Abstract

ABSTRAKPenerapan sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang belum sepenuhnya optimal diterapkan pada PT. Jiwa Properti Indah seperti pencatatan administrasi, pembuatan laporan pemesanan rumah, pencatatan data konsumen dan pembuatan laporan penjualan. Minimnya pengetahuan mengenai pemanfaatan sistem informasi pada PT Jiwa Properti Indah yang menjadi mitra pengabdian kepada masyarakat menjadi sebab kami sebagai pihak akademisi untuk terus terlibat dan mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Mitra pengabdian menunjukkan antusias dan respon yang baik terhadap kegiatan untuk peningkatan pengetahuan dalam pemanfaatan dan penerapan sistem informasi di perusahaannya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat telah dilaksanakan mulai dari sosialisasi mengenai cara penggunaan aplikasi berdasarkan dokumentasi aplikasi hingga simbolis serah terima aplikasi. ABSTRACTThe application of a computer-based information system that is not yet fully optimal is applied to PT. Jiwa Properti Indah such as administrative records, making home order reports, recording consumer data and making sales reports. The lack of knowledge about the use of information systems at PT Jiwa Properti Indah which is a community service partner is the reason for us as academics to continue to be involved and encourage the use of information technology. Service partners show enthusiasm and good response to activities to increase knowledge in the use and application of information systems in their companies. Community service activities have been carried out starting from socializing on how to use applications based on application documentation to symbolic handing over of applications.

Abstract

Bellshoes Laundry implements marketing communication activities in selling its services as an effort to deal with any problems that arise. In this way, they can ensure that information about their services is conveyed well to customers and potential customers, and ensure that good relationships are maintained. This helps Bellshoes Laundry to remain competitive in the market and maintain customer satisfaction. The aim of the research is to determine marketing communication activities for Bellshoses Laundry services. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. In accordance with the problems studied, data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation, documentation which were useful in providing facts and data regarding communication activities and their obstacles to being presented and analyzed. The research results show that the marketing communication activities carried out include advertising, packaging, merchandising and word of mouth activities.

Abstract

Rusunawa Harapan Jaya Pontianak merupakan instansi yang bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan jasa khusus penyewaan kamar susun bagi masyarakat kota Pontianak yang membutuhkan tempat tinggal. Lokasi Rusunawa Harapan Jaya berada di Jalan Harapan Jaya, Kecamatan Pontianak Selatan, Kalimantan Barat dengan luas sebesar 5.701 m. Sistem yang ada pada Rusunawa masih diolah secara konvensional menggunakan buku jurnal pendapatan sehingga proses pengolahan memerlukan waktu yang banyak dan juga rentan terjadi kesalahan. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan system berbasis web dan memberikan solusi untuk mengatasi kelemahan dalam proses pengolahan serta pembuatan laporan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan berdasarkan hasil observasi dan pengamatan langsung tanpa adanya manipulasi data. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan model air terjun (Waterfall). Dari hasil penelitian dan masukkan dari beberapa sumber, penelitian ini menghasilkan system informasi berbasis web yang memiliki beberapa fitur diantaranya data rumah, data penghuni, transaksi pendapatan, transaksi beban sewa, dan laporan jurnal.

Abstract

Online shopping or e-commerce is a transaction process carried out through intermediary media in the form of online trading sites and social media that provide goods and services that are traded. Much research has focused on predicting realtime income for shopping web sites. The dataset consists of 10 numeric attributes and 8 category attributes. In this dataset, there is a possibility that there is an unbalanced target variable. Where, this is the case for each individual target value in the dataset. online shopper inttention aims to predict whether users generate revenue or not. Class imbalance occurs when the minority class is smaller than the majority class. Using unbalanced data will result in a minority class producing low accuracy values. Sampling methods are SMOTE, Undersampling and Oversampling To overcome the problem of class imbalance (imbalance class) as a measurement of performance. whereas, the classification algorithm method used is random forest, KNN, and Naive Bayes. The results of the evaluation and validation, it can be concluded that the best sampling method in overcoming the imbalance class in this study is the oversampling method. The random forest model without sampling has the highest f-measure value than the other models, which is 0.898. After applying the sampling method, the results of the comparison between the smote + random forest, undersampling + random forest and oversampling + random forest models. The best model with the highest f-measure and AUC is the oversampling + random forest model, the f-measure is 0.976 or 98% and the AUC value is 0.998. So the oversampling + random forest model is the best model in the study of the application of sampling techniques in overcoming the imbalance class in the online shopper intention enthusiast classification.

Abstract

Social media is a means for self-disclosure or self-disclosure. Instagram is a social media that is a means for self-disclosure, through the features of the Instagram application, students can share photos, videos, stories and other content to show aspects of their lives to other people. Not a few students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program of the Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University use a second Instagram account for several reasons, including because they have more freedom to open themselves on this account which only selected people can access. access it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of research conducted on 12 (twelve) student informants can be concluded that the self-disclosure that tends to be highlighted is self-disclosure in open areas, blind areas and hidden areas.

