Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini guna mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang tepat pada sentra budidaya mangga klonal 21. Data dikumpulkan melalui tahap observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada petani mangga klonal 21 menggunakan kuisioner. SWOT digunakan untuk menentukan strategi yan tepat dalam memasarkan mangga klonal 21 berdasarkan faktor internal dan eksternal. Strategi yang tepat sesuai SWOT berupa melakukan diversifikasi produk guna menaikkan penjualan revenue secara signifikan. Strategi diversifikasi yang dapat diterapkan pada komunikasi pemasaran yakni mengembangkan promosi di media sosial dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce seperti shopee dan website resmi mangga klonal 21 sehingga konsumen akan mengetahui informasi dari pemasaran tersebut. Matriks QSPM digunakan untuk mengetahui alternatif strategi yang akan digunakan. Alternatif strategi tersebut berupa melakukan pengembangan off season guna memenuhi permintaan pasar. The purpose of this study was to determine the right marketing communication strategy at the clonal 21 mango cultivation center. The data collection method used quantitative descriptive with the stages of observation, interviews and the use of SWOT questionnaires to clonal 21 mango farmers which was used to determine the right strategy in marketing clonal 21 mango based on internal and external factors. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method which used non-random sampling with a population of 120 farmers who used a sample of 50 farmers because they were still members of one Gapoktan. The right strategy according to SWOT is to diversify products to increase revenue sales significantly. Diversification strategies that can be applied to marketing are developing processed products made from clonal 21 mangoes and using social media as a marketing medium to attract consumer buying interest while outside Pasuruan Regency. The QSPM matrix is ​​used to find out the alternative strategies to be used. The alternative strategy is conducting off season development to meet market demand and developing processed products by prioritizing the quality of human resources in the form of using technology to support the quality and quantity of clonal mangoes.

Abstract

The nation's generation is a pillar or pillar of the country's future development. Ensuring the education of the nation's generation means seeking superior seed breeding for future development. Early childhood or Kindergarten age is an age group that in terms of education is easy to form. Early age is a golden age, where at this time children's brain development develops very rapidly. This period is also critical in the development of children. This event occurs once in a human's lifetime. Therefore, at this time children must be stimulated so that their development becomes optimal, for the sake of their future. One of the ways to provide stimulation is through education. The importance of children's education from an early age is also based on Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, which states that early childhood education is one of the coaching efforts aimed at children from birth to 6 years which is carried out through the provision of educational stimuli to help physical and spiritual growth and development so that children have readiness in entering further education level (Article 1 point 14). With the education of national insight, it is hoped that later the children will grow into generations of nations who love their country and homeland. On the other hand, if children are not equipped with strong national insight values, in the future they will be very vulnerable to being "colonized" by various external factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran istri dan menganalisis kontribusi istri buruh tani dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga di Kecamatan Modo Kabupaten Lamongan Jawa Timur. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan analisis kontribusi pendapatan. Hasil peneleitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pendapatan istri petani di Desa Mojorejo Kecamatan Modo Kabupaten Lamongan terhadap pendapatan keluarga sebesar 38,04% dan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kontribusi pendapatan tenga kerja istri terhadap keluarga adalah sedang yaitu 35%< K <70% yang artinya kontribusi yang dilakukan istri petani yang bekerja sudah membantu memenuhi pendapatan keluarga

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen yang mempengaruhi decoy effect terhadap keputusan pembelian produk di Starbucks Tunjungan Plaza 6 Surabaya, serta Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi decoy effect terhadap keputusan pembelian produk di Starbucks Tunjungan Plaza 6 SurabayaPenelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responde 100 orang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Starbucks Tunjungan Plaza 6 Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah regresi linear berganda.hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Decoy effect (X1), Karakteristik konsumen (X2), Harga (X3), dan Kualitas produk (X4) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Starbucks Tunjungan Plaza 6 Surabaya, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t value lebih besar dari t tabel dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α 0.05. Sedangkan Merk (X5) tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan memiliki hubungan negatif dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian terhadap produk minuman Starbucks Tunjungan Plaza 6 Surabaya Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t value lebih kecil dari t tabel dan nilai signifikansi variabel lebih besar dari nilai α 0.05

