Abstract

The catering business is an opportunity for entrepreneurs, especially for those with a cooking hobby. Currently, the catering business is highly competitive and rapidly growing with the technology era. The catering ordering process is still mostly through SMS or phone, and the lack of information and promotion makes the ordering and delivery process of food take a long time. This study aims to create a food ordering application online. This study applies Design Thinking to improve the user experience of the JASCAT application. The study uses the 5 stages of Design Thinking (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test) to address user problems. UI/UX design is understood based on needs and solving user problems. Tests show that the JASCAT application designed with Figma has a score of 93 in the "Best Acceptable" category. The results of the study conclude that the UI/UX design of the JASCAT application with Figma is successfully applied with Design Thinking and has a score of 93 on the SUS test

Abstract

Learning using media based on the Canva application has the advantage that the learning material is made more interesting. As support for direct learning, the use of the Canva application which has a variety of saved file formats, according to Rahmatullahet al (2020), the use of Canva-based audio visual learning media can improve students' informatics learning outcomes. There are also research results from Vivi et al (2021) which state that using the Canva application can help students fulfill online learning assignments at school. According to Yanti in Assidiqi (2020), learning using Canva-based learning media can help students understand learning even though they are at home because there are obstacles in the form of not having textbooks. This is known from the lack of student data recapitulation of the low learning outcomes of students who reach the KKM, namely 14 students out of a total of 38 students in class X.9

Abstract

The use of G Develop in the context of education is still limited. Some of the obstacles that may be faced in utilizing G Develop to create educational games at SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru include, Teachers do not have sufficient knowledge and skills in using G Develop as learning media. This research will use a qualitative approach with a case study research design. This approach was chosen to gain an in-depth understanding of the process of creating educational games using G Develop and its impact on learning at SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. Educational games have been successfully developed using G Develop in accordance with the applicable curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This game is designed to strengthen the understanding of certain subject concepts and increase students' interest and motivation to learn. The final evaluation shows that the educational game has successfully achieved the learning objectives set. Students showed high interest and motivation in using this game as an additional learning tool. It is recommended to develop more educational games that cover various subjects taught at SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This will allow more students to access learning materials through an engaging approach. Teachers need to be given further training in the use of G Develop and the integration of educational games into the learning process.

Abstract

Technology is a part of human life. Technology contributes to the development of society and helps people's daily lives. Nowadays students spend more time with their cell phones. Learning media in the field of technology that can be used in the teaching and learning process is the quiz on the Quizizz 'Mastery Peak' application because it can replace the traditional method of using paper and pen. On the other hand, traditional learning methods in the form of written tests that still use paper and pen have positive effects, for example students can complete their work more efficiently. In the world of education, especially in English subjects, students study various genres of text, one of which is studying analytical exposition text in class X SMA Merdeka Curriculum. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a correlation between Quizizz 'Mastery Peak' scores and written test scores in understanding analytical exposition texts of grade X students of SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The sample in this study amounted to 40 people using purposive sampling technique. The method used in this research is quantitative correlation. Data analysis technique using correlation test obtained significance number of 0.535, where 0.535 > 0.05 then H0 is accepted Ha is rejected. This means that there is no correlation between Quizizz 'Mastery Peak' scores and students' written test scores in understanding analytical exposition text.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning learning model on review text writing skills in class XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru and to find out how the Problem Based Learning learning model is applied to review text writing skills in class the type of research carried out in this research is a Quantitative Approach. The population in this study was all students in class. The data collection technique used in this research is the test and observation method. Data Analysis Techniques In this research the author uses quantitative descriptive. The research results in this study are the value of review text writing skills studied using the Problem Based Learning method, meaning that the average percentage of student scores is 85.00 ≥ 100% of the specified KKM, so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected and there is an influence on Value of review text writing skills for class XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The results of hypothesis testing use the t test, namely the Independent Sample T-Test via the SPSS program. shows that t count ≥ table, namely 128.567 > 2.036 with df = 32 at the 5% significance level is 2.036 so that H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

Autism, as a complex developmental disorder in children with special needs, involves delays in aspects of cognition, emotion, behavior, and social interaction. This research proposes an innovation by applying UML modeling and Bayes Theorem Algorithm to detect the level of autism disorder in Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Pelita Hati. The SLB environment, faced with limited human resources and an increasing number of students, is a major challenge. The developed expert system provides an efficient solution with quick recommendations, reduces the expert's workload, and increases the detection accuracy of autism disorders. The expert approach with Bayes' Theorem provides an accurate insight into the complexity of autism disorders. Bayes' theorem is used to calculate the probability of events based on relevant observations. The application of UML modeling in the design of the expert system proved successful, producing an effective solution to support the diagnosis and treatment of autism disorders in SLB Pelita Hati. The results showed an accuracy of 94%, signifying a heavy level of confidence, with therapy recommendations such as Physiotherapy Therapy, Speech Therapy, Remedial Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and Game Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Sensory Integrity. This research makes an important contribution in addressing the challenges in autism diagnosis approaches in special education settings.

