Abstract

This study examines coffee shops’ marketing mix and its impact on customer satisfaction and word of mouth (WOM). Also, analyzing customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between the marketing mix and word of mouth. This study used a quantitative approach with 100 sampling of coffee shop’s customers across Malang City. Primary data collection is done by distributing questioner containing several questions using a Likert scale to the respondents, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies. For analyzing the data, this study applied descriptive analysis and statistical analysis employed WarpPLS 7.0 software to perform the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) analysis. This study proves that marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the same relationship was found between the marketing mix and WOM. An important finding from this study is that customer satisfaction plays a mediating role between marketing mix and word of mouth. https://doi.org/10.21632/irjbs.14.2.147-157

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis melihat faktor yang berhubungan pada pelaku usaha kafe dalam bertahan dan menyusun strategi dengan pembanding sebelum dan saat pandemi. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di kafe di Kota Malang. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive. Metode penentuan narasumber yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 pelaku usaha kafe. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online dan dokumentasi arsip. Untuk metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif berupa analisis persamaan struktural (SEM) menggunakan WarpPLS. Analisis deskriptif statistik digunakan untuk menggambarkan dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap tingkat ketahanan pelaku usaha kafe di Kota Malang. Sedangkan analisis kuantitatif berupa analisis model pengukuran SEM. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah adanya penurunan pada tingkat ketahanan wirausaha sebelum ke saat pandemi Covid-19, kemudian entrepreneurial bricolage, entrepreneurial capabilities, dukungan sosial dan kebijakan pemangku kepentingan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial resilience.

Abstract

Fisheries have an important role in society, one of which is as a food source rich in nutritional content and animal protein. Even though the fishery potential in Indonesia is very high, in fact, in several areas, the level of fish consumption is still below the national fish consumption level, one of which is in East Java. This is very ironic when compared with the fact that in 2022 East Java was the province with the highest capture fisheries production in Indonesia. Efforts that can be made to increase fish consumption in East Java are by introducing the types of fish consumed, both freshwater fish and sea fish, and introducing processed fishery products to toddlers. The method of implementing this community service activity consists of 3 (three) stages, i.e. the preparation, implementation, and reporting stages. During the implementation, the participants showed quite high enthusiasm because the event was packaged by leading illustrations accompanied by children's songs about fish. The results of the community service activities can be seen from an increase in the preferences to eat fish and an increase in toddlers' knowledge of the types of freshwater and marine fish that can be consumed.

