Abstract

Quality of life is a very important outcome measure for health. Health itself is the life expectancy of every human being, but as a way to improve the quality of life, it is necessary to have sufficient status. Nutritional status that is reduced or excessive can have an impact on the quality of life of the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and quality of life of the elderly. This study uses the Literature Review method with two databases, namely Google Scholar and Crossref. The results showed that there were 10 journals that had been reviewed with the conclusion that 9 journals had a significant relationship between nutritional status and quality of life of the elderly, and 1 journal had no relationship between nutritional status and quality of life of the elderly. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between nutritional status and quality of life in the elderly.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Stroke atau Cerebro Vaskuler Accident (CVA) bila suplai pembuluh darah otak mengalami penyumbatan atau pecah yang mengakibatkan perubahan mental, gangguan daya pikir, kesadaran, konsentrasi, kemampuan belajar, gangguan komunikasi, gangguan emosional, kehilangan indra rasa serta kecacatan. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan Activity Daily Living (ADL) pasca stroke. Metode: Literatur review data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti-peneliti terdahulu, Pencarian data sekunder dalam Literatur review ini menggunakan sebuah database dengan kualitas tinggi dan sedang yaitu Google Scholar, Mendelay, dan Research Gate dimana database ini dapat menjembatani pencarian jurnal pada database terpecaya. Hasil: Penelitian dari 10 (sepuluh) jurnal yang telah dianalisis dan yang telah dilakukan oleh beberapa peneliti, peneliti menyatakan adanya hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan Activity Daily Living (ADL) pada pasien pasca stroke. Kesimpulan: bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan Activity Daily Living (ADL) pasca stroke, sehingga kebutuhan pasien pasca stroke dapat terpenuhi dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi dalam pemenuhan Activity Daily Living (ADL) secara mendiri atau dengan bantuan.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Lansia merupakan proses yang terjadi dalam kehidupan manusia, menjadi tua adalah proses alamiah yang telah melalui tiga tahapan kehidupan yang meliputi anak, dewasa, dan tua. Hipertensi adalah peningkatan tekanan darah dalam pembuluh darah arteri yang mengangkut darah dari jantung dan organ tubuh, bila tidak dikontrol dengan baik akan menyebabkan gangguan pola tidur. Hal tersebut bila tidak diatasi dapat menyebabkan berbagai penyakit komplikasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan gerontik pada klien hipertensi dengan masalah gangguan pola tidur menggunakan terapi murottal Al Qur’an. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendektan proses keperawatan pada 2 klien dengan penyakit dan masalah keperawatan yang sama selama 7 hari berturut-turut. Hasil: Hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan terdapat penurunan skala pola tidur. Sebelum dilakukan terapi murottal Al Qur’an adalah 5 dan setelah diperdengarkan terapi menurun menjadi 1 pada hari ke 7. Kesimpulan: Terapi Murottal Al Qur’an dapat digunakan sebagai terapi nonfarmakologis untuk mencegah terjadinya penurunan kualitas tidur pada pasien hipertensi.

