Abstract

This research is a review of effective institutional management at the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM). The research method used is reviewing reputable scientific articles found on Google Scholar. The data collection technique in the research was carried out by collecting various relevant articles. The findings in the study provide an explanation of the importance of institutional management in PKBM in order to realize quality education. Governance management in PKBM institutions can be carried out using the principles of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. This principle is an effective step in increasing effectiveness which is based on quality standardization and institutional academic quality. On the other hand, in order to recruit human resources, an appropriate plan is needed as a concrete form of a quality institution. Recruitment of human resources can be done using a staffing strategy by paying attention to the career stages of tutors and employees, as well as their dismissal. The success of the PKBM institution as a community social institution has become a pattern that is accompanied by standardization of the educational curriculum which is relevant to government regulations.

Abstract

Educational platforms and human resource development are the sole goals of forest farmer group organizations. However, based on field observations, the enormous potential of non-timber forest products is still less accessible to forest farmer groups. Forest farmers must be empowered to become independent group business managers, as evidenced by low production and minimal human resources. The first objective of this research is to explain the empowerment program offered at KTH Bangkit Sejahtera. The second objective is to describe the empowerment methods applied there. (3) Mention the challenges faced by Bangkit Sejahtera forest farmers in their efforts to gain greater authority. By using case study methodology, this research uses a qualitative research strategy. At the Bangkit Sejahtera Forest Farmers Group Institute located on Jl. The Southern Cross of Gajahrejo in Gedangan District, Malang Regency, research has been carried out. Interviews and observations were used as data collection methods. The stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are used to test the data obtained. Source and time triangulation was used to verify the accuracy of the data. The research results show that by carrying out various empowerment activities and successfully completing them, the Bangkit Sejahtera Farmers Group has been able to carry out its role as a forum for learning and community development. Communities gain information, skills and improved economic conditions as a result of these empowerment initiatives. The KTH Rising Sejahtera empowerment process follows the current stages, which include planning, implementation and assessment. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that include formal, non-formal and informal education. In Islamic boarding schools, the figure of Musyrifah is used as a caregiver for the students who has the role of guiding the students. The musyrifah who guides the students must provide attention, care, advice, support and good problem solving to the students. The approach given to students must also be appropriate, students prefer musyrifah who can be friends and provide sufficient attention. However, in reality there are musyrifah who make mistakes in their approach to students, so that the students feel uncomfortable in the presence of musyrifah. In response to this, Musyrifah needs the correct method of approach to students so that students are comfortable with Musyrifah's presence, can be open to Musyrifah, and also the support provided by Musyrifah can be channeled well. Apart from that, students need informative social support in the form of suggestions, advice, ideas, input, and providing internet access to support students while they are at the Islamic boarding school. This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. This research is located at the Ar-Rohmah Putri Islamic Boarding School. The research subjects chosen were based on predetermined criteria, namely musyrifah and santri. In this research, researchers used data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. This research also uses technical triangulation and time triangulation to obtain valid research results. The results of this research, the role of a musyrifah in providing informative social support, can have an impact on the openness of students to musyrifah and make it easier for students to be able to face Islamic boarding school life which includes school activities and dormitory activities. The purpose of this research is that the researcher wants to find out how much impact the role of a musyrifah has in providing informative social support to students in Islamic boarding schools, and also the researchers want to know what kind of role of a musyrifah the students can accept well. Abstract

Research This aim analyze connection between approach andragogy and levels motivation Package C program participants at PKBM Mentari, Wagir, Malang. Approach researched andragogy focuses on relevance material, involvement active participants, flexibility time learning, and recognition to experience life participants who can increase motivation Study. Motivation evaluated learning covers internal and external factors. Use method quantitative, data is collected through distributed questionnaires to Package C program participants at PKBM Mentari. Questionnaire This measure experience participant with approach andragogy facilitator and level motivation Study they. Data analysis used the Spearman rank correlation test. Research result show exists connection significant positive between approach andragogy and motivation Study. Findings This expected can give outlook about implementation approach andragogy and its effects to motivation Study Package C program participants at PKBM Mentari. This study can contribute to development method more learning effective for adult education, esp in the equality program. Condition Stunting in the village parangargo every year the more decrease. In 2022 cases Stunting experienced by 16 children, in 2023 it will decrease to 6 children and by 2024 it will reach 0 children. Abstract