Abstract

Dalam suatu perusahaan, hal yang paling penting untuk diperhatikan adalah kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan menjadi tolak ukur tercapainya visi misi perusahaan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja, Etika kerja Islam dan Kepemimpinan Islam menjadi variabel penelitian dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh Etika Kerja Islam dan Kepemimpinan Islam terhadap kinerja karyawan. Etika kerja Islam yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja yang baik dan Kepemimpinan yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja juga. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Mayora Cabang Mojokerto. Dimana perusahaan tersebut adalah Perusahaan Distributor dari produk-produk makanan dan minuman PT Mayora. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh Etika Kerja Islam Tehadap Kinerja PT. Mayora Cabang Mojokerto, (2) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Islam Terhadap Kinerja PT. Mayora Cabang Mojokerto, (3) Pengaruh Etika Kerja Islam Dan Kepemimpinan Islam Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Mayora Cabang Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian kali ini adalah karywan PT. Mayora Cabang Mojokerto sebanyak 70 karyawan, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda denga bantuan Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) 25. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Etika Kerja Islam berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Mayora Cabang Mojokerto dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Kepemimpinan Islam berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Mayora Cabang Mojokerto, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,009 < 0,05. Etika kerja Islam dan Kepemimpinan Islam secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT Mayora Cabang Mojokerto, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. < 0,05.

Abstract

Pelayanan dalam suatu perusahaan menentukan baik buruknya suatu perusahaan tersebut, jika kualitas itu baik maka kepuasan yang akan tercipta, akan tetapi sebaliknya apabila kualitas pelayanan itu buruk kekecewaan pula yang diterima. Dalam perspektif Islam saat memberikan layanan dari usaha yang dijalankan baik itu berupa barang atau jasa jangan memberikan yang buruk atau tidak berkualitas, melainkan yang berkualitas kepada orang lain. Di era pandemi covid-19 ini LRB Mubinatour tidak memberangkatkan jamaah haji maupun umroh terhitung sejak adanya covid-19 di Indonesia di tahun 2020 pada bulan Januari hingga saat ini. Pelaksanaan ibadah umroh saat ini tidak ada akan tetapi yang ada yaitu pelaksanaan ibadah haji seluruh dunia. Untuk keberangkatan haji tahun ini haya dibatasi 10 ribu jamaah. Yang terdiri dari 1/3 warga Arab, 2/3 adalah espatariat maksudnya mereka yang tertunda keberangkatannya di tahun 2019 itupun dominan oleh penduduk Jazirah Arab yang dinyatakan steril dari covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan secara syariah yang diterapkan di lembaga travel haji dan umroh LRB Mubinatour di saat pandemi covid-19. 2) Untuk mengetahui kepuasan jamaah di lembaga travel haji dan umroh LRB Mubinatour di saat pandemi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang didapat yaitu sumber data primer misal observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, triangulasi dan sumber data sekunder menggunakan informasi seperti buku, jurnal, KEMENAG, dan BPS. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun tempat penelitian ini berada di LRB Mubinatour Kecamatan Bangsal Kabupaten Mojokerto. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang berhasil peneliti temukan di lapangan yakni 1. Kualitas pelayanan di LRB Mubinatour menggunakan pelayanan dari hati ke hati yang menggunakan sistem syariah dalam pelayanannya akan tetapi gagal memberangkatkan umroh akibat pandemi covid-19. 2. Kepusaan jamaah di era pandemi jamaah merasa kecewa karena tidak bisa berangkat sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah ada sehingga jamaah harus menunggu regulasi dari pemerintah Arab Saudi.

Abstract

This study examines the claim that the benefits of good corporate governance (GCG) extend to all stakeholders, with a specific focus on the advantages for workers during operational processes. Conceptually, GCG connects all stakeholders by following its principles, without addressing power imbalances that arise from stakeholder class differences. This research highlights an underexplored aspect of GCG literature: power asymmetries among internal stakeholders, specifically the relationship between business owners and their workers. This study employs a multiple case study approach, drawing on in-depth interviews with 30 informants and document analysis of station records, regulatory frameworks, and prior studies, focusing on Pertamina petrol stations managed by Pertamina Patra Niaga and Pertamina Retail, which received “good” and “excellent” GCG ratings in 2023. The analysis of four petrol stations—operated either directly by Pertamina Retail or by private partners under Pertamina Patra Niaga—reveals that exploitative labour arrangements and substandard working conditions persist despite the formal implementation of GCG principles. These findings underscore that, in the absence of measures to address structural power asymmetries among stakeholders, the benefits of GCG are disproportionately captured by dominant actors, particularly capital owners within the corporate hierarchy.

Abstract

The prevalence of chronic diseases in Jambi City has tended to increase in the last three years, especially hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Chronic diseases that are high risk, high volume and high cost have an impact on the household economy of sufferers who tend to incur health costs that exceed the family's financial capacity (catastrophic). The existence of the Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) from BPJS Health should contribute to reducing the number of chronic diseases, reducing the burden of disease and improving the social relations of chronic disease sufferers, however the coverage of Prolanis activity is still low and several responses from community experience indicate there are problems with the acceptability of the program. This research aims to measure the level of community acceptability of health interventions and social relations in the Prolanis practice as assessed by analyzing affective attitudes, burden, ethics, intervention coherence, costs, perceived effectiveness and self-confidence of chronic disease sufferers in Jambi City in 2023. The research was conducted with Quantitative research methods use a cross-sectional design. Respondents were selected based on a purposive sampling technique totaling 180 respondents spread across five Puskesmas work areas in Jambi City. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The research results show that the indicators of burden, ethics and effectiveness are the most dominant factors in influencing the acceptability of Prolanis participants. As a recommendation, it is suggested to the government and BPJS Health to increase public understanding of the importance of using Prolanis in an effort to reduce the number of chronic diseases in Jambi City.
