Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of delivery time and price on sales level with trust as a mediating variable among rice store consumers in Sukabumi Regency. The research applied a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. Data were collected from 112 respondents using questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The results revealed that delivery time positively and significantly influences both trust and sales level. Trust also has a positive and significant effect on sales level. Conversely, price does not significantly affect trust but has a negative and significant impact on sales. These findings indicate that logistical efficiency plays a more important role in building trust and increasing sales than pricing strategies. Therefore, business practitioners are advised to focus more on delivery accuracy and speed rather than merely competing on price.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze city branding and smart city on the decision to visit Ciletuh Geopark, Sukabumi Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that City Branding has an effect on City Image, Smart City has a positive effect on City Image, City Image has an effect on the decision to visit, meaning that the better the City Branding that is implemented, the more it will increase the visitor's decision to visit Ciletuh Geopark, City Branding has no effect on the decision to visit, and Smart City has an effect on the decision to visit. This study contributes to the development of marketing management science, especially in the field of city branding and smart city in the tourism industry. The results of this study emphasize the importance of applying these concepts to improve visitor experience and satisfaction, and offer additional insights on how to optimize destination marketing strategies through technological innovation and more effective branding approaches.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide interactive leadership training to the children of migrant workers and raise awareness of the importance of education and self-development. The programme aims to help children develop social and leadership skills that can be used in daily life. The methods include interactive discussions, focus groups, and participatory group work. The main activity is assembling a puzzle that is part of a group exercise, accompanied by delivering inspirational stories about great leaders to motivate participants to practise cooperation and decision-making in real-life situations. The training involved children of migrant workers aged 10-18 years in migrant communities in Malaysia. The evaluation instruments for this activity include participant satisfaction questionnaires and pre-post tests to measure knowledge and skill improvement. The collected data was analysed using descriptive statistical techniques, and a comparison of pre- and post-training test results was made to assess the effectiveness of the programme. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in leadership understanding and confidence, as well as communication and teamwork skills. Participants were more enthusiastic and active in discussions and were able to apply the concept of leadership in daily life. Experience- and practice-based approaches have proven to be more effective than theoretical approaches, which allow participants to learn through real practice. This programme empowers children of migrant workers to be better prepared for challenges and to play an active role in their communities. In addition, this training model can be adapted for leadership development programmes in other marginalised communities.

Abstract

In today's digitally modern world, characterized by dynamic business landscapes, effective leadership is crucial and cannot be overstated. Strong, decisive, and capable leaders are crucial in overcoming obstacles and complexity related to the company's 5.0 dynamic. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state of leadership research by focusing on factors that significantly affect leadership. Motivated by the need to create a comprehensive body of literature on peer pressure, this study used a bibliometric approach, identifying 163 studies using the terms "leadership development" and "strong leadership" from the Scopus database. The most frequently reviewed articles are analyzed to highlight key contributions and provide general information about this field. All of the aforementioned information covers several aspects such as the relationship between managers and employees, manager characteristics, and strong management influence on employees' work and creativity. The practical implications of this research have the potential to serve as a valuable reference for researchers and practitioners, assisting in the development of clear and concise conclusions with the relevant context. Organizations should be encouraged to integrate their internal processes with the results of their bibliometric analysis. This study highlights the importance of leadership in managing business ventures and daily operations, as well as providing insights into the current state of research and the role of researchers in developing critical understanding of leadership

Abstract

Studi literatur ini dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan berbagai jenis informasi terhadap penerapan etika bisnis terhadap kepuasan konsumen menurut pandangan Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini yaitu studi literatur yang dimana kita harus mengumpulkan beberapa jenis penelitian terlebih dahulu untuk menjawab penerapan etika bisnis terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Maka hasil dari studi ini yaitu penerapan etika bisnis sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, karena dengan para pelaku bisnis menerapkan semua kode etik dalam bisnis maka akan terciptanya suatu kepuasan tersendiri bagi para konsumen. Selain itu, sikap yang harus ditanamkan dalam seorang pebisnis yaitu seperti jujur, amanah, tidak merugikan orang lain, dan selalu berbuat baik. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa etika tergadap kepuasan konsumen memegang peranan yang sangat penting sebagai salah satu alat komunikasi dalam berbisnis.

