Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the different levels of efficiency of the People's Credit Sugarcane (TRK) and Mandiri People's Sugarcane (TRM) farming businesses in Kediri City. The method used in determining farmer respondents used the Purposive Sampling method with the consideration of respondents, namely farmers with the Tebu Rakyat Kredit and Tebu Rakyat Mandiri (TRM) partnership pattern. 30 samples were obtained from 3 sub-districts. The data analysis method uses comparative analysis using the t-test, and efficiency between TRK and TRM uses the R/C ratio. The results of this research show that there is a difference in costs between TRK and TRM sugarcane farming, where TRK costs are higher than TRM costs, which are influenced by the amount of land area, the amount of sugarcane productivity, and the value of sugarcane yield. There is a difference in the amount of income between TRK and TRM sugar cane farmers, where TRK income is more significant than TRM costs. There is a difference in the efficiency of partnership sugar cane farming between TRK and TRM farmers, where TRK is more efficient than TRM. Keywords: T-test, Sugarcane, Efficiency, and Farming

Abstract

The current competition of the coffee industry makes product attributes and preferences a very important part to be noticed by entrepreneurs as it can be easier to provide what is consumer needs. The study aims to identify consumer characteristics, analyze attributes and levels of interest that are consumer preferences in the purchase of coffee drinks at Starbucks Suncity Mall Sidoarjo. The methods chosen for sampling were accidental samplings, with a total of 100 respondents. In this study, descriptive analysis is used to identify consumer characteristics, while conjoint analysis is applied to differentiate product attributes and the degree of importance to Starbucks coffee drink purchases. Research results showed that most buyers were women aged 17 to 27 with a final background of high school education or equivalent, a job as a student or university student, and have a monthly income of less than Rp 1,000,000. From the preference side, the attributes most attracting consumer attention are the sweet taste of coffee, the price of less than Rp 55,000, promo buy one get one on a particular event, a variety of coffee drinks, getting free items in a condiment bar, the design of a comfortable and attractive place, and easy packaging. Whereas the level of importance of attributes is taste, price, discount, elegance, facilities, packaging, and service.

Abstract

UD. Sumekar Pratiwi merupakan salah satu agroindustri yang memproduksi keripik singkong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis besar biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan, dan efisiensi 2) Menganalisis besarnya nilai tambah keripik singkong yang dihasilkan oleh UD. Sumekar Pratiwi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive atau sengaja. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi di lokasi usaha. Data sekunder didapatkan dari studi literatur sebelumnya seperti buku-buku jurnal dan penelitian terdahulu. Analisis data menggunakan analisis biaya, analisis penerimaan, analisis keuntungan, R/C ratio, dan analisis nilai tambah menggunakan metode Hayami. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengolahan ubi kayu menjadi keripik singkong pada UD. Sumekar Pratiwi menguntungkan, layak diusahakan, dan memiliki nilai tambah yang tinggi. Biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan untuk membuat keripik singkong sebesar Rp1.196.563, penerimaan sebesar Rp. 1.500.000, pendapatan sebesar Rp 303.437, dan R/C ratio sebesar 1,25. Nilai tambah yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 18.700-/kg dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 74,8% yang termasuk kategori nilai tambah tinggi.Kata kunci: Biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan, R/C ratio, dan nilai tambah.

