Abstract

Efforts to evaluate employees in the work is to assess the performance of each employee. For it has been formulated assessment is based upon work objectives according to the position or job title, and by weighting against six indicators into three groups. The number of data values and indicators to be used will certainly lead to difficulties in implementation, not effective and less objective. Therefore we need a clustering process more optimal assessment. This study aims to analyze the performance of FCM algorithm implemented on employee performance evaluation PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri into 3 clusters. Some of the steps that must be performed before clustering, first performed pretreatment, namely data cleaning and data transformation for further clustering using the algorithm. The results of the calculations used to analyze the performance of the algorithm with FCM Tsukamoto. Compatibility calculation value data by Tsukamoto algorithm is pretty good and for the FCM algorithm is Very Good. FCM algorithm can be used in the assessment of grouping data based on the three criteria of assessment.

Abstract

In this research, a combination of the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity lto Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) lalgorithm was carried out with the attribute weighting of the Information Gain method to obtain better decision support results. The data processed in this study is the Indian Liver Patient Dataset (ILPD) dataset obtained lfrom UCI Machine Learning Repository which has 583 instances, 11 attributes and 1 class label. The class label is a text type that consists of two values, namely a liver patient and a non-liver patient. The experimental results show that TOPSIS’ running time and information gain combination algorithm is 1.13 seconds. Abstract

Non-Deterministic Polynomial Complete Problem is the most challenging problem and also engaging in algorithm strategy. One representation of this problem is the sudoku numbers game. To fill an empty sudoku puzzle, a specific formula does not apply, but filling in sudoku is a matter of decision. So it takes a special algorithm and strategy to solve it. As such, the case of the sudoku numbers game has been widely praised as the topic of finding the best results. One of the methods used is a genetic algorithm. However, due to many processes and data used in the implementation of genetic algorithms, the results obtained are often not optimal. This research will introduce a special strategy in implementing genetic algorithms in NP-Complete problems, namely by optimizing the genetic algorithm in the process of population formation. From the test results, it is found that the application of the genetic algorithm with optimization results in smaller time data and test data compared to the algorithm without optimization.

Abstract

Inovasi adalah prioritas atau langkah yang sangat utama bagi sebagian besar perusahaan. Kebutuhan inovasi semakin meningkat terbukti didunia perusahaan saat ini, dan tujuan inovasi adalah untuk menciptakan nilai bisnis pada suatu perusahaan. Abstract

This study analyzes Sentiment to see opinions, points of view, judgments, attitudes, and emotions towards creatures and aspects expressed through texts. One of Social Media is like Twitter is one of the most widely used means of communication as a research topic. The main problem with sentiment analysis is voting and using the best feature options for maximum results. Either, the most widely known classification method is Naive Bayes. However, Naive Bayes is very sensitive to significant features. That way, in this test, a comparison of feature selection is carried out using Particle Swarm Optimization and Genetic Algorithm to improve the accuracy performance of the Naive Bayes algorithm. Analyses are performed by comparing before and after testing using feature selection. Validation uses a cross-validation technique, while the confusion matrix ??is appealed to measure accuracy. The results showed the highest increase for Naïve Bayes algorithm accuracy when using the feature selection of the Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm from 60.26% to 77.50%, while the genetic algorithm from 60.26% to 70.71%. Therefore, the choice of the best characteristics is Particle Swarm Optimization which is superior with an increase in accuracy of 17.24%.

Abstract

In this resarch, the Backpropagation method can be optimized using the Nguyen-Widrow algorithm which is related to the initialization of weights and bias. With the optimization of the Backpropagation method using the Nguyen-Widrow algorithm, facial images can be recognized more quickly and accurately. In the trial process carried out on hidden layer 6 neurons with a target error of 0.01, by default the Backpropagation method produces an accuracy rate of 96%, whereas if the Backpropagation method is optimized it will produce a higher accuracy rate of 98%. Similarly, if it is done on hidden layers 7, 8, 9 and 10 neurons. From the results of this research, these algorithms and methods can be used to improve information technology and play a role in facilitating all aspects of human activities. With the speed and high level of accuracy in taking pictures of faces, it can be used as a policy or provision that is applied to traffic cameras, cameras at train stations to airports and surveillance cameras placed in other strategic locations and can help in the social life and human security.

