Abstract

Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan semiotik Charles Sanders Peirce untuk mengurai simbol dan tanda dalam video musik "OMG" oleh New Jeans, bertujuan untuk mengungkap realitas yang tersembunyi dalam industri K-Pop. Melalui teknik observasi dan tinjauan literatur, analisis ini mengungkap tiga tema utama: kepatuhan ketat yang diharapkan dari idola terhadap agensi dan basis penggemar mereka, stereotip gender yang merajalela, serta dampak interaksi parasosial. Temuan ini menekankan tekanan yang dihadapi oleh para idola, mencerminkan ekspektasi masyarakat luas dan dinamika komersial industri hiburan. Studi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman tentang representasi media dalam K-Pop tetapi juga memicu dialog tentang implikasi lebih luas dari potretan ini terhadap persepsi budaya dan kesejahteraan idola.

Abstract

This research focuses on integrating science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM) and virtual reality (VR) in engineering-science education through a lato-lato game (clackers ball). The research analyzes the development trends of VR, particularly the integration of the lato-lato game in STEAM education. Using a waterfall model, the research develops and tests VR-STEAM applications, involving analysis, design, development, and testing phases, with expert validation and student implementation. Data was collected from 60 Indonesian university students and analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Over the past 5 years, VR in education has surged, enhancing learning outcomes and student engagement. The study shows that integrating technology and pedagogy is crucial for effective STEAM education. The design of VR-STEAM is validated and ready for use. PLS-SEM analysis indicates that the indicators are valid and reliable for measuring university students’ experiences. The study reveals that integrating STEAM with VR significantly enhances engineering-science learning (ESL), focusing on understanding, personal goals, communication, and cooperation. VR serves as a mediator that fosters 21st-century skills. The research recommends developing assessment tools to measure VR-STEAM ethnoscience and evaluate effectiveness, highlighting the importance of technology in improving learning and connecting concepts to real-world phenomena like lato-lato.

Abstract

General Background: Teacher productivity is a critical factor in achieving educational quality in Islamic-based schools. Specific Background: Spiritual values and organizational work culture are frequently highlighted as contributing elements to improve teacher motivation and performance, yet studies examining both aspects simultaneously remain limited. Knowledge Gap: Previous research has focused more on technical competencies and management systems, while the integration of spirituality and work culture into teacher productivity has not been fully explored. Aim: This study aims to analyze the role of spirituality and work culture in supporting teacher productivity in Islamic-based schools. Results: The findings show that spirituality fosters commitment, responsibility, and sincerity, while a strong work culture creates discipline, collaboration, and consistency, both of which significantly reinforce teacher productivity. Novelty: The research highlights the simultaneous contribution of spiritual values and work culture, providing a more holistic perspective on teacher performance in Islamic-based schools. Implications: The results suggest that Islamic schools should prioritize both spiritual development and a supportive work culture to sustainably increase teacher productivity and institutional quality. Abstract

General Background: Social media platforms such as Instagram have become strategic tools for organizations to communicate values and activities to a broad audience. Specific Background: In the context of military institutions like the Pusat Penerbangan TNI Angkatan Laut (PUSPENERBAL), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) serves not only as a legal obligation but also as a medium to foster public trust and a positive image. Knowledge Gap: While CSR’s role in corporate brand building is widely studied, limited research addresses its integration with Instagram-based communication strategies in military contexts. Aims: This study analyzes PUSPENERBAL’s CSR activities published on Instagram in relation to brand image formation. Results: Using a qualitative descriptive method and the Triple Bottom Line framework (People, Planet, Profit), observations from July–December 2024 reveal that the People aspect includes health, education, and social initiatives; Planet covers wildfire suppression, tree planting, and food cultivation; and Profit is reflected in positive public engagement. CSR posts strengthen brand identity, personality, association, competence, and behavioral perceptions. Novelty: The study offers insights into CSR implementation by a naval aviation unit through a structured digital presence, highlighting non-commercial institutional branding. Implications: Findings suggest that consistent, well-framed CSR content on Instagram can reinforce stakeholder trust and institutional reputation in public sectors. Highlight: CSR strengthens brand dimensions through Instagram content. Triple Bottom Line guides activity focus: People, Planet, Profit. Abstract

General Background: Social class representation in films plays a significant role in shaping public perceptions of societal hierarchies. Specific Background: The film Satria Dewa: Gatotkaca integrates cultural narratives of Pandawa and Kurawa, offering a rich medium for exploring class distinctions. Knowledge Gap: Despite the prevalence of social stratification themes in Indonesian cinema, limited studies have examined them through Roland Barthes’ semiotic framework. Aims: This study analyzes the representation of social class in Satria Dewa: Gatotkaca using a descriptive qualitative approach with Barthes’ semiotic theory. Results: Analysis identified four key aspects: lifestyle disparities, differences in attire, implicit social boundaries, and class identity shaped by royal lineage. Novelty: The study extends semiotic analysis to a contemporary Indonesian superhero film, linking visual and narrative signs to socio-cultural constructs of class. Implications: Findings provide insights for media scholars and filmmakers on how cinematic signs reinforce or challenge social stratification, highlighting the role of visual storytelling in cultural discourse. Abstract

