Abstract

Tanggulangin, a sub-district in Sidoarjo, East Java, is renowned for its leather and bag craftsmanship, significantly contributing to the local economy. However, craftsmen face challenges from global competition and the need for digital transformation. This study analyzes how digital transformation, particularly through e-business, can enhance the competitiveness of Tanggulangin craftsmen in the global market. By leveraging digital marketing strategies, craftsmen can expand their reach and attract a wider consumer base. Despite challenges in technology understanding and training, the successful implementation of innovative products and effective digital marketing strategies is essential for sustaining their businesses. Collaboration among the government, community, and entrepreneurs is crucial for creating a conducive environment for empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Tanggulangin.

Abstract

The Cooperative Script Method (CSM) has gained prominence as an instructional approach that enhances key student skills, including self-confidence and public speaking abilities. This study aimed to investigate the impact of CSM on students' self-confidence and public speaking skills. The research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Anwar Sarang using a quantitative approach, involving 37 purposively selected fifth-grade students. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konstruksi moderasi beragama pada masyarakat antaragama, sehingga fokusnya adalah 'Bagaimana masyarakat antaragama di Desa Pengalangan Gresik, Desa Windu Lamongan dan Desa Mojowarno Jombang mengkonstruksi moderasi beragamanya? Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi post-positivis. Untuk menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan model Spreadly. Penelitian ini menemukan: i) masyarakat lintas agama di Desa Pengalangan Gresik, Desa Windu Lamongan dan Desa Mojowarno Jombang mengkonstruksi moderasi beragama dengan melakukan eksternalisasi dan penyesuaian terhadap realitas sosial yang berkembang di Desa Pengalangan Gresik, Desa Windu Lamongan dan Desa Mojowarno Jombang. Eksternalisasi dan penyesuaian dengan realitas sosial hanya bisa dilakukan oleh individu-individu (orang tua, perangkat desa, ulama, guru dan sebagainya) yang memiliki bekal ilmu dan pengetahuan akal sehat, ii) masyarakat antar agama juga memaknai realitas sosial secara intersubjektif: maka mereka melembagakan dan membiasakan realitas tersebut dalam kehidupan mereka, kemudian mereka mentradisikannya dan mewariskannya kepada keluarga dan lingkungan sekitar, dan iii) masyarakat antar agama menginternalisasi realitas sosial baru yang berkembang dalam masyarakat antar agama di Desa Pengalangan Gresik, Desa Windu Lamongan dan Desa Mojowarno Jombang dengan melakukan redefinisi, reinterpretasi dan rekontekstualisasi. Pada akhirnya, individu-individu dalam masyarakat antar agama di Desa Pengalangan Gresik, Desa Windu Lamongan dan Desa Mojowarno Jombang menyepakati sebuah model moderasi beragama baru yang dapat dijadikan pedoman antar masyarakat antar agama, sebelum menjalani proses re-eksternalisasi berikutnya.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an assessment instrument for Muhammadiyah da'wah strategy. This research is developed research by adapting Borg and Gall's development research steps. The research activity begins by analyzing books and articles related to Muhammadiyah to gain the instrument construct. The construct is utilized to be a basis for compiling a prototype instrument which is then validated by 5 experts consisting of measurement experts (2 people), Muhammadiyah ideology experts (2 people) and language expert (1 person) to get an idea of the suitability of variables with indicators and the suitability of indicators with statements. The next stage is a limited trial that involves 25 people from the regional leader of Muhammadiyah Karanganyar. It is then continued to an expanded trial that involves 322 respondents from the regional leader of Muhammadiyah Karanganyar, Sragen, and Boyolali. Data from limited trial are analyzed by using EFA, while data from expanded trial are analyzed by using CFA. This research succeeds in developing an assessment instrument of Muhammadiyah da'wah strategy. The number of items and aspects measured include aspects of community development (5 items), life quality improvement (5 items), cadres strengthening (9 items), association strengthening (6 items), and political and state strategies (6 items) so that there is a total of 31 items. The instrument has guaranteed content validity that is shown by the calculated v aiken value of 0.933-1.00 (>0.933). It also has guaranteed construct validity that is shown by the factor loading value for each statement item ranging from 0.61-0.93 (> 0.5). The instrument also has a guaranteed reliability instrument that is shown by the construct reliability (CR) value of 0.620-0.964 (>0.6). The measurement model is considered to be a feasible model because it meets 7 criteria, namely calculated chi square/df (1.40<2), RMR (0.029<=0.05), RMSEA (0.052<=0.08), NFI (0.96>=0.9), NNFI (0.98>=0.9), CFI (0.99>=0.9), IFI (0.99>0.9). With the presence in a guarantee of validity and reliability as well as the feasibility of the measurement model, the instrument can be used to measure the accuracy of Muhammadiyah da’wah strategy.

