Abstract

Perkiraan biaya memegang peranan penting dalam penyelenggaraan proyek. Pada tahap pertama dipergunakan untuk mengetahui berapa besar biaya yang diperlukan untuk membangun proyek atau investasi. Pelaksanaan sebuah proyek konstruksi sangat berkaitan dengan proses manajemen di dalamnya. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk menghitung rencana anggaran biaya dengan metode SNI, mengetahui selisih perbandingan anggaran biaya yang terdapat dalam rencana anggaran biaya dan mengetahui anggaran biaya yang paling ekonomis antara perencanaan anggaran biaya metode SNI dan kontraktor. Tinjauan untuk perhitungan perencanaan anggaran biaya hanya mencakup pekerjaan struktur. Data yang diperlukan yaitu gambar rencana, daftar harga satuan bahan dan upah kota Bekasi dan rencana anggaran biaya yang digunakan pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bekasi. Berdasarkan perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya menurut SNI didapat sebesar Rp6.218.127.551,06. Sedangkan perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya menurut kontraktor adalah sebesar Rp5.974.193.376,75. Besar selisih antara RAB menurut metode SNI dan Kontraktor adalah sebesar Rp243.934.174,31 dengan selisih presentase sebesar 3,92%. Selisih anggaran dari analisa Metode SNI 2016 lebih besar dibandingkan anggaran dengan Metode Kontraktor. Maka dari itu analisa dengan Metode Kontraktor dinilai lebih ekonomis dibanding dengan Metode SNI 2016. Hal ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu upah pekerja, harga bahan dan harga alat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the response of multifunctional fertilizer and cow dung on the growth and production of Soybean (Glycine max L.) plants and their interactions. This study was conducted in Klambir Lima Hamparan Perak Village, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra from January to March 2023, using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK), with three blocks, 12 combinations. The first factor is cow dung fertilizer (P0) = 0 kg/plot, (P1) = 1.5 kg/plot, (P2) = 3 kg/plot, and (P3) = 4.5 kg/plot. The second factor is ecoenzyme (E1) = 90 ml/plot, (E2) = 180 ml/plot and (E3) = 270 ml/plot. The parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of productive branches (branches), number of pods per sample (plong), number of plong per plot (pods), production per sample (g) and production per plot (g). The results of the study showed that the provision of cow dung fertilizer had an effect on all observation parameters. The best observation parameter results on soybean plants were in the P3 = 4.5 kg / plot treatment. The provision of multifungal fertilizer on the growth and production of soybean plants had an effect on all observation parameters. With a treatment of 270 ml / plot gave the best results on soybean plants, while the interaction between cow dung fertilizer and ecoenzyme had no significant effect on all observation parameters.

Abstract

Dalam proses pemboran, mata bor yang dipakai selalu menggerus batuan formasi dan menghasilkan serbuk bor. Supaya serbuk bor tidak menumpuk di lubang pemboran, maka serbuk bor harus di angkat ke permukaan dengan optimal. Hidrolika serbuk bor mengevaluasi keoptimalan dalam proses pengangkatan serbuk bor dengan menghitung nilai Cutting Carrying Index (CCI), Cutting Tranport Ratio (CTR), Cutting Concentration in Annulus (CCA) dan Particle Bed Index (PBI). Sedangkan pada hidrolika pahat, dilakukan evaluasi dengan menggunakan metode BHI dengan batasan nilai optimum BHHP/HHP sebesar 48%. Dari hasil perhitungan hidrolika serbuk bor yang telah dilakukan pada trayek 17 1⁄2, 12 1⁄4 inch dan 8 1⁄2 inch, didapatkan nilai CCI 2,7 – 8,6 (diatas 1), CTR rata-rata diatas 97%, nilai CCA 0,1 % - 1,8 % (dibawah 5%) dan PBI = 1 (hampir terjadinya pengendapan serbuk bor, sudah optimum karena kondisi aliran laminar dan sudut inklinasi dibawah 45o). Pada perhitungan hidrolika pahat, nilai BHHP/HHP belum optimal karena nilai persentase BHHP/HHP = 16,446 % (masih dibawah 48%).

Abstract

This study investigated the use of Xanthan gum as an additive to improve the rheology of drilling mud. The parameters used in this rheology are viscosity, yield point, shear stress, and gel strength. This experiment was conducted in the laboratory to evaluate the effects of bentonite, fresh water, and Xanthan gum additives at various concentrations. During the experiment, five drilling mud samples containing 1, 3, 5, 7, and 15 grams of Xanthan gum were prepared. In the sample containing 1 gram of Xanthan gum, the viscosity was measured for 120 seconds/quarter, the yield point was found to be 24 lb/100ft², the plastic viscosity was found to be 4 cp, and the gel strength was found to be 0.78 lb/100ft². Meanwhile, the sample containing 15 grams of Xanthan gum has a viscosity of 4800 seconds/quarter, a plastic viscosity of 20 cp, a yield point of 52 lb/100ft², and a gel strength of 1.3 lb/100ft². The final result shows that the increase in the rheological properties of the mud is due to Xanthan gum which is in accordance with API standard drilling.