Abstract

Learning Competency Based Curriculum requires that the learning process should be student centered learning. The learning process should provide an opportunity and a larger space for students to explore, to experience, discover, and also test their own comprehension by asking and constantly questioning what is learned. Learning Competency Based Curriculum models that is : Small Group Discussion, Role-Play & Simulation, Discovery Learning (DL), Cooperative Learning (CL), Problem Based Learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge about the behavior of faculty teaching methodKBK at STIKES ICME Jombang. The design of this study used an observational study conducted by cross sectional analytical cross sectional. This study was conducted in STIKES ICME Jombang, total sampling method with a sample of 74 lecturers during the study but only 35 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of the data using statistical test product moment correlation, with probability value as 0,011 more than value α (0,05), in order to H1 accepted The results showed that there is a correlation with the behavior of faculty knowledge about teaching methods KBK in STIKES ICME Jombang. Knowledge has a relationship with professors about the behavior of the learning method KBK in STIKES ICME Jombang. Sugestion STIKES ICME Jombang expected to contribute ideas in terms of teaching and learning activities, so that the learning process more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Nursing care that is based on caring behavior will contribute to healing and health clients. In practice nurses caring behavior that is applied is still lacking, one contributing factor is the workload is not balanced. The IRNA RSUD Kabupaten Jombang comparison of the number of nurses with clients is 1 : 11, the potential of the heavy workload of nurses and nurse caring behaviors decrease. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between workload with nurses caring behavior in IRNA RSUD Kabupaten Jombang.This research is a cross sectional analytic approach. The population in this study are all nurses who served in a number of 165 nurses IRNA. The sampling technique using a probability sample is done by simple random sampling with specified proportion so large a sample of 62 nurses. Data were collected using a questionnaire which consisted of questionnaires workload and nurses caring behavior.The results showed that the mean value of the workload of nurses is 44.08 and nurses caring behavior is 104.98. Correlation of test results obtained p value of 0.007 (p value <alpha = 0.05). It can be concluded that the average value of the work load approaches the maximum expectation value, the average value of nurses caring behavior approaching the maximum expectation value and significant correlation between workload with nurses caring behavior in IRNA RSUD Kabupaten Jombang. The need for attention to the workload of nurses because the workload will decrease productivity, quality of service, and including the appearance of nurses working in applying caring behavior.

Abstract

Livelines is frequency in visiting upon activity Posyandu in range of time one year.The purpose of this research was to know the relationship of family support with elderly liveline to come to elderly Posyandu in village of Plandaan Jombang. This research design used was analitic approach crossectional. The population of this research were the entire elderly in village of Plandaan as many as 120 people when this research was conducted. Sample of this research were 30 respondents. Sampling technique used was simple random sampling. IndependentVariabel was family support and the elderly liveliness was dependent variabel. The Instruments was a questionare.Statistical test use the Spearman Rho. The result known that the family support is in a good category is as big as 60% , big enough is 40%, while for elderly liveline is in a high category as long as 53,3%, and low category is 46,7%. Based on statistical test was obtained ρ value = 0,00, ρ< α, (α: 0,05), it means H1 accepted. The conclusion that there is the relation of family support with elderly livelines to come to elderly Posyandu in village of Plandaan Jombang.

Abstract

Hospital patient safety is a system where hospitals make patient care safer and prevent injuries caused byfaults due to carry out an action or not take action that should be taken. This could happen due to a lack ofknowledge of nurses about the concept of prevention of nosocomial infection. The purpose of this study wasto know the relationship of nurses’ knowledge with the effort of prevention of nosocomial infections atinpatient unit Regional hospital Dr. Sayidiman Magetan.The study method used was Cross SectionalAnalytic. The researcher conducted measurement or research in one period. Population was as many as 59nurses. Sample taken was all nurses as many as 59 people. Technique used in this study was total samplingtechnique. Data collection of respondent used a questionnaire. Independent variable was nurse’s knowledgeabout nosocomial infection and dependent variable was prevention effort of nosocomial infection. Dataprocessing used editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and correlational test of pearson.The study result of 59respondents of nurse’s knowledge about prevention of nosocomial infection had correlation coefficient withthe prevention of nosocomial infection with a significant value of p-value = 0,025 < 0,05 where the value of r= 0,293, which means anyrelationship of nurse's knowledge with prevention of nosocomial infection. Theconclusion of this study, nurses with the knowledge of prevention of nosocomial infections in normaldistribution.Keywords: Knowledge, Nurse,Nosocomial Infection

