Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of religious moderation in improving interreligious harmony among Suku Anak Dalam in Dwi Karya Bakti Village, Jambi Province. Suku Anak Dalam is a community that coexists with members who adhere to Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, animism, and Islam. Despite their religious diversity, they still live peacefully and harmoniously. The results showed that implementing religious moderation among the Suku Anak Dalam in Dwi Karya Bakti Village had a positive impact. The Suku Anak Dalam community daily exhibits tolerance, mutual respect, and inter-religious cooperation. Interfaith dialogue activities, inclusive religious rituals, and cooperation in socio-religious activities are concrete examples of successful implementation of religious moderation. However, this study also identifies several challenges in implementing religious moderation in the Suku Anak Dalam. Factors such as limited access to formal education, infrastructure constraints, and geographical differences are obstacles to widely spreading the understanding of religious moderation in this community.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the role of Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. Islamic boarding schools, as traditional Islamic institutions, have a long and deep history of providing religious education to the younger generation. In the context of pluralistic Indonesia, Islamic boarding schools play an important role in maintaining Islamic values, teaching religious teachings, and producing Muslim cadres who have a deep understanding of Islam. The approach applied in this study is a qualitative approach using the literature study method. The findings from this research indicate that Islamic boarding schools act as Islamic educational institutions that provide instruction, education, guidance and spread the teachings of the Islamic religion. The mission of Islamic boarding school education is to form an Islamic character that involves faith and devotion to Allah Sub??nahu Wa Ta'?lâ, respectful behavior, positive contribution to society, and service to the people (khadim al-umma?). Apart from functioning as educational institutions, Islamic boarding schools also act as centers of resistance to colonialism, locations for scientific research and development, training places, and community development institutions, which also have a significant role in preserving culture.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of teaching patterns with Islamic religious guidelines for Orang Rimba in Dwi Karya Bhakti Hamlet, with a focus on character education, basic education, counseling for parents and children, and providing assistance for educational facilities and infrastructure. This research involves the stages of identifying needs and implementing educational programs, with the aim of increasing the participation and quality of education of Orang Rimba children. The results provide a comprehensive picture of the efforts made to improve their education system, overcome obstacles such as the lack of facilities, and increase community awareness of the importance of formal education. The conclusion of this study shows that although there are still obstacles, these efforts provide a positive foundation for the development of faith-based character and access to education for Orang Rimba children in Dwi Karya Bhakti Hamlet. Facilities and infrastructure assistance is expected to be an important impetus for further changes in their education system.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran konstruktivistik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran konstruktivistik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas tinggi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 011 Pekan Arba Kecamatan Tembilahan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 011 Pekan Arba Kecamatan Tembilahan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pembelajaran konstruktivistik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 011 Pekan Arba Kecamatan Tembilahan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 orang guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan rumus persentase P=F/N x 100%. Dari hasil analisa data dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan pembelajaran konstruktivistik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 011 Pekan Arba Kecamatan Tembilahan, mencapai angka 59,03% dan dikategorikan cukup baik, karena angka 59,03% terletak pada interval 41%-60%. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mendukung adalah sebagai berikut: Guru telah melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan tujuan. Guru sudah menjelaskan tugas yang harus dilakukan siswa disertai contoh. Guru menyuruh siswa mengajukan dan menjawab pertanyaan. Guru bersama siswa menyimpulkan materi pelajaran. Guru telah melakukan evaluasi diakhir pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study of Minangkabau customs and culture, data collected by reviewing documents, both in the form of books and articles. In addition, interviews were conducted with a number of Minang figures, and some of the experiences of Minang residents. The results of the study indicate that there has been acculturation between Minang customs and Islamic teachings since the early arrival of Islam in Minang, namely in the 8th century AD. Before the arrival of Islam to the Minangkabau, there were traditions that had been passed down from generation to generation based on their habits. The acculturation that took place was fairly peaceful, so that the traditional leaders did not make a problem at all and accepted it freely in the area. The acculturation of Islam and Minangkabau culture is in the form of syntheticism, while others conform to their teachings. There has been a change when Minang culture and Islam acculturated, namely in three forms. First, when Minang customs are not in line with Islamic law, habituation can be carried out, as contained in the Minang philosophy which reads, "Adaiak basandia alua jo patui', alua jo patui' basandia bana, bana badiri surangnyo" is changed to "Adaiak basandia syara' , syara' basandia Kitabullah”. Second, customs and culture that are in line with Islam are preserved, such as the principle of deliberation and consensus. Third, bring up Islamic da'wah with a new culture that did not exist before, such as the Al-Qur'an khatam ceremony for children.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of religious leaders in overcoming political violence in Pilrios in Air Gemuruh Village. Religious leaders are essential in mobilizing community participation in an election. The success of religious figures in reconciling the political violence of the community in the election in the Air Gemuruh village area is determined mainly by the ability and style of religious figures in giving their political speeches. This is very interesting to elaborate further, so to see the relationship encourages this research to be carried out. This research uses qualitative research methods that are descriptive of the type of field research. Data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. Research findings show that the role of religious leaders in resolving and overcoming political violence is conducting intra-candidate dialogue, mediation and reconciliation, providing ethical and moral understanding, monitoring and monitoring elections and implementing election codes of ethics. The conclusion is the chronology of political violence caused by several crucial problems before the election's implementation, including setting dates. Second the issue of funding. Third, the conflict and practice of money politics. In the pre-implementation of the election, the Permanent Voters List (DPT) is first. Second is the neutrality of the bureaucracy and Civil Servants (PNS). Third, conflicts occur in the implementation of Pilrio in several regions with different scales and scopes. Fourth, lack of transparency. Fifth Pilrio result. Then the role of religious leaders in preventing and overcoming political violence is to convey the message of political peace and conduct political education.

