Abstract

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study: (1) to describe the level of student perceptions about scout extracurricular activities; (2) to describe students' attitudes towards scout extracurricular activities; and (3) to examine the relationship between perceptions and attitudes of students regarding scout extracurricular activities. This research is included in the quantitative descriptive research with the Dwivariate Correlational research model. Data was collected using a questionnaire obtained from 4 state high schools located in the urban center of Bojonegoro district. The results of this research and development are: (1) Students' perceptions of the Scout extracurricular activities in State High Schools throughout the Bojonegoro District are in the Good category; (2) Students' attitudes about Scouting extracurricular activities in State High Schools throughout Bojonegoro District are in the Good category; and (3) The relationship between student perception variables and attitude variables related to the Scout extracurricular activities shows that a positive correlation in the State Senior High Schools in Bojonegoro Subdistrict.Key words: student perceptions, student attitudes, scout extracurricular activities ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan, untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan tingkat persepsi siswa tentang kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka; (2) mendeskripsikan sikap siswa terhadap kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka; dan (3) menguji hubungan persepsi dan sikap siswa tentang kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan model penelitian Korelasional Dwivariat. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket yang diperoleh dari dari 4 SMA Negeri yang terletak di pusat perkotaan Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa: (1) Siswa SMAN di Kecamatan Bojonegoro memiliki tingkat persepsi baik tentang kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka; (2) Siswa SMAN di Kecamatan Bojonegoro memiliki sikap baik tentang kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka; dan (3) Ada hubungan positif antara persepsi dan sikap tentang kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Bojonegoro.Kata Kunci: persepsi, sikap, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka

Abstract

Abstract: The research objectives are: 1) conducting a needs assessment and 2) designing the development of an integrative thematic educational booklet and guidelines for its use. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The research was conducted at "SD Laboratorium UM" Blitar City. The sample is 54 respondents in upper-grade elementary school. Meanwhile, to collect data with a questionnaire via a google form. The results of the study: (1) Needs analysis consisting of the background of the students who were most studied was class V, the education of parents of students was on average already S1 and then SMA/SMK/MA. Parents' income is more than IDR 5 million, then IDR 2 million - IDR 4.9 million. Parent's job is another answer, then private employees and entrepreneurs. The physical condition of all children is normal. (2) The design of the educational booklet is that many respondents agree, the size is medium, the thickness is medium (50 sheets), the booklet section consists of the beginning, content, closing, the Beginning of the Educational Booklet consists of the introduction, table of contents, list of pictures. The contents of the booklet consist of clean and healthy behavior, nutrition education, puberty, reproduction, and sexual violence. The closing part of the booklet consists of closing remarks, bibliography, glossary, and contact numbers. Physical appearance is bright and soft (soft). Contents and Materials in the Booklet consist of pictures and text (you can also add diagrams and tables). The color of the contents of the educational booklet is soft.Keywords: Educational booklets; integrative thematics; and reproductive health education Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian yaitu: 1) melakukan analisis kebutuhan (needs assessment) dan 2) merancang pengembangan buklet edukatif tematik integratif dan pedoman penggunaaanya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis descriptive. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Lab UM Kota Blitar. Sampel sebanyak 54 responden di SD kelas atas. Sedangkan untuk mengumpulkan data dengan angket via google form. Hasil penelitian: (1) Analisis kebutuhan yang terdiri dari latar belakang siswa yang paling banyak diteliti adalah kelas V, pendidikan orangtua siswa adalah rata-rata sudah S1 selanjutnya pendidikan SMA/SMK/MA. Pendapatan orangtua lebih dari Rp 5 juta selanjutnya Rp 2 Juta – Rp 4,9 juta. Pekerjaan orangtua yaitu jawaban lainnya, selanjutnya pegawai swasta dan wirausaha. Keadaan fisik semua anak adalah normal. (2) Rancangan Buklet edukatif yaitu bahwasannya responden banyak yang setuju, ukuran sedang, ketebalan sedang (50 lembar), bagian buklet terdiri dari awal, isi, penutup, bagian Awal Buklet Edukatif terdiri dari Kata pengantar, daftar isi, daftar gambar. Isi dari Buklet terdiri dari perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, pendidikan gizi, pubertas, reproduksi, dan kekerasan seksual. Bagian penutup buklet terdiri dari kata penutup, daftar pustaka, glosarium, dan nomor kontak. Tampilan fisik yaitu terang dan soft (lembut). Isi dan Materi dalam Buklet terdiri dari gambar dan tulisan (bisa juga ditambah diagram dan tabel). Warna dari isi Buklet edukatif adalah soft.Kata kunci: Buklet edukatif; tematik integratif; dan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a relationship between managerial ability and the effectiveness of principal supervision on the performance of teachers in public elementary schools in the East Java region during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique used is multiple correlation analysis. The samples of this study were public elementary school teachers in East Java, which were taken from 3 (three) regions, namely Surabaya City, Jombang Regency, and Malang Regency. The results of the research obtained in East Java and the details of each region can be read further in this article.Keyword: managerial ability, effectiveness of supervision, performance, supervisionAbstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menelusuri apakah terdapat hubungan antara variabel kemampuan manajerial dan efektivitas pengawasan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru-guru di lingkungan sekolah dasar negeri wilayah Jawa Timur pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi berganda untuk melakukan analisis dari data yang terkumpul. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kualifikasi akademikTAS, mendeskripsikan tingkat kompetensi TAS, mendeskripsikan tingkat kinerja TAS,mengetahui hubungan antara kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi TAS, mengetahuihubungan antara kualifikasi akademik dan kinerja TAS, mengetahui hubungan antarakompetensi dan kinerja TAS, mengetahui hubungan antara kualifikasi akademik dankompetensi dengan kinerja TAS. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SMA Negeri se Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif- korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proportional Random Sampling dan Simple Random Sampling. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 270 orang dengan sampel berjumlah 161 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, korelasi Product Moment Pearson, dan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kualifikasi akademik TAS berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi, tingkat kompetensi TAS berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi, tingkat kinerja TAS berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi TAS, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kualifikasi akademik dan kinerja TAS, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi dan kinerja TAS, secara simultan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi dengan kinerja TAS di SMA Negeri se Kota Malang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in the level of student wellbeing in terms of student perceptions of teacher performance in applying servant leadership in the learning process. This study uses a correlational quantitative method. The population is 30,980 students. The sample technique used was purposive sampling, with a total of 151 students. Data was collected using a questionnaire technique. Data analysis techniques used descriptive and One-way between groups (ANOVA). The results showed that the level of student welfare was in the very good category, the level of implementation of servant leadership by teachers was in the very good category, and there were differences in student welfare seen from the teacher's perception of the implementation of servant leadership in

