Abstract

Background: Fenomena lingkungan merupakan peristiwa atau perubahan yang terjadi di alam dan berdampak pada ekosistem, manusia dan makhluk hidup lainnya. Di Indonesia dan dunia, ada banyak fenomena lingkungan yang patut diperhatikan karena dampaknya sangat besar. Bahkan di tingkat lokal, terutama terkait pengelolaan sampah dan sanitasi. Komunitas perempuan di Percut Sei Tuan belum sepenuhnya diberdayakan terkait denga isu lingkungan. Maka, perlu adanya pemberdayaan sebagai agen perubahan lingkungan melalui model EBSCO. Metode partisipatif diterapkan dalam 3 fase : (1) Edukasi Kesadaran (pelatihan pengelolaan sampah terpadu), (2) Aksi Cinta Lingkungan (pembentukan bank sampah dan produksi pupuk kompos dan eco-enzyme), serta (3) Penguatan Optimisme (kewirausahaan hijau). Peserta melibatkan 213 ibu rumah tangga dari 6 dusun terdampak banjir sampah. Hasil evaluasi pre test  dan post test menunjukkan 67% meningkat 84% literasi lingkungan (uji paired sample t-test, p < 0.05), pendirian 1 unit bank sampah dengan volume terkelola 50 kg/bulan, serta peningkatan pendapatan Rp 450.000/KK/bulan dari penjualan kerajinan daur ulang. Kesimpulan Model EBSCO terbukti efektif menciptakan keberlanjutan ekologis-sosial berbasis komunitas perempuan.

Abstract

TM. Ali Muda is a North Sumatran astronomy figure who came from Aceh. His work and contribution in the field of astronomy is beyond doubt. His thinking in the matter of determining the beginning of the month is to combine calculations and field observations. However, the tendency of his calculation (hisab) is also quite dominant which is shown by his analysis in various issues of celestial jurisprudence. Meanwhile, in the matter of matlak and Eid al-adha, the hajj-related services whose implementation is only in Mecca, according to him, are obliged to hold on to the matlak of Mecca, while those whose implementation is not only in Mecca are obliged to hold on to their respective matlak

Abstract

Abstrak: Sebagai negara dengan keragaman budaya, etnis, dan agama timbulnya tantangan dalam menjaga persatuan di tengah perbedaan. Moderasi beragama salah satu konsep penting dikuatkan sejak dini, karena kunci dalam memperkenalkan konsep moderasi beragama kepada generasi muda untuk menjawab tantangan zaman dapat tumbuh di tengah keragaman. Tenaga pendidik berperan penting untuk dapat menyampaikan pesan-pesan toleransi dan moderasi agar dapat membantu anak didik memahami agama yang moderat. Pengabdian Internasional (PKMI) kepada 50 tenaga kependidikan Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard Malaysia bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman konsep moderasi beragama dengan metode edukasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang diperoleh melalui evaluasi. Pemberian test saat sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dengan total pertanyaan berkisar antara 26-39 pertanyaan/indikator termasuk pre-test, post-test, kuesioner, observasi, dan diskusi. Dengan peningkatan persentase 25%.dari 60% meningkat 85 %. Dengan mengikuti edukasi menambah pemahaman peserta untuk diterapkan dalam pengajaran anak didik usia dini.Abstract: As a country with cultural, ethnic and religious diversity, there are challenges in maintaining unity amidst differences. Religious moderation is one of the important concepts to be strengthened from an early age, because the key to introducing the concept of religious moderation to the younger generation to answer the challenges of the times can grow in the midst of diversity. Educators play an important role to be able to convey messages of tolerance and moderation in order to help students understand moderate religion. International Service (PKMI) to 50 education personnel of Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard Malaysia aims to improve understanding of the concept of religious moderation with educational methods showing improvement obtained through evaluation. Giving tests before and after training with a total of questions ranging from 26-39 questions/indicators including pre-test, post-test, questionnaires, observations, and discussions. With a percentage increase of 25%, from 60% to 85%. By participating in the education, participants increased their understanding to be applied in teaching early childhood students.

Abstract

Kartika 1–2 High School in Medan and Free Methodist High School in Medan promote religious moderation through curriculum integration, school culture, and extracurricular programs. This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by Islamic Religious Education teachers and their collaboration with teachers of other religious subjects in fostering religious moderation, as well as to examine the challenges encountered in implementing these values within the K13 and Merdeka curricula. The research adopts a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using a deductive method. The findings indicate that religious moderation is strengthened through several key strategies: integrating moderation values into curriculum documents and classroom instruction; implementing project-based learning that promotes tolerance, mutual respect, and interreligious cooperation; organizing interfaith extracurricular activities and social service programs; and reinforcing moderate attitudes through religious celebrations, counseling, and school culture. The study also identifies several challenges, including external social influences and varying levels of parental involvement. Overall, the implementation of these strategies has contributed to improved student understanding and practice of religious moderation, as reflected in reduced SARA-based bullying, stronger interreligious solidarity, and more inclusive student leadership processes.
