West Sumatra Province has a high Muslim population and also has a high amount of zakat funds even though it is not yet potential. Regulation of zakat which is different from other provinces in West Sumatra is the existence of compulsory zakat regulations which are directly deducted from salaries for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This has a positive impact on the collection of zakat funds in West Sumatra. This should be accompanied by the application of good zakat to reduce poverty. This study used questionnaire to obtain primary data in the province of West Sumatera. This study had 200 respondents, uses poverty indicators and the average time taken to exit poverty as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that zakat can be an instrument to reduce poverty, by empowering zakat effectively and increasing economic growth. This research also proves more concisely when the poor can exit of poverty if compared with the absence of zakat application. As for the implications given in this study, the government is expected to be able to support the existence of zakat as an instrument to reduce poverty and achieve the fulfillment of the potential of zakat which is maximized in the collection.

This reseach aims to find effect of murabahah financing though well-being increasing at teacher around Bogor city. This reseach uses quantitative approach with correlation analysis as analityc tools. Findings this reseach; first, there are effect margin cost though costumer well-being. Second, financing period also has positive effect though costumer well-being. The conclution is murabahah financing on Islamic banking have effort to increase well-being especially teacher at Bogor city.

This thesis which was completed in April 2014 is about the right strategies for fundraising zaka by LAZNAS BMH. The manager needs strategies to optimize zakat fundraising. Through the study of internal factors and external factors LAZNAS BMH organization, an analysis of Internal and External Factors Evaluation in order to obtain the right strategy to be done by the organization LAZNAS BMH although still common. Further research conducted by TOWS matrix to get some viable strategy undertaken by LAZNAS BMH, choose the best strategy of the proper strategies conducted by LAZNAS BMH with Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis method. After analyzing QSPM, then there are three strategies that best suit the condition of the Internal and External LAZNAS BMH to optimize the collection of zakat funds are: to socialize so that Muslims are interested in LAZNAS BMH, expanding the scope of the zakat, as well as making zakat fund raising strategies and methods of the target receipt of zakat funds.

The discussion of the research focused on analyses of the supervision role of al Hisbah and KPPU which it coverage focuses on supervision object and authority between al Hisbah and KPPU. This research used two analyses approach, descriptive-analyses method and comparative-analyses method. The result of this research showed that the supervision of al Hisbah more directive to preventive action. The object of supervision including of form of transaction, supervision of commodity, supervision of economic agent and supervision on economic agent behavior. In another side, the object of KPPU supervision focused on economic agent behavior that has market power or monopolistic economic agent behavior. In the authority aspect, either al Hisbah or KPPU have the right doing controlling role to each law resource. The difference between them is laying on authority to give sanction. The authority of KPPU in apply administrative sanction is too dependent on a certain nominal that is irrelevant following the growth of fluctuation.

The paper analyses four influencing factors toward the Indonesian sovereign sukuk price in the secondary market during the period January 2015 to June 2018, namely liquidity, coupon, maturity and the Indonesia composite index (ICI). The model used is multiple linear regression analysis with time series data obtained from the Ministry of Finance of Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that liquidity had a significant positive effect on the sovereign sukuk price in the secondary market, that coupon also had a significant positive effect; maturity had a significant negative effect, while the Indonesia composite index had a significant positive effect.==============================================================================================Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Harga Sukuk Indonesia di Pasar Sekunder. Makalah ini menganalisis empat faktor yang mempengaruhi harga sukuk Indonesia di pasar sekunder selama periode Januari 2015 hingga Juni 2018, yaitu likuiditas, kupon, jatuh tempo dan indeks harga saham gabungan (IHSG). Model yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan data deret waktu diperoleh dari Kementerian Keuangan Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga sukuk negara di pasar sekunder, kupon juga berpengaruh positif signifikan, maturitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan, sedangkan indeks harga saham Indonesia berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga sukuk Negara di Pasar Sekunder