Abstract

The reservoir layer in the FAY field is sandstone which is categorized as having low permeability. An evaluation was carried out on the AML-14 well to determine the cause of failure of the hydraulic fracturing work carried out on the well and its handlers The evaluation carried out in the FAY field included validating IPR data before hydraulic fracturing, pressure obtained during the step rate test, fracture geometry obtained after hydraulic fracturing, average permeability value, and increase in IPR value using the vogel method. Based on the results of the evaluation carried out, it can be seen that the pressure obtained during the step rate test was around 2602 Psi and the fracture flow rate was 1.2 Bpm which caused a screen out. The obtained fracture conductivity is about 6200 md-ft. The average permeability value obtained is 79 mD. The results of the fracturing carried out were that production decreased from the previous 154,626 Bopd to 15,757 Bopd. These results indicate that the hydraulic fracturing operation on the AML-14 well can be declared a failure due to a screen out that has an impact on production results that are not as expected. Handling of the well can be done by installing gravel pack conditions as well as slug pumping of sand which can effectively reduce the problem of placing sand into the wellbore.

Abstract

Community service is an obligation that must be carried out by every lecturer in higher education. The activity carried out by the UNPAB Service Team was entitled Marketing Assistance for Village Local Products to Increase Competitiveness in the Global Market in Klambir V Kebun Village. Based on the problems presented are the limited human resources skilled in global marketing, low knowledge of the international market, limited capital to support business expansion, and bureaucratic obstacles in the export process. The assistance carried out needs to focus on overcoming these obstacles by providing practical solutions. To compete in the global market, product quality is one of the key factors. Assistance in terms of improving product quality is very important, both in terms of raw materials, production processes, and packaging. Klambir V Kebun Village needs to ensure that the products produced meet the quality standards required by the global market, which often prioritizes safety and sustainability aspects.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan produksi minyak dan gas di Indonesia adalah rendahnya kemampuan lifting produksi minyak dan gas bumi. Penyebabnya adalah banyaknya sumur-sumur produksi yang idle dan sudah tidak diaktifkan lagi. Fokus penelitian adalah pemulihan cadangan minyak dan gas dengan metode injeksi bahan polimer kitosan dan surfaktan sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). Penelitian ini bersifat pengujian dan dilakukan dalam skala uji laboratorirum. Model injeksi larutan, pertama adalah larutan kombinasi polimer-surfaktan dengan konsentrasi kitosan 1000 mg/L, SDS sebesar 500 mg/L pada salinity formasi 10000 mg/L. Kedua adalah larutan polimer kitosan konsentrasi kitosan 1000 mg/L dengan salinity 10000 mg/L. Ketiga adalah larutan surfaktan dengan konsentrasi SDS 500 mg/L dalam salinity 10000 mg/L. Peningkatan pemulihan produksi minyak dan gas yang dapat dihasilkan dengan injeksi bahan ekstraktor kombinasi polimer surfaktan kitosan dan SDS. 12.25 %.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang dialami adalah kesulitan dekomisioning flare stack eksisting. Penelitian bertujuan memberikan metode solusi atas permasalahan tersebut sehingga dapat menekan potensi kerugian akibat keterlambatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan skema kebijakan strategis dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang terjadi di lingkungan kilang PT. XX. Balikpapan. Analisis permasalahan berbasis kondisi permasalahan yang ada (Anakonda). Metode pembongkaran flare stack yang diterapkan adalah dengan metode pembongkaran top down secara segemental dengan bantuan alat crane lengan boom panjang. Value creation yang diperoleh dengan metode inovasi kombinasi tersebut adalah vertical riser flare stack terhindar dari kegagalan struktur, poten penghematan sebesar Rp 3.200.000.000, dapat menyumbang 3.864 Jam kerja aman tanpa terjadi kecelakaan (zero accident) dan konfidensi level pekerja.

Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian adalah terjadinya kecenderungan penurunan produksi minyak pada sumur produksi AS-017 lapangan AL dengan menggunakan metode lifting natural flow. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengatasi masalah penurunan dengan mengganti metode natural flow menjadi artificial lifting dengan permanent coil tubing gas lift. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan mendesain PCTGL menggunakan produksi gas produksi sumur yang dinaikan tekanan kompresinya dengan gas compressor. Hasil desain PCTGL pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode artificial lifting PCTGL dapat mengoptimalkan produksi minyak hingga 731,1 STB/day > maksimum flow pada natural flow 599 STB/day. Basis pressure gas didalam sumur produksi dipertahankan pada 570 Psi dan variasi kenaikan injeksi gas pada kisaran 01-1,0 MMScfd. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya merekomendasikan bahwa pada sumur AS-017 lapangan AL, besaran injeksi gas untuk produksi liquiminyak paling optimum adalah pada 0,4 MMScf.
