Abstract

Shallots (Allium ascalonicum) Var. Sanren F1 is one of the vegetable commodities that has become a national flagship in addition to red chili and potatoes. Shallots are a strategic commodity because they are needed by most Indonesians in their daily lives. This research was carried out in Minta Kasih Village, salapian District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province with an altitude of + 50 meters above sea level, with the aim of research to determine the effect of the use of organic liquid fertilizer in increasing the growth and production of shallots of the Sanren F1 variety. The study used a Non-Factor Group Randomized Design (RAK) consisting of 4 treatment levels (C0= 0 ml/liter water/m2, C1=225 ml/liter water/m2, C2=425 ml/liter water/m2, C3=625 ml/liter water/m2) with 3 repeats, so that there were 12 experimental units consisting of 8 sample plants, so that the total observation of the entire plant there were 96 experimental units with parameters consisting of plant height,  number of leaves, production of wet tubers, production of dry tubers, conversion of production per hectare. The role of organic liquid fertilizer has a very real effect on plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers, dry tubers production and conversion of production per hectare with the best treatment at C3. C3 treatment can be improved again in further research to obtain maximum growth and production in shallots. Key-words: Liquid Fertilizer, Shallot, Organic INTISARI Bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum) Var. sanren F1 merupakan salah satu komoditi sayuran yang menjadi unggulan nasional selain cabai merah dan kentang. Bawang  merah merupakan komoditas strategis karena dibutuhkan sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Minta kasih Kecamatan Salapian Kabupaten Langkat Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan ketinggian tempat + 50 meter diatas permukaan laut, dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan pupuk cair organik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi bawang merah varietas Sanren F1. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak kelompok (RAK) Non Faktor terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan (C0= 0 ml/liter air/m2, C1=225 ml/liter air/m2, C2=425 ml/liter air/m2, C3=625 ml/liter air/m2) dengan 3 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 12 satuan percobaan yang terdiri dari 8 tanaman sampel, sehingga total pengamatan keseluruhan tanaman ada 96 unit percobaan dengan parameter terdiri dari tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi, produksi umbi kering, konversi produksi per hektar. Peranan pupuk cair organik berpengaruh sangat nyata pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, Jumlah Umbi, produksi umbi kering dan konversi produksi perhektar dengan perlakuan terbaik pada C3. Perlakuan C3 dapat ditingkatkan lagi pada penelitian lanjutan untuk mendapatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi maksimal pada bawang merah. Kata kunci : Pupuk Cair, Bawang Merah, Organik

Abstract

Tanah lunak memiliki daya dukung yang rendah sehingga, apabila tanah diberi beban diatasnya akan terjadi penurunan yang sangat signifikan. Sering kali tanah lunak menjadi permasalahan utama di setiap pekerjaan teknik sipil. Maka dari itu, perbaikan tanah sangat diperlukan pada jenis tanah lunak. Perbaikan yang digunakan pada jenis tanah lunak sendiri berbagai macam, salah satunya dengan penggunaan pre-fabricated vertical drain. Pre-fabricated vertical drain merupakan sistem drainase buatan yang dipasang vertikal pada tanah lunak. Fungsi dari pre- fabricated vertical drain sendiri antara lain, untuk mempersingkat jarak tempuh air pada pori-pori tanah sehingga mengurangi waktu yang diperlukan untuk tanah menjadi padat lebih cepat dibandingkan tanpa penggunaan pre-fabricated vertical drain. Berdasarkan data yang didapat, kedalaman tanah lunak sebesar 12 meter dengan tinggi timbunan yang direncanakan adalah 5 meter diperoleh konsolidasi alamiah pada saat derajat konsolidasi mencapai 90% adalah sebesar 8,942 meter dengan waktu konsolidasi selama 2,97 tahun atau 35,69 bulan atau 1070,71 hari. Berdasarkan variasi pola dan jarak pemasangan PVD, direkomendasikan untuk menggunakan pola segitiga dengan jarak 2 meter yaitu 0,48 tahun, jika dibutuhkan percepatan waktu yang lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan pola dan jarak pemasangan PVD lainnya. Jika biaya konstruksi yang dipertimbangkan, berdasarkan perhitungan biaya konstruksi dengan acuan Permen PU No. 1 Tahun 2022 di setiap variasi pola dan jarak maka direkomendasikan untuk menggunakan pola segitiga dengan jarak 1 meter karena memiliki biaya yang paling murah diantara variasi pola dan jarak pemasangan PVD lainnya yaitu Rp 1.111.573.557,00.