Abstract

A thorough grasp of the variables influencing portfolio performance is necessary given the significance of investment portfolio management in the face of shifting financial market dynamics. This study uses a method called the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with an emphasis on Prefered Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) 2020, which has not been discovered in prior research on the same issue. The study highlights the importance of ratios like Sharpe, Treynor, Jensen, and Sortino in assessing investment portfolio success. It also highlights the impact of non-financial variables like household preferences on performance. Return is crucial, and diversification can lower risk and boost returns. The study emphasizes the use of Value-at-Risk (VaR) for dynamic risk evaluation.

Abstract

In the pharmaceutical industry, customer loyalty is a crucial factor for the sustainability of the pharmacy business. One strategy used to increase customer loyalty is to implement a Memberly Card membership program and provide a quality shopping experience (Customer Experience). However, there are still limitations in understanding how these two factors affect Customer Loyalty, especially considering the role of Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study aims to analyze the effect of Memberly Card and Customer Experience on Customer Loyalty, with Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study was conducted on customers of Apotek Tasik in Sukabumi City using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional research design. The purposive sampling method was used to determine a sample consisting of 126 respondents, according to the Hair formula (2018). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicate that Memberly Card has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (β = 0.506; p = 0.012) and Customer Loyalty (β = 0.457; p = 0.016). Likewise, Customer Experience has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction (β = 0.293; p = 0.036) and Customer Loyalty (β = 0.268; p = 0.033). In addition, Customer Satisfaction is proven to have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (β = 0.215; p = 0.027). These findings indicate that membership-based loyalty programs and positive customer experiences can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty to pharmacies. This study provides practical implications for pharmacy managers to improve loyalty programs and improve customer experience to strengthen customer loyalty. This study also enriches the literature on factors that influence Customer Loyalty in the pharmaceutical industry.

Abstract

Village development is a priority in national development, one way is by building BUMDes and MSMEs to develop village potential with the aim of improving community welfare. Government assistance in the form of village funds is provided to achieve this goal. However, as time goes by, many BUMDes and MSMEs are unable to develop even to the point of stalling. The method of implementing this community service activity is carried out with the stages of observation, training, and mentoring. Based on observations, it was found that some BUMDes managers did not develop businesses based on village potential and there was still a lack of knowledge of village managers about BUMDes. Furthermore, at the training stage, it resulted in an increase of 57% in the understanding of BUMDes and MSME managers. However, in terms of assistance, it is very necessary to have support from regional leaders so that further training needs to be improved, especially in increasing human resources so that good regeneration of BUMDes and MSMEs management is needed in the Gegerbitung District, Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Tugubandung, Kabupaten Sukabumi bertujuan untuk mempromosikan wisata melalui digital marketing. Hal ini dikarenakan para pelaku UMKM di Desa Tugubandung masih melakukan pemasaran produk berupa objek wisata dan produk UMKM secara tradisional. Metode yang dilakukan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu berupa penyuluhan mengenai pariwisata dan digital marketing yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dalam hal promosi objek wisata dan produk UMKM secara digital. Desa Tugubandung memiliki potensi wisata yang besar berupa alam dan segala sumber dayanya, hasil alam ini dimanfaatkan menjadi produk-produk yang diolah di industri rumahan seperti produk teh rosella, makanan rengginang, enye, dan sebagainya. Pemasaran yang masih bersifat tradisional kurang mendukung potensi wisata yang dimiliki daerah ini, sehingga digitalisasi pemasaran sangat diperlukan untuk menyangga potensi wisata tersebut dan memungkinkan desa ini menjadi desa wisata di masa yang akan datang. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan cara pemberian informasi terkait produk seperti packaging, dan cara memasarkan produk di beberapa platform digital seperti WhatsApp bisnis, dan media sosial lainnya.Â