Abstract

The piezoelectric speed bumps designed in this study consist of a speed bump mechanical system that functions to receive input from motorized vehicle pressure, piezoelectric cantilever system as a component producing electrical energy and energy harvesting system as energy harvester from piezoelectric material. One system module consists of a piezoelectric parallel circuit connected to the MB39C811 buck converter. In this paper, we will discuss the mechanism for analyzing the design and modeling of a piezoelectric power plant system on a bluff body-based speed bump with a cantilever system for variations in motor vehicle speed by means of physical modeling. In the piezoelectric speed bump in the form of a bluff body, it can be seen that the air flow when passing through the triangular cross section has an increase in speed so that the resulting vortex has a high speed. This is what causes high vibrations in the piezoelectric so that the maximum voltage and the average voltage are the highest. Piezoelectric speed bumps are capable of generating electrical power with an input of 60 times the motorized vehicle track of 2.166mWh with an efficiency of 2.87% compared to manual input.

Abstract

Security is an important aspect in computer network operations. To support, computer network security, various security methods have been developed, both in application level security, such as Pretty Good Privacy (PGP), end-system level security, such as Socket Secure Layer (SSL), direct-link level security such as Multi Protocol Level Switching (MPLS) and IP layer security such as IP Security (IPSec). IPSec is a collection of protocols for securing networks through authentication and IP packet encryption. On the other hand, Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4) as a network protocol is not safe enough and is no longer able to serve the needs of new IP addresses around the world, and will soon be replaced with IPv6. Therefore, it is necessary to examine various security methods that can be developed in IPv6. In this study, the author will analyze the Multi-Layer IPSec in securing IPv6 networks.Keywords: IPv6, IPSec, Multi-Layer IPSec

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah solusi matematika untuk masalah optimasi dengan melihat optimisasi heuristic terhadap jaringan kompleks. Optimisasi Heuristik yang diterapkan adalah Algoritma Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). Algoritma yang diadopsi dari perilaku koloni semut. Secara alamiah koloni semut mampu menemukan rute terpendek dalam perjalanan dari sarang ke tempat tempat sumber makanan. Koloni semuat dapat menemukan rute terpendek antara sarang dan sumber makanannya berdasarkan jejak kaki pada lintasan yang telah dilewati. Semakin banyak semut yang melewati suatu lintasan, maka akan semakin jelas bekas jejak kakinya. Algoritma Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) sangat tepat digunakan untuk diterapkan dalam penyelesaian masalah optimisasi, salah satunya adalah menentukan jalur terpendek yang diarahkan kedalam graf lengkap.

Abstract

Mengirimkan data dari pengirim ke penerima merupakan salah satu bentuk komunikasi. Data dapat dikirim menggunakan saluran nirkabel ataupun saluran kabel, pada saat proses data dikirimkan dapat terjadi error yang disebabkan oleh saluran yang bising. Error yang terjadi dapat merusak data yang dikirim, error tersebut dapat berupa single bit error atau multi bit error. Error dapat diperbaiki dengan menerapkan error control coding. Hamming code merupakan salah satu contoh teknik error control coding yang dapat mendeteksi dan mengkoreksi error. Pada penelitian ini dianalisa metode untuk mendeteksi dan mengkoreksi multi bit error pada pesan yang dikirimkan menggunakan partition hamming code. Sebelum data dikirim ke penerima, pengirim membuat pola partition bit pesan yang lebih kecil dari hamming code (7,4) dan menambahkan bit parity dalam semua blok pesan yang dipecah sehingga menjadi sebuah codeword baru. Partition digunakan agar penerima mudah dalam mendeteksi dan mengkoreksi multi bit error.
