Abstract

Peran Digitalisasi di era teknologi pada saat ini  sudah menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya pelaku usaha dalam mempromosi kan produknya melalui platform online, Media Sosial, Website, dll, Tetapi tidak semua pelaku usaha  menggunakan teknologi tersebut, banyak hambatan yang mereka temukan dalam mempromosikan produknya oleh karena itu  tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan peningkatan keterampilan  dalam hal pemasaran terpadu dan pemanfaatan media sosial melalui digital marketing  di UMKM wilayah Kota sukabumi yang tergabung dalam Anggota SEA (Sukabumi Enterpreuner Association), Aktivitas yang dilakukan melalui Pelatihan Strategi Pemasaran terpadu dan Pemanfaatan Media Sosial

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Tugubandung, Kabupaten Sukabumi bertujuan untuk mempromosikan wisata melalui digital marketing. Hal ini dikarenakan para pelaku UMKM di Desa Tugubandung masih melakukan pemasaran produk berupa objek wisata dan produk UMKM secara tradisional. Metode yang dilakukan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu berupa penyuluhan mengenai pariwisata dan digital marketing yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dalam hal promosi objek wisata dan produk UMKM secara digital. Desa Tugubandung memiliki potensi wisata yang besar berupa alam dan segala sumber dayanya, hasil alam ini dimanfaatkan menjadi produk-produk yang diolah di industri rumahan seperti produk teh rosella, makanan rengginang, enye, dan sebagainya. Pemasaran yang masih bersifat tradisional kurang mendukung potensi wisata yang dimiliki daerah ini, sehingga digitalisasi pemasaran sangat diperlukan untuk menyangga potensi wisata tersebut dan memungkinkan desa ini menjadi desa wisata di masa yang akan datang. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan cara pemberian informasi terkait produk seperti packaging, dan cara memasarkan produk di beberapa platform digital seperti WhatsApp bisnis, dan media sosial lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan management usaha dan inovasi yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa bidang Kewirausahaan (PKM-K) tahun 2021. Program tersebut memiliki tujuan untuk membentuk mahasiswa agar memiliki jiwa wirausaha yang kreatif dan inovatif. Salah satu program PKM-K yang telah didanai yaitu Bellissimo Folding Table: Inovasi Meja Lipat Multifungsi untuk Pelajar dan Penata Rias. Inovasi produk dari meja lipat multifungsi yang ditawarkan berupa penggabungan tiga jenis fungsi produk menjadi satu. Pembuatan produk dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya meja belajar sebagai fasilitas penunjang dalam belajar. Adanya permasalahan seperti ruangan yang terbatas menjadi hambatan untuk memiliki meja belajar. Produk Bellissimo Folding table diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi pelajar yang memiliki ruang terbatas serta memfasilitasi pelajar untuk memaksimalkan proses belajarnya. Beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ini meliputi tahap persiapan, produksi, pemasaran, pencapaian tujuan, evaluasi dan laporan. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM-K Bellissimo Folding Table yaitu 8 produk dengan 3 variasi, hak cipta produk, serta omset sebanyak Rp 2.250.000 dari hasil penjualan 5 buah produk.

Abstract

Purpose – this paper seeks to examine the effect of leadership effectiveness on organizational performance. By looking at the Muhammadiyah organization in Indonesia, especially in Sukabumi. Methodology/approach - this research uses a quantitative method approach. The population of this research is all members of Muhammadiyah in Sukabumi. The sampling technique that will be used in this study is the random sampling method. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. Findings – it is found that simultaneously the three variables have a significant influence on (Y), which means the organization can develop if the leader applies leadership which includes Leader-Subordinate Relations, Task Structure and Leadership Position Strength simultaneously (simultaneously). And the leadership-subordinate relationship variable partially does not have a significant effect. While the other two variables have a significant effect. Novelty/value – leadership style or leadership model is often used as material for studies related to human resources, usually associated with employee performance, motivation and organizational behavior. While the organizational performance is very minimally studied, even though the development factor of an organization can be influenced by leadership.

