Abstract

 Banyuwangi Regency is the largest chili producer in East Java. Songgon District as one of the areas for the development of various chili plants in synergy with farmers and the Ministry of Agriculture. Sragi Village is an area with more potential for a program to develop various chili plants. It experienced an increase in red chili production in 2019, while other villages experienced stable production figures. Even so, Sragi Village experienced a continuous decline in red chili production and produced the lowest red chili compared to other villages in 2021, namely 0.5 tons. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The income level of red chili farming in Sragi Village, Songgon District, Banyuwangi Regency. (2) Feasibility of red chili farming in Sragi Village, Songgon District, Banyuwangi Regency. (3) Factors influencing red chili production in Sragi Village, Songgon District, Banyuwangi Regency. The type of research used in this research is a case study. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using the probability sampling method on 101 red chili farmers. The results of the study show that: (1) The income level of red chili farming in Sragi Village, Songgon District, Banyuwangi Regency is not classified as low. The average red chili farmer's land area is 0.16 ha and the production yield per harvest season is 69,200 kg/harvest season with an average of 1,384 kg/harvest season and the selling price is IDR 35,000/kg. The average total cost incurred IDR 37,562,833/harvest season. The average income received is IDR 2,422,000,000/harvest season with an average of IDR 48,440,000/harvest season. The average income received is IDR 10,877,167/harvest season. (2) Red chili farming in Sragi Village, Songgon District, Banyuwangi Regency is feasible. (3) Factors that influence the production of red chili farming in Sragi Village, Songgon District, Banyuwangi Regency include land area, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and capital. The factors that do not affect the production of red chili farming are laborINTISARIKabupaten Banyuwangi merupakan produsen cabai terbesar di Jawa Timur. Kecamatan Songgon sebagai salah satu kawasan untuk pengembangan aneka tanaman cabai dengan sinergi bersama para petani dan Kementerian Pertanian. Desa Sragi merupakan kawasan lebih berpotensi untuk program pengembangan aneka tanaman cabai mengalami penambahan angka produksi cabai merah pada tahun 2019, sedangkan desa lain mengalami kestabilan angka produksi. Walaupun demikian, Desa Sragi mengalami penurunan produksi cabai merah berkelanjutan dan memproduksi cabai merah paling rendah dibandingkan desa lain pada tahun 2021 yaitu 0,5 ton. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Tingkat pendapatan usahatani cabai merah di Desa Sragi, Kecamatan Songgon, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. (2) Kelayakan usahatani cabai merah di Desa Sragi, Kecamatan Songgon, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. (3) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi cabai merah di Desa Sragi, Kecamatan Songgon, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling terhadap 101 petani cabai merah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tingkat pendapatan usahatani cabai merah di Desa Sragi, Kecamatan Songgon, Kabupaten Banyuwangi tidak tergolong rendah. Rata-rata luas lahan petani cabai merah 0,16 ha dan hasil produksi per musim panen sebesar 69.200 kg/musim panen dengan rata-rata 1.384 kg/musim panen dan harga jualnya Rp 35.000/kg. Total biaya rata-rata yang dikeluarkan Rp 37.562.833/musim panen. Penerimaan rata-rata yang diterima Rp 2.422.000.000/musim panen dengan rata-rata Rp 48.440.000/musim panen. Pendapatan rata-rata yang diterima Rp 10.877.167/musim panen. (2) Usahatani cabai merah di Desa Sragi, Kecamatan Songgon, Kabupaten Banyuwangi layak diusahakan. (3) Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi usahatani cabai merah di Desa Sragi, Kecamatan Songgon, Kabupaten Banyuwangi meliputi luas lahan, benih, pupuk, pestisida, dan modal. Faktor faktor yang tidak berpngaruh terhadap produksi usahatani cabai merah yaitu tenaga kerja.

