Abstract

Worship in Islam has a much broader dimension than juyst rituals, including psychological aspects that have a positive impact on individuals and society. This article examines the psychological dimensions of two main acts of worship, prayer and zakat, which function as a bridge to strengthen the vertical relationship with Allah (hablum minallah) and horizontal relationships with fellow human beings (hablum minannas). Using a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews and literature studies, this study explores the role of these two acts of worship in supporting mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The research findings show that prayer offers a therapeutic effect that creates peace of mind, emotional stability, and increased self-discipline. On the other hand, zakat fosters empathy, happiness in sharing, and social awareness that contribute to reducing anxiety related to social inequality. The combination of prayer and zakat forms a positive mindset, increases optimism, and builds a more patient and humble character. This study concludes that prayer and zakat are not only religious obligations, but also effective tools to improve the quality of life of individuals and communities. This research broadens insights into how Islamic teachings can be a solution to mental and emotional challenges in the modern era.

Abstract

The ability to understand mathematical concepts is an important asset that students must have in mastering mathematics learning. However, in reality students' ability to understand mathematical concepts is still subdued. So an effort is needed to improve students' ability to understand mathematical concepts by applying a learning model, namely the 5e learning cycle learning model. The aim of this research is to determine the comparison of students' ability to understand mathematical concepts taught using the 5E learning cycle learning model with the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students taught using conventional learning. The research used is quantitative research. The type of research used is quasi-experimental with the research design being a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were all students of  X class MAN 4 Aceh Besar. Sampling in this study used a random sampling technique where the sample consisted of two classes, namely class X.3 as the experimental class and class X.5 as the control class. data collection using pretest-posttest question sheets. The results of data processing using right-hand t-test statistics, obtained  and  Because    then accept  and reject . So it can be concluded that the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students taught using the 5E learning cycle learning model is better than the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students taught using conventional learning.

Abstract

This study explores the fundamental concepts of morality (akhlaq), excellence (ihsan), and educational refinement (ta’dib) as integral elements in the development of Islamic character and their significant influence on the formation of Malay cultural identity. Employing a qualitative approach with descriptive and historical methods, data were collected through an extensive literature review related to Islamic concepts and Malay cultural traditions. The findings reveal that akhlaq, ihsan, and ta’dib play a vital role in shaping Islamic character within Malay society. Akhlaq serves as the foundation of religious and cultural education, fostering relationships between individuals, God, and others. Ihsanpromotes an awareness of God's presence in all actions, manifesting in social values such as mutual cooperation and respect. Ta’dib functions as an educational framework that instills profound moral and spiritual values, nurturing individuals of noble character. The application of these concepts strengthens Malay culture by aligning it with Islamic principles and preserving its noble values. In conclusion, reinforcing Islamic character through akhlaq, ihsan, and ta’dibis essential for sustaining and advancing Malay culture, ensuring that future generations remain grounded in Islamic values. Abstrak: Kajian ini membahas konsep dasar akhlak (moralitas), ihsan (kesempurnaan dalam beribadah dan berbuat baik), dan ta’dib (pendidikan adab) sebagai elemen penting dalam pembentukan karakter Islami serta pengaruhnya yang signifikan terhadap pembentukan budaya Melayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan historis, mengumpulkan data melalui studi pustaka yang berkaitan dengan konsep Islam dan budaya Melayu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Akhlak, Ihsan, dan Ta'dib memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter Islami pada masyarakat Melayu. Akhlak menjadi dasar pendidikan agama dan budaya, menghubungkan individu dengan Tuhan dan sesama. Ihsan mengajarkan kesadaran akan kehadiran Tuhan dalam setiap tindakan, yang tercermin dalam nilai-nilai sosial seperti gotong royong dan saling menghormati. Ta'dib berfungsi sebagai pendekatan pendidikan yang menanamkan nilai moral dan spiritual tinggi, membentuk individu berakhlak mulia. Penerapan konsep-konsep ini memperkuat budaya Melayu yang berbasis pada ajaran Islam, menjaga nilai-nilai luhur dalam masyarakat. penguatan karakter Islami melalui Akhlak, Ihsan, dan Ta'dib sangat penting dalam mempertahankan dan mengembangkan budaya Melayu, memastikan generasi mendatang tetap berpegang pada prinsip-prinsip Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze local economic development strategies through human resource empowerment in the MSME sector in Medan City. The methodology of this research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data from primary sources by distributing questionnaires to respondents using the pentahelix collaboration model (ABCGM), comprising academics, businesspeople, communities, government, and media. Analysis technique by analyzing the integration of SOAR matrix strategies (Strength, Opportunity, Aspiration, and Result). The results of the analysis show that the MSME development strategy produces four strategies, namely: (1) comprehensive training and mentoring programs for human capital formation, (2) development of the MSME digital ecosystem towards a knowledge-based economy, (3) strengthening the PentaHelix collaboration (ABCGM) as a governance innovation, and (4) developing industrial clusters based on local potential for regional competitive advantage. The study's findings have profound implications for the development of MSME policy at local, regional, and national governance levels. The validated strategic framework provides compelling evidence in support of integrated policy approaches that deliberately transcend traditional sectoral boundaries and administrative silos, arguing for comprehensive policy coordination mechanisms that address MSME development as a complex, interconnected challenge rather than a series of discrete problems. The research highlights the critical importance of developing an institutional framework, suggesting that policy attention should prioritize governance structures and coordination mechanisms over narrowly focused program-specific interventions that fail to address systemic constraints on MSME growth and competitiveness.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sangat memengaruhi akhlak dan karakter peserta didik. Kesulitan dalam pengembangan karakter semakin meningkat akibat perkembangan teknologi dan penyebaran ilmu pengetahuan di seluruh dunia. Oleh karena itu, desain pembelajaran PAI berbasis prestasi karakter sangat relevan untuk meningkatkan standar pendidikan agama di Indonesia. Tujuan dari esai ini adalah untuk mengkaji gagasan desain pembelajaran yang menekankan pengembangan karakter di samping perolehan informasi agama, termasuk kejujuran, disiplin, toleransi, dan tanggung jawab. Integrasi tiga domain utama kognitif, emosional, dan psikomotorik dalam pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis karakter ini memperkuat prinsip-prinsip moral. Pembelajaran interaktif, reflektif, dan berbasis proyek adalah beberapa teknik yang digunakan, dan diharapkan dapat membantu peserta didik mengembangkan sikap dan perilaku positif. Sosok panutan guru juga berperan penting dalam penerapan gagasan ini. Oleh karena itu, desain pembelajaran PAI berbasis prestasi karakter dapat menciptakan generasi yang tidak hanya berbakat secara intelektual tetapi juga bermoral, siap menghadapi tantangan dunia modern dengan standar moral yang tinggi