Sexual education is the teaching that children must receive about sex, sexuality and sexuality to face things that might happen in the future as they get older. Sexual education is a basic family lesson to be taught to children. The mother is the parental figure in the family who will teach sexual education because of the closeness between mother and child. Researchers conducted research on the role of mothers in providing sexual education to teenage children as a preventive measure for experiencing unwanted pregnancies. The aim of this research is to find out how mothers provide sexual education to teenage children and find out what preventive steps mothers can take so that their children avoid unwanted pregnancies. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study type of research. From the research results obtained, the sexual education given by mothers to teenage children to prevent unwanted pregnancies has been received by children, but not comprehensively, even though sexual education is fundamental education. In research, mothers do provide sexual education to children, but only briefly, even though this sexual education is what provides children when they have to consider something and make responsible decisions regarding sex, sex and sexuality. Abstract

Abstract: Non-formal educational institutions, such as bridal makeup courses, must innovate to provide adaptive learning for students in theory and practice to meet the market demand. This study used a qualitative phenomenological approach to reveal the process of knowledge transfer related to local wisdom, especially the implemented MaHaKeTang learning technique at Imam Mandiri Blitar Course and Training Institute (LKP) and has successfully facilitated its graduates for their employment and starting their businesses. This study involved 12 participants, including the founders, instructors, alumni, and students of LKP Imam Mandiri. The data were collected through interviews and observations and analyzed using descriptive and quantitative methods. This study found that the MaHaKeTang technique is implemented by synergizing the students' knowledge and skills through an active combination of the eyes, heart, head, and hands. In addition, LKP Imam Mandiri also applies peer learning so that students can easily accept knowledge and skills deepened through internship activities. With certified instructors, students are always encouraged to be able to innovate and adapt to developments in the era of makeup.

Abstract

Pesantren play a strategic role in shaping students' character through family-based education. The Sumber Pendidikan Mental Agama Allah (SPMAA) Foundation, founded by MA Muchtar, serves as an example of how educational values are internalized within the pesantren environment. This study aims to describe MA Muchtar's behavior in instilling the pesantren's vision, analyze the family educational values he passed down, and evaluate their impact on his children and students. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that MA Muchtar demonstrated three key behaviors in educating: simplicity, discipline, and role modeling. The primary family educational values transmitted include monotheism, humanity, simplicity, lifelong education, communication and honesty, as well as harmony and unity. These values are internalized through direct role modeling, habituation, and daily activities within the family and pesantren environment. This study emphasizes the significance of individual agency in shaping and transmitting educational values within the pesantren’s social structure.

Abstract

Children's character building is one of the tasks of parents and families, but it will be more effective if done in collaboration with school institutions and the community. This is because these three parties are the Tri Center of Education. The success of education will depend on how the synergy of the three parties in working together to educate children.  This also applies to the formation of children's character. The purpose of this study is to obtain the results of an analysis of the synergy of the Tri Center of Education in shaping children's character, especially in the scavenger village environment. This research method uses a qualitative method of case study type. Data collection was conducted in Scavenger Village using interview, observation, and document study techniques. This was done to examine how the synergy of the Tri Center of Education in the middle to lower economic level, which is not a conducive environment to educate their children. The results showed that in Scavenger Village, the synergy of the Tri Center of Education has been built in early childhood character building. Parents at home actively provide stimulus in the form of habituation, teachers at PAUD schools teach character values, and are supported by the community who informally form an environment that familiarizes children to respect each other.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Karangjati, Kecamatan Pandaan, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sebagai desa yang dinobatkan sebagai Desa Mandiri dalam IDM (Indeks Desa Berkembang), meski sudah dinobatkan sebagai Desa Mandiri namun tetap memerlukan pendampingan. Data yang diperoleh peneliti berjumlah 2.559 orang, dari jenis pekerjaan yaitu pensiun/menganggur/belum bekerja. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, LSM Yayasan Investasi Sosial Indonesia (YISI) melaksanakan program sekolah pensiun agar lebih produktif di masa pensiun. Proses penyadaran menggunakan strategi pembelajaran partisipatif karena mayoritas siswa yang belajar adalah orang dewasa. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) apa saja strategi pembelajaran partisipatif yang digunakan oleh fasilitator di sekolah pensiun, (2) apa dampak sekolah pensiun terhadap proses pembangunan berkelanjutan desa pada poin 04 (SDGs-Desa Berkualitas). Pendidikan). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.