Abstract

This study was conducted to know the strategy of learning leadership of the elementary School Headmasters to keep the educational quality during the pandemic of Covid-19.  The three strategies of learning leadership to increase the learning were modeling, monitoring, and professional dialogue.  This research has used qualitative approach.  The study population was 914 elementary school teachers in Kota Batu, province of East Java, Indonesia.  The used sample selection was random sampling, using 76 persons or 8.31 percent of population.  The sampling technic was performed through multistages technic which involving the distribution of population in sub-district groups.  Then, it was seleced ramdomly every sub-district.  The used approach was method of survey.  It has grouped the data using questionnaries and analyzed by technic of analysis of multiple regression.  The study results showed simultaneously that the strategies of modeling, monitoring, and professional dialogue of learning leadership of elementary school headmasters had influences to keep the educational quality during the pandemic of Covid-19. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out, 1) management of state defense and maritime curriculum; 2) leadership values; 3) basic leadership training; 4) results of basic leadership training. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The location of this research is in Taruna Nala High School, East Java, Malang City. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique used is the reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of this study are (1) management of special curriculum for the defense of the country and maritime affairs starting from the curriculum planning stage to the curriculum evaluation process; (2) the application of leadership values ​​in the learning process that is applied through a special curriculum for defending the country and maritime affairs; (3) basic leadership training for students by conducting a variety of physical training and understanding of leadership materials fostered by the Navy from LAPETAL (Navy Provider Institute); (4) the results of the basic leadership training are the formation of quality characters and an understanding of leadership skills used by students for daily learning in Taruna Nala East Java High Schools based on disability. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui, 1) pengelolaan kurikulum bela negara dan kemaritiman; 2) nilai-nilai kepemimpinan; 3) pelatihan dasar kepemimpinan; 4) hasil pelatihan dasar kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di SMAN Taruna Nala Jawa Timur Kota Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan yakni reduksi, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) pengelolaan kurikulum khusus bela negara dan kemaritiman mulai dari tahap perencanaan kurikulum hingga proses evaluasi kurikulum; (2) penerapan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan dalam proses pembelajaran yang diterapkan melalui kurikulum khusus bela negara dan kemaritiman; (3) latihan dasar kepemimpinan untuk peserta didik dengan melakukan berbagai pelatihan fisik dan pemahaman materi kepemimpinan yang dibina oleh TNI AL dari LAPETAL (Lembaga Penyedia Angkatan Laut); (4) hasil latihan dasar kepemimpinan ialah pembentukan karakter yang berkualitas serta pemahaman tentang keterampilan kepemimpinan yang dipergunakan oleh para peserta didik untuk pembelajaran sehari-hari di SMAN Taruna Nala Jawa Timur yang berbasis ketarunaan.

Abstract

This research aims to know students' perceptions of the competencies of pedagogical lecturers, the quality of administrative services, the completeness of the facilities supporting lectures, student satisfaction and its relationship with the motivation of student learning. The approach used is quantitative with the design of survey research. The research population was 3,702 of FIP UM students, while the sample was 361 students. The study was conducted in 2020. Sampling techniques using proportional sampling and simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires, meanwhile for data analysis using two kinds of analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed: (1) the competency of pedagogic lecturers, and the quality of administrative services according to the perception of students in the category is quite good, while the student's perception of the completeness of the lecture support facilities in the category is quite complete, the student expresses satisfaction for the services received. But on the motivation of studying of FIP students have a low level; (2) there is an influence on the level of pedagogical competency of lecturers on the motivation of student learning; (3) there is an influence on the quality of administrative services on student learning motivation; (4) there is an influence on the completeness of the facilities to support lectures on the motivation of student learning; (5) there is an influence of satisfaction on the motivation of student learning; and (6) simultaneously there is the influence of lecturer competency level, quality of administrative services, completeness of lecture support facilities, and student satisfaction on learning motivation.
