Abstract

Aplikasi e-commerce dengan rekomendasi produk berdasarkan personalisasi dan karateristik pelanggan  merupakan aplikasi yang dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk melakukan personalisasi rekomendasi, metode Fuzzy C-Means dengan atribut RFM untuk clustering pelanggan, dan algoritma FP-Growth untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi produk bagi setiap cluster pelanggan. Data yang digunakan adalah data produk dan data transaksi periode 1 Januari 2014 s.d. 31 Januari 2015 milik UD.Victory Design. Aplikasi yang dibuat dapat menghasilkan rekomendasi produk sesuai dengan personalisasi atau pilihan kriteria dan subkriteria yang ditentukan. Aplikasi ini dapat menghasilkan clustering pelanggan dengan menggunakan data transaksi yang ada, dengan jumlah 2, 3, dan 4 cluster dan nilai threshold sebesar 10%. Kemudian dilakukan evaluasi cluster dengan cluster variance sehingga didapatkan hasil clustering yang optimal adalah pengelompokkan 3 cluster dengan nilai varians terkecil untuk atribut frequency (F) dan monetary (M) sebesar 1.082891 dan 0.630128. Proses rekomendasi produk untuk pengelompokkan 3 cluster menggunakan nilai support count adalah 4 dan minimum confidence sebesar 70%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, diketahui cluster 1, 2, dan 3 mendapatkan rekomendasi produk secara berurutan sebanyak dua, tiga, dan satu produk.   Kata Kunci :Analytic Hierarchy Process, Clustering, FP-Growth, Fuzzy C-Means, RFM

Abstract

Question and Answering (QA) system is a system to answer question based on collections of unstructured text documents in the form of natural language or human language. In general, QA system consists of four stages, i.e. question analysis, document selection, passage retrieval, and answer extraction. In this study, we added two processes, i.e. documents clustering and passage clustering. Clustering K-Means is used for this study. Naive Bayes Classification is used for document or passage selection. Passage building is done with Dynamic Passage Partitioning. Document selection is done with Lucene. The experiments was done using 100 questions from 1000 Indonesian Health Documents. Test results show that system without clustering has the best accuracy 63 %. System produces the best result with the use of 5 of the most relevant documents, 5 passage with the highest score, and 10 answer with the closest distance. Abstract

Cross-language information retrieval is the process of providing queries in one language and returning relevant documents to that query which are written in other language. A popular approach to CLIR is to translate the query into the language of the documents to be retrieved. One of the simplest and most effective methods for query translation is to perform dictionary look up based a bilingual dictionary. We evaluated the effectiveness of English-Javanese CLIR system using bilingual dictionary approach. There are 500 documents were used for each language. A set of 50 queries were used in this test. First, monolingual baseline queries were created manually in English and Javanese languages. Secondly, queries in English language were automatically translated into Javanese language, and vice versa. There are two basic translation approaches : select the first translation and select all translation listed in the dictionary, for each query. The experiments were evaluated using recall and precision. The result shows that the first translation selection is suitable for both of English and Javanese document collection. Key words cross-language information retrieval, query translation, bilingual dictionary, English Javanese document

Abstract

“Aeary” is an Role Playing Game with Education inside as its genre. This game created with Unity Game Engine. This game has for main characters where they are in charge of saving their city from enemy attacks by answering questions given by the enemy and divided into three arenas. In the arena one, player will answer questions about mathematics. In arena two player will answer questions about science. In arena three player will answer questions about mathematics and science. This game has a goal for students in preparation for the national exam and will be deployed on Android Based Smartphone with two dimensional view.

Abstract

“Tribal Defenders” is a game with a hybrid of two genres: Action Role Playing Game and Tower Defense, posessing goal of entertaining players aged teens and above. Players are allowed to choose one of two characters provided as the main character. As of the usual tower defense games, players are given a task of defending an object using towers. However as a hybrid of action role playing game and tower defense, players are given abilities to enter the combat such as attacking and using skills with the selected character. Player also given access to character status customization as the character will level up and gain status points from each stage. The game was made with unity using C# as the programming language, as for the art and design was made with PaintTool Sai and Adobe Photoshop Cs6. Alpha testing of the game is done by the mentors, while the beta testing is done by allowing a number of users play the game and review it by filling questionnaire provided after. The result shows that the genre of “Tribal Defenfers” are somewhat new to users and majority of users find the “Tribal Defenders” are enjoyable.

