Abstract

The aims of the research were to describe the Ulur-ulur traditional ceremony, the procession, and the values of local wisdom in it. The research applied a qualitative study using a snowball sampling method with passive participant observation techniques and interviews. The researchers conducted in-depth interviews with note-taking and one-on-one interview techniques, namely by asking questions to the informants one by one and then recording the answers from the informants. The data validated by the source triangulation method were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman research method which included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research result shows that (1) the Ulur-ulur ceremony is one of the rituals that manifests the residents’ gratitude for the abundant water sources for the residents’ rice fields. (2) Ulur-ulur traditional ceremony procession consists of the preparation stage, jodhang procession, jamasan of Dewi Sri and Jaka Sedana statues, prayers and kajat, sowing flowers, and closes with a typical art performance of Tulungagung regency. (3) The practice of Ulur-ulur traditional ceremony has local wisdom values: religious, social, educational, historical, and economic values.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited use of literary works, especially short story anthologies, as a medium for revealing the author's worldview in the context of literary learning. The focus of this research is the short story anthology Tukar Takdir by Valiant Budi, which is considered representative of contemporary Indonesian society's collective consciousness. The purpose of this research is to describe the author's worldview in the anthology by examining the story structure, character conflicts, and cultural symbols used. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through document analysis, observation, and interviews, and validity is established through theoretical triangulation. Data analysis is carried out using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and result verification. The main data of this research are the texts of the short stories in Tukar Takdir and supporting documentation from the author and readers. The results of this research show that the author's worldview is reflected in the character conflicts and the storyline that depicts the dialectic between individual fate and social structure. This finding confirms that literary works are not only aesthetic but also represent ideology and social awareness, serving as a medium for critical learning. In conclusion, Tukar Takdir is not just an anthology of short stories but rather a representation of the author's worldview, relevant to contemporary social problems, and with great potential to support reflective, dialogical, and transformative literary learning.

Abstract

Technology integration in Indonesian language learning is a crucial requirement in the transformation of 21st-century education, but its implementation at the classroom level still faces various obstacles. This study aims to analyze the obstacles to technology integration in Indonesian language learning in the Solo Raya region using the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework. This study used an evaluative research design with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model and applied a mixed-method approach with a dominant qualitative approach. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with Indonesian language teachers and MGMP coordinators, questionnaire distribution, and analysis of digital learning documentation. The research subjects included Indonesian language teachers and junior high school students in the Surakarta, Karanganyar, Boyolali, and Wonogiri regions. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively using the interactive analysis model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, with triangulation applied to maintain the validity of the findings. The results showed that obstacles to technology integration stem not only from teachers' limited technological knowledge, but also from the weak integration between technological knowledge, pedagogy, and Indonesian language learning content. Technology tends to be used instrumentally and has not been pedagogically integrated. Contextual factors such as limited infrastructure and students' digital literacy contribute to these barriers. This study concludes that effective technology integration in Indonesian language learning requires holistic and contextual strengthening of TPACK, not simply improving digital device proficiency.

Abstract

Naskah drama merupakan salah satu bentuk sastra yang mampu mencerminkan realitas sosial dan memperkuat pesan moral dalam sebuah narasi teater. Salah satu karya sastra Indonesia yang memadukan elemen-elemen tersebut adalah Barabah karya Motinggo Busye. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konflik sosial dan nilai moral yang terdapat dalam naskah drama "Barabah" serta mengevaluasi relevansinya sebagai materi ajar sastra di sekolah menengah atas (SMA). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan sosiologi sastra yang digunakan untuk mengkaji naskah drama “Barabah” yaitu konflik sosial dan nilai moral. Peneliti akan menganalisis beberapa macam konflik sosial yang terdapat dalam naskah drama Barabah karya Motinggo Busye mulai dari a) Konflik antarindividu, b) Konflik antarkelompok, c) Konflik antargenerasi, d) Konflik gender dan nilai moral yang terdapat pada penelitian ini adalah a) Nilai Empati, b) Nilai Hati Nurani, c) Nilai Kebaikan Hati, d) Nilai Rasa Hormat, e) Nilai Kontrol Diri, dan f) Nilai Keadilan, serta penelitian ini direlevansikan sebagai materi ajar sastra di SMA.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran inovatif banyak dikembangkan seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang memungkinkan dilakukkannya pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, antara lain model flipped learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan interaksi dan keterampilan menulis puisi dengan mengunakan model flipped learning. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dalam dua siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 10 IPS 5 SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan analisis dokumen, observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Untuk menguji validitas data dilakukan dengan triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif komparatif dan analisis kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran flipped learning dapat meningkatkan interaksi peserta didik dari 41,67% dalam kategori aktif menjadi 47,22% dalam kategori sangat aktif. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran flipped learning dapat meningkatkan nilai rata-rata keterampilan menulis puisi peserta didik dari 58,33 pada siklus I menjadi 83,69 pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dalam disimpulkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran flipped learning dapat meningkatkan interaksi dan keterampilan menulis puisi peserta didik kelas 10 IPS 5 SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk pembelajaran sastra di SMP adalah mempelajari puisi. Gaya bahasa sering menjadi fokus kajian dalam puisi. Karya sastra puisi juga memiliki nilai edukatif yang dapat diterapkan dan berkontribusi dalam proses pengembangan karakter terutama di bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) gaya bahasa dalam kumpulan puisi Mengapa Luka Tidak Memaafkan Pisau; (2) nilai pendidikan karakter dalam kumpulan puisi tersebut; (3) relevansi hasil temuan penelitian ini sebagai bahan ajar sastra di SMP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data berupa dokumen, yaitu kumpulan puisi Mengapa Luka Tidak Memaafkan Pisau karya M Aan Mansyur yang terdiri dari 41 puisi, dan informan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik analisis dokumen dan wawancara. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi teori dan sumber data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis mengalir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) gaya bahasa yang ditemukan 32 macam gaya bahasa dengan total keseluruhan 226 data, di antaranya personifikasi 47 data, repetisi 36 data, pertanyaan retoris 23 data, metafora 17 data, simile 15 data; (2) nilai pendidikan karakter yang ditemukan, yaitu 15 macam nilai dengan total keseluruhan 118 data, di antaranya cinta damai 18 data, rasa ingin tahu 15 data, kerja keras 14 data, religius 12 data, jujur 12 data; (3) hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini relevan sebagai bahan ajar sastra di SMP.

