Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the Beam Center Learning Model (Balok Center Learning) in optimizing the creativity of children aged 4–5 years. Employing a descriptive qualitative research method, data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and field notes. The primary objective was to assess the effectiveness of structured learning through beam center activities in enhancing early childhood creativity. The findings reveal that the creativity of children in this age group was significantly optimized, as evidenced by the frequent and observable emergence of creative behaviors across various domains in nearly all participants. This suggests a strong correlation between the learning model and children's creative development. The study concludes that the Beam Center Learning Model is effective in fostering creativity among children aged 4–5 years, as demonstrated in the learning environment at Irma Serang Kindergarten. These results underscore the importance of structured, play-based learning environments in early childhood education to support cognitive and creative growth.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini pencegahan stunting melalui ketahanan pangan lokal Banten dan pengasuhan digital. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pencegahan stunting melalui pola pemberian makanan bergizi variasi olahan labu kuning, ikan lele dan pemanfaatan aplikasi digital kesehatan pertumbuhan perkembangan anak. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan survei. Responden ibu yang memiliki anak balita berjumlah 197 orang. Pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner online. Analisis data statistik deskriptif. Kesimpulan utama ibu telah mampu mencegah stunting untuk mencukupi kebutuhan nutrisi balita. Ibu dapat memilih, mengolah, menyajikan variasi makanan bergizi untuk anak dengan produk pangan lokal yaitu variasi olahan labu kuning dan ikan lele. Kontribusi penelitian ini yaitu setiap keluarga dapat menjaga ketahanan pangan dan memanfaatkan pengasuhan digital melalui aplikasi kesehatan digital untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia dini secara optimal sesuai dengan usia dan standar kesehatan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan hubungan: 1) motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru di SDN Kedaleman Gugus Cibeber; 2) kompetensi profesional dengan kinerja Guru di SDN Kedaleman Gugus Cibeber; 3) motivasi kerja dan kompetensi profesional secara bersama sama dengan kinerja guru di SDN Kedaleman Gugus Cibeber. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 guru di SDN Kedaleman Gugus Cibeber. Data untuk penelitian dikumpulkan, kuesioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 80 kuesioner, dan dapat diolah sebanyak 80 kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan pengujian validitas, pengujian reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linieritas, uji multikoliniaritas, uji korelasi, dan uji signinikansi melalui program SPSS versi 22.0. Terdapat hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji korelasi dan signifikan diperoleh nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,584 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,005, terdapat hubungan kompetensi profesional dengan kinerja guru yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji korelasi dan signifikan diperoleh nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,495 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,005, terdapat hubungan motivasi kerja dan kompetensi profesional dengan kinerja guru yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji koefisien korelasi dan signifikan berkorelasi secara simultan sebesar Rhitung 0,701 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,005. Motivasi kerja dan kompetensi profesional secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan dibuktikan dengan uji F yaitu Fhitung 37,215>Ftabel 3,151. Guru sebaiknya meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kompetensi profesional sehingga kinerja guru meningkat.

Abstract

This study addresses the gap in culturally contextualized English language instruction in higher education, where teaching often overlooks students’ sociocultural backgrounds. The research aimed to develop and evaluate an English learning model integrating Rampak Bedug—a traditional Banten performance rich in Islamic values—using the Dick and Carey instructional design model combined with the Culture-Based Learning (CBL) approach. The model was implemented with second-semester students of the English Education Department at Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang during the 2024–2025 academic year. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, project documentation, and reflective journals. Instructional strategies incorporated visual and auditory media—such as videos, traditional costumes, and musical instruments—alongside group discussions, project-based writing, and reflective activities. Findings indicated improvements in students’ descriptive writing skills, digital literacy, and cultural awareness. The integration of Rampak Bedug fostered engagement by embedding values such as harmony, discipline, sincerity, and cooperation. Formative evaluations led to revisions in visual aids and linguistic scaffolding. Summative evaluations highlighted enhanced student collaboration, creativity, and reflective practice. In conclusion, this culturally grounded, multimodal instructional model supports communicative language learning while promoting professional development skills aligned with human resource management principles, such as teamwork and instructional planning. The model demonstrates strong potential for replication across educational levels and cultural settings in Indonesia, offering a transformative, socially relevant approach to English language pedagogy.

Abstract

Majelis Taklim is a non-formal educational institution that plays a crucial and strategic role in enhancing the community's Qur'an literacy, but is often hindered by the heterogeneity of participants, limited resources, and the lack of a systematic teaching framework. The Dick & Carey model, with its systematic instructional design approach, offers a solution for designing structured and effective Qur'anic learning. This study aims to analyze the application of the Dick & Carey model in learning the Qur'an in Majelis Taklim, identify supporting factors and obstacles, and develop innovative recommendations to optimize the learning process in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study design collected from various sources such as SINTA indexed journals, books, and official documents through systematic searches on Google Scholar, Publish or Perish and so on. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis techniques, including data reduction, data presentation based on themes, and conclusion drawing, with source triangulation to ensure validity. This research is theoretically useful in enriching the discourse on non-formal religious learning design and provides practical guidance for managers and educators (asatidh) in Majelis Taklim on designing learning integrated with technology. This research concluded that the Dick & Carey Model has proven to be effective with its systematic stages, especially, reinforced by technology such as the Al-Qur'an application and social media. However, it is necessary to first increase knowledge and skills in instructional design, utilize digital platforms, and conduct empirical tests through training the educators.

