Abstract

Quality human resources is one of the strengths owned by a company to achieve goals, one of which is to improve employee productivity. This study aims to analyze the extent to which influence factors work, training, and motivation to optimize work productivity achieved by employees at PT. Bank Sulselbar Main Branch of Makassar. The research method used is descriptive, validity, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS softaware. From the calculation results obtained t value for the variable Working Period is equal to 10,818 and by using the significance level (significance level) of 5% obtained t table of 1.671 while the sig value in the table of 0.000 because sig smaller than 0.05 that shows that Masa Work (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity (Y). The value of t arithmetic for the training variable is 2,360 while the sig value in the table is 0,021 so it shows that Training (X1) has a positive and significant influence on Work Productivity (Y). The t value for the Motivation variable is 4,172 and by using the significance level (significance level) of 5% obtained t table equal to 1.671 while the sig value in the table is 0.000 so that the Motivation (X3) has a positive and significant effect to the Work Productivity (Y) . While simultaneously, the calculation results obtained F-count larger than the F-table is 390.687> 2.53 While the sig value in the table of 0.000 is smaller than 0.005 indicates that the variable Working Period (x1), Training (x2), Motivation (X3) effect simultaneously or together to work productivity variable.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation, job satisfaction on the performance of Dispatchers at PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar. The method used in this research is the Descriptive Analysis method using multiple regression. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar, namely Dispatchers, the sample in this study were 34 Dispatchers. Data collection uses observations, questionnaires, and documentation while testing the hypothesis used to use validity analysis techniques, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, partial tests, and simultaneous tests. The results of this study indicate that first, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of dispatchers. Second, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on dispatcher's performance. Third, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on dispatcher performance. Fourth, if simultaneously the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and job satisfaction on dispatcher performance together have a significant effect on performance. The most dominant variable in the model is work motivation, 34% explains the relationship to dispatcher employee performance variables.

Abstract

The ability of human resources is a significant determinant of organizational performance and competitive advantage, HR is a determining factor for organizational success obtained from employee performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and workload on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the General and Equipment Section, Hasanuddin University. The research method used is the descriptive survey method with primary data collection in the form of questionnaires to the respondents. The research sample was 109 respondents. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The results of the study found that work discipline and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, the workload variable had a negative and significant effect on employee satisfaction and performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of mediation testing show that job satisfaction can partially mediate the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and workload on employee performance.

Abstract

Pada kondisi pasar yang sangat kompetitif perusahaan harus memiliki pemahaman yang menyeluruh mengenai kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaanya untuk menentukan suatu strategi yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi keunggulan bersaing yang tepat untuk dilakukan oleh PT Semen Tonasa. Penelitian deskriptif dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, FGD dan wawancara. Setelah dilakukan IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) dan EFE (External Factor Evaluation) dan analisis SWOT, PT Semen Tonasa harus fokus pada upaya mengejar pertumbuhan. Berdasarkan analisis QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) diperoleh strategi yang tepat untuk dilakukan adalah market penetration. PT Semen Tonasa harus meningkatkan market share di daerah pasar dengan profit margin yang besar dan melakukan cost efficiency dalam setiap tahapan proses produksi.