Abstract

Karya sastra yang dinamis dan selalu berkembang membuat penelitian sastra juga terus bermunculan. Karya sastra berupa novel Jawa belum banyak diminati oleh para siswa untuk dijadikan sumber belajar di sekolah. Maka dari itu, perlu adanya penelitian sastra yang membahas novel Jawa untuk menghasilkan materi ajar pendidikan sebagai alternatif sumber belajar bagi siswa. Alternatif sumber belajar baru dapat memberikan kesan yang lebih variatif dan menarik dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan wujud unsur intrinsik pada novel Sapecak Bumi sing Kobong karya Hastin Zaina, wujud konflik sosial pada novel Sapecak Bumi sing Kobong karya Hastin Zaina, dan relevansi novel Sapecak Bumi sing Kobong dengan materi ajar bahasa Jawa di SMA. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan data berupa kutipan dan ujaran yang diperoleh dari sumber data dokumen serta informan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis dokumen dan wawancara. Teknik uji validitas menggunakan triangulasi teori dan sumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Prosedur penelitian meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil penelitian dapat diuraikan menjadi wujud unsur intrinsik novel yang meliputi tema, amanat, alur, tokoh/penokohan, dan latar/setting, konflik sosial yang diklasifikasikan menjadi kejahatan, disorganisasi keluarga, peperangan, pelanggaran norma, novel Sapecak Bumi sing Kobong telah relevan sebagai materi ajar bahasa Jawa di SMA

Abstract

This research of pragmatic study is the politeness inside ketoprak script. In this pragmatic study the researcher aims to identify language politeness in ketoprak script Kembang Katresnan by Bondan Nusantara and the relevancy as javanes material teaching in senior high school. This research is deskriptif kualitatif research. The data obtained with data document analyse and interview. Validity of data using source triangulation and theory triangulation. The result from this research is find speech in ketoprak script Kembang Katrensna by Bondan Nusantara according to musly in language politeness with Chaer (2010: 11).  Script can changed according to the level of leangunge of variety Javanes to class XII Senior High School level according to KD 3.1 is to identify, understand, and analyse of oral language using in all situasion according to the manners.

Abstract

The author made this study with the aim of explaining a learning process using the student teams achievement division method and wayang image media. This research is subject to students in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 1 Widodaren. This research was applied in 2 cycles, where each cycle of application consisted of action planning, action implementation, observation or observation, analysis and reflection. The technique used in the collection is document study through tests in cycle 1 and cycle 2. The results of this study can be seen that the application of the student teams achievement division method and wayang image media to class VIII A students of SMP Negeri 1 Widodaren in the 2018/2019 academic year can improve students' ability to read Javanese script in 2 cycles. In the pre-action stage, students who achieved 38% completeness increased in cycle 1 to 51.61% in cycle 2 increased to 87.1%. This study has results that can be used as a reference for teachers to use the student teams achievement division method and puppet image media in Javanese language learning in class VIII to improve reading skills in Javanese script.

Abstract

THE LITERARY SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE MIDDLE TEXT NGGAYUH LINTANG BY UDYN UPEWEOne of the negative impacts of the times and increasingly advanced technology is the moral formation of the younger generation which is often underestimated, this can result in them being carried away by bad currents. The object of this research is Udyn Upewe's drama script, Cebol Nggayuh Lintang. The purpose of this research is to analyze the content of literary works about social problems in research objects that reflect the moral picture of the younger generation. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research using a literary sociology approach to the content of literary works. The data sources used are documents in the form of drama scripts and the results of interviews with informants. Document analysis was carried out by reading and sorting excerpts from the dialogues of the Cebol Ngayuh Lintang text which contained sociological aspects of literary works. Based on the results of the analysis, this study found 4 sociological aspects of literary works in the manuscript of Cebol Nggayuh Lintang, namely (1) social aspects, (2) moral aspects, (3) religious aspects, and (4) kinship aspects. So that the script Cebol Ngayuh Lintang which contains 4 sociological aspects of literary works can be used as an example to the younger generation to instill good habits. This can be one of the efforts to build good morals so that bad things don't get carried away.