Abstract

Pola asuh orang tua ialah suatu interaksi antara orang tua dan anak, dimana orang tua bermaksud menstimulasi anaknya dengan mengubah pengetahuan, tingkah laku, serta nilai-nilai yang dianggap paling tepat oleh orang tua, agar anak dapat mandiri, serta tumbuh dan berkembang secara sehat dan optimal. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh signifikan pola asuh orang tua terhadap kedisiplinan anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian ex-post facto. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, ditemukan bahwa nilai t hitung -1,580 < 1,655, sehingga didapatkan kesimpulan yaitu hipotesis nol (Ho) diterima dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) ditolak. Hal ini berarti bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap kedisiplinan anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Kecamatan Taktakan Kota Serang, Banten. Hasil koefisien determinasi pada uji regresi linier sederhana yaitu menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh memiliki pengaruh sebesar 1,6% terhadap kedisiplinan anak usia 5-6 tahun, sementara sisanya yaitu sebesar 98,4% adalah pengaruh dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui dimensi pola asuh orangtua untuk membantu kemampuan membaca permulaan pada anak usia dini, (2) menerapkan perkembangan membaca permulaan melalui pembelajaran tentang alfabet mengenal huruf besar dan huruf kecil, eksplorasi kata, mengenal posisi, membuat cerita sederhana, dan mengenal kata dengan huruf awal yang sama untuk anak usia dini 4-5 tahun, (3) mempraktikkan pembelajaran program Bailey’s Book House untuk anak usia dini melalui komputer tablet. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 15 anak, berusia 4-5 tahun dan orangtuanya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman. Temuan-temuan penelitian ini meliputi: (1) dimensi pola asuh responsifitas yaitu orangtua menuntut anak untuk mampu berkomunikasi secara jelas melalui upaya pengasuhan dalam mengenal alfabet mengenal huruf besar dan huruf kecil, eksplorasi kata, mengenal posisi, membuat cerita sederhana, dan mengenal kata dengan huruf awal yang sama; (2) dimensi pola asuh tuntutan (demanding) yaitu orangtua menuntut anak untuk bersikap dewasa untuk mampu mengoptimalkan aspek perkembangan bahasa, kognitif, motorik halus, sosial, dan emosi. Kesimpulan dimensi pola asuh orangtua untuk pengembangan membaca permulaan melalui program Bailey’s Book House ini mampu: (1) mengembangkan rasa percaya diri dan motivasi pada anak, (2) belajar nama huruf, (3) mengenal huruf besar dan huruf kecil, (4) menyusun kalimat, (5) mengembangkan keterampilan mendengarkan, (6) memasangkan kata, dan (7) mengembangkankreativitas menyusun huruf menjadi kata.Kata kunci: dimensi pola asuh orangtua, membaca permulaan, anak usia 4-5 tahun.Abstract:The purpose of this study is to: (1) determine the dimension of parents’ parenting skill to help early reading ability in early childhood, (2) applying the early reading development through learning about the alphabet of recognizing uppercase and lowercase letters, exploring words, knowing the position, making a simple story, and familiarizing words with the same initial letters for young children of 4-5 years old, (3) practice learning Bailey’s Book House program for early childhood through computer’s tablet. The subjects of this study 15 children, aged 4-5 years and their parents. The research was qualitative research model of Miles and Huberman. The findings of this study are: (1) the dimension of parenting, namely parental responsiveness that requires children to be able to communicate clearly through parenting efforts in recognizing that alphabet of uppercase and lowercase letters, exploring words, knowing the position, making a simple story, and recognizing words with the same letter in the beginning; (2) the dimension of parenting demands where a parent requires children to be mature in order to optimize aspects of language development, cognitive, soft motoric, social, and emotional. The conclusion from these dimensions of parenting skills of parents for the development of early reading ability through Bailey’s Book House is that they enable the child to: (1) develop self-confidence and motivation in children, (2) learn the names of letters, (3) recognize uppercase and lowercase letters, ( 4) construct a sentence, (5) develop listening skills, (6) match the word, and (7) develop creativity in arranging letters into words.Keywords: dimensions of parenting skill of parents, early reading ability, children aged 4-5 years.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop a valid and practical Teaching Factory-based Field Work Practice learning model to improve the competency of Vocational High School students. This research is motivated by the suboptimal implementation of Field Work Practice, which is still lacking in structure, measurement, and is not fully aligned with industry standards. This research used a Research and Development (RD) approach with the ADDIE development model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research instruments consisted of an expert validation sheet and a teacher practicality questionnaire with a five-level scale. The validation subjects involved five experts, while the practicality test was conducted by five teachers teaching the Field Work Practice subject. The results showed that the TeFa-based Field Work Practice learning model achieved a validity level of 93.15%, categorized as very valid, and a practicality level of 90.8%, categorized as very practical. These results indicate that the developed model has high design quality, is easy to implement, and is relevant to the needs of industry-based learning. The implication of this research is that the Teaching Factory-based Field Work Practice model can be used as a strategic alternative in implementing Field Work Practice in vocational schools, especially in overcoming limited industrial access, as well as contributing to improving student competencies through authentic, structured, and work-oriented learning experiences.

Abstract

The geographical challenges in Lebak Regency often hinder the supervision process, resulting in suboptimal reporting systems and low work discipline among school supervisors. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Electronic Performance Report Application (E-LAPKIN) implementation on the work discipline and performance effectiveness of school supervisors within the Lebak Regency Education Office. Employing a quantitative approach, this research evaluates the transformation from manual reporting to a digital-based system. Data were collected through surveys and performance records involving school supervisors. The results demonstrate that the implementation of E-LAPKIN has a significant positive impact on work discipline, driven by real-time attendance and geo-tagging features. Furthermore, the application enhances performance effectiveness by streamlining bureaucratic procedures and increasing data accuracy. This study concludes that digital transformation through E-LAPKIN is an effective policy solution to overcome geographical barriers and improve public service accountability in the education sector
