Abstract

The schedule is one of the important activities to help the teaching and learning process in schools, the schedule planning process is still done manually so there are still conflicting schedules between classes. because of the large number of classes and a lot of time ordering a certain day so that sometimes up to 3 times the revision schedule, and the implementation of learning becomes late. To overcome this, one of the appropriate ones is used so that the scheduling process can run well. One of the algorithms used for scheduling the genetic algorithm is one of the improvement algorithms that can be used in various types of problems such as scheduling, the schedule will be tested on classes that clash, which are selected randomly. random or random in each class, the test will be asked to input or fill in the crossover probability number = 0.70 and mutation probability = 0.40 and the number of generations = 1000, then executed. After that it will occur and program execution in the form of selection, crossover, and mutation that will occur in the background of the screen, so that the results of applying 17 classes and 1 laboratory room using the genetic algorithm method can be used to compile a list of lessons.

Abstract

ABSTRAK“PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA NOTASI BALOK MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA APLIKASI SIBELIUS 7                                                  DI SMP NEGERI 1 KOTA SERANG”Oleh :RIZKI ANANDA2289190046Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca notasi balok siswa dalam pembelajaran seni musik di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Serang dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi multimedia, khususnya dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Sibelius 7.Penelitian dilakukan karena terdapat kendala dalam mengembangkan dan menerapkan Teknologi Informasi dalam proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Serang, terutama dalam pembelajaran seni musik. Terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung, seperti komputer, laptop, dan infokus, serta keterbatasan SDM Guru, menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi hal tersebut.Melalui penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan model Kemmis dan McTaggart, dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran seni musik dengan fokus pada notasi balok. Media aplikasi Sibelius 7 dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menyediakan simbol-simbol notasi secara visual dan memperdengarkan nilai-nada yang ditampilkan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan membaca notasi balok pada siswa setelah diterapkan tindakan pembelajaran. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan nilai siswa dari pra siklus ke siklus 1, dan dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2. Selain itu, kemampuan membaca notasi balok siswa juga meningkat secara keseluruhan. Pemanfaatan strategi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media Sibelius 7 pada pembelajaran notasi balok di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Serang memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan kemampuan membaca notasi balok. Terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa pada setiap siklus, serta jumlah siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) juga meningkat.Dalam kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Sibelius 7 dalam pembelajaran notasi balok efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya memperhatikan pengembangan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dalam pembelajaran, serta meningkatkan kompetensi SDM Guru dalam penerapan Teknologi Pembelajaran.Kata kunci : Model Pembelajaran, Notasi Balok, Sibelius 7 ABSTRACT“IMPROVING THE ABILITY TO READ SHEET MUSIC USING SIBELIUS 7 APPLICATION MEDIAIN SMP NEGERI 1 KOTA SERANG”By :RIZKI ANANDA2289190046This study aims to improve students' ability to read sheet music in music education at SMP Negeri 1 Kota Serang by using a multimedia-based learning model, specifically by utilizing the Sibelius 7 application. The research was conducted due to constraints in developing and implementing Information Technology in the learning process at SMP Negeri 1 Kota Serang, particularly in music education. The limited facilities and infrastructure, such as computers, laptops, and projectors, as well as the limited number of competent teachers, are factors that affect this situation. Through classroom action research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, efforts were made to enhance music education with a focus on sheet music notation. The Sibelius 7 application media was chosen for its ability to provide visual notation symbols and play the displayed pitches. The research results showed an improvement in students' ability to read sheet music after implementing the learning intervention. This was evident from the increase in students' scores from the pre-cycle to cycle 1, and from cycle 1 to cycle 2. Additionally, students' overall ability to read sheet music also improved. The utilization of the Sibelius 7 media in teaching sheet music notation at SMP Negeri 1 Kota Serang had a positive impact on improving students' ability to read sheet music. There was an increase in the average scores of students in each cycle, as well as the number of students who achieved the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). In conclusion, this research demonstrates that the use of the Sibelius 7 media in teaching sheet music notation is effective in enhancing students' abilities. The implications of this study highlight the need to pay attention to the development of facilities and infrastructure that support the use of Information Technology in education, as well as enhancing the competency of teachers in implementing Instructional Technology.Keywords: Learning Model, Sheet Music Notation, Sibelius 7

