Abstract

Salah satu produk UMKM yang berkembang adalah kerupuk kulit ikan patin, yang memiliki potensi pasar yang besar, terutama di Kota Cirebon. Namun, pengemasan dan pencantuman label pada produk UMKM seringkali kurang diperhatikan meskipun hal ini penting untuk menjaga kualitas dan keamanan produk serta daya saing di pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pengemasan dan label pada UMKM produk kerupuk kulit ikan patin yang diproduksi oleh UMKM Ngedani. Penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi langsung, wawancara, dan telaah pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa UMKM Ngedani menggunakan dua jenis kemasan, yaitu kemasan standing pouch dan kemasan ekonomis yang berbahan plastik PP, yang sudah memenuhi standar BPOM No. 30 Tahun 2018 mengenai persyaratan bahan kemasan pangan. Untuk label, kemasan standing pouch sudah memenuhi semua ketentuan yang tercantum dalam BPOM No. 31 Tahun 2018, sedangkan kemasan ekonomis belum mencantumkan informasi mengenai berat bersih dan kandungan gizi. Secara keseluruhan, produk kerupuk kulit ikan patin dari UMKM Ngedani sudah memenuhi standar keamanan dan kualitas yang ditetapkan oleh BPOM, meskipun ada beberapa kekurangan dalam penerapan label pada kemasan ekonomis.

Abstract

Sinta. 2025. Implementation of the STEAM Learning Model Assisted by Animated Video Media to Improve Science Learning Outcomes of Fourth-Grade Students at SDN 1 Bajugan. Thesis, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Madako University, Tolitoli. Supervisor: Nasriani, S.Pd., M.Pd., Supervisor: Muh Rudini, S.Pd., M.Pd. This study aims to improve the science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Bajugan through the implementation of the STEAM learning model assisted by animated video media. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles, each encompassing planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 15 students. Data collection techniques used were observation, achievement tests, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed an increase in student learning outcomes, from an average of 64.6% in cycle I with a completion rate of 46.67% to an average of 85% in cycle II with a completion rate of 86.62%. Teacher and student activity also increased, with teacher activity reaching 89.5% and student activity reaching 91.66%. The implementation of the STEAM learning model was able to create a fun, interactive, and collaborative learning environment. These findings indicate that this learning model is effective in improving students' understanding of the material on the State of Matter and its Changes and can be used as an alternative learning strategy in elementary schools

Abstract

This community engagement initiative aims to build students’ understanding, skills, and awareness regarding the proper management of used cooking oil by converting it into aromatherapy candles. In many households, used cooking oil is commonly discarded in ways that harm the environment, such as pouring it into waterways or soil. To address this issue, the program introduced a series of activities consisting of preliminary observations, informational sessions, and practical workshops. Through these stages, students learned about the environmental risks associated with improper disposal and explored the potential of transforming used oil into useful and marketable products. The outcomes indicate a notable improvement in students’ knowledge and hands-on abilities, particularly in filtering, refining, blending materials, and molding aromatherapy candles. The final products showed good stability, appealing fragrances, and varied forms based on students’ creativity. Beyond increasing environmental awareness, the program also supports the development of simple entrepreneurial opportunities through waste-based innovations. Overall, this activity demonstrates an effective approach to environmental education that combines practical experience with sustainable creativity.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to design and develop learning media in the form of a game board inspired by the traditional egrang batok game. The utilization of Egrang Batok media has been the subject of prior research; however, no studies have been conducted on Sundanese language content. The objective of this media is to facilitate the acquisition of Sundanese script by PGSD students. Following the observation that students encountered difficulties in comprehending and acquiring proficiency in Sundanese script through the utilization of visual media exclusively, the author endeavored to conceptualize a board game employing the principles of batok egrang as a medium for Sundanese script instruction. The present study employed the ADDIE development model, which comprises five stages: The following sequence of steps is imperative: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The findings of the research suggest that: The batok engrang board game medium has been determined to have a high level of validity, with an average score of 0.90 for content, 0.80 for media, and 0.8 for language, classified as sufficiently high. In terms of practicality, questionnaire results from teachers and students indicate that this medium is highly practical to use, with an average score of 95%. On the whole, the Egrang Batok-based board game is regarded as suitable and effective for use in learning activities at PGSD.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the government's prevention in dealing with early marriage in South Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research, the data sources used are primary and secondary, the number of informants is 3 people. From the results of previous research, it shows that the government's prevention in dealing with early marriage in Sinjai Selatan sub-district, Sinjai district, is classified as optimal and not optimal. society. related to the regulation on early marriage has been going well, but not optimal because of the government's lack of firmness towards people who do early marriage. Internal factors that influence this research are on the basis of their own volition while external factors are influenced by several factors such as the economy, education, or community traditions.