Abstract

The brand awareness of traditional culinary Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in West Java can arise from green marketing initiatives triggered by influencer marketing and company commitment. In this article, we explore the effect of influencer marking and green marketing moderated by consumer trust in influencers on SMEs' brand awareness. The population framework in this study is more than 26,000 traditional culinary SMEs in West Java. The representative sample is 380 based on the calculation. Inferential analysis employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results find that influencer marketing positively affects both green marketing initiatives and brand awareness. Green marketing initiatives positively influence brand awareness, and consumer trust in influencers enhances brand awareness. Consumer trust in influencers also moderates the effects of both influencer marketing and green marketing initiatives on brand awareness. Additionally, green marketing initiatives mediate the relationship between influencer marketing and brand awareness, serving as a channel through which influencer marketing impacts brand awareness. These findings highlight the importance of influencer marketing, green marketing initiatives, and consumer trust in shaping brand awareness in a sustainable context.

Abstract

In today's digitally modern world, characterized by dynamic business landscapes, effective leadership is crucial and cannot be overstated. Strong, decisive, and capable leaders are crucial in overcoming obstacles and complexity related to the company's 5.0 dynamic. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state of leadership research by focusing on factors that significantly affect leadership. Motivated by the need to create a comprehensive body of literature on peer pressure, this study used a bibliometric approach, identifying 163 studies using the terms "leadership development" and "strong leadership" from the Scopus database. The most frequently reviewed articles are analyzed to highlight key contributions and provide general information about this field. All of the aforementioned information covers several aspects such as the relationship between managers and employees, manager characteristics, and strong management influence on employees' work and creativity. The practical implications of this research have the potential to serve as a valuable reference for researchers and practitioners, assisting in the development of clear and concise conclusions with the relevant context. Organizations should be encouraged to integrate their internal processes with the results of their bibliometric analysis. This study highlights the importance of leadership in managing business ventures and daily operations, as well as providing insights into the current state of research and the role of researchers in developing critical understanding of leadership

Abstract

The purpose of this community service after the COVID-19 pandemic is to improve the tourism sector and creative economy in Cianaga Village, Sukabumi Regency. MSME and tourism mapping shows untapped potential. The village faces problems such as being in a disaster-prone area and not many people know about the creative economy opportunities. Students of KKN Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi work together with local governments and village patriots to increase public understanding of tourism, creative economy, and the use of digital technology through counseling and mentoring. Tourismassistance, MSME product development, entrepreneurship training, and digital marketing are some forms of community service. Mapping of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) found that several business actors actively produce superior products. Becausethis village arena is under the foothills of Mount Halimun Salak which is prone to landslides, disaster mitigation counseling is also carried out. MSME players receive intensive assistance to improve product quality and marketing. One result is an integrated travel web, increased public understanding of the creative economy, and active participation in disaster reduction. Overall, this community service can improve the economy and welfare of Cianaga Village.

