Abstract

The flow of globalization has had a huge impact on cultural and cultural changes that have developed in modern society. Indonesia is a country that has diversity and differences in ethnicity, customs, culture, and culture so this can certainly be a multidimensional conflict that is not managed properly. One of the solutions offered by the religion of Islam in minimizing this potential is to improve the attitudes and behavior of the ukhuwwah Islamiyyah among Muslims. This research study aims to examine and examine the impact of cultural acculturation on the attitude of ukhuwwah Islamiyyah among university students. The research method used a quantitative approach by applying an analytic descriptive study. Using a random sampling technique, participants took from 43 student respondents from the Faculty of Education. The value measurement technique uses a Likert scale. The variable components of ukhuwwah Islamiyyah are divided into four, namely mutual help, tolerance, friendship, and obligations to fellow Muslims. The results showed that globally the attitude of ukhuwwah Islamiyyah had a good predicate. Students with a cultural background of Bugis get a score of 75%, then Javanese culture is 72.89%, Malay 77.50%, Minang 78%, Sundanese 74.70%, and a combination of Javanese and Sundanese culture is 77.50%. This assessment illustrates that culture has a strategic role in shaping the attitude of ukhuwwah Islamiyyah for university students in the world of modernity.

Abstract

This article tries to present a map of the geographic distribution of the followers of Islamic fiqh schools, especially Madzãhibu al-Arba’ah al-Mu’tabarah, namely the Hanafî school, Mãlikî school, Syafi’i school, and Hanbalî school throughout the world. The spread of Islamic fiqh schools of al-mu’tabarah has reached various parts of the world from the birth of the first generation until today. Fiqh is one of the essential aspects that Islam is very concerned about. The legal aspects produced by the jurists who are istinbathed from the texts both al-Qur’an and hadith have colored the lives of Muslims in religious life. Hanafî, Mãlikî, Syafi’i, Hanbalî and others schools are manifestations of the Islamic scholars’ concern for the practice and rules of worship so that they become a bridge in the framework of taqarrub to Allah SWT through role models exemplified by Rosulullah SAW. This research study uses a Literature Review approach using interactive data analysis techniques. The results showed that the fiqh schools at least had their own unique regional bases that were not owned by the others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the conceptual Maqãshid Syari’ah developed by an Egyptian fiqh expert Muhammad Abdul Athî Muhammad Ali, and its implications in reconstructing fiqh as an effort to respond to the symptoms of new social phenomena in today’s society. Recently, there have been many community social activities labeled as Islam, but at the practical level, they are indicated to be contrary to the principles of Islamic teachings. One of these phenomena is Ta’arruf online, where Ta’arruf has become a new lifestyle for some Muslims, especially those who have just made the hijrah process. However, this phenomenon is alleged to be another method to get a partner to marry quickly, which the Ikhwan (male) uses to trick the Akhwat (women) who vent their lust or lust. The theory developed by Abdul Athî, a senior scholar at Al-Azhar University in Egypt, attempts to reconstruct the thinking paradigm of the millennial generation in viewing online ta’arruf as a symptom of a social phenomenon. The limited understanding of the millennial generation towards religion sometimes triggers and gives birth to new problems. Through a library study of his main work entitled Al-Maqãshid Al-Syar’iyyah wa Atsãruhã fî Al-Fiqh Al-Islãmî and several other works as well as data analysis by Miles and Huberman, the results show thatIn the perspective of Al-Athi’s maqãshid Sharia, producing a fiqh law today must be built with the principle of prudence, supported by an in-depth study of the condition of society, so that a clear fiqh rule is born that can solve solutions, not problems.

Abstract

DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MEDIA FAITH OF ICT BASED WITH THE CONCEPT OF “QURANI” ICT FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTSThis study aims to produce learning media for Akidah Akhlak class I SD in the form of ICT-based learning using the Microsoft Powerpoint Interactive application. Media development is the conversation of educational experts today, with the development of technology, it is hoped that the learning process can improve students' understanding of learning material. The inculcation of faith values based on the Al-Quran becomes a bridge for the realization of students with good achievements and good morals. This product combines Borg's research concept and the QURANI method developed by education expert Muhamad Sa'id Mursi. The content of research products refers to the 2014 curriculum for grade I elementary school students related to akidah akhlak material. The method used is based on qualitative research through the developed interactive powerpoint media product validation technique. This research was validated by 3 expert teams, where 2 people involved lecturers of Islamic Education at the University of Pendidikan Indonesia, and 1 person was from the Curriculum Expert Team.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi dinamika internalisasi nilai-nilai religious yang terkandung dalam serial kartun Nusa dan Rara dalam pembentukan karakter anak usia dini. Menanggapi komentar adanya unsur penanaman nilai radikal, studi ini berupaya meluruskan pandangan keliru tersebut melalui opini masyarakat pada tataran realitas. Pendidikan anak merupakan waktu tepat untuk membangun karakter mereka sedini mungkin, sehingga diharapkan dimasa yang akan datang, ia dapat menjadi seorang siswa berkarakter. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data penelitian diambil dari para sepuluh informan orang tua melalui observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan secara semi terstruktur untuk menjawab tiga belas instrument. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Teori Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas informan sepakat, serial ini baik untuk dikonsumsi oleh anak. Karakter yang dibangun dari serial ini diantaranya berbakti kepada orang tua, taat beribadah, gemar menolong orang lain, belajar giat, dan yang lainnya. Abstract