Abstract

In Google Play Store there are lots of application ready to be explored and downloaded. Google Play Store is a place where many developers can sell applications that they have made. Apart from being a place for searching and downloading applications, Google Play Store can also be used to conduct a research. E-Wallet is one of a technological development that can be used to do many transactions. Doing transaction with e-wallet can be done anywhere you want. E-wallet in Indonesia is growing very rapidly especially in the present time where covid-19 is growing rapidly. This is one of the reasons why many people now using e-wallet for doing transcations. Many interesting promotions that were given is also one of the reason why people start using e-wallet. This research had the objective to visualize  people’s emotion on e-wallet based on user opinion in Google Play Store. The research stage starts from scrapping data from Google Play Store, preprocessing data, classification with Support Vector Machine, evaluation with confusion matrix. Data were scrapped from google play store using google_play_scrapper API. This research uses OVO review of 500 data, DANA review of 500 data, LinkAja review of 500 data. The classification results will then be evaluated using a confusion matrix. The highest accuracy results will be used as a model for the classification stage. The classification results will be displayed in the form of tables and pie charts that describe the percentage results of sentiment classification.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an application that is useful for improving the quality of student theses. The use of the spell-checking application can help reduce spelling errors in abstracts inputted by students. Making this application can help students to produce theses that avoid copying with the previous thesis. The results of this study have resulted in the design and manufacture of a thesis registration system that is equipped with a spelling correction menu and a plagiarism check. The spelling correction menu is created using the D-LD method to examine abstract documents. While the Rabin Karp method is used to check the similarity of documents with other documents. In this study the user can see misspelled words based on the mark that appears on each wrong word. Users can see the percentage of thesis similarity with other theses.  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang berguna untuk meningkatkan kualitas skripsi mahasiswa. Penggunaan aplikasi pemeriksa ejaan dapat membantu mengatasi kesalahan ejaan pada abstrak yang diinput oleh mahasiswa yang nantinya akan ditampilkan pada abstrak skripsi setiap mahasiswa. Pembuatan aplikasi ini juga akan membantu mahasiswa untuk menghasilkan skripsi yang terhindar dari penjiplakan dengan skripsi sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian ini telah menghasilkan perancangan dan pembuatan sistem pendaftaran skripsi dengan dilengkapi menu spelling correction dan cek plagiat.Menu spelling correction dibuat dengan metode D-LD yang dapat memeriksa dokumen abstrak. Sedangkan menu untuk memeriksa plagiat menggunakan metode Rabin Karp untuk memeriksa kemiripan dokumen dengan dokumen lainnya.Pada penelitian ini telah diakukan penelitian untuk memperbaiki hasil koreksi ejaan dengan D-LD dan menambahkan menu pemeriksaan plagiat dengan metode Rabin Karp.

Abstract

The ease of accessing information makes easier to do plagiarism. Plagiarism not only applied to written essay, but these day copying other people’s program is also considered as plagiarism. This paper will researching an method to automatically calculating the similarity of pair of source code. The method used are fingerprint based distance and Levenshtein Distance. The result will be measured in accuracy, precision, and recall. The result is in some dataset, levenshtein distance is better than fingerprint based distance for detecting plagiarism in student’s code especially beginner in C++.

Abstract

Sistem aplikasi Pendeteksi Kemiripan Teks adalah aplikasi yang menggunakan Metode Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA). Aplikasi ini dapat memberikan informasi mengenai hubungan antar dokumen teks yang direpresentasikan menggunakan term dokumen matrix. Term dokumen matrix berguna untuk memberikan nilai kemiripan pada setiap kata dalam dokumen. Metode LSA tidak memperhatikan tata letak kata pada dokumen dengan kata lain makna yang terkandung di dalam teks tidak berpengaruh terhadap perhitungan kemiripan. Bila terdapat dua buah dokumen yang saling salin namum struktur kalimatnya telah diubah dan ketika dibandingkan menggunakan metode LSA dengan perhitungan kemiripan menggunakan metode cosine similarity maka akan didapat hasil presetase kemiripan yang sama. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan juga bahasa pemrograman python. Aplikasi ini dilakukan pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing.

Abstract

This research was intended to create Indonesian Text Spelling Correction system with the capability to handle and make correction to both kind of spelling errors, non-word and real-word errors. Existing spelling correction system was analyzed and made some adjustment and modifications to boost its accuracy. The proposed spelling correction system is built with Damerau-Levenshtein Distance that used in existing spelling correction system along with the adjustment and modifications. The result that achieved by the system that uses by existing spelling correction with the word level accuracy of 40.6% and an average processing speed of 18.4 ms per sentence while the result that achieved by the system that uses Damerau-Levenshtein Distance and Recurrent Neural Network with the word level accuracy of 21.3% and an average processing speed of 29.21 ms per sentence. The result of retest text that achieved by the system that uses Damerau-Levenshtein Distance and Recurrent Neural Network with the word level accuracy of 74%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem pengoreksian ejaan teks Bahasa Indonesia, yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menangani dan memperbaiki kesalahan ejaan, baik kesalahan kata tidak sah maupun kesalahan kata sah. Sistem koreksi ejaan yang sudah ada dianalisis kembali dan dilakukan beberapa penyesuaian dan koreksi untuk meningkatkan akurasi. Sistem koreksi ejaan yang diusulkan dibuat dengan metode Damerau-Levenshtein, yang digunakan dengan penyesuaian dan koreksi dalam sistem koreksi ejaan yang sudah ada. Pencapaian yang dicapai oleh sistem koreksi ejaan yang sudah ada menghasilkan akurasi kata sebesar 40,6% dan kecepatan pemrosesan rata-rata 18,4 milidetik per kalimat dibandingkan hasil yang dicapai oleh sistem yang menggunakan Damerau-Levenshtein Distance dan Recurrent Neural Network Akurasi menghasilkan akurasi kata sebesar 21,3% dan kecepatan pemrosesan rata-rata adalah 29,21 milidetik per kalimat. Hasil pengujian ulang teks yang dicapai oleh sistem menggunakan Damerau-Levenshtein Distance dan Recurrent Neural Network menunjukkan akurasi kata sebesar dari 74%.