Abstract

Satu diantara penyebab naiknya permintaan hortikultura ialah maraknya gaya hidup sehat di kalangan masyarakat, pada era modern telah sadar akan pentingnya kesehatan, dimana banyak masyarakat yang mulai mengkonsumsi makanan sehat, salah satu cara yakni dengan mengkonsumsi sayuran yang bebas dari pestisida yaitu hidroponik. Riset berikut tujuannya guna memahami bagaimana faktor Eksternal dan Internal usaha produksi sayur Hidroponik dari “Hidromill Farm” dan strategi pengembangan yang dilakukan pada usaha produksi sayur Hidroponik dari “Hidromill Farm”. Metode penelitian mengunakan analisis deskrptif melalui wawancara kepada 5 responden. Model analisis yang dipakai ialag Matriks EFAS dan IFAS, lalu kelangkah selanjutnya yaitu SWOT, dan terakhir yaitu menentukan kuadran untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang layak di laksanakan pada usaha “Hidromill Farm”. Pada tujuan pertama disimpulkan bahwa Analisis IFAS menunjukkan “Hidromill Farm” memiliki kekuatan di sisi internal, dan pada analisis EFAS “Hidromill Farm” memiliki peluang yang cukup dominan. Selanjutnya di tujuan kedua strategi pengembangan usaha yang di peroleh yaitu Strategi S-O dengan mengoptimalkan bahan baku dan tenaga SDM untuk meningkatkan produksi serta memperluas wilayah pemasaran

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan wisatawan, mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal agrowisata, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan Agrowisata Bale Tani Kecamatan Bareng Kabupaten Jombang. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Customer Satisfaction Index CSI untuk menganalisis kepuasan wisatawan dan analisis SWOT untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kesesuaian (Tki) 96% artinya masih terdapat atribut agrowisata yang belum sesuai dengan harapan wisatawan, sedangkan indeks kepuasan wisatawan (CSI) sebesar 78,49% artinya wisatawan puas terhadap agrowisata. Strategi pengembangan hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan posisi Agrowisata Bale Tani pada kuadran I artinya strategi yang tepat yaitu strategi SO (Strengths-Opportunities) karena mempunyai faktor internal (kekuatan) dan eksternal (peluang) yang kuat. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen dalam pembelian buah semangka tanpa biji di Kota Bandung menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian buah semangka tanpa biji di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sebanyak 60 responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan ketentuan yaitu telah melakukan pembelian buah semangka tanpa biji di Kota Bandung Atribut buah semangka tanpa biji yang dianalisis terdiri dari atribut harga, atribut bentuk, atribut ukuran, atribut rasa, dan atribut penyajian. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis konjoin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum karakteristik konsumen buah semangka tanpa biji adalah perempuan, berstatus ibu rumah tangga, dengan rentang usia 26-35 tahun, pendidikan terakhir sarjana/sederajat, mempunyai pendapatan lebih dari Rp5.000.000 perbulan. Motivasi pembelian buah semangka tanpa biji untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi dan vitamin keluarga serta kecenderungan melakukan pembelian buah semangka tanpa biji secara situasional dengan frekuensi pembelian seminggu sekali, dan buah semangka tanpa biji yang dibeli sebanyak 1 buah atau pack. Preferensi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian buah semangka tanpa biji mengacu pada pilihan buah semangka tanpa biji dengan atribut harga kurang dari Rp15.000 perkilogram, atribut bentuk bulat, atribut ukuran (3-5 kg), atribut rasa yang manis dan atribut penyajian yaitu potongan.

Abstract

Sales of imported apples in Indonesia have increased from year to year. This is due to the large number of traders selling imported apples at Tanjungsari Market, Surabaya. The problem that occurs at the Tanjungsari Surabaya Fruit Market is that there is a tendency for consumers to buy imported apples rather than local fruit. This research aims to analyze the attributes that consumers prefer for imported apples and find out the attributes that consumers most consider when purchasing imported apples. The sample determination method in the research used purposive sampling, with 60 respondents. This research's data analysis method uses Multiattribute Fishbein analysis to determine the attributes that consumers most consider when purchasing imported apples. As a result of the research that has been carried out, it can be seen that the attributes of imported apples are the preference of consumers at the Tanjungsari Market in Surabaya, namely they have a cheap price, sweet taste, large size, red color, with a strong aroma, the type of fruit chosen is apples. fuji, the freshness of the fruit has a hard skin, the ease of buying imported apples is very easy, and the texture of the flesh of imported apples is hard or crunchy and dense. Meanwhile, the attribute that is most considered when purchasing imported apples at the Tanjungsari Market in Surabaya is the freshness of the apples. Meanwhile, the order of attributes from the most considered to the least considered is freshness, price, taste, texture, color, ease of purchase, size, aroma and brand of imported apples.