Abstract

Employee satisfaction with organizational policies causes greater organizational productivity as a result of employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance, job stress and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Makassar Panakkukang Branch. This study uses a saturated sampling technique, used a sample of 62 respondents employees of Makassar Panakkukang Branch Office. This writing data is obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature studies and direct interviews with related parties according to the purpose of writing. The analysis technique uses PLS data analysis consisting of structural models, measurement models, and Sobel models. The writing results show that work-life balance has a significant and negative effect on employee work stress, work-life balance also has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while work-life balance does not directly influence employee performance, work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work-life balance through work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work-life balance through job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Situational Leadership and Work Ethics on Employee Performance through Organizational Climate as an Intervening Variable in Gowa Agricultural Development Polytechnic. The type of data used in this study is divided into two, namely qualitative and quantitative data. The population in this study were all State Civil Apparatus at the Gowa Agricultural Development Polytechnic, which until 2018 totaled 98 people. A sample of 98 employees based on the population. The sampling technique used is the nonprobability sampling method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that situational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational climate. The better the leader applies situational leadership, the better the climate for the organization will be and conducive. Good situational leadership will create a good organizational climate so that it will have an impact on increasing employee performance. Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on organizational climate. The better the work ethic that is owned by employees, it will support the creation of a good organizational climate. The better the work ethic that is owned by an employee it will lead to a good organizational climate, which has an impact on increasing employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to see the performance condition of employees who are influenced by the commitment and motivation of public service in the One-stop Administration Services Office called SAMSAT Mappanyukki Makassar in the event of Pandemic Covid-19 which demands a large-scale social restriction. This research uses a questionnaire whose data will be processed using the SmartPLS application using the path analysis method. The results found that the motivation of public service and commitment has an effect on employees ' performance amid large-scale social restrictions. The limitations of this study are that there is no discussion group forum that collects employees because conditions do not support.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada kegiatan pertambangan batu kapur milik PT. Semen Tonasa dengan safety behavior sebagai intervening. Metode penelitian Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantatif yang merupakan metode untuk mengkaji teori tertentu dengan cara meneliti hubungan antar variable penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner, wawancara, obeservasi atau analisa dokumen-dokumen yang relevan dengan penelitian. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara parsial berdasarkan rumus slovin yang meliputi seluruh tahapan kegiatan penambangan batu kapur yang terdiri dari mine development, drilling, blasting, mining service, loading dan hauling. Metode analisis dilakukan menggunakan bantuan software smartpls meliputi pengujian outer model uji validitas dan reabilitas serta pengujian inner model yang terdiri dari analisis variant (R2) atau Uji Determinasi , path coefisien dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi mempengaruhi secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun hubungan kinerja secara tidak langsung melalui safety behavior berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan. Berdasarkan nilai r-square pada menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi mampu menjelaskan variabilitas konstrak kinerja sebesar 62,27%, dan sisanya 37,3 diterangkan oleh konstrak lainnya diluar yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan kompetensi mampu menjelaskan variabilitas konstrak safety behavior sebesar 67,5%, dan sisanya sebesar 32,5% diterangkan oleh konstrak lainnya diluar yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Safety Behavior, Kinerja.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis (1) pengaruh Peran Auditor Internal secara parsial terhadap efektivitas Pengendalian Internal di PT Semen Tonasa (2) pengaruh Pengendalian Internal secara parsial terhadap kinerja PT Semen Tonasa (3) pengaruh Peran Auditor Internal secara parsial terhadap kinerja PT Semen Tonasa dan (4) pengaruh Peran Auditor Internal terhadap kinerja PT Semen Tonasa dengan Pengendalian Internal sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif melalui desain deskriptif yaitu metode penelitian yang menjelaskan nilai suatu variabel dengan mengolah data-data yang ada kedalam suatu angka dan pada tahap analisis data menggunakan statistic deskriptif untuk membuktikan hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan dapat terbukti atau tidak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Peran Auditor Internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas Pengendalian Internal pada PT Semen Tonasa (2) Pengendalian Internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT Semen Tonasa (3) Peran Auditor Internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kinerja PT Semen Tonasa dan (4) Peran Auditor Internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT Semen Tonasa yang dimediasi oleh variabel Pengendalian Internal. Kata Kunci: Peran Auditor Internal, Pengendalian Internal, Kinerja Organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Overload and Job Stress Through Perceived Organizational Support on Job Performance at POS Regional VI Makassar Employees. This research is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study were Oranger POS Regional VI Makassar which was divided into 2 offices, namely the Makassar main branch office and SPP Makassar with a total sample of 81 respondents consisting of mobile orangers, delivery oranges and counter oranges. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with validity and reliability tests on all statement items. Data processing uses the application of Statistical product and service solution (SPSS) version 25 and path analysis to test the significance of the direct and indirect effects between variables using the Sobel test and the results are significant. The results showed that all variables had a positive and significant effect and the highest coefficient value was 0.683, the indirect effect of Job Strees on Job Performance through Perceived Organization Support and the lowest, namely 0.347 The Direct Effect of Work Overload on Job Performance.