Abstract

Industrial era 4.0 brings changes to the world economy, and the consequence of this change is digitalization for all sectors. Digital marketing is an essential part of business actors; this is because to support and advance a business, it must be able to compete with competitors in preparing quality products, so a marketing strategy is needed that can increase sales and expand the market. This service uses three method stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. This service was carried out at JCC with several related parties such as JCC business owners, Village Heads, Jember Coffee Community, Jember Regional Forestry, and JCC Consumers/Consumers. The implementation of this service started by identifying marketing problems at JCC. It was found that several issues caused delays in the marketing process at JCC, namely, Limited Online Visibility, Competition Challenges, and Lack of Digital Marketing Knowledge. So, the UPN Veteran East Java Agribusiness Lecturer Team assists in digital marketing management. With this assistance, it is hoped that they can improve and develop their business through digital marketing to impact the regional economy, especially for the community around the JCC.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perhitungan harga pokok produksi tahu sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan metode full costing di Pabrik Tahu Sumber Makmur Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis full costing dan analisis deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan metode full costing menghasilkan harga pokok produksi tahu yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perhitungan harga pokok produksi melalui metode perusahaan. Selisih total biaya produksi tahu antara kedua metode tersebut sebesar Rp10.620.222/bulan dan sebesar Rp1.415/cetakan. Selisih untuk harga jual tahu sebesar Rp1.769/cetakan. Perbedaan tersebut terjadi karena metode full costing menghitung seluruh biaya secara lengkap dan terperinci sedangkan metode perusahaan tidak memasukkan biaya overhead pabrik secara rinci ke dalam biaya produksinya. Metode full costing lebih menguntungkan bagi perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Harga Pokok Produksi, Metode Full Costing, Harga Jual Abstract This study aims to analyze the calculation of the cost of goods produced by tofu before and after using the full costing method at the Sumber Makmur Tofu Factory in Sidoarjo Regency. Data analysis methods used are full costing analysis and comparative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the calculation of the cost of goods produced by the full costing method resulted in a higher cost of goods produced compared to the calculation of the cost of goods produced through the company method. The difference in total tofu production costs between the two methods is Rp10,620,222/month and Rp1,415/board. The difference for the selling price of tofu is Rp1,769/board. This difference occurs because the full costing method calculates all costs completely and in detail while the company's method does not include factory overhead costs in detail into its production costs. Abstract

Ikan lele segar menjadi abon ikan lele merupakan salah satu upaya selain untuk memperpanjang daya simpan produk juga untuk menghasilkan nilai tambah dari ikan lele segar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses pembuatan abon ikan lele, menganalisis keuntungan dan nilai tambah yang dihasilkan oleh agroindustri abon ikan lele bu Tri di Kecamatan Tenggilis Mejoyo, Kelurahan Panjang Jiwo, Kota Surabaya. Data yang dikumpulkan untuk penelitian yaitu dari 1 orang pemilik agroindustri dan 3 tenaga kerja agroindustri ini. Metode analisis nilai tambah yang digunakan adalah Metode Hayami yang menghasilkan nilai tambah yang dihasilkan agroindustri abon ikan lele bu Tri sebesar Rp. 15.393,-/ kg dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 18,65%, termasuk dala kategori sedang karena >15%. Besarnya nilai keuntungan yang diperoleh oleh pelaku agroindustri sebesar Rp. 10.393,- dengan rasio keuntungan sebesar 67,51%.

Abstract

In Wonosalam Village, Jombang Regency, Kampung durian possesses various natural and human resources that can serve as the foundation for local economic growth. This study seeks to assess the potential and business development strategy for durian in Wonosalam Village, Jombang Province. Internal and external analysis using the IFAS and EFAS matrices yielded a total score of 2,729 for strengths, 0.49 for weaknesses, 2.23 for opportunities, and 0.63 for threats. This demonstrates that the strength and opportunity factors greatly impact the Wonosalam Durian village's development. Moreover, the SWOT matrix analysis yielded the highest results in the strategy, namely Strength and Opportunity; therefore, in the development of Wonosalam durian village, it is possible to implement a strategy that focuses on enhancing quality and expanding durian product offerings.

Abstract

This study was aimed : (1) to analyzed the added value of Siwalan into a product Dawet Siwalan and Legen Siwalan in Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency, (2) to compared the added value Siwalan into Dawet Siwalan and Legen Siwalan in Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency. The location of the research was determined purposively in Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency. This research used a descriptive method. The type of data used was quantitative data. The sources of data used were primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used the Hayami Method. The results showed that the added value of Dawet Siwalan was IDR 73.411,-/production, while the added value of Legen Siwalan was IDR 7.773,-/production. Based on the calculation of added value analysis, the added value of Dawet Siwalan are higher than Legen Siwalan. The added value ratio generated by Dawet Siwalan was 73% which categorized as high, while Siwalan Legen was 31% which categorized as medium. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) yaitu di Desa Hendrosari, Kecamatan Menganti, Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Metode Hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tambah dawet siwalan sebesar Rp 73.411,-/produksi, sedangkan nilai tambah legen siwalan sebesar Rp 7.773,-/produksi. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis nilai tambah, produk dawet siwalan lebih tinggi dibandingkan legen siwalan. Rasio nilai tambah yang dihasilkan dawet siwalan sebesar 73% di sini >40% dikategorikan tinggi, sedangkan legen siwalan sebesar 31% dikategorikan sedang. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu, kapasitas produksi, jumlah bahan baku yang digunakan, jumlah tenaga kerja, harga output, harga bahan baku dan biaya sumbangan input lainnya. Kata kunci: Dawet Siwalan, Legen Siwalan, Nilai Tambah