Dzikir adalah ibadah yang sangat penting bagi manusia karena mencakup berbagai macam ibadah dan banyak manfaat, salah satunya adalah kebahagiaan. Dikatakan bahwa dzikir adalah ibadah yang harus dilakukan sesuai dengan kehendak Allah, tetapi banyak orang di zaman sekarang yang melakukannya dengan cara yang tidak sesuai dengan syari'at. Studi ini menjelaskan semua konsep yang ada dalam Al-Qur'an tentang dzikir, termasuk metode, waktu, keuntungan, dan konsekuensi bagi mereka yang meninggalkannya. Penelitian kepustakaan ini menghimpun buku-buku dan bahan tertulis lain yang berkaitan dengan topik yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dzikir, atau ibadah apa pun yang dilakukan untuk mengingat Allah dan mengharapkan pahala dari-Nya, dapat dianggap sebagai ibadah. Cara berdzikir adalah dengan berdzikir dengan hati, lisan, atau keduanya, dengan memahami artinya, tunduk, takut, dan tidak mengeraskan suara, dan mengamalkannya. Waktu untuk berdzikir kepada Allah disebut muṭlaq dan muqayyad. Manfaat berdzikir adalah; diingat oleh Allah, mendapatkan ampunan dan pahala yang besar, dijauhkan dari kemunkaran, menjadikan hati tenang, mendapatkan keberuntungan dan kebahagiaan, istiqamah dalam shalat dan berinfak, menjadikan hati sabar, diberikan kekuatan dan pertolongan. Akibat bagi yang meninggalkan dzikir adalah; disifati sebagai orang Munafik, seperti orang Musyrik yang keras hati, ditampakan kepadanya neraka Jahanam, kehidupan yang sempit, di hari kiamat menjadi buta, menjadi orang yang celaka dan sesat, Termasuk orang yang dzalim, mendapatkan azab yang pedih, termasuk golongan syaithan dan mendapatkan kerugian. Abstract Dhikr (remembrance of Allah) is a very important act of worship for humans because it encompasses various forms of worship and offers many benefits, one of which is happiness. It is said that dhikr is an act of worship that must be performed according to Allah's will, but many people today perform it in ways that do not comply with sharia. This study explains all the concepts in the Qur'an about dhikr, including the methods, times, benefits, and consequences for those who abandon it. This literature study compiles books and other written materials related to the topic discussed. The research findings show that dhikr, or any act of worship performed to remember Allah and seek His reward, can be considered worship. The methods of dhikr are to perform it with the heart, the tongue, or both, understanding its meaning, being humble, fearful, not raising the voice, and practicing it. The times for dhikr of Allah are referred to as muṭlaq (general) and muqayyad (specific). The benefits of dhikr are: being remembered by Allah, obtaining forgiveness and great rewards, being kept away from evil, making the heart calm, attaining success and happiness, being steadfast in prayer and giving charity, making the heart patient, being granted strength and help. The consequences for those who abandon dhikr are: being characterized as hypocrites, like polytheists with hard hearts, being shown Hellfire, having a constrained life, being blind on the Day of Judgment, becoming wretched and misguided, being among the oppressors, receiving a severe punishment, being among the followers of Satan, and incurring loss.

