Abstract

Goat urine is liquid waste from goat feces. Goat urine is able to provide macro and micro nutrients and contains growth regulators (ZPT) that plants need. Goat urine contains 1.5% nitrogen, 0.13% phosphorus, and 1.8% potassium. Goat urine contains natural hormones of IAA, gibberellin, and cytokinin higher than other livestock urine. Goat urine processing can be done by fermentation. Fermentation is a process of chemical changes in an organic substrate through enzyme activity produced by microorganisms. The results of fermentation of organic materials such as sugar, alcohol, amino acids, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and other organic compounds are easily absorbed directly by plant roots. The use of effective microorganisms in the manufacture of goat urine fermented liquid organic fertilizer aims to accelerate the fermentation process. Effective microorganisms or also known as probiotics are mixed cultures of various types of beneficial microorganisms such as photosynthetic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, actinomycetes yeasts, fermentation fungi that can improve soil microbes. The use of solid waste of goat manure is commonly done by farmers, but the use of liquid waste (urine) of fermented goats has not been widely known. Therefore, it is important to optimize the use of fermented goat urine as liquid organic fertilizer.

Abstract

Construction projects are closely related to the development of human life needs. To meet this, construction projects must be processed professionally with good management and weight. As one of the functions and processes of activities in project management that greatly affect the final results of the project, planning has an important role in minimizing all irregularities that can occur during the project process. Earned Value is the concept of calculating the amount of costs according to the budget in accordance with the work that has been completed. Cost and time optimization planning is carried out on the Embarcadero Bintaro Apartment Construction Project with the aim of finding out the project performance index, estimated cost and time required, providing alternative solutions to overcome the delays that occur and creating an S curve due to acceleration. The results of the calculation using the Earned Value method show that the project is not running as planned, based on the overall CPI value of > 1. Meanwhile, the SPI value in the 10th week to the 32th week has a value of less than 1, this indicates that the project is experiencing delays. The acceleration carried out to catch up with the delay is to use the crashing method with the most effective acceleration alternative to be applied, namely the addition of 2 hours of overtime to the Column work, by saving the project duration of up to 9 days and an additional cost of Rp. 80.611.591,48 from the normal cost of Rp. 104.928.799.666,42 with a duration after acceleration of 572 days

Abstract

Struktur Belt Truss dan Belt Wall berfungsi dalam meningkatkan kekakuan bangunan untuk mengurangi displacement lateral. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis respon dinamis pada struktur core wall, belt truss, dan belt wall. Penlitian ini menggunakan gedung berjumlah 40 lantai, dengan tinggi 118m. Proses analisis menggunakan struktur beton bertulang dengan metode sistem struktur yaitu sistem ganda (Duall System), pemodelan struktur terdapat 3 variasi yaitu struktur gedung dengan core wall, core wall dengan belt truss, dan core wall dengan belt wall. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lokasi optimum pemasangan belt truss dari beberapa ketinggian 0,25h, 0,5h, 0,75h dan cap truss, terletak di 0,5h belt trus mampu mereduksi simpangan 6,45% sumbu X dengan 5,99% sumbu Y. Model gedung dengan core wall digunakan sebagai acuan menghasilkan simpangan maksimum 203mm (arah X) dan 190mm (arah Y). Struktur gedung core wall+0,5h belt truss menghasilkan simpangan maksimum 189,9mm (arah X) dan 179mm (arah Y). Dan apabila struktur gedung core wall+0,5h belt wall menghasilkan simpangan maksimum 186,8mm (arah X) dan 176 mm (arah Y). Jadi model yang terbaik adalah gabungan antara core wall dengan belt wall mampu mereduksi simpangan 8,08% arah X dan 7,56% arah Y.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi pada pembangunan new offshore flare stack PT. Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan adalah kesulitan pemasangan riser flare stack karena tidak adanya crane yang dapat digunakan untuk pemasangan riser flare stack dengan berat 115 ton, tinggi 175 meter di lepas pantai. Tujuan penelitian adalah menggambarkan cara pemasangan riser flare stack tanpa menggunakan crane. Alternatif solusi mengatasi masalah adalah dengan membagi-bagi riser flare stack menjadi beberapa section trunk dan memasang riser flare stack menggunakan metode canting berbasis sistim katrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode canting terbukti cocok dan aman digunakan untuk memasang riser flare stack dengan baik dan aman. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya merekomendasikan agar metode ini dapat direplikasi untuk mengatasi permasalahan sejenis di unit kerja yang lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the response of multifunctional fertilizer and cow dung on the growth and production of Soybean (Glycine max L.) plants and their interactions. This study was conducted in Klambir Lima Hamparan Perak Village, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra from January to March 2023, using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK), with three blocks, 12 combinations. The first factor is cow dung fertilizer (P0) = 0 kg/plot, (P1) = 1.5 kg/plot, (P2) = 3 kg/plot, and (P3) = 4.5 kg/plot. The second factor is ecoenzyme (E1) = 90 ml/plot, (E2) = 180 ml/plot and (E3) = 270 ml/plot. The parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of productive branches (branches), number of pods per sample (plong), number of plong per plot (pods), production per sample (g) and production per plot (g). The results of the study showed that the provision of cow dung fertilizer had an effect on all observation parameters. The best observation parameter results on soybean plants were in the P3 = 4.5 kg / plot treatment. The provision of multifungal fertilizer on the growth and production of soybean plants had an effect on all observation parameters. With a treatment of 270 ml / plot gave the best results on soybean plants, while the interaction between cow dung fertilizer and ecoenzyme had no significant effect on all observation parameters.