Abstract

A strategy is needed to increase and expand the market by means of Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning (STP) as well as an analysis to determine the extent to which people are satisfied as consumers with excelso coffee products. The purpose of this research is to 1) find out how segmenting, targeting and positioning excelso coffee is. 2) analyze how segmenting, targeting and positioning affect customer satisfaction of excelso coffee. The sample used was 50 respondents, collecting data using a questionnaire. The Partial Least Square analysis technique is in the form of the WrapPLS 8.0 program which is used to analyze the Structural Equition Model (SEM). Abstract

Tempe is a product that is popular with Indonesian people. The problem in marketing tempeh is competitors. This has led to the need for creativity in marketing, not only market traditionally but also modernly using technology. This research aims to identify consumer characteristics, analyze Internal, External factors and appropriate marketing strategy alternative. The method of determining the sample in the study using purposive sampling with 55 respondents. This research data analysis method uses SWOT analysis, and QSPM analysis. The results of the research on SWOT analysis show that the strategy is located in kudran I, explained that internal strengths can create opportunities for tempeh product marketing strategies. QSPM analysis shows the highest TAS results, namely alternative strategies, developing production and marketing activities for tempeh products using technology, facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: Tempeh, Strategy, Marketing, Technology INTISARITempe merukan salah satu produk yang digemari masyarakat Indonesia. Permasalah dalam pemasaran tempe yaitu para pesaing. Hal ini menyebabkan dibutuhkannya kreatifitas Pemasaran, tidak hanya memasarkan secara tradisional tapi juga secara modern dengan menggunakan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan ngeindentifikasi karakteristik konsumen, menganalisis faktor Internal, Eksternal dan alternatif strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Metode penentuan sampel  pada penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 55 orang responden. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT, dan analisis QSPM. Hasil penelitaian pada analisis SWOT menunjukan bahwa strategi terletak pada kudran 1, menjelaskan kekuatan intenal dapat menciptakan peluang strategi pemasaran produk tempe. Analisi QSPM menunjukan hasil TAS tertinggi yaitu strategi alternatif, pengembangan kegiatan produksi dan pemasaran produk tempe menggunakan teknologi, sarana dan prasarana. Kata Kunci : Tempe, Strategi, Pemasaran, Teknologi

Abstract

Sukoharjo Regency is one of the districts in Central Java Province that has the highest rice UD. Pure Coffee HS Benowo Surabaya anticipates the sustainability of the business wheel so that it does not suffer losses or business inefficiencies to keep going by conducting a feasibility analysis of the coffee business at UD Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya in order to maintain the business that has been running. Quantitative research methods with income analysis methods and business feasibility analysis. The results showed that the coffee business at UD Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya was feasible to run and develop with high income based on the Rp income calcul. 366,702,400, - with B/C and R/C values obtained 2.93 and 3.93. Key-words: Business feasibility, Coffee, IncomeINTISARIUD. Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya mengantisipasi dalam keberlangsungan roda usaha agar tidak mengalami kerugian atau tidak efisien usaha untuk terus dijalankan dengan melakukan analisis kelayakan usaha kopi di UD Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya guna mempertahankan usaha yang sudah dijalankan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis pendapatan dan analisis kelayakan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha kopi UD Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya layak untuk dijalankan dan dikembangkan dengan prolehan pendapatan yang tinggi berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan pendapatan sebesar Rp 366.702.400,- dengan nilai B/C dan R/C  yang diperoleh 2,93 dan 3,93.  Kata kunci: Efisiensi, OPIP, Usaha tani

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of consumers when visiting Mandiri Apple Pickers in Bumiaji District, Malang, to analyze the effect of the marketing mix on consumer loyalty in independent apple picking businesses in Bumiaji District, Malang, to identify the obstacles and efforts faced by Mandiri Apple Picking businesses in increase consumer loyalty. The population in this study were all customers who visited the independent apple picking business in Bumiaji District, Malang. The researcher determines that the number of respondents in the research is 100 respondents. The results of this study are that the characteristics of Mandiri Apple Picking consumers are that the majority are female by 66%, while for men it is 34%, then for the age of the majority of consumers aged 31-35 it is 32%. With the last education, the majority of high school is 43% and the majority of consumers work as housewives 22% and other jobs 27%. Based on the results of the research results of multiple linear regression analysis Test (F) there is a simultaneous or joint effect between the independent variable (X) on the variable (Y). On the results of the (Partial) T-Test that has been carried out from 7 Independent Variables of the marketing mix, there are 6 independent variables that have a partial effect on consumer loyalty, while for the independent variables that have no effect on consumer loyalty, namely Promotion. From the results of research that has been done constraints and efforts to increase consumer loyalty include: elements of the Marketing Mix, namely promotions that are less effective at Mandiri Apple Picks, product offerings that are less attractive and varied, and many competitors doing the same business.