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Model Inovasi Pengembangan Kurikulum dan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Era 4.0 Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe literatur review. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan mencari beberapa sumber penting diantaranya meliputi sumber primer dari sumber literatur yang membahas tentang motivasi kerja dan beberapa sumber literatur lain yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis sehingga memperoleh hasil kajian yang menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran PAI, seperti aplikasi interaktif dan e-learning, berhasil meningkatkan minat dan keterlibatan peserta didik, serta mempermudah pemahaman materi yang sulit. Pendekatan berbasis nilai, seperti proyek kebersihan dan keberagaman budaya, membuat pembelajaran agama lebih relevan dengan kehidupan nyata. Program pelatihan teknologi bagi guru meningkatkan kompetensi mereka, meski tantangan tetap ada, terutama di daerah dengan akses terbatas. Inovasi kurikulum PAI meningkatkan hasil belajar, karakter, dan literasi digital peserta didik. Tantangan utama termasuk kendala teknologi, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan beban kurikulum yang padat, dengan solusi berupa peningkatan infrastruktur, sosialisasi, dan kurikulum yang lebih fleksibel.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman untuk menunjang kinerja sumber daya manusia dibutuhkan teknologi yang mendukung aktivitas kerja. Dengan berkembang pesatnya teknologi, banyak perusahaan yang menggunakan perangkat lunak tertentu guna mempermudah dan mempercepat pekerjaan di perusahaan. PT. Sagatrade Murni adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufacturing engineering, yaitu pembuatan pipa untuk pengeboran minyak. Untuk menunjang kegiatan kerja, PT. Sagatrade Murni menggunakan Microsoft Dynamic Navision untuk mempermudah dalam mengontrol arah barang yang terdapat di PT. Sagatrade Murni. Microsoft Dynamic Navision adalah sebuah perangkat lunak perencanaan sumber daya perusahaan (Enterprise Resource Planning) buatan Microsoft. Pekerjaan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Dynamics Navision terus-menerus mengakibatkan timbulnya beban kerja mental, oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan usability software terhadap beban kerja mental operator. Metode NASA-TLX dipilih untuk mengukur beban kerja mental yang dirasakan oleh operator. Kuesioner SUMI digunakan untuk pengukuran usability, sehingga diketahui tingkat kepuasan terhadap penggunaan perangkat lunak. Uji korelasi Spearman digunakan dalam uji statistik untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara usability Microsoft Dynamics Navision terhadap beban kerja mental operator. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa beban kerja mental seluruh pekerja PT Sagatrade Murni yang menggunakan Microsoft Dynamics Navision berada pada rentang nilai 50-79. Rentang nilai tersebut menyatakan bahwa beban kerja mental yang dirasakan pekerja di PT Sagatrade Murni termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Tingkat kepuasan pekerja PT. Sagatrade Murni terhadap penggunaan Microsoft Dynamics Navision berada pada rentang nilai 67-100 yang berarti pekerja di PT. Sagatrade Murni merasa puas terhadap penggunaan Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Hasil uji Spearman didapatkan bahwa nilai Sig diperoleh 0,093 > α yang berarti H0 diterima. Sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh usability Microsoft Dynamics Navision terhadap beban kerja mental yang dialami oleh pekerja di PT. Sagatrade Murni.

Abstract

Bullying is a phenomenon that occurs in many educational institutions, including MAN 2 Model Medan School. The most common factors that cause this in students are family factors, peer factors, and seniority factors. The purpose of this study is to reduce bullying behavior in MAN 2 Model Medan; therefore, this study describes the implementation of multicultural education values applied in MAN 2 Model Medan. This study uses a qualitative research method, which does not include statistics in qualitative research analysis and is limited to descriptive explanations. Data sources in this study are divided into two types of sources: primary data sources (incidents that are converted into data by field-based experimental data researchers) and secondary data (case reports of children from BK teachers and student organizations at the research location). Observations, interviews, and documentation studies are used as data collection tools. Based on the results of the author's research, the implementation of effective multicultural education in MAN 2 Model Medan is indicated by the very few incidents of bullying between students and students. Teachers at MAN 2 Model Medan School have implemented multicultural education values by teaching about cultural diversity through a cultural assimilation approach, prioritizing the values of peace, brotherhood, equality, justice, tolerance, and guidance. Students also learn to think about diversity to strengthen different approaches to social relations, pluralism, diversity, and equality without discrimination between social classes

Abstract

Technology and information in the world of education play a crucial role in improving the effectiveness of the learning process. Therefore, teachers are required to continue to develop their teaching skills and integrate technology into learning activities. This study aims to analyze teacher strategies in designing effective and efficient learning in accordance with technological developments. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on the implementation of the ASSURE learning model based on Quizizz in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMPN 1 Buay Bahuga. The results of the study showed that the implementation of this model significantly improved students' learning experiences. With the active involvement of students, the ASSURE learning model based on Quizizz has been proven to be able to improve learning outcomes and create a more varied and enjoyable learning atmosphere.