Abstract

Perkembangan anak terpengaruh negatif jika ayah tidak mengikuti pendidikan keluarga. Al-Qur'an menggambarkan ayah ideal melalui kisah nabi. Salah satu dari cerita Nabi Ya'qub. Untuk melahirkan generasi yang baik, pemahaman tentang peran ayah dan sifat-sifatnya yang ideal dipelajari. Dengan mengacu pada kisah Nabi Ya'qub dalam Kitab Suci, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan peran yang harus dimainkan seorang ayah sebagai pendidik dalam keluarga, serta kualitas atau sifat yang harus ditanamkan dalam diri seorang ayah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tafsir tematik, dengan data yang berasal dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Dalam memahami pesan terkait konsep tertentu dalam Al-Qur'an, diterapkan metode tafsir maudu’i, yang menjadi landasan dalam penelitian ini. Dari banyak ayat yang menggambarkan interaksi antara Nabi Ya’qub dengan anak-anaknya, dapat diidentifikasi setidaknya sepuluh peran yang dimainkan oleh beliau sebagai seorang ayah. Ini mencakup pelindung, pengajar tauhid, pembimbing untuk bertawakkal kepada Allah, pendorong untuk memenuhi janji, pembina agar tidak mudah putus asa, pemberi nasihat yang baik, pendidik dalam menjaga rahasia, pencari informasi tentang keadaan anak-anaknya, mediator dalam memecahkan konflik di antara mereka, serta doa-doanya untuk kebaikan anak-anaknya. Dalam melaksanakan peran-peran ini, Nabi Ya’qub menunjukkan beberapa karakteristik penting seorang ayah, termasuk cinta dan kasih sayang yang mendalam terhadap anak-anaknya, responsif terhadap kebutuhan mereka, menjadi pendengar yang baik, bersabar dalam menghadapi cobaan, mencari kedamaian, memaafkan, berserah kepada Allah, tidak putus asa terhadap rahmat-Nya, serta tidak mengeluh kecuali kepada-Nya. Abstract Child development is negatively affected if the father does not attend family education. The Qur'an describes the ideal father through the story of the prophet. One of the stories of Prophet Ya'qub. In order to give birth to a good generation, an understanding of the role of the father and his ideal traits is studied. With reference to the story of Prophet Ya'qub in the Holy Bible, this study aims to determine the role that a father should play as an educator in the family, as well as the qualities or traits that should be instilled in a father. This study used a thematic interpretation approach, with data coming from primary and secondary sources. In understanding the message related to certain concepts in the Qur'an, the method of maudu'i interpretation is applied, which is the basis for this research. From the many verses describing the interaction between Prophet Ya'qub and his sons, at least ten roles can be identified that he played as a father. This includes a protector, a teacher of monotheism, a guide to trust Allah, a guide to fulfill promises, a coach so as not to be easily discouraged, a good advice giver, an educator in keeping secrets, a seeker of information about the situation of his children, a mediator in resolving conflicts between them, and his prayers for the good of his children. In performing these roles, Prophet Ya'qub exhibited several important characteristics of a father, including deep love and affection for his children, responsiveness to their needs, being a good listener, being patient in the face of trials, seeking peace, forgiving, surrendering to Allah, not discourageing His mercy, and not complaining except to Him.

Abstract

Tonsilitis merupakan salah satu manifestasi paling sering dari infeksi saluran nafas atas. Pada pasien dengan tonsilitis kronis terdapat kecenderungan peningkatan titer Anti Streptolisin O, sebuah antibodi terhadap antigen Streptolisin O yang dihasilkan oleh bakteri Streptokokus β Hemolitikus grup A. Bakteri yang juga diketahui menjadi agen penyebab pada penyakit jantung infeksi. Tujuan: Mengetahui dan menginterpretasikan nilai ASTO pasien tonsilitis pre dan paska tonsiloadenoidektomi dengan riwayat endokarditis infeksi Laporan Kasus: Seorang anak perempuan 15 tahun dilaporkan dengan tonsilitis kronis dan post infective endocarditis definite. Pada pasien dilakukan pengukuran titer ASTO sebelum dan sesudah tindakan tonsiloadenoidektomi. Setelah dilakukan tonsiloadenoidektomi didapatkan bahwa titer ASTO menjadi negatif. Kesimpulan: Tonsiloadenoidektomi pada pasien dengan tonsilitis kronis dapat menurunkan kadar ASTO dan reaktivasinya sehingga dapat menghindari resiko terjadinya komplikasi yang berhubungan dengan Streptokokus β Hemolitikus grup A

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the application of the DAGMAR (Defining Advertising Goals for Measured Advertising Results) theory in the digital marketing strategy of Dhila Food through the TikTok platform. The background of this research is based on the increasing use of social media by SMEs as a promotional tool to expand market reach and build stronger engagement with consumers, with TikTok chosen for its fast content distribution and interactive features. Method: This study uses a qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Results: The findings indicate that Dhila Food’s digital marketing strategy can be explained through the five stages of the DAGMAR theory: unaware, awareness, comprehension and image, attitude, and action. Consistent content uploads, the publication of On the Road schedules, live streaming activities, and documentation of customer queues are key factors in raising awareness, strengthening brand image, and fostering positive attitudes, which ultimately lead to purchase actions. Novelty: Thus, the application of DAGMAR in Dhila Food’s digital marketing strategy via TikTok has proven effective in increasing consumer interest and enhancing brand image.

Abstract

Objective: This study investigates the marketing promotion strategies employed by @Denn Market to enhance sales of thrifting products in response to the growing fashion trend, focusing on the role of digital media in shaping consumer behavior. Method: Using a qualitative approach, the study utilized in-depth interviews and observations to analyze the effectiveness of promotional strategies through social media platforms, specifically Instagram and TikTok. Results: The findings reveal that @Denn Market’s use of viral marketing, influencer collaborations, and visually appealing content significantly boosted consumer engagement and sales. Additionally, these strategies helped strengthen brand image and customer trust. However, challenges such as government regulations on used clothing imports and negative consumer perceptions were identified as obstacles. Novelty: This study highlights the importance of creative and adaptive digital marketing strategies in maintaining the competitiveness of thrifting businesses. It contributes to understanding how digital promotion can drive sustainable growth in the fashion industry, offering insights for businesses navigating the evolving landscape of consumer behavior and market competition.