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavior control on purchase intentions for Hannochs LED lighting products. Data for this research was collected through a survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The respondents in this research were 140 respondents in the form of lecturers and employees at Malikussaleh University. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. The research results show that partially Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Purchase Hannochs LED Lighting Products. Partially Subjective Norms have a positive and significant effect on Intention to Purchase Hannochs LED Lighting Products. Partially Perceived Behavior Control has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Purchase Hannochs LED Lighting Products. Simultaneously shows that Attitude, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavior Control Influence Intention to Purchase Hannochs LED Lighting Products

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality,brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions for glass tea at Malikussaleh University students. Promotion on Purchasing Decisions for glass tea at Malikussaleh University students. This research was conducted on Malikussaleh University Faculty of Economics and Business students who had purchased glass tea. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires via google form to 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software assistance. The results showed that product quality had no significant effect on purchasing decisions for glass tea, Brand Image had a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and promotion had a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to Analyze The Effect Of Servant Leadership And Digital Leadership On Employee Performance With Competency As An Intervening Variable In The Health Office In Langsa City.The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sampling method. The saturated sampling method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The number of samples in this study was 148 respondents, because the total number of the population used as a sample was 148 respondents. The influence of Digital Leadership, Servant leadership on employee competence at the Langsa City Health Office. The influence of competence, Digital Leadership, Servant leadership on employee performance at the Langsa City Health Office. Competence is able to partially mediate the relationship between the Servant leadership variable and employee performance. Competence is able to partially mediate the relationship between the Digital leadership variable and employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price, user convenience, and trust on consumer interest in using the Lazada E-commerce platform in Lhokseumawe City. In the increasingly developing digital era, E-commerce has become one of the primary choices for consumers to purchase goods and services. Factors such as competitive prices, ease of use, and consumer trust level are substantial aspects that influence consumer interest. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach, and collected through questionnaires distributed to Lazada consumers in Lhokseumawe City. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, with 100 respondents, and the data analysis uses multiple linear regression to see the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results show that the three variables, namely price, user-friendliness, and trust, positively and significantly influence consumer interest in using the Lazada platform. Of these three variables, consumer trust in the platform has the most dominant influence compared to other variables. It shows that, in the context of E-commerce, consumer trust is a key factor that platform providers should pay attention to increase consumer interest. It concludes that to increase consumer interest in Lhokseumawe City, Lazada should continue to maintain competitive prices, improve easy and comfortable user experience, and build and maintain consumer trust through various effective strategies. This research can contribute to developing marketing strategies and improving service quality on the Lazada E-commerce platform.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether attitude toward counterfeit goods mediates the relationship between novelty seeking, integrity, status consumption, and purchase intention for luxury counterfeit products. The study employs primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 161 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is SEM-PLS with the help of WrapPLS 8.0 software. To assess data validity, the researchers employed convergent validity, discriminant validity, average variance extracted (AVE), reliability tests, goodness of fit, coefficient of determination (R2), Q-square coefficient, and effect size. The findings reveal that novelty seeking and status consumption significantly influence purchase intention for luxury counterfeit products, while integrity does not. The mediation analysis shows that attitude toward counterfeit goods mediates the influence of integrity and status consumption on purchase intention for luxury counterfeit products. However, the mediation analysis for novelty seeking does not yield significant results.