Abstract

Melengkan, a form of traditional oral expression performed during wedding ceremonies in the Gayo community of Aceh, Indonesia, is rich in metaphorical language. This study analyses the metaphors found in Melengkan from an Ecolinguistics perspective. Using a qualitative approach, the research examines how these metaphors reflect cultural values and ecological awareness. This research identifies and analyzes three dominant metaphorical domains found in Gayo marriage melengkan: Nature-Based Metaphors, Social Relationship Metaphors, and Moral-Ethical Metaphors. Nature-based metaphors illustrate ecological awareness, portraying elements like trees, rivers, clouds, and wind as symbols of harmony, resilience, and balance in marital life. Social metaphors highlight the communal aspect of marriage, reinforcing values such as kinship, consensus, and collective responsibility. Moral and ethical metaphors emphasize adat (customary law), integrity, and spiritual obligations within the institution of marriage. The findings reveal that melengkan is not only a medium of cultural expression but also a reflection of the Gayo people's eco-centric worldview, where language serves to sustain both environmental and social harmony. This study contributes to the broader understanding of how traditional oral literature embodies ecological values and reinforces sustainable cultural practices through metaphorical language.The findings reveal that Melengkan embodies expressions that symbolize social harmony and the interconnection between humans and nature. This suggests that local oral traditions play a crucial role in preserving both cultural identity and ecological knowledge.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Madrasahs, as formal Islamic educational institutions, play a strategic role in shaping religiously grounded generations capable of competing in the global era. However, in practice, madrasahs still face serious challenges such as managerial limitations, lack of pedagogical innovation, and disparities in access to educational technology. This study aims to explore educational strategies and innovations in madrasahs that are relevant and adaptive to contemporary needs. The research employed a library research method using a descriptive qualitative approach, analyzing books, scientific journal articles, and policy documents published between 2015 and 2024. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis, focusing on three main aspects: managerial strategy, pedagogical innovation, and the integration of digital technology. The findings reveal that the success of madrasah transformation depends on visionary leadership, the strengthening of an innovation-oriented culture, and active community support. Innovative learning approaches that integrate Islamic values with modern pedagogy have been proven to improve both the quality of learning processes and outcomes. The digitalization of madrasah education presents strategic opportunities that must be supported by adequate infrastructure and competent human resources. This study concludes that a paradigm shift is essential—from conventional administrative management toward transformative and innovative educational leadership. The study offers a conceptual reference for future policy development and practical applications in the advancement of madrasah education. ABSTRAK Madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam formal memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk generasi religius yang sekaligus mampu bersaing di era global. Namun, dalam praktiknya, madrasah masih menghadapi tantangan serius seperti keterbatasan manajerial, rendahnya inovasi pembelajaran, serta ketimpangan dalam akses teknologi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi dan inovasi pendidikan madrasah yang relevan dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan zaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, melalui analisis terhadap buku, artikel ilmiah, dan dokumen kebijakan yang diterbitkan dalam kurun waktu 2015–2024. Analisis dilakukan melalui pendekatan content analysis dengan fokus pada tiga aspek utama: strategi manajerial, inovasi pedagogis, dan integrasi teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi pendidikan madrasah bergantung pada kepemimpinan yang visioner, penguatan budaya inovasi, dan dukungan komunitas yang aktif. Inovasi pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan pendekatan pedagogis modern terbukti meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar. Digitalisasi pendidikan madrasah menjadi peluang strategis yang harus diimbangi dengan kesiapan infrastruktur dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pergeseran paradigma dalam pengelolaan madrasah dari yang bersifat administratif-konvensional menjadi transformatif-inovatif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan konseptual bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik pendidikan madrasah di masa depan.

Abstract

Administrative reform in the public sector, a global imperative, relies heavily on the quality of leadership. This study explores the intricate dynamics between leadership styles—specifically transformational and transactional—and their impact on successful administrative reforms across varied national contexts. Through a systematic literature review of academic sources published between 2000 and 2024, sourced from databases including Taylor Francis Online, Springer Link, and Scopus, this research uncovers key trends and insights. The findings highlight the robust correlation between transformational leadership and favorable reform outcomes, though this link is moderated by contextual factors. These include entrenched organizational structures, deep-rooted cultural norms, political control over bureaucratic processes, and a nation's capacity for institutional change. Such variables can either enhance or inhibit the effectiveness of leadership, even in the most capable hands. This study underscores the need for further research to elucidate the complex interplay of leadership and reform within specific national and cultural contexts. A deeper understanding of these dynamics will equip public sector leaders to navigate the often-unpredictable landscape of administrative reforms more effectively.