Abstract

Aktivitas perekonomian masyarakat terbentuk dari beberapa sektor usaha baik sektor formal maupun informal. Bagi Negara berpenduduk besar sektor informal cukup penting karena mampu menyerap tenaga kerja dalam jumlah yang besar. Salah satu pelaku usaha sektor informal yaitu pedagang sayur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik pedagang sayur, menganalisis perbedaan pendapatan pedagang sayur keliling dan menetap, dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pedagang sayur di Kelurahan Pagesangan Surabaya. Metode penentuan sampel secara purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 36 pedagang. Tujuan pertama dianalisis secara deskriptif, tujuan kedua dianalisis dengan uji T-test Independent, dan tujuan ketiga dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Karakteristik usia pedagang sayur rata-rata kisaran 46-50 tahun, lama usaha mayoritas 4-5 tahun, tingkat pendidikan rata-rata tingkat SD, rata-rata jam kerja 5-6 jam/hari didominasi oleh pedagang wanita dan rata-rata modal yang digunakan Rp 500.000 – 999.999/hari. 2) Rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh pedagang sayur keliling sebesar Rp 188.771/hari sedangkan pedagang sayur menetap sebesar Rp 143.752/hari. Pendapatan pedagang sayur keliling lebih besar dibandingkan pedagang sayur menetap, artinya terdapat perbedaan pendapatan. Secara statistik terdapat perbedaan pendapatan yang signifikan antara pedagang sayur keliling dan pedagang sayur menetap di Kelurahan Pagesangan. 3) Variabel jam kerja dan modal secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan, sedangkan variabel lama usaha tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan pedagang sayur Kelurahan Pagesangan Kota Surabaya. DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/agridevina.v12i2.4075

Abstract

Farmers' adjustments in combining harvesters cause rice production to fluctuate yearly. This research intends to analyze factors impacting rice production and the degree of technical proficiency of rice farming using a combine harvester in Mindugading village. The study was accomplished in Mindugading Village, Tarik District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, from February to March 2024. A total of 53 farmers were sampled using a simple random sampling technique in this study. The variables utilized in this research are land area, seeds, labor, fertilizer, pesticides, and rental costs. The analytical method utilized in this research applies a parametric approach through models of Stochastic Frontier Analysis. The first stage uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method, and the second uses the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) method. This analysis was carried out with the assistance of Frontier Stochastic 4.1 software. The research outcomes reveal that rice production is affected by land area, fertilizer, seeds, and rental costs. The value of the combine harvester's technical efficiency is 0.87.

Abstract

Food safety is an essential aspect of sanitation science. Food safety is an essential characteristic of life, both for food producers and consumers. Therefore, food processing enterprises must prioritize hygiene standards for the common good and maintain consumer confidence by improving food security assurances. The consumption of tempe by Indonesian people is relatively high because there is an advantage that tempe has in terms of nutritional value over other foods. The regulations of the Minister of Industry were issued by the Drug and Food Supervisory Authority (BPOM) 14 years ago, and the artisans should have already carried out the production process following the requirements of the regulations. The study aims to evaluate compliance with good manufacturing practices in Tempe production and analyze the correlation between compliance with good manufacturing practices and profits. The study was conducted in May 2024 in the village of Sepande. The number of respondents in this study is 50 tempe artisans, with the probability sampling techniques taking into account that Sepande Village is the area that has the most tempe industry homes and the highest tempe producer in the Candi district. The analysis method used in the first instance is the GMP assessment checklist form, then analyzed using the GAP Analysis method to analyze the gaps that occur, and in the second instance to analyze the costs and profits, then provide a list of questions with the Likert scale method, then correlated using the help of SPSS software with the Spearman Rank Test. The results show that based on the assessment of the aspects of Good Processed Food Production in Tempe products in the village of Sepande, the level of compliance has been applied following the regulations of the ministry as well as the benefits that influence the way good processed food is produced.