Abstract

Upaya mempertahankan kualitas produk pangan diperlukan penerapan HACCP didukung dengan melaksanakan penerapan persyaratan dasarnya yaitu Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) dan Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) dikarenakan masih terdapat kotoran yang tercampur pada biji kopi robusta, ditemukan kecacatan produk kopi akibat proses pengolahan yang kurang tepat sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan bahaya, dan kecacatan itu secara tidak langsung bisa menimbulkan kerugian, sehingga diperlukan pengendalian mutu agar dapat memaksimal pendapatan usaha. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan, yaitu; menganalisis penyimpangan penerapan sistem persyaratan dasar HACCP yaitu sistem GMP dan SSOP, mengevaluasi penerapan Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) dalam proses pengolahan biji kopi robusta, menganalisis upaya yang seharusnya dilakukan untuk mencapai mutu yang baik pada olahan biji kopi robusta. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode GAP Analysis yaitu untuk menganalisis kesenjangan yang terjadi terhadap penerapan sistem HACCP di perusahaan dan formulir checklist yaitu untuk menganalisis penyimpangan yang terjadi terhadap penerapan sistem persyaratan dasar HACCP yaitu GMP dan SSOP di perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa rata-rata keseluruhan penyimpangan sistem persyaratan dasar HACCP yaitu GMP sebesar 19,28% dan SSOP sebesar 21,61 % yang artinya masih terdapat beberapa variabel yang belum memenuhi persyaratan GMP dan SSOP. Kemudian rata-rata kesenjangan penerapan sistem HACCP sebesar 39,07 % yang artinya bahwa aktivitas sistem HACCP dijalankan secara sistematis namun tidak dilakukan dokumentasi. Rekomendasi tindak lanjut berdasarkan hasil observasi sebanyak 8 rekomendasi untuk penerapan GMP, 4 rekomendasi untuk penerapan SSOP, dan 4 rekomendasi untuk penerapan HACCP.

Abstract

Sedap Malam flowers (Polianthes tuberosa L.) are very popular behind the exotic market opportunities are still known to a variety of issues so need to explore the perceptions of business actors. The research objective is analyze the perceptions of farmers in the agribusiness Sedap Malam flowers and the policy of the Pasuruan Regency government in strengthening the agribusiness Sedap Malam flowers. The study was conducted in Rembang District, Pasuruan Regency with 55 farmers as respondents. The data analysis method uses a descriptive approach with the interpretation of the average value of the interval. The results of the study revealed that farmers' perceptions based on the conditions of land excretion put a statement Sedap Malam flowers (Polianthes tuberosa L.) cultivation with land that contains fertile clay and stipulating Sedap Malam flowers (Polianthes tuberosa L.) cultivation land did not conflict with the general spatial plan and regional layout of Pasuruan Regency were perceived better than other statements. Another interesting finding is that the understand technology places vegetative propagation of plants using tubers and determines the frequency and interface of fertilizer application based on crop needs, while farmers' perceptions of government policies on agribusiness Sedap Malam flower protecting of agricultural land for cultivation and pleasant Sedap Malam flowers (Polianthes tuberosa L.) as one of the regional icons, both are perceived very well to support the sustainability of farming. The policy support is a tangible form of strengthening that reflects the uniqueness of the region through its superior agriculture sector.

Abstract

Telur ayam ras serta telur ayam buras menjadi salah satu dari makanan masyarakat yang banyak di gemari dikarenakan tidak sedikit maanfaat serta keuntungan yang bisa didapat dari mengonsumsi telur ayam. Perspektif konsumen terhadap telur ayam akan mempengaruhi konsumen dalam membeli dan mengonsumsi telur ayam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjabarkan pengaruh variabel pendapatan, harga telur, kebiasaan mengonsumsi, tanggungan keluarga, dan selera terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli dan mengonsumsi telur ayam ras juga telur ayam buras. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan sengaja yaitu pasar Benowo Surabaya. Metode riset mempergunakan pengujian regresi linier berganda. Hasil riset memberi bukti secara bersama-sama faktor pendapatan, harga telur ayam ras/buras, kebiasaan mengonsumsi telur, tanggungan keluarga, serta selera mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian serta pengonsumsian telur ayam ras dan telur ayam kampumg. Kemudian terdapatnya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pendapatan, harga telur ayam ras, dan jumlah tanggungan dalam satu rumah tangga dalam mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli dan mengonsumsi telur ayam ras. Pendapatan, kebiasaan, dan selera semuanya memiliki peran dalam mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli dan mengonsumsi telur ayam buras.

