Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has been interesting issue in this era. One of the ways to support these goals is by empowering cash waqf. The purpose of this research is to identify people perception on cash waqf to support sustainable development in Bogor City, to analyze the factors affecting people interest in cash waqf to support sustainable development in Bogor City, and to create formulas in order to increase the collection of cash waqf to support sustainable development in Bogor City. This research uses descriptive analysis, median analysis, Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) analysis, and strategic analysis. It is found that the most dominant indicator goes to “spending money for the needy can increase the spirit of religion, to support sustainable development”. It is also found that 64.86% indicators are included as good perception. Awareness, knowledge, attitude, and religiosity have positive and significant effect on people interest in cash waqf to support sustainable development in Bogor City, while promotion and socialization have positive effect but not significant. Improving on awareness, knowledge, attitude, and maintain religiosity should be taken as the main strategy to increase the collection of cash waqf to support sustainable development in Bogor City.

The existing fintech in Indonesia is changing the landscape of the global financial sector significantly. Using SEM-PLS analysis, this study aims to determine the effect of knowledge, service quality, trust, and perceived value on customers’ satisfaction of sharia fintech. Using the sharia fintech ALAMI customers, this study finds that knowledge, trust, quality of services, and perceived behavior have a positive significant influence on ALAMI's customer satisfaction. This could be attributed to the easy access provided by fintech.

The complex challenges faced by BPRS in Indonesia today to maintain their existence in the mid of competition and need to be overcome by planning for strategic changes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the complexity of the problems of BPRS in Indonesia today and Its sensitive elements through a structured picture approach, and to design a strategic change management’s model. The research was conducted in Indonesia, especially the Greater Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Semarang and Yogyakarta by involving the management and managerial level at BPRS. The research was carried out in December 2021 to June 2022. Research data were obtained through primary data and secondary data. The research methodology used is mixed methods which is combination beetwen quantitave and qualitative methods, Soft System Methodology (SSM) Fuzzy AHP (F-AHP) and Fuzzy ISM (F-ISM). Based on the results of the SSM analysis, it is known that the current problematic situation faced by BPRS is technological disruption, market share, economic stability, low liquidity, pandemic disruption, human resources competence, segmentation rules and the absence of suitable product or service differentiation and unique. Based on the F-AHP analysis, the strategy that is considered the most reliable and a top priority in the strategic change management model strategy of BPRS in Indonesia is strengthening the policies and institutional regulations of the BPRS. The results of the F-ISM analysis show the most optimal institutional model and strategic change management model for Sharia Rural Banks in Indonesia. Dalam sejarah Islam, wakaf yang paling terkenal adalah wakaf dari Umar Bin Khattab dan Utsman bin Affan, yang berwujud sebidang kebun kurma dan sebuah sumur. Kebun kurma dan sumur tersebut dapat disebut sebagai wakaf produktif untuk kesejahteraan umat Islam hingga saat ini. Dari bukti sejarah tersebut, hendaknya menyadarkan segenap kaum muslimin bahwa Islam telah memiliki konsep ekonomi keumatan yang unggul, dan telah manifest dalam sebuah peradaban di bidang ekonomi jauh sebelum kebangkitan ekonomi sekuler, yang mana justru umat Islam hari ini berkiblat ke sana. Baitul Wakaf adalah salah satu lembaga pengelola wakaf produktif yang berkantor di Jakarta. Berdasarkan porsentase penerimaan Baitul Wakaf tahun 2021, wakaf langsung menyumbang 82,5 persen dan surplus wakaf produktif hanya menyumbang 17,5 persen yang mengindentifikasi belum optimalnya pengelolaan wakaf produktif di Baitul Wakaf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari strategi prioritas pengelolaan wakaf produktif di Baitul Wakaf. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analytical network process (ANP) yang merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan dengan banyak kriteria yang saling terkait. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan wakaf produtif di Baitul wakaf dibagi menjadi empat aspek yaitu aspek kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi paling prioritas dalam pengelolaan wakaf produktif dibaitul wakaf adalah meningkatkan profesionalisme nazhir dengan nilai 0,2641, kemudian disusul secara berurutan oleh strategi edukasi dan sosialisasi wakaf dengan nilai 0,25464, digitalisasi layanan wakaf dengan nilai 0,24480 dan disusul strategi kerjasama dan kemitraan dengan lembaga internal dan eksternal dengan nilai paling rendah 0,22492.