Abstract

The development of online and hybrid learning requires students to have a high level of learning independence to be able to manage the learning process effectively and sustainably. However, various studies show that student learning independence in Indonesia is still relatively low, mainly due to online learning which tends to be oneway and less student-centered. One learning model deemed relevant to address this challenge is the flipped classroom, as it provides a structured, independent learning space through pre-class activities and synchronous learning oriented towards deepening concepts. This study aims to comprehensively examine the effectiveness of the flipped classroom model in improving student learning independence in online and hybrid learning. This study used a qualitative approach with a literature review method of various relevant primary and secondary literature sources, including articles from accredited national journals, scientific proceedings, reference books, and education policy documents. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis techniques combined with thematic synthesis to identify patterns of findings, indicators of learning independence, and supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the flipped classroom. The results show that the flipped classroom is consistently able to improve student learning independence, as reflected in increased learning initiative, academic responsibility, time management, self-regulation, and self-reflection and self-evaluation skills. Compared to conventional online learning, flipped classrooms are more effective in encouraging active student engagement and reducing reliance on teachers. With careful pedagogical planning and adequate technological support, flipped classrooms have the potential to be an adaptive and sustainable learning strategy for strengthening independent learning in the digital education era.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD IT Perguruan Baiti Jannati on students in grade IV consisting of 7 students with 5 academically gifted students and 2 non-academic gifted students. In grade V students also consisted of 7 students with 5 academically gifted students, 1 non-academic gifted student and 1 academically and non-academic gifted student at SD IT Baiti Jannati with the aim of analyzing the learning styles of gifted students both in academic and non-academic fields. Data were obtained through questionnaires, observations, and interviews with students and teachers. Data were analyzed using a qualitative approach with a data reduction model, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research conducted at SD IT Perguruan Baiti Jannati showed that the dominant learning style in grade IV is visual, because students prefer to learn by reading, writing, and viewing displays such as in games. The most dominant learning style in grade V is visual and kinesthetic, because students find it easier to understand material through direct activities, practice, play, and using aids. In addition, it was found that gifted students both academically and non-academically show uniqueness in the way they absorb information

Abstract

Jagung merupakan salah satu komoditas pangan lokal yang memiliki potensi besar di wilayah perdesaan, namun pemanfaatannya masih terbatas pada penjualan bahan mentah dengan nilai ekonomi rendah. Permasalahan tersebut juga ditemui di Desa Srikaton, Kecamatan Adiluwih, Kabupaten Pringsewu, di mana jagung umumnya dijual dalam bentuk pipilan kering tanpa pengolahan lanjutan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan jagung lokal melalui inovasi produk nugget berbasis tepung mocaf sebagai alternatif pangan olahan bernilai tambah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pembuatan nugget jagung–mocaf secara partisipatif melalui kolaborasi dengan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT), serta pengamatan terhadap hasil produk dan penerimaan masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa nugget jagung–mocaf dapat diproduksi menggunakan peralatan sederhana, memiliki tekstur dan cita rasa yang dapat diterima masyarakat, serta berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai usaha pangan berbasis bahan lokal. Estimasi kandungan gizi berdasarkan data literatur menunjukkan bahwa produk berpotensi menjadi sumber energi dan serat pangan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong peningkatan nilai tambah jagung lokal dan mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Bullying behavior is an act that can take the form of violence or other negative actions, carried out repeatedly by an individual or group of people against someone who is powerless and unable to defend themselves. This bullying behavior can occur in various environments, such as in schools. Based on this, the background emerged that underlies the moral education seminar activities at SMA Negeri 5 Batang Hari. This activity was organized by students of the Universitas Islam Batanghari, and attended by students of SMA Negeri 5 Batang Hari. The activity was carried out face-to-face between the resource person and participants, where there was a presentation of material, discussion, and question and answer. The hope of holding this seminar is to increase the awareness of students about the importance of having good social interactions and morals towards others, as well as increasing anti-bullying towards others and social care.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode literature review yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya penguatan etika akuntan dalam membangun kepercayaan publik dengan tetap memperhatikan manfaat serta mencari solusi untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan di era digitalisasi. Ini diakukan dengan menelaah berbagai jurnal, buku, dan berbagai sumber terdahulu yang relevan dan saling berkaitan antara etika dengan persepsi publik terhadap akuntan di era digital. Transformasi teknologi digital membawa perubahan yang cukup signifikan dalam praktik akuntansi terutama dalam analisis data hingga proses pelaporan keuangan yang semakin mengandalkan sistem otomatisasi dan membuat laporan menjadi lebih berkualitas. Dibalik itu terdapat tantangan yang cukup kompleks akibat digitalisasi yang meliputi risiko manipulasi informasi, keamanan data, serta ketergantungan pada sistem otomatis. Dalam konteks ini, etika akuntan memegang peranan penting sebagai landasan dasar untuk menjaga kepercayaan publik terhadap informasi keuangan yang dihasilkan, ini bisa dilakukan dengan menerapkan beberapa strategi seperti mengutamakan pendidikan terhadap etika profesi dan teknologi, memperbarui kode etik secara berkala agar tetap selaras dengan perkembangan zaman, serta mengimplikasikan budaya organisasi yang berbasis integritas dilingkungan kerja akuntansi. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa etika akuntan bukan hanya sebatas dasar moral profesi, tetapi juga menjadi faktor untuk mempertahankan kredibilitas dan reputasi akuntan di era teknologi digital dengan harapan akan terciptanya harmonisasi antara etika profesi dan pengguna teknologi digital agar dapat membangun dan meningkatkan kepercayaan publik secara berkelanjutan. This study employs a literature review method aimed at examining the importance of strengthening accountants’ ethics in building public trust while considering the benefits and identifying solutions to address various challenges in the era of digitalization. This is carried out by reviewing various journals, books, and other relevant previous sources that are interconnected and discuss the relationship between ethics and public perceptions of accountants in the digital era. Digital technological transformation has brought significant changes to accounting practices, particularly in data analysis and financial reporting processes, which increasingly rely on automated systems and contribute to higher-quality reporting. However, digitalization also presents complex challenges, including the risk of information manipulation, data security issues, and dependence on automated systems. In this context, accountants’ ethics play a crucial role as a fundamental foundation for maintaining public trust in the financial information produced. This can be achieved through several strategies, such as prioritizing education on professional ethics and technology, regularly updating codes of ethics to remain aligned with technological developments, and implementing an integrity-based organizational culture within the accounting work environment. This article concludes that accountants’ ethics are not merely the moral foundation of the profession, but also a key factor in maintaining the credibility and reputation of accountants in the digital technology era, with the expectation that harmonization between professional ethics and the use of digital technology will be achieved to sustainably build and enhance public trust.