Abstract

Food independence is the ability of the state and nation to produce diverse foods from within the country that can guarantee the fulfillment of sufficient food needs to the individual levelby utilizing the potential of natural resources, human, social, economic, and local wisdom with dignity. National food security is a strategic issue for Indonesia, various government policies have been carried out to overcome the problem of food availability, one of which is through the implementation of Industry 4.0 in the agricultural sector, farmers can use information technology to find out various information about agriculture, good crop cultivation to the way overcome and overcome various types of plant problems. In addition to farmers, information technology can also be used by agricultural extension workers to provide technical guidance and share information about agriculture without having to go directly to the field, it can increase the empowerment of farmers through preparing agricultural information that is timely and relevant to support the decision making process of farming so that it can increase the productivity of independence and food security.Keywords : Farmers, food security, information technology

Abstract

Rural is an area dominated by economic activities in agriculture. Ketawang Village is one of the rural areas in Gondang District where most of the residents work as farmers. Farming households have several challenges in trying to meet the consumption needs of their households. Various kinds of household expenditure or consumption needs that need to be allocated both for food consumption and non-food, savings and also household investment together will influence each other according to which priorities must be met first. The objectives of this study are 1) Describing the household characteristics of rice farmers, 2) Analyzing the consumption patterns of rice farmers' ladders in Ketawang Village. Primary data was obtained from interviews of 57 rice farmers who have characteristics, namely farmers who own and cultivate land. The number of samples is determined by 10% of the total population. Data processing and analysis methods with descriptive analysis with tabulation methods and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of this study is that the household consumption of rice farmers in Ketawang Village Gondang District Nganjuk Regency is dominated by expenditure on non-food consumption. Food expenditure was generated at 31.61% and expenditure, consumption, for non-food was 68.39%. This means that almost most rice farmers use their income for non-food consumption.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of rising soybean prices on the income of tempe producers, to find out the efforts made by tempe producers in responding to changes in soybean prices, and to analyze the business feasibility of tempe producers at UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya. Methods of data analysis in the form of analysis of R/C ratio and descriptive analysis. The research results show that UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya continues to produce soybeans even though there is a difference in income before, which is IDR 3,805,318 and after the increase in soybean prices, which is IDR 3,716,218. Efforts made by tempe producers in response to rising soybean prices include increasing tempe production by 13.3%, selling it around and marketing their products at the nearest market, optimizing work performance, using social media or e-commerce as a means of promotion, reducing labor , as well as utilizing tempeh that does not turn into processed other tempeh products. Business Feasibility Analysis stated that UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya before and after the increase in soybean prices had a Revenue Cost value of more than one, therefore UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya can be declared feasible. INTISARITujuan riset ini untuk menganalisis dampak kenaikan harga kedelai terhadap pendapatan pengrajin tempe, mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan pengrajin tempe dalam menyikapi kenaikan harga kedelai, dan menganalisis kelayakan usaha pengrajin tempe di UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya. Metode analisis data berupa analisis R/C rasio dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil riset memperlihatkan bahwa UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya tetap memproduksi kedelai meskipun terdapat perbedaan pendapatan sebelum yakni sebesar Rp 3.805.318 dan sesudah kenaikan harga kedelai yaitu Rp 3.716.218. Upaya yang dilakukan pengrajin tempe dalam menyikapi kenaikan harga kedelai yaitu meningkatkan produksi tempe sebesar 13,3% yang digunakan, menjual secara keliling dan memasarkan produknya di pasar terdekat, mengoptimalkan kinerja pekerjaan, menggunakan media sosial atau e-commerce sebagai sarana promosi, mengurangi tenaga kerja, serta memanfaatkan tempe yang tidak jadi menjadi olahan produk tempe lainnya. Analisis Kelayakan Usaha menyatakan bahwa UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya sebelum dan sesudah kenaikan harga kedelai mempunyai nilai Revenue Cost nya lebih dari satu maka dari itu UD. Kauman Jaya Surabaya dapat dinyatakan layak usaha.
