Abstract

Peningkatan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) menjadi salah satu fokus utama dalam proses pembelajaran. Pemahaman konsep IPA yang kuat sangat penting dalam membentuk dasar pengetahuan siswa. Namun, beberapa siswa masih kesulitan dalam menguasai materi-materi IPA yang disampaikan guru di dalam kelas. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas IV SD Islam Al-Husniah Pulau Kijang melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Learning dengan jenis Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, tiap siklus dilakukan melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus pertama menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yaitu 78% siswa mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, sedangkan 22% belum mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Pada siklus kedua meningkat lagi menjadi 91% siswa yang mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, dan hanya 9% yang tidak  mencapai KKM yang telah ditetapkan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif dengan jenis STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas IV SD Islam Al-Husniah Pulau Kijang.

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang efektif dapat memengaruhi kinerja guru, staf, serta lingkungan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan hasil penelitian tentang fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia di taman kanak-kanak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Objek penelitian yaitu manajemen SDM di taman kanak-kanak. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi pada beberapa artikel yang dikumpulkan dari jurnal yang ada di Google Scholar terbitan tahun 2019 sampai 2023. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa artikel paling banyak mengkaji mengenai manajemen SDM di taman kanak-kanak menggunakan metode kualitatif, sedangkan lokasinya menyebar di beberapa taman kanak-kanak dan daerah. Materi penelitian manajemen SDM lebih banyak membahas tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia secara operasional. Sedangkan penelitian tentang fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia secara manajerial belum diteliti secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu masih ada peluang untuk melakukan penelitian manajemen sumber daya manusia secara manajerial.

Abstract

The maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure plays a vital role in supporting an optimal learning process. This study aims to examine various maintenance strategies for school facilities and infrastructure based on the principles of environmental sustainability. Using a literature study method, the researcher analyzed a range of scholarly sources, educational policies, and best practices from both national and international educational institutions. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis techniques, focusing on thematic reviews of collected textual documents. Data were obtained using documentation techniques by gathering relevant sources from various academic platforms such as Google Scholar, ResearchGate, DOAJ, and university publication portals. The findings indicate that effective maintenance strategies not only emphasize technical and functional aspects but also consider energy efficiency, waste management, the use of environmentally friendly materials, and the active participation of school communities. A sustainable approach to facility maintenance is believed to foster a healthy, safe, and environmentally conscious learning environment. The implications of this study offer strategic recommendations for schools and policymakers in integrating sustainability values into educational facility management

Abstract

Era digital, otomatisasi tata kelola perkantoran menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas kerja. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, banyak sektor termasuk sektor pendidikan yang membutuhkan keterampilan dalam mengelola administrasi perkantoran secara digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada organisasi HMPS (Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi) Manajemen Pendidikan Islam UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar dan UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau mengenai penggunaan teknologi dalam otomatisasi tata kelola perkantoran guna mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi tuntutan dunia kerja yang semakin bergantung pada teknologi digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan melalui tahapan persiapan, tahapan pembinaan, tahapan pendampingan, tahapan pelatihan, dan tahapan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran pada organisasi HMPS Manajemen Pendidikan Islam UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar dan UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau telah berhasil dilaksanakan dan mencapai tujuannya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam mengelola administrasi perkantoran berbasis teknologi. Melalui tahapan pelatihan yang meliputi pembinaan, pendampingan, dan simulasi praktis, peserta dapat menguasai berbagai perangkat lunak yang penting dalam otomatisasi perkantoran. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta, yang tercermin dalam perubahan skor pre-test dan post-test, serta kepuasan peserta terhadap materi dan metode pelatihan. Pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat langsung bagi mahasiswa untuk mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi dunia kerja. Kegiatan ini sangat relevan dan perlu dilanjutkan untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di bidang administrasi perkantoran berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

The application of big data in the education sector has emerged as a crucial strategy in addressing the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This study responds to the limited integration of big data in academic decision-making processes, particularly within primary and secondary education institutions in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to systematically examine how big data analytics supports more effective academic decision-making, offering both practical contributions for educational management and theoretical implications for the development of data-driven decision-making models. This study employs a literature Review method which includes the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The literature reviewed includes relevant national and international journal articles on big data and education. The findings reveal that big data plays a significant role in optimizing educational resource management, enhancing the efficiency of learning interventions, and supporting strategic planning based on evidence. Moreover, the study emphasizes the importance of technological infrastructure, human resource competencies, and data protection as key enablers for successful big data integration. The study provides essential insights for policymakers to encourage digital transformation and evidence-based practices in schools.

Abstract

The improvement of science learning outcomes has become a primary focus in the learning process. A strong understanding of science concepts is crucial in forming the foundational knowledge of students. However, some students still face difficulties in mastering the science materials delivered by teachers in the classroom. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to enhance science learning outcomes for fourth-grade students at SD Islam Al-Husniah Pulau Kijang through the implementation of the Cooperative Learning model, specifically the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type. The research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle involving planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results show that in the first cycle, 78% of students achieved the learning objectives, while 22% had not yet met the learning goals. In the second cycle, the results improved, with 91% of students achieving the learning objectives, and only 9% not meeting the pre-established minimum passing grade. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning model with the STAD type can improve science learning outcomes for fourth-grade students at SD Islam Al-Husniah Pulau Kijang.

Abstract

This research investigates santri’s lived experiences concerning the comfort of the boarding school environment and its role in shaping their comprehension in Arabic language learning. The study took place at a salafiyah type Islamic boarding school in Central Lampung, characterized by limited study facilities. Employing a qualitative methodology with a hermeneutic phenomenological framework, data were obtained through semi-structured interviews involving seven purposively selected students, two pesantren administrators, and one homeroom teacher. Thematic analysis followed the framework of Miles and Huberman. The study reveals that discomfort arising from physical factors (such as overcrowded spaces and insufficient ventilation) and social factors (such as unsupportive peer interactions) significantly impedes santri’s focus and understanding. However, environmental adjustments such as structured schedules and collective sanitation efforts can foster better cognitive engagement. These findings emphasize the need for a well designed, supportive learning environment in pesantren, especially for effective Arabic language instruction.