Abstract

Limbah pertanian, seperti feses, urine, dan sisa pakan ternak, dapat digunakan sebagai sumber bahan untuk menghasilkan biogas melalui proses fermentasi anaerobik oleh mikroba. Biogas terdiri dari metana dan karbondioksida yang dihasilkan dari bahan organik, tergantung pada faktor suhu, kelembaban, dan keasaman. Pertumbuhan industri peternakan mengakibatkan masalah lingkungan, terutama penumpukan limbah peternakan sapi yang menciptakan polutan seperti BOD, COD, bakteri patogen, dan polusi udara. Biodigester adalah reaktor kompleks yang menggabungkan bahan organik dengan mikroba tertentu dalam kondisi anaerobik untuk menghasilkan biogas. Desain biodigester bervariasi sesuai lokasi geografis, ketersediaan substrat, dan iklim. Proses fermentasi memakan waktu beberapa minggu untuk menghasilkan energi, dan pengendalian proses menjadi penting untuk menjaga stabilitas. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan tentang desain dan implementasi biodigester biogas dalam pengembangan energi bersih terbarukan bagi kelompok tani di Desa Jamali, Kabupaten Cianjur. Metodenya mencakup pengembangan biodigester sebagai sumber energi bersih di sektor pertanian. Outputnya mencakup publikasi online, peningkatan daya saing, peningkatan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, serta peningkatan nilai-nilai kemasyarakatan dalam pendidikan. Publikasi kegiatan ini transparan dan dapat menjadi dasar untuk pendampingan dalam bidang lainnya.

Abstract

The problem is that there is no certainty about the production capacity of the wells before evaluating the performance of production wells. The research objective was to describe the condition of oil and gas reserves in production wells and an economic picture of the MBR production resources after the recovery period by moving layers using the perforation method. This study used a used research method with a case study approach, namely the case that occurred in the MBR production well of PT. Medco E&P Tarakan operation area. The results of the evaluation of production capacity after displacement recovery based on the analysis of logging data at a depth of 850 MZ, it is known that the initial oil reserves (OOIP) are 284,304 STB with a recovery factor of 25%. The results of the calculation of the economic indicator for the proposed perforation of work to move layers, the total value of NPV. 15% was obtained in the eighth month in total lifting of 28,466, namely USD 123.561, the payout time for this work was 1.8 months with an IRR of 340% indicating that investment has the potential to provide benefits.

Abstract

The problem is the difficulty in determining the type and method of manufacture and installation of foundation on soft soils. The research objective is to provide an overview of the type of foundation, the method of manufacture and the method of installation of the foundation which is suitable and suitable in the soft soil environment. This research method uses used research methods with trial and error, and with a case study approach method, namely the case of difficulties in overcoming the problem of the availability of permanent structural support foundations and refinery operation equipment on soft soil. The results showed that the type and shape of the foundation that is suitable and to solve the problem is the foundation behind the box. This foundation specification is an inverted box with reinforced concrete material and certain dimensions with cover plates. The results of this used research also show that the inverted box type of foundation is suitable for supporting equipment supporting refinery operations such as pipe supports and other refinery operation equipment.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the response of the application of liquid organic fertilizer for weeds of sword ferns and goat manure to the growth and production of green beans (Vigna radiata L). The research method used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors with 16 treatment combinations and 2 replications. The fist factor is treatment of Liquid Organic Fertilizer for sword ferns (M) consisting of 4 levels, namely M0 = 0 cc/L water/plot, M1 = 100 cc/L water/plot M2 = 200 cc/L water / plot, and M3 = 300 cc/ L of water/ plot. The second factor is goat manure ferilizer (S) consisting of 4 levels, namely S0 = 0 kg/plot, S1 = 2 kg/plot, S2 = 4 kg/plot, and S3 = 6 kg/plot. Parameters observed were plant height, number of productive branches, flowering age, plot production, weight of 100 seeds and age of harvest. The results of the study of Liquid Organic Fertilizer treatment of sword fern weeds had an effect on the parameters of plant height, number of productive branches, production per plot, and weight of 100 seeds, but did not affect the parameters of flowering age. The treatment of goat manure had an effect on plant height, number of productive branches, production per plot and weight of 100 seeds, but did not affect the parameters of flowering age. The interaction between the application of Liquid Organic Fertilizer for sword ferns and goat manure did not affect all parameters observed