Abstract

This research investigates changes in the Besale ritual tradition, a ceremony aimed at cleansing the soul tainted by malevolent spirits. Initially conducted privately and exclusively for the Suku Anak Dalam, the Besale ritual has now become an open event in the Dwi Karya Bhakti Village, even accessible to the general public. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzing it using the Creswell model. The research findings reveal five main patterns of change in the Besale ritual tradition, involving shifts in the value system, cognitive system, interaction system, institutional system, and behavioral acceptance level. These changes did not occur spontaneously but rather through an interactive process involving various social groups within the Suku Anak Dalam. The results of this study provide valuable insights into the dynamics of cultural and traditional changes in society, shedding light on how social factors and intergroup interactions can influence cultural transformations. These findings can serve as a valuable resource for cultural preservation efforts in various evolving societal contexts.

Abstract

Efektifitas pengembangan usaha kecil menengah dalam pandangan hukum syariah di Aceh adalah suatu topik yang penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, terdapat beberapa faktor yang mengancam efektivitas pengembangan usaha kecil menengah di Aceh, seperti akses sumber permodalan yang sulit, inovasi produk yang minim, pemasaran yang kurang optimal, dan tenaga kerja yang kurang memadai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengembangan usaha kecil menengah dalam pandangan hukum syariah di Aceh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu fild researd dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, untuk mendapatkan data menggunakan tekni wawancara dan observasi, kemudian data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara reduksi data, penyenjian data dan menarik kesimpulan.  Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Efektifitas pengembangan usaha kecil menengah dalam pandangan hukum syariah di Aceh yang berkaitan dengan pemberian modal pembiayaan syariah menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan mikro syariah dapat membantu meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatan usaha kecil menengah dan pembiayaan mikro syariah dapat membantu meningkatkan modal, omzet, dan keuntungan usaha kecil menengah di Aceh sehingga pembiayaan mikro syariah dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mengembangkan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di Aceh dan dapat mengurangi kemiskinan dan mencegah pengangguran.
