The use of smartphones can be one of the innovations of learning media by using Android-based e-modules. This research is a development research or known as Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The Android-based “MBARENGI” statistics e-module was validated by material experts, learning media experts, and tested on a limited group. Based on the feasibility test that has been carried out on material experts and media experts, it can be concluded that the Android-based E-Module is feasible and can be implemented in the learning process. Based on the paired hypothesis testing (t-paired) the value of count (12.45) > for ttable (2.16) is obtained, the resulting decision is to reject H0 so that the interpretation of the results of the paired hypothesis testing (t-paired) is the E-Statistics Module "MBARENGI" based on Android has a statistically significant effect on student learning outcomes. The large influence test is obtained through the eta square value of 0.94 > 0.14 so it is included in the category that has a large influence. Based on the eta squared value, it can be concluded that the E-Modul Statistics "MBARENGI" learning media based on Android has a statistically significant effect on student learning outcomes with a large effect of 94%.

Abstract

Management is a process of resources owned by a company to achieve the desired goals. According to Henry Fayol, this management has a good fuction if it applies five management functions, namely planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating. Based on the facts in the field obtained from an observation, there are several problems in the implementation of production management, namely the directing function and controlling function have not been running well. This research was carried out in several Home Industries, namely Bu Khollifah Usaha, whose address is Jl. Kedung Rahmat RT. 017/ RW. 005, Krajan Hamlet, Sepande Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency, Home Industry Pak Jamali Usaha, whose address is Jl. Sidodadi RT. 015/ RW. 020, Sudio Hamlet, Sidodadi Village, Candi District, Sidolarjo Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely examining the reality that occurs in the research field. In this series of research activities, descriptive data is produced in the form of written words. Based on the research results, the application of production management for the Tempe Khollifah home industry has implemented five management functions in accordance with Henry Fayol's theory. However, the implementation of production management has not run optimally because the direction and control sections have not been carried out well.

Abstract

This research analyzes the potential of the IPB-BSI-01 Series Cash Waqf Linked Deposit (CWLD) in collecting waqf funds for education. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with interview techniques and documentation studies, it was found that the CWLD Series IPB-BSI-01 succeeded in attracting public interest, collecting more than IDR 19.5 billion in waqf funds. However, this number has only reached 19% of the national target of IDR 100 billion, indicating that there are still large opportunities for improvement. The success of the IPB-BSI-01 Series CWLD is due to the ease of access and flexibility of waqf, transparency and accountability in fund management, as well as the clear benefits of educational scholarships for recipients. Challenges faced include a lack of socialization and literacy of CWLD products in the community, as well as the gap between national targets and current funding. The research conclusion shows that the CWLD IPB-BSI-01 Series has great potential as an important instrument in collecting education waqf funds in Indonesia. Constructive steps that need to be taken include intensive outreach, optimizing technology, diversifying fundraising strategies, strengthening transparency and accountability, as well as developing innovative products and services. With the collaboration of various parties, including the government, educational institutions, the private sector and the wider community, the IPB-BSI-01 Series CWLD program can achieve national targets and provide a significant positive impact on the future of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study attempts to ascertain the productivity and efficiency levels of eight Islamic banks and eight conventional banks in Indonesia during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Malmquist's Productivity Index (MPI), this study's input factors include labor expenses, assets, financing and revenue, and Third Party Funds (DPK). The findings indicate that the highest degree of efficiency has been effectively maintained by Bank Mandiri, BTN, BTPN, KB Bank Syariah, and BVS. Following the Covid-19 epidemic, BNI was the only bank to see an derivation in performance. Potential improvements in labor cost and revenue management were identified in a number of institutions by the Total Potential Improvement analysis .However, the MPI investigation demonstrates that banks such as BTPN and MEGA have seen notable boosts in productivity due to their successful adoption of digital technology. All things considered, this study demonstrates how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected Indonesian banks' performance. While some banks have maintained or even increased productivity, banks still face substantial hurdles in terms of profitability and efficiency. These findings suggest that in order to meet upcoming difficulties, operational efficiency gains and technology breakthroughs are essential.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between pilgrimage tourism to Wali tombs and halal tourism, focusing on the integration of Sharia values in the management of religious destinations. In the context of East Java, this research examines the application of Sharia principles by site managers to maintain the sanctity and integrity of the sites, as well as its impact on the experience of Muslim tourists. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with site managers, tourists, and local communities, along with direct field observations. The findings show that the application of Sharia management in site operations not only enhances tourist satisfaction but also strengthens the local economy and cultural preservation. However, the study also found a lack of understanding of Sharia values among some site managers. This research provides recommendations for site managers to create tourist destinations aligned with Sharia principles, supporting the growth of halal tourism in Indonesia. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for developing policies on sustainable and responsible religious tourism. This study has several limitations, including the geographical scope limited to East Java and restricted access to all pilgrimage site managers. Therefore, the findings cannot be generalized to all religious tourism destinations in Indonesia. Further research covering a broader area is recommended to enrich the findings.