Abstract

Penjualan produk bagi UMKM merupakan masalah klasik yang sering dihadapi bagi UMKM yang berada di perkotaan dan di pedesaan. Masalah bertambah pelik ketika UMKM tersebut masih menggunakan cara konvensional. Terkait masalah penjualan dan tidak mengikuti perkembangan menuju penjualan digital yang lebih efektif dan lebih menguntungkan bagi UMKM. Hal ini masih banyak dijumpai pada UMKM di Desa Cileungsing, Kecamatan Cikakak Pelabuhan Ratu, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada warga dan UMKM yang terdapat di Desa Cileungsing mengenai promosi melalui media digital. Begitupula terkait media sosial dalam meningkatkaan promosi untuk keberlangsungan UMKM yang ada. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bermitra dengan Kecamatan Cikakak Pelabuhan Ratu, Kabupaten Sukabumi khususnya warga desa dan UMKM yang berada di Desa Cileungsing. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan terkait digital marketing yang dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan kepada UMKM yang ada. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan warga dan pelaku UMKM di Desa Cileungsing tentang pentingnya pemasaran secara digital. Efektivitas dari pemasaran secara digital baik kegunaan serta kemudahan yang didapat serta pengoperasian platform digital yang dapat dilakukan secara mandiri oleh para pelaku UMKM. Product sales for MSMEs is a classic problem that is often faced by MSMEs in urban and rural areas. The problem gets more complicated when these MSMEs still use conventional methods. Related to sales issues and not following developments towards digital sales that are more effective and more profitable for MSMEs. This is still widely found in MSMEs in Cileungsing village, Cikakak Pelabuhan Ratu District, Sukabumi Regency. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge to residents and MSMEs in Cileungsing village regarding promotion through digital media. Similarly, related to social media in increasing promotion for the sustainability of existing MSMEs. This service activity is in partnership with Ciadik District, Pelabuhan Ratu, Sukabumi Regency, especially villagers and MSMEs in Cileungsing village. This activity is carried out with counseling methods related to digital marketing followed by assistance to existing MSMEs. The result of this service activity is the increasing knowledge of residents and MSME actors in Cileungsing Village about the importance of digital marketing. The effectiveness of digital marketing both the usability and convenience obtained as well as the operation of digital platforms that can be done independently by MSMEs actors.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju membawa perubahan dalam dunia usaha, tren pemasaran digital semakin meningkat. Banyak kendala yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM, seperti: kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang mampu membangun bisnis digital untuk produk UMKM, keterbatasan operator UMKM dalam konsep pemasaran digital dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi pemasaran digital. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan layanan bagi para pelaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam SEA dalam menjual produknya agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan perekonomian masyarakat. Pemasaran yang digunakan adalah berupa aplikasi warung digital dengan nama seapreneur.id. Tujuan dari layanan ini adalah untuk membantu mitra seapreneur.id dan mitra anggotanya yaitu UMKM-nya yang tergabung dalam SEA-nya menjual produk untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan meningkatkan perekonomian. Metode yang digunakan dengan cara sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan terakhir dengan launching aplikasi seapreneur kepada konsumen. Sehingga dengan adanya kegiatan pendampingan ini para pelaku UMKM semakin luas jangkauan pemasarannya baik nasional maupun internasional. The development of increasingly advanced technology brings changes in the business world, and digital marketing trends are increasing. There are many obstacles faced by MSME players, such as a lack of human resources who can build a digital business for MSME products, limitations of MSME operators in digital marketing concepts, and implementing digital marketing applications. This community service aims to provide services for MSME players who are members of SEA in selling their products to increase sales and the community's economy. The marketing used is in the form of a digital warung application with the name seapreneur, id The purpose of this service is to help seapreneur.id partners and their member partners, namely MSMEs, which are members of their SEA, sell products to increase sales and improve the economy.  The method is used through socialization, training, mentoring, and finally by launching the seapreneur application to consumers.  So that with this mentoring activity, MSME players will expand their marketing reach both nationally and internationally.

Abstract

If the goal is achieved well, the performance is declared a success. Overall, effective digital leadership, strong competencies, and a good work environment interact and influence each other to improve employee performance. However, many businesses, especially those related to freight forwarding services, face performance problems such as lack of knowledge about digital information technology, poor work environment, high turnover, and low discipline. All these problems disrupt company operations and performance. Therefore, this research aims to see how the performance of JNE Sukabumi branch employees is influenced by digital leadership, employee abilities and the work environment. It is hoped that this research will offer a new perspective on how to improve company performance and competitiveness in the technological era. This study utilizes a quantitative research model. In this research, probability sampling is used to collect data by distributing questionnaires and company data. The study's findings indicate that work environment, competency, and digital leadership all positively and significantly impact employee performance. Additionally, competency, work environment, and digital leadership all positively and significantly impact employee performance when taken together.