Abstract

Projek Penguatan Profil Pancasila merupakan bagian dari Kurikulum Merdeka. Kegiatan ini merupakan pembelajaran lintas disiplin ilmu dalam mengamati dan memikirkan solusi terhadap permasalahan di lingkungan sekitar untuk menguatkan berbagai kompetensi dalam Profil Pelajar Pancasila. SMA Al-Islam Krian merupakan sekolah swasta yang didirikan pada tahun 1967 di bawah naungan Yayasan Perguruan Al Islam Krian (Yapalis). SMA Al-Islam Krian sudah menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka dan sudah menjadi kepercayaan masyarakat Krian dan sekitarnya. Dalam melaksanakan Kurikulum Merdeka pada pembelajar tahun akademik 2022/2023, SMA Al-Islam melaksanakan program kokurikuler P5. Tema yang yang diambil adalah kewirausahaan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di SMA Al-Islam Krian adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang mengonsumsi ikan dan melalui penyuluhan pengolahan pangan berbasis ikan yang kekinian ini dharapkan dapat meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah menggunakan strategi penyuluhan, pelatihan dan praktek langsung. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi: kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti penyuluhan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Pengetahuan dan ketrampilan siswa dalam kewirausahaan meningkat dengan berhasilnya praktek kewirausahaan melalui bazar yang diselenggarakan oleh SMA Al-Islam Krian. Hasil penyuluhan dapat memberikan motivasi bagi peserta pelatihan untuk memanfaatkan pengetahuan yang telah didapatnya dalam meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi praktik keamanan pangan pada produsen makanan dan minuman skala kecil dan mikro. Penelitian dilakukan pada 129 produsen makanan dan minuman di Kota Surabaya. Hasil survei menunjukkan produsen makanan dan minuman memiliki tingkat kepatuhan yang rendah dalam penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD). Hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam mengekplorasi praktik keamanan pangan pada produsen makanan dan minuman skala kecil dan kontribusinya terhadap ketahanan pangan pada akses tersedianya pangan yang sehat dan berkualitas. Kata kunci—keamanan pangan, ketahanan pangan, alat pelindung diri, industri kecil.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi terhadap bisnis kecil dan menengah(UKM) diIndonesia, khususnya melalui adopsi pemasaran digital merupakanhal yangbaru dan membawa dampak baik positif dalam bidang pemasaran. Penggunaanmedia sosial dan internet semakin meluas, didorong oleh pandemi COVID-19, yang mempercepat transformasi digital UKM. Pemasaran digital seperti SEO, SEM, dan media sosial memungkinkan wirausaha mencapai pasar yanglebihluas dengan biaya yang lebih rendah. Salah satu cara untuk mengantisipasiadalah program pengabdian kepada siswa. Program ini menjadi salahsatupeluang untuk solusi memperkenalkan digital marketing bagi generasi muda, dan menjadi bekal kemampuan dalam menanamkan jiwa kewirausahaan. Program pengabdian kepada siswa SMA Al-Islam Krian menjadi contohpenerapan digital marketing untuk mengembangkan keterampilanwirausahamuda dan mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Kesimpulannya, pengembangandigital marketing dapat memperkuat dan memberdayakan generasi mudauntukberwirausaha, dengan saran untuk meningkatkan persiapan teknis dalampelatihan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Berbagai penelitian telah dipublikasikan pada tema faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pembelian produk kopi di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab kebutuhan akan pemetaan penelitian melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Analisis dokumen menunjukkan tren positif publikasi dan sitasi tahunan; khususnya untuk tahun 2020–2024, dimana terjadi lonjakan jumlah publikasi dan sitasi tahunan pada penelitian tematik. Sedangkan analisis penulis dan afiliasi menunjukkan bahwa kontributor utama pada tema ini berasal dari Provinsi Jawa Timur. Analisis tematik menunjukkan kata kunci “consumer” (konsumen) dan “produk” menjadi subjek penelitian yang paling banyak muncul dalam penelitian tematik. Hasil analisis menemukan empat kluster kata kunci dalam penelitian tematik; sebagai berikut: (1) kluster consumer, (2) kluster produk, (3) kluster customer satisfaction, dan (4) kluster technology.

Abstract

This study analyzes whether there is a significant difference in entrepreneurial interest in agricultural students based on taking entrepreneurship courses. The data shows that entrepreneurial interest in the agricultural sector is still relatively low, indicated by the small number of students who enter the field. The study used a descriptive quantitative method with the Mann-Whitney U test analysis technique. The sample consisted of 150 active students from three state universities in East Java, namely UPN "Veteran" East Java, Brawijaya University, and Trunojoyo University Madura. There are statistical results that entrepreneurship courses have an effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions, with a p value of 0.036 which is significant at the α level of 0.05. Thus, the null hypothesis stating that there is no difference between the two groups is rejected.Keywords: Intention, Entrepreneurship, Agriculture Students

Abstract

Surabaya is one of the metropolitan cities with a highly active population, including both workers and students. Most of them enjoy coffee and embrace the growing coffee-drinking culture. However, due to their busy schedules, they prefer coffee that is convenient and can be taken on the go. This opportunity has led to the emergence of mobile coffee cart vendors scattered around main roads, especially near university campuses. The trend of mobile coffee is popular among young people due to its affordable price and decent taste. However, product development strategies are needed to ensure the sustainability and growth of current mobile coffee businesses. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of consumer behavior and marketing mix on consumers' purchasing decisions of mobile coffee in order to design effective and efficient strategies. The research method used is a quantitative approach utilizing SEM-PLS and IPA analyses. The results indicate that psychological factors and the marketing mix simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for mobile coffee in Surabaya. Meanwhile, the IPA analysis shows that the product variety indicator falls into quadrant 4, meaning that this indicator needs to be evaluated.Keywords: Mobile Coffee, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Mix, SEM-PLS.
