Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-service quality and consumer confidence on customer satisfaction. The use of the method in this study is to use a type of sampling included in the sample random sampling and by distributing questionnaires as many as 96 to consumers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for hypothesis testing is a statistical test partial (t test) and simultaneous testing (f test). T test results show that e-service quality (X1) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, consumer confidence (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the F test the probability value sig 0,000 <0.10 which means that together e-service quality (X1) and consumer confidence (X2) significantly influence consumer satisfaction (Y). Conclusion, together e-service quality and consumer trust significantly influence consumer satisfaction Keywords: E-Service Quality, Consumer Trust, Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui promosi dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV. Neptuns Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sistem random sampling dimana penulis menyebarkan kuisioner terhadap 80 konsumen. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji koefesien determinasi menunjukan nilai Adjuster (R2) adalah sebesar 0,517 yang berarti pengaruh promosi dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah 52,9% dan 47,1% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Selain itu, pengujian koefesien korelasi ganda menunjukan nilai R sebesar 0,728 yang berarti terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara promosi dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil uji F yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan nilai Sig. adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Simpulan, promosi dan citra merek berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Citra Merek, Keputusan Pembelian, Promosi

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelompok referensi, keluarga serta peran dan status terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pengguna Lazada di Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode sampel probability sampling dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 116 kepada para pengguna Lazada di Kota Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji koefisien determinasi dilihat dari nilai R Square adalah sebesar 0,291. Pengaruh kelompok referensi, keluarga, serta peran dan status terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online pada pengguna Lazada di Kota Sukabumi adalah 29,1% dan sisanya 70,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kemudian berdasarkan uji koefisien korelasi ganda dapat diketahui dari nilai R sebesar 0,540. Berdasarkan uji f nilai probabilitas Sig. 0,00 < 0,05. Simpulan, secara bersama-sama kelompok referensi, keluarga, serta peran dan status berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Adapun untuk hasil uji t, kelompok referensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan peran dan status berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer experience dan customer satisfaction terhadap minat beli ulang pada PD. Mochi Kaswari Lampion Kota Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode sistem random sampling dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 90 orang pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji koefesien determinasi menunjukan bahwa pengaruh customer experience dan customer satisfaction terhadap minat beli ulang adalah 53,8% dan 46,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Selain itu, pengujian koefesien korelasi ganda menunjukan bahwa angka R Sebesar 0,734. Berdasarkan hasil uji f yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 50,843 > Ftabel 2,36. Adapun uji t yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa Nilai signifikasi yang didapat 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 5,008 > ttabel 1,66256. Simpulan, customer experience dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap minat beli ulang pada PD. Mochi Kaswari Lampion Sukabumi. Adapun secara parsial, customer experience dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang pada PD. Mochi Kaswari Lampion Sukabumi. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure how much influence brand reputation and brand trust have in increasing customer loyalty of local cosmetic brand Emina Cosmetics in Sukabumi City. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method and associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling involving 397 female respondents using Emina Cosmetics in Sukabumi City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which includes multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (T test). Research result by using the F. test shows that the calculated F valueof 256.896 > F table 3.01 with sig level. 0.00 0 < 0.05 which means that Brand Reputation (X1) and Brand Trust (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y). Furthermore, using the T-test shows that each t - value Brand Reputation (X1) and Brand Trust (X2) equal to 10.878, 11.330 > t table 1.97 with sig level. 0.00 0 < 0.05 which means that Brand Reputation (X1) and Brand Trust (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the brand image variable (X1) and online consumer review on consumer loyalty (Y). The method used in this research is descriptive and associative methods using a quantitative approach, the sample used is 150 respondents to consumers of Nature Republic Aloe Vera 92% Soothing Gel in Sukabumi City which are distributed using googlefrom, and using probability sampling techniques using probability sampling. random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear analysis technique, the T test and the F test. The results of this study indicate that the brand image variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the consumer loyalty variable (Y) and the online consumer review variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on the consumer loyalty variable (Y). The coefficient of determination test results showed a value of 0.516 which can be interpreted as the percentage of variables X1 and X2 which have a value of 51.6% and the remaining 48.4% which is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi COVID-19 tidak hanya melemahkan sektor kesehatan, tetapi juga  aktivitas ekonomi. Sektor riil, atau ekonomi mikro, sebenarnya harus beradaptasi melalui penerapan protokol kesehatan. Di awal pandemi, sebelum diberlakukan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) di beberapa provinsi, kota, dan kabupaten,  pedagang kecil, pedagang asongan, dan orang-orang yang bekerja di sektor ekonomi harus kehilangan 20 hingga 60 persen dari penjualannya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di wilayah kota Sukabumi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 45 hari dari mulai melakukan pemetaan sampai dengan pendampingan berupa penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada para pelaku UMKM yang terdampak oleh covid 19 ini. Pendampingan ini diberikan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa KKN UMMI  di wilayah kota Sukabumi sebagai hasil penyusunan peta potensi produk unggulan kota Sukabumi, meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat sebagai pelaku usaha UMKM di Kota Sukabumi, meningkatkan kemungkinan digitalisasi bisnis dengan meningkatkan pendapatan dan memperluas jangkauan pemasarannya

Abstract

The aim this research is to know the influence of customer satisfaction and brand trust toward customer retention. The method of this research is using kind of samples including random samples and questionnaires to 101 consumers. The analytical technique, in here is multiple linear analysis technique, and for the hypotesis testing, we use statistic test partially (testing t) and simultaneous test (testing f). The reseacrh result for testing t indicates that both customer satisfaction (X1) and brand trust (X2) have significant influence towards customer retention (Y). According to probability value of sig. 0,000 < 0,05 means that both satisfaction (X1) and brand trust (X2) have significant influence towards customer retention (Y). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of store environment and positive emotions on impulse buying in the cafe. The method used in this study is the use the type of probability sampling includes in the simple random sampling. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents and data collection methods using a questionnaire. The analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including test coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient, simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (T test). The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from value (Adjusted R2) of 0,425 can be interpreted that the effect of Store Environment and Positive Emotions on Impulse Buying is 42,5%. The remaining 57,5% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.661, it shows that there is a strong relationship between store environment and positive emotions with impulse buying. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0,000 <0,10, which means that together Store Environment (X1) and Positive Emotions (X2) significantly influence Impulse Buying (Y). Conclusion, based on the t test showing Store Environment (X1) has a significant effect on Impulse Buying (Y), Positive Emotions (X2) has a significant effect on Impulse Buying (Y). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the uniqueness of the product and word of mouth towards purchasing decisions at the UMKM UMKM Sukugumi Sugema UMKM. The research method used by the authors in this study used a system of random sampling where the authors distributed questionnaires to 75 consumers. The analysis technique used by the writer is using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, multiple correlation coefficient and determination coefficient. And to test the hypothesis the author uses a partial statistical test (t test) and a simultaneous test (f test). The results of the study using the determination coefficient test shows the value (Adjuster R2) of 0.749 which means the influence of product uniqueness and word of mouth on purchasing decisions is 76% and 24% influenced by other factors not examined. In addition, testing multiple correlation coefficients shows an R value of 0.869, which means there is a strong relationship between product uniqueness and word of mouth towards purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F test that has been done, the sig value is found. 0,000 <0,05. Conclusions, product uniqueness and word of mouth partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Uniqueness, Word Of Mouth, Purchasing Decision.