Abstract

Along with the development of society, in the health sector there was an increase in demand for services both in quantity and quality. To improve the performance of nurses in the field of nursing management especially acceptance weigh implementation is unoptimal. This could happen due to a lack of knowledge of nurses about the implementation of the concept of weighing acceptance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nursing knowledge with the implementation of acceptance weighing studied in inpatient unit room of Dr. Sayidiman Hospital Magetan. Analytical Methods Cross-sectional study that researchers take measurements or research at a time. Population of 59 nurses with samples taken all inpatient room nurses as many as 59 people. The technique used in this study was the total sampling technique. Data collection was using questionnaires. Independent variables of knowledge nurses about the concept of acceptance weigh and dependent variable of acceptance weigh implementation. Data processing was done with the editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and using the Pearson correlation test. The results of the 59 respondents were knowledge about the concept of acceptance weighing that the nurses approaching the maximum value with known average value of 11.69, while for implementation thank weigh with known average value of 9.24 with had a correlation coefficient with the implementation of acceptance weigh was the significance value p-value = 0.000> 0.05 where the value of r = 0.597. By using the Pearson test with SPSS 16 of the two variables was found that p count is smaller than the table is 0.000 p <0.05 means that H1 is accepted, H0 is rejected. The conclusion of this study, which means there was a connection between nurses’ knowledge and acceptance weigh implementation.Keywords: nurses knowledge, implementation acceptance weigh

Abstract

Discipline is the key to achieving the goal of an organization, so the discipline of work must be considered by the organization. There are several things that can affect labor discipline, one of which is job satisfaction. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between work discipline with the level of job satisfaction of nurses in Hospital Islam Khasanah Muhamadiyah Mojokerto. The design of this study used an observational study conducted by cross sectional analytical cross sectional. This study was conducted in Hospital Islam Khasanah Muhamadiyah Mojokerto, total sampling method with a sample of 55 nurses. Data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of the data using statistical test product moment correlation. The results showed that there was a relationship work discipline and job satisfaction of nurses in Hospital Islam Khasanah Muhamadiyah Mojokerto. with probability value as 0,001 more than value α (0,05), in order to H1 accepted. Working discipline have average 10.45, minimum 6 and maximum 14 and dan working satisfaction have average 44.04, minimum 20 and maximum 58. Work discipline has a relationship with job satisfaction of nurses in hospital Islam Khasanah Muhamadiyah Mojokerto. Sugestion to hospital Islam Khasanah Muhamadiyah Mojokerto expected satisfaction of nurses in the work needs to be understood by the agency as the greatest asset in the development of services that are more specific and comprehensive, thus increasing profits for a hospital that supports the increasing moral and material fulfillment for nurses who improve nurse satisfaction in work.Keyword : Working dicipline, Satisfaction

Abstract

Stres adalah kondisi yang tidak menyenangkan dimana manusia melihat adanya tuntutan dalam situasi sebagai beban diluar batas kemampuan mereka untuk memenuhi tuntutan tersebut. Stres dapat muncul pada seseorang jika terjadi ketidakseimbangan atau kegagalan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan secara jasmani dan rohaninya.. Insomnia adalah gangguan tidur dimana seseorang sulit untuk memulai atau mempertahankan tidurnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat stress dengan kejadian insomnia pada remaja menjelang Ujian Nasional di SMA PGRI 2 Jombang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu korelasional dengan jenis penelitian survei analitik yang dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan cross-sectional. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 168 siswa sedangkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 responden dengan teknik sampling menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan DASS 42 untuk mengetahui tingkat stres dan kuesioner insomnia menggunakan KSPBJ-IRS. Analisis data diuji menggunakan Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut stres ringan sebanyak 37 responden (58,7%), stress sedang sebanyak 21 responden (33,3%), insomnia ringan sebanyak 35 responden (55,6%), serta insomnia sedang sebanyak 28 responden (44,4%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai ρ ≤ α (0,000 ≤ 0,05) hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stress dengan kejadian insomnia pada remaja menjelang Ujian Nasional di SMA PGRI 2 Jombang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat stress remaja di SMA PGRI 2 Jombang berkategori ringan, tingkat insomnia remaja di SMA PGRI 2 Jombang berkategori ringan serta ada hubungan antara tingkat stress dengan kejadian insomnia pada remaja menjelang Ujian Nasional di SMA PGRI 2 Jombang.
