provides practical guidance for educators and policy makers seeking humane, dignified, and ethically grounded approaches to student discipline while enriching contemporary educational theory with a moral-spiritual perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to examine sholawat song content as a medium for delivering dakwah messages to public officials in order to build ethical awareness in the digital era. In today’s digital age, sholawat songs have spread widely across various digital platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, and others. This indicates that the medium of dakwah delivery has transformed within society from the traditional approach of sermons to more artistic methods, one of which is sholawat music that embeds religious messages within it. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach. This is based on the research objective, which requires analyses aligned with qualitative methods. Data collection in this study involved reviewing journals, books, regulations, and other sources relevant to the topic, ensuring strong analytical foundations. Data analysis was conducted by examining each data source and assessing its relevance to the study, allowing the results to be objective, valid, and accountable. The results indicate that sholawat song content can serve as a medium for conveying dakwah messages to public officials in order to develop ethical awareness in the digital era. Sholawat songs contain artistic elements that invite listeners to enjoy and absorb the messages within them. Furthermore, the use of art has historically become a form of knowledge continuously studied during the golden age of Islam. During the early spread of Islam in the Nusantara, Islamic teachings were conveyed through musical arts, enabling dakwah to spread beautifully among the community. [Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konten lagu sholawat sebagai media penyampaian pesan dakwah kepada pejabat publik dalam membentuk kesadaran etika pejabat di era digital. Sebab di era digital sekarang ini lagu sholawat telah tersebar di berbagai media digital, mulai dari YouTube, TikTok, dan media lainnya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media penyampaian dakwah telah berubah dalam kehidupan masyarakat yang awalnya dilakukan dengan ceramah, sekarang banyak dilakukan dengan kesenian, salah satunya lewat seni sholawat dengan menyelipkan pesan agama di dalamnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Hal ini didasarkan pada tujuan penelitian yang membutuhkan analisis yang berhubungan dengan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui review jurnal, buku, peraturan, dan sumber lainnya yang memiliki hubungan dengan penelitian ini, sehingga penelitian ini mempunyai analisis yang kuat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menelaah setiap sumber data yang diambil dan menganalisis hubungannya dengan penelitian ini sehingga menghasilkan temuan yang objektif, valid, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten lagu sholawat dapat menjadi media penyampaian pesan dakwah kepada pejabat publik untuk membangun kesadaran etika di era digital. Lagu sholawat mengandung unsur seni yang dapat mengajak masyarakat untuk menikmati dan menyerap pesan yang terkandung di dalamnya. Selain itu, kesenian telah menjadi bagian dari ilmu pengetahuan yang terus dipelajari pada masa kejayaan Islam. Pada masa awal penyebaran Islam di Nusantara, ajaran Islam disampaikan melalui seni musik sehingga dakwah dapat menyebar dengan indah di tengah masyarakat.]