Abstract

Arabic learning literacy at Kalamullah Al-Qur'an and Multilingual School, Pattani, Thailand is currently still lacking. For learning time is carried out only 1x a week. Therefore, there is a need for a medium to increase the attractiveness or interest of students in learning. The media used is in the form of recognizing letters and numbers in Arabic. The use of this media uses calligraphy writing made by madrasah ibtidaiyah teacher education students who carry out the International School Field Program in Pattani, Thailand. After an evaluation was carried out with the use of this Arabic introduction learning media, an increase in the post test was obtained by 22,16%, so as to increase students' interest in learning this Arabic introduction.

Abstract

Anak-anak Panti Asuhan Putra Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru seringkali menghadapi serangkaian tantangan yang khas dalam perjalanan hidup mereka. Masalah utama yang mereka hadapi adalah ketidakpastian masa depan dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Mereka sering kali tumbuh tanpa dukungan keluarga yang stabil, akses terbatas terhadap pendidikan yang berkualitas dan peluang pekerjaan yang terbatas. Selain itu, mereka mungkin menghadapi stigma sosial yang dapat menghambat perkembangan mereka dalam masyarakat. Di tengah revolusi digital yang terus berlanjut, pelatihan soft skill digital entrepreneurship menjadi semakin penting. Ini membantu anak- anak panti asuhan untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut, memungkinkan mereka untuk memperoleh keterampilan yang relevan dalam era teknologi dan memberikan peluang untuk berdiri di atas kaki mereka sendiri, menciptakan peluang karier, dan meraih kesuksesan yang lebih besar di dunia yang semakin terhubung digital. Anak-anak Panti Asuhan Putra Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru saat ini belum memiliki keterampilan soft skill sebagai bekal setelah menamatkankan diri dari panti asuhan maupun sekolah sehingga perlu diberikan penguatan soft skill melalui digital enterpreneurship untuk mewujudkan enterpreneur muslim yang unggul di masa depan. Dengan adanya pengabdian ini, maka diharapkan akan melahirkan entrepreneur muslim yang cerdas dan unggul di masa depan nanti.

Abstract

Banyak pengemudi menggunakan mobil Mitsubishi Colt L300, namun disayangkan, sebagian besar dari mereka mengalami kendala akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dalam melakukan pemeriksaan dan perawatan mesin mobil. Pemilik mobil baru sering kali menyadari adanya kerusakan pada kendaraannya setelah mengalami ketidaknormalan dalam kinerjanya. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menjalani perawatan secara rutin, dan inilah yang mendorong pengembangan sistem pakar untuk mengidentifikasi potensi masalah pada mobil Mitsubishi Colt L300. Algoritma yang digunakan untuk melakukan perhitungan mendeteksi kerusakan pada mobil mitsubishi colt l300 adalah certainty factor. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan sesi wawancara langsung dengan pakar dan studi literatur. Dari wawancara langsung dengan pakar diperoleh sembilan kerusakan dengan delapan belas ciri-ciri kerusakan. Selanjutnya, untuk melakukan perancangan system pakar ini, peneliti melakukan pemodelan UML (Unified Modelling Language) yang melibatkan use case diagram, activity diagram, context diagram, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram)

Abstract

Studi ini berfokus pada perancangan aplikasi Jasa Bengkel Motor (JABEMO) menggunakan pemodelan Design Thinking. Permasalahan penelitian menyoroti kebutuhan akan aplikasi yang berpusat pada pengguna untuk memudahkan layanan servis motor. Tujuannya adalah menerapkan Design Thinking pada JABEMO dan merancangnya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan aplikasi yang menyederhanakan pemesanan, menyediakan fasilitas transaksi baru, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.Metode penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan studi literatur. Pemodelan Design Thinking digunakan untuk memastikan aplikasi yang dirancang dapat mengedepankan inovasi dan mengutamakan kebutuhan pengguna. Langkah-langkah yang jelas dan mudah dipahami oleh pengguna menjadi fokus utama dalam perancangan aplikasi JABEMO.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi JABEMO yang dirancang dengan menggunakan pemodelan Design Thinking mendapat skor kepuasan pengguna sebesar 71 berdasarkan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Skor ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi tersebut masuk dalam kategori "OK" dan "Marginal," yang berarti aplikasi tersebut dapat diterima dengan baik untuk digunakan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perancangan aplikasi JABEMO menggunakan pemodelan Design Thinking dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pengembang aplikasi lebih memperhatikan kebutuhan pengguna dan menerapkan metode Design Thinking dalam perancangan aplikasi. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi dan memperkuat persaingan di pasar jasa bengkel motor