Penelitian ini bertujuan ntuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh beban kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dan kompensasi sebagai mediatornya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian bersifat explorative deskriptif dan ex-post facto. Sampel penelitian guru dari dua jenis sekolah yang berbeda yaitu SDN (Sekolah Dasar Negeri) dan SDIT (Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis multivariate SEM. Hasil analisis hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kompensasi guru di SDN dan SDIT. Hal ini berarti bahwa jika beban kerja guru meningkat, maka kompensasi guru di SDN dan SDIT juga akan meningkat. Lain halnya dengan beban kerja guru yang berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Jika beban kerja guru meningkat, maka kinerja guru di SDN dan SDIT juga akan meningkat. Di sisi lain, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SDN dan SDIT kota Bogor. Demikian halnya dengan peran kompensasi tidak terbukti menjadi mediasi antara beban kerja dan kinerja guru di SDN dan SDIT kota Bogor.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Beban Kerja Dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada SDIT dan SDN di Kota Bogor secara deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif analisis. Sampel penelitian, adalah guru dari dua jenis sekolah yang berbeda yaitu SDN (Sekolah Dasar Negeri) dan SDIT (Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu). Adapun prosedur analisa data: data collection, data reduction (reduksi/pemilahan data), data display (penyajian data), dan conclusion drawing/verification (penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi). Untuk uji keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan alat uji: bahan referensi, konfirmabilitas, triangulasi, dependabilitas dan tranferabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berperan namun tidak signifikan terhadap kompensasi guru di SDN dan SDIT. Hal ini berarti bahwa beban kerja guru yang berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Jika beban kerja guru meningkat, maka kinerja guru di SDN dan SDIT juga akan meningkat. Di sisi lain, kompensasi berperan positif, tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SDN dan SDIT kota Bogor.

This study aims to measure the efficiency of the performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates and Bahrain using the Data Envelopment approach Analysis (DEA) and Sharia Maqashid Index (SMI).This study uses a combination research method. In the first stage, quantitative research is used to measure the efficiency of the performance of 4 Islamic banks from 6 countries in 2018-2020 with the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Sharia Maqashid Index (SMI) approaches. In the second stage, qualitative methods are used to compare the results of performance measurement along with the appropriate approach to measure the performance of Islamic banks. The results of this study indicate that in the DEA approach, only 2 Islamic banks consistently have perfect efficiency scores (1 or 100%) namely BRI Syariah (Indonesia) and Kuwait House Finance (Bahrain). As for SMI, the 3 Islamic banks with the highest scores were Bank Muamalat Indonesia (39,020), Al Bilad Bank (36,938) and Alinma Bank (35,335) Saudi Arabia. Performance measurement using these two approaches is very well used to assess the performance of Islamic banks from the aspect of profitability and Sharia Maqashid.

This paper presents an analysis of the development of literature on community empowerment through zakat and its relation to social change. A total of 29 documents published between 2016 and 2023 were analyzed using a narrative review approach and bibliometric analysis with the assistance of the RStudio application. Concept mapping and visualization of publications were conducted to identify elements of knowledge, dynamics, relationships, and interactions among publications. The analysis results show that research during the 2016-2023 period generally focuses on the economic aspect of zakat in social change. However, further research is needed to cover other dimensions of social change, such as politics, culture, technology, and environment. Consequently, the study of the impact of zakat on social change needs to be expanded to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the role of zakat in promoting inclusive and sustainable social change within society.

The high rate of deforestation makes the forest waqf program attractive to be developed as a support for the reforestation program. The research will identify variables that can influence waqf decision-making. Data collection used a research questionnaire with a sample of 100 people using Judgment Sampling. The analytical tool used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that registered buyers of forest waqf products at the Bogor Waqf Forest Foundation were dominated by millennials with single status and incomes between IDR 1,000,000 – IDR 2,000,000. Brand and customer trust affect the marketing effectiveness of trust in forest waqf products. The priorities for the marketing strategy for forest waqf products include strengthening brand image, increasing consumer confidence, conducting social activities, maintaining communication with consumers, and conducting regular data analysis and evaluation.

An organic farming system has the potential to advance farmers’ wealth in comparison to conventional farming, owing to its ethical value factors. This study examines the influence of farmers’ decision-making in choosing a distribution channel on their quality of life. This research samples both farmers who receive financial assistance from the zakat fund and those who do not. This study incorporates the ethical values of Islamic commerce into the model of analysis. The data is obtained from 64 farmers, analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) and independent statistical tests. Four criteria were identified as having a beneficial impact on farmers’ quality of life, however, yielding no evidence to claim any difference in the quality of life between assisted-zakat and non-assisted farmers. The implications of this research are crucial for an appropriate measure of zakat impacts. Nevertheless, a larger sample size is necessary to obtain reliable results. The policy implications are to market policies for organic rice, with a focus on prioritizing farmer justice and fair pricing management for farmers.