Abstract

Quality education is an important element in sustainable development and improving the quality of a country's human resources. However, Indonesia is still lagging behind other countries in the global education system ranking. This study aims to analyze the role of the WEPOSE community in supporting the fourth point of sustainable development goals (SDGs) related to quality education in Surabaya. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a phenomenological approach. Data was collected through interviews with WEPOSE Surabaya managers as well as literature studies from reliable sources. The research locations are at several points in Surabaya, including Wonokromo, Kalisari Damen, Pasar Turi, and Keputran. The results of the study show that WEPOSE Surabaya has existed since October 24, 2019, with the Founder of WEPOSE Surabaya Tabitha Naema Christy. This community is a community that cares about children's rights. Self-development activities that Surabaya youth participate in to support quality education are diverse, such as volunteering, community service, village teaching, community organizations, love of nature, youth mosques, ambassadors, beauty competitions, and many more. Not only that, the Surabaya City Government also coordinates with the East Java Provincial Government to ensure that Surabaya children get quality education. The conclusion of this study shows that the existence of communities like WEPOSE contributes significantly to the improvement of the education of underprivileged children. The implications of this study highlight the importance of collaboration between communities, governments, and other stakeholders in ensuring inclusive and sustainable quality education

Abstract

This study aims to describe the typology of Islamic boarding school-based madrasah and analyze the transformation process using the theory of social change with Talcott Parsons' AGIL scheme. This qualitative descriptive-analytic study was conducted at MI Al Fitrah Surabaya. Interviews, observation, and documentation were use to collect data. The results of this study revealed that; (1) The establishment of MI Al Fitrah is a form of adaptation to the response to social change in society. (2) MI Al Fitrah sets out the goals to be achieved as the fulfillment of changes that occur in society through the vision of "the realization of Islamic boarding school-based MI Al Fitrah that excels in education to produce graduates with good character, achievement, and nationalist spirit". (3) MI Al Fitrah integrates by aligning the MI AL Fitrah's curriculum and the boarding, related to moral cultivation. It is reflected in madrasa programs which are continued in pesantren activities in the form of madrasah diniyah. (4) MI Al Fitrah continues to maintain the quality of its programs to achieve the desired goals until new adaptations are needed. Abstract

Di ranah pendidikan dasar, siswa tahap awal menunjukkan kemampuan kognitif yang luar biasa dan rasa ingin tahu yang besar, sehingga membutuhkan strategi pendidikan agama yang efektif. Namun, terdapat kesenjangan pengetahuan yang signifikan mengenai pemahaman rukun iman di antara para siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan ini dengan memperkenalkan permainan edukatif sebagai alat bantu pengajaran, yang secara khusus menargetkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi sambil memasukkan rukun iman. Melalui pendekatan metodologis yang melibatkan pembuatan teka-teki literasi dan numerasi, penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan retensi siswa tentang rukun iman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan siswa dan pengalaman belajar yang beragam, mengurangi monoton dalam pendidikan agama. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya mengintegrasikan metode pengajaran yang inovatif untuk menumbuhkan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang konsep-konsep agama di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar, dengan implikasi yang lebih luas untuk praktik pendidikan.

Abstract

Digitalisasi telah mengubah pola interaksi sosial masyarakat, menciptakan tantangan dan peluang baru dalam hubungan antarindividu maupun komunitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana Digitalisasi dan Media Sosial memengaruhi kualitas hubungan sosial, dinamika komunitas, serta potensi risiko yang ditimbulkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebagai instrument utama pengumpulan data.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Media Sosial meningkatkan konektivitas, memperluas inklusi sosial, dan memudahkan akses informasi. Namun, hal ini juga berdampak negatif, seperti munculnya interaksi sosial yang dangkal, polarisasi opini, dan penyebaran informasi yang keliru. Media sosial, sebagai salah satu bentuk utama digitalisasi, terbukti membawa implikasi serius terhadap kesehatan mental dan kohesi sosial. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan literasi digital dan regulasi etis terhadap konten daring. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya kajian ilmu sosial mengenai perubahan interaksi sosial di era digital dan memberikan dasar konseptual untuk kebijakan publik yang lebih adaptif dan inklusif.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Globalisasi telah mengubah dinamika organisasi, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang semakin multikultural. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tantangan dan strategi kepemimpinan multikultural dalam konteks kerja multinasional. Sumber data terdiri dari artikel ilmiah dan buku, dengan kriteria seleksi berfokus pada penelitian terbaru mengenai kepemimpinan lintas budaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis dokumen dan studi literatur untuk memahami teori dan praktik kepemimpinan multikultural. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin yang efektif harus memiliki kecerdasan emosional dan kesadaran budaya yang tinggi, serta kemampuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya pelatihan kepemimpinan yang berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan adaptif dan komunikasi lintas budaya. Kesimpulan utama menekankan bahwa kepemimpinan multikultural bukan hanya tantangan, tetapi juga peluang untuk meningkatkan inovasi dan kolaborasi dalam organisasi, sehingga mampu menghadapi kompleksitas pasar global. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan praktis bagi pemimpin dalam mengelola keragaman dan mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif.