Abstract

Cocoa (Theobroma cacao L) is an annual plant that can bear fruit at the age of 4 years and if managed properly, it’s production can last more than 25 years. Seeding is a technique for multiplying plants by vegetative and generative methods. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of application of cow urine POC and cocopeat on the growth of cocoa plant seeds and the effect of their interaction. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely the application of cow urine POC (S) consisting of 4 levels, namely S0 (0 ml/polybag), S1 (150 ml/polybag), S2 300 ml/polybag. ) and S3 (450 ml/polybag) and the application of cocopeat (C) consisted of 4 levels, namely C0 (0 g/polybag), C1 (100 g/plobag), C2 (200 g/polybag) and C3 (300 g/polybag).. Parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), stem diameter (mm), wet weight (g), dry weight (g). The results showed that the application of cow urine POC had no significant effect on stem diameter, but had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves and plant dry weight, and had a very significant effect on wet weight of cocoa seedlings. The application of cocopeat had no significant effect on plant height and stem diameter, but it had a very significant effect on the parameters of the number of leaves, plant wet weight and plant dry weight. The interaction between the application of cow urine POC and cocopeat had no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, wet weight and dry weight of plants.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the response of applying multifunctional fertilizer and organic coconut water fertilizer to the growth and production of Mung Bean (Phaseolus radiatus.) plants and their interactions. This paper was carried out in Klambir Lima Hamparan Perak Village, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra from January to March 2024, using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK), with two blocks, 16 combinations. Factor I: Coconut water 4 practices A0= 0 ml/liter of water, A1= 50 ml/liter of water; A2= 100 ml / liter of water; A3= 150 ml / liter of water; Factor II: Ecoenzyme administration with 4 levels, namely: E0 = No Ecoenzyme administration (0 ml/liter of water); E1= 5 ml/liter of water; E2= 10 ml/liter of water; E3= 15 ml/liter of water. Parameters observed: 1. Plant height (cm), 2. Number of productive branches, 3. Number of pods per sample, 4. Weight of pods per plot, 5. Weight of 100 seeds and 6. Production per plot. The results of observations on the coconut water treatment showed that the parameters Plant Height, Number of Pods per sample, Number of Branches per sample showed very real results, but the parameter Weight of 100 seeds did not show a significant difference, while the interaction between giving Coconut Water and Ecoenzymes had no real effect on all observed parameters.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of rice husk charcoal and goat manure solid organic fertilizer to the growth and production of corn (Zea mays). This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 2 treatment factors and 3 blocks. The first factor is rice husk charcoal with each dose of A0 = 0 kg/plot, A1 = 1 kg/plot and A2 = 2 kg/plot. The second factor is the provision of goat manure solid organic fertilizer with each dose of K0 = 0 kg/plot, K1 = 1 kg/plot, K2 = 2 kg/plot and K3 = 3 kg/plot. Observation data were analyzed using analysis of variance and continued with the Duncant test. The parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, number of cobs per sample, number of cobs per block, cob weight per sample and cob weight per block. The results of the study showed that the provision of rice husk charcoal and solid organic fertilizer of goat manure had a very significant effect on plant height, stem diameter, number of cobs per sample, number of cobs per block, weight of cobs per sample and weight of cobs per block. In the interaction of the combination of treatments between the provision of rice husk charcoal and solid organic fertilizer of goat manure did not have a significant effect on all parameters observed.

Abstract

Studi ini menggunakan metode analisis terhadap kemampuan daya dukung pondasi tusuk sate yang ditinjau dari nilai penurunan terhadap variasi beban terpusat hingga mencapai beban maksimum yang diperoleh pada pondasi melalui pemodelan struktur pondasi dengan Plaxis 2D yang ditinjau pada tanah lempung di sekitar Teluk Balikpapan. Didapatkan jenis pondasi dangkal dengan pondasi tusuk sate ditinjau pada tanah lempung di sekitar Teluk Balikpapan membuktikan kemampuan pondasi tusuk sate dan cerucuk ulin dalam kapasitas dukung dapat menopang beban terpusat hingga di fase kritis pada beban 22,3 Ton dengan besaran penurunan sebesar 42 mm, nilai tersebut tidak lebih besar dari 65 mm yaitu batas toleransi penurunan maksimum pondasi dangkal pada tanah lempung.