Entering the era of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), poverty has become a problem that cannot be fully resolved and is a top development priority. Indonesia is a developing country that has many problems related to poverty. The number of Muslim population in Indonesia which is the largest in the world become one of the one reason that shows that poverty in Indonesia can be overcome through productive cash waqf programs. However, currently the potential for cash waqf has not been optimized fully. This study aims to analyze the cash waqf management model in Indonesia and formulate a strategy for the use of cash waqf to alleviate poverty in the country. The method used is ANP-SWOT through literature studies and interviews with experts to validate the SWOT results and determine the order of priorities. The results show that the strategies that need to be carried out in order of priority, among others, are increasing the professionalism and competence of nazhir, optimizing digital technology in the distribution of cash waqf, maximizing cooperation with ulama, Islamic organizations, the business world, and government institutions in increasing socialization and literacy of cash waqf, improving productive waqf management programs, create a transparent, accountable, and integrated reporting system, optimize the use of digital technology in documenting waqf pledges, issuance of regulations that strengthen the utilization of cash waqf in productive economic programs, and invest cash waqf in investment portfolios that are able to provide high margin with well mitigated risk. The LSP of the Indonesian Waqf Board has been carrying out nazhir competency training and certification since November 2, 2021. So it is necessary to research the impact of nazhir competency training and certification on participant performance and participation. The purpose of this study: 1. To find out that nazhir certification affects the performance of the management and development of waqf assets in nazir institutions; 2. To find out how the nazhir certificate involves the participation of non-nazir participants in the waqf movement; 3. To determine the value of increasing the management and development of waqf assets in nazhir institutions after participating in competency training and certification; 4. To find out the value of the distribution of benefits in Nazhir institutions has increased after participating in competency training and certification; and 5. To find out the competency-based deals , this certification influences reporting through BWI e-reporting. Respondents in this study were participants in competency training and certification, both those who work as nazhir and non-nazhir. The data analysis method in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The study results show that nazhir competency certification has a positive and significant effect on nazhir performance and non-nazhir participation in the waqf movement. The element of the competency certification assessment that has a high score is the attitude element. The component of Nazhir's performance, which has a high value, is from increasing the collection of waqf, while from non-Nazhir's participation which has a high value, is participation in the form of disseminating information to relatives, friends, and the work environment. The results of this study imply that it is necessary to make changes in the assessment of nazhir competence so that elements of knowledge and skills can have the same value as attitude.

Promotional strategies have a significant impact on decisions to pay zakat at a zakat institution in the era of digital advancement. This study intends to investigate the determinants of zakat payment at the National Zakat Agency (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional - BAZNAS) of South Sumatra Province, Indonesia, using influencer endorsement and electronic word of mouth as independent variables. A total of 250 people, which were selected using the purposive sampling method, participated in this study. The data was processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that electronic word of mouth strengthens the beneficial relationship between influencer endorsement and the decision to pay zakat at the BAZNAS. The impact of influencer endorsement on zakat payment decisions was shown to be substantially stronger when electronic word of mouth was included as a moderator variable. The finding suggests that the BAZNAS of South Sumatra must play an optimal role in utilizing public figures to promote the BAZNAS' features, as well as increasing information about BAZNAS on social media, so that muzzaki are interested in paying zakat through BAZNAS.========================================================================================================ABSTRAK – Apa yang Mendorong Keputusan Membayar Zakat pada BAZNAS Sumatera Selatan? Strategi promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan membayar zakat pada lembaga zakat di era kemajuan digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji determinan pembayaran zakat di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Indonesia, menggunakan influencer endorsement dan electronic word of mouth sebagai variabel independen. Sebanyak 250 orang, yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, berpartisipasi dalam studi ini. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa electronic word of mouth memperkuat hubungan antara endorsement influencer dengan keputusan membayar zakat di BAZNAS Sumatera Selatan. Dampak influencer endorsement terhadap keputusan membayar zakat terbukti jauh lebih kuat ketika electronic word of mouth dijadikan sebagai variabel moderator. Hasil ini berimplikasi terhadap kebijakan BAZNAS Sumsel dalam mengoptimalkan tokoh-tokoh publik dalam mempromosikan fitur-fitur BAZNAS dan mendiseminasikan lebih banyak informasi mengenai BAZNAS di media sosial, agar muzzaki tertarik membayar zakat melalui BAZNAS.