Abstract

Bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L) merupakan salah satu sayuran yang menjadi unggulan nasional selain cabai merah dan kentang. Bawang merah merupakan komoditas  yang  dibutuhkan sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga mempengaruhi pasar ekonomi dan tingkat permintaan yang tinggi. Bawang merah komoditas strategis di Indonesia, karena perubahan terhadap harga dari bawang merah dapat mempengaruhi inflasi. Penyebab inflasi yang tinggi dapat disebabkan         adanya kenaikan harga bawang merah. Selain itu, bawang merah juga merupakan salah satu  komoditas bernilai tinggi (high value comodity). Pupuk organik merupakan hasil limbah organik yang dikelola secara fermentasi sehingga menghasilkan unsur hara makro dan mikro yang baik untuk perkembangan tanaman bawang merah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk organik padat terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi bawang merah. Pupuk organik yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini berbentuk padat dengan 4 taraf perlakuan dengan metode rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) non faktor, yaitu : T0 = 0kg/plot, T1 = 2 kg/plot, T2 = 3 kg/plot, T3 = 4 kg/plot.  Parameter yang diamati yaitu : jumlah anakan, diameter umbi, berat umbi basah, berat umbi kering dan konversi produksi perhektar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berpengaruh sangat nyata pada pertumbuhan dan produksi bawang merah dengan perlakuan terbaik pada T3 = 4 kg/plot.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah terjadinya hot spot pada wall radiant reformer furnace unit hidrogen proses yang berdampak pada kondisi sub standard dan unsafe condition peralatan proses unit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya masalah hot spot pada reformer furnace dan metode perbaikannya pada kondisi onstream. Metode perbaikan onstream dipilih dengan memasang material insulasi panas ceramic fiber dan fire brick refractory diluar wall radiation plate. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa setelah dilakukan pemasangan material insulasi tahan panas ceramic fiber, fire brick refractory, wall radiation plate dan dimonitor paparan panasnya menunjukan 78oC lebih rendah dari batas maximum allowable wall temperature 90oC, dalam batas aman. Hasil penelitian ini selanjutnya merekomendasikan bahwa, metode perbaikan ini dapat di replikasi pada unit proses lain yang mengalami permasalahan sejenis.    Kata Kunci: Hot Spot, External Cabin Wall Radiant, Heat Insulation.

Abstract

Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) are a popular vegetable crop in Indonesia because are the main raw material for cooking spices and medicines. This research used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two treatments, namelu Chicken Manure Fertilizer and Eco Enzyme. Chicken Manure Fertilizer (K) consists of 4 treatment levels, namely K0 = 0 g/polybag, K1 = 250 g/polybag, K2 = 500 g/polybag, K3 = 750 g/polybag. Eco Enzyme (E) consists of 4 treatment level, namely E0 = 0 ml/ litrer water/plot, E1 = 10 ml/liter water plot, E2 = 20ml/liter water /plot, E3 = 30 ml/ liter water/plot. Abstract

Tomato plants (Lycopersium esculentum Mill) are multi-purpose plants that are much sought after. This research was conducted in Suka Maju Village, Hamparan Perak District, North Sumatra Province. This research used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 2 treatment factors and 3 blocks. The first factor is bamboo root PGPR (P) which consists of 3 levels, namely P0 = 0 ml/plot, P1 = 100 ml/plot, P2 = 200 ml/plot. The second factor is lovebird manure (L) which consists of 4 levels, namely L0 = 0 kg/plot,L1 = 1 kg/plot, L2= 2 kg/plot, L3 = 3 kg/plot. Abstract

This research aims to determine the test of giving organic chicken manure and eco enzyme on the growth and production of shallot plants (Allium ascalonicum L.). This research will be carried out at CV. Mitra Tanam which is located on Jl. Madura, Pepper Garden, Pahlawan Village, North Binjai District, Binjai City, North Sumatra Province. This research used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK), with two factors studied, namely organic chicken manure fertilizer (P) and eco enzyme (E). This research consisted of 5 observation parameters, namely plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), wind dry weight per sample (grams), wind dry weight per plot (grams) and root length (cm). The results of this study show that the interaction between the application of organic chicken manure fertilizer and eco enzyme has a non-significantly different effect on the observed parameters of plant height (cm), air dry weight per sample (gram), air dry weight per plot (gram), and root length. (cm) but has a very real effect on the observation parameter of the number of leaves (pieces).Keywords: Red Onion Plants, Chicken Manure Organic Fertilize, Ecoenzyme.INTI SARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui uji pemberian pupuk organik kotoran ayam dan eco enzyme terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L). Penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 parameter pengamatan yaitu tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), berat kering angin per sampel (gram), berat kering angin per plot (gram) dan panjang akar (cm). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara pemberian pupuk organik kotoran ayam dan eco enzyme memberikan pengaruh berbeda tidak nyata terhadap parameter pengamatan tinggi tanaman (cm), berat kering angin per sampel (gram), berat kering angin per plot (gram), dan panjang akar (cm) tetapi berpengaruh sangat nyata pada parameter pengamatan jumlah daun (helai). Kata Kunci: Tanaman Bawang Merah, Pupuk Organik Kotoran Ayam, Eco Enzyme.