The presence of the development of technology 4.0 as well as the transformation of changes in the flow of globalization really have a significant influence on the joints of the life of modern society. Changes in culture, culture, thought patterns, activity patterns, politics, economics, and even the world of education today are more likely to reduce individual spiritual values among students. There is a need for serious efforts by practitioners of the world of education in restoring the enthusiasm of students to explore the study of the Al-Quran so as to encourage them to increase individual religiosity and piety. The existence of the Digital Al-Quran also encourages their interest in exploring the depths of the meaning of the content of the Al-Quran, this is certainly a positive effort that must be preserved. This study aims to explore student responses in optimizing the use of the Digital Al-Quran with the Printed Al-Quran. The research method was designed using a mix method approach, combining a combination of questionnaires with random sampling techniques as well as an in-depth interview process with religious officials of the Indonesian Ulama Council of Lembang Regency and the Bandung City PCNU board in order to validate the existing data findings. The number of respondents in this study were 41 people, most of which were students at one of the Bandung universities. The results of the study prove that there are positive and negative sides of using the Digital Al-Quran among them, besides that this application is able to increase individual piety in the midst of the dimensions of modernity and globalization.

Abstract

Education is the process of developing the potential God gives to each child as a subject. The reality, the potential God has not been able to develop optimally in order to strengthen the spiritual aspect of children. There needs to be an effective approach to instill spiritual intelligence in children. Child education can be considered effective if educators have good competence and are capable of developing different approaches in the learning process. Moreover, early childhood need a special approach in embedding Islamic values in accordance with the growth and development. In this study, researchers sought to formulate a “NURANI” as an accepative solution in instilling the spiritual intelligence of early childhood. The study uses a qualitative approach through analytical methods. Based on the findings and analysis in the study, the "NURANI" approach is seen as a child-friendly approach in order to improve spiritual intelligence. The steps of implementing the approach “NURANI” is to give advice on a lot, give a spirit in a creative way, give reward and punishment both materially, verbally and non-verbal, provide learning in a dialogue, provide a ruhani experience by the imposition of Islamic values and give many examples both in speech and in action. The purpose of the implementation of this approach is to instill spiritual intelligence in the child in the form of consciousness in conducting Islamic law, discipline in practicing Islamic values and feel happy to do ritual worship in daily life

Abstract

Radicalism is seen as dangerous for the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia. It is contradictory to Islamic values, where Islam upholds the principles of tolerance, peace, and respect for one's beliefs. Therefore, serious efforts are required from all levels of society to minimize the spread of this understanding, especially for the millennial generation. This study aims to find conceptual ideal ideas to deal with issues of radicalism through the role of (IRE) Islamic Religious Education teachers in the formal learning process at schools. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The study was carried out in Madrasa Aliyah (Islamic Senior High School) Maarif Tanjung Sari Sumedang. Data were collected through an interview, observation, and discussion. The data were analyzed using the interactive analysis technique. Results of the study revealed that the Islamic Religious Education teacher of MA Maarif Tanjung Sari played an important role in stemming radicalism. Implementing 5 principles in the teaching-learning process is the key.

Abstract

This study aims to track and formulate the strategies of teachers in building students' ethical manners during the online learning process which tends to decrease or even disappear. Since the presence of the Covid-19 virus outbreak, the learning system has transitioned from offline to online as a measure to control the wider virus outbreak. However, this online learning model still has many obstacles that arise, one of which is the decline in the polite character of students during implementation. When the camera is off, students are not known whether they listen to the teacher's explanation or not, several cases show that students sometimes do not follow lectures interactively, even though they are joined in a zoom link. If this kind of habituation is not responded to immediately by education practitioners, it can be fatal for the students' character to shift towards a negative direction, especially the character of politeness. This research study was carried out using a qualitative approach, where data collection used interview, observation and documentation techniques for five high school teachers from three different schools. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman's work tools: Display data, Reduction data, Drawing, and Conclusion. The results of the study show several important points: 1) Online learning has an impact on reducing children's character, 2) online learning challenges are difficult to monitor student involvement in learning, 3) strategies for improving polite character include providing clear rules, reward and punishment systems, habituation through teacher example. , learning contracts between teachers and students, consistent monitoring of student assignments, giving pre-tests 5 minutes before learning, providing materials related to manners and 4) character building requires integral cooperation from all parties, both teachers, parents, students , the community, and the school.
