Abstract

The increasing complexity of smart campus networks has heightened the need for advanced cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure seamless operations. Traditional Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) often struggle to cope with the dynamic and heterogeneous nature of network traffic in smart campus environments, necessitating the development of more effective solutions. This study aims to propose a deep learning-based intrusion detection system for smart campus networks, utilizing a Hybrid CNN-LSTM model to enhance security monitoring. The proposed methodology integrates Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) for feature extraction and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks for capturing temporal dependencies in network traffic. The model was trained and evaluated on a combination of publicly available datasets and simulated smart campus data, measuring performance through key metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Results show that the Hybrid CNN-LSTM model outperforms traditional machine learning models, achieving an accuracy of 97.3% and a ROC-AUC of 0.99, demonstrating superior detection of both known and unknown intrusions. The findings suggest that deep learning models, especially when tailored to smart campus contexts, offer significant advantages in real-time threat detection and adaptive learning. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on AI-driven network security and provides practical insights for improving cybersecurity infrastructures in higher education institutions.

Abstract

In the fashion industry, particularly within the anime clothing brand sector, building consumer loyalty has become a crucial challenge for ensuring long- term growth while supporting sustainability principles aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDGs 8 and SDGs 12. This study aims to analyze various digital marketing approaches that can enhance consumer loyalty toward anime clothing brands by examining how digital interactions, visual identity, and community engagement contribute to sustained brand consumer relationships. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach supported by observational data from social media analytics, documentation of digital campaign activities, and the interpretation of consumer engagement patterns across multiple digital platforms. The findings indicate that digital strategies such as leveraging social media to strengthen brand presence, collaborating with anime influencers, utilizing community based content, and implementing personalization through email marketing and loyalty programs effectively increase consumer emotional attachment and behavioral loyalty. Brands that successfully create emotionally engaging digital experiences and interact authentically with their audiences demonstrate a stronger potential to build sustainable loyalty. Furthermore, maintaining consistent brand com- munication, ensuring continuity in marketing campaigns, and integrating SDGs oriented values are identified as essential components for sustaining long-term relationships with consumers. The study concludes that digital marketing not only strengthens brand visibility but also plays a strategic role in shaping responsible consumer behavior, fostering loyalty within niche fashion communities, and supporting broader sustainability goals in the anime fashion industry.

Abstract

The accumulation of inorganic waste in urban environments requires inno- vative technological solutions that support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). Smart waste management systems integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) have emerged as promising digital innovations to improve waste sorting efficiency. This study presents the development of a smart waste sorting system called Orange Box, designed to support sustainable startup initiatives in environmental technology. A major challenge in deploying IoT-based devices in outdoor public areas is the limited availability of conventional electrical infrastructure, where reliance on extension cables is inefficient and potentially unsafe. Therefore, this research aims to design and evaluate an independent off-grid electrical system based on renewable energy to ensure continuous operation of the device. The proposed system utilizes solar panels as the primary energy source, with energy conversion and distribution managed through a 500W inverter and a 20A Power Supply Unit (PSU) that supplies power to a Raspberry Pi 5–based control system. Experimental measurements indicate that the system operates with an average power consumption of approximately 10–12W and reaches a peak load of 17.17W during active waste sorting operations. The estimated daily energy consumption ranges from 288Wh to 338Wh when considering inverter efficiency. These findings demonstrate that integrating renewable energy infrastructure with IoT-based smart waste sorting technology represents a viable digital innovation to support sustainable startups while contributing to SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy).

Abstract

The rapid growth of social commerce in Indonesia has opened wide opportu- nities for fashion business owners to leverage social commerce tools built into e-commerce platforms as a means of steering how consumers reach their buying choices. This study aims to examine how three core dimensions of social commerce interactivity, social presence, and informativeness affect fashion purchase decisions on the Shopee platform, using perceived value and emotional trust as mediating factors under the Stimulus Organism Response (SOR) framework. A further aim is to determine whether cognitive or affective processes play a greater role in shaping consumers’ decisions to buy fashion items online. Data were collected from Indonesian Shopee users who had previously bought fashion products from stores run by startup founders, and the data were then analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings supported all of the proposed relationships. Both informativeness (β = 0.553) and interactivity (β = 0.383) showed a positive impact on perceived value, whereas social presence (β = 0.677) had a substantial positive effect on emotional trust. In turn, perceived value (β = 0.506) and emotional trust (β = 0.202) each positively influenced purchase decisions. The proposed model accounted for 74.7% of the variance in perceived value and 45.6% of the variance in purchase decisions, indicating that the cognitive route via perceived value carried more weight than the affective route via emotional trust in driving online fashion purchases. Moreover, informativeness emerged as the most impactful social commerce factor in boosting both perceived value and purchase intention.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of accelerated development of digital technology that has fundamentally transformed consumer behavior and the competitive landscape of marketing strategies in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry, especially in the rice bowl startup business model that has a very high dependence on the digital platform ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth the influence of digital marketing strategies through the AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share) model framework on consumer purchasing decisions in the digital era. The method used is an explanatory quantitative approach by collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 133 respondents who have experience consuming rice bowl products, then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM) technique through Smart PLS software. The results of the study revealed that the AISAS model has a very significant and strong influence on purchasing decisions with an R² value of 0.978, which means that 97.8% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be accurately explained by these variables. Partially, the Attention variable emerged as the most dominant factor, followed by Interest and Search, while the Share variable showed a negative relationship of -0.169, indicating that content sharing behavior does not automatically drive an increase in direct purchasing decisions. In conclusion, strengthening visual appeal and easy access to information are the main keys to marketing success, although social engagement or experience sharing strategies still require in-depth evaluation to improve their effectiveness.

Abstract

Rapid development of digital technology requires startupreneurs to optimize marketing strategies to strengthen consumer loyalty, particularly in emerging industries such as 3D Laser services. This study aims to analyze the effect of DAGMAR based digital marketing, represented by Brand Awareness, Product Information Understanding, and Digital Content Attractiveness, on Product Interest and its implication for Purchase Loyalty in the 3D Laser startupreneur context. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to examine the direct and indirect relationships among the research variables. The findings indicate that Brand Awareness, Product Information Understanding, and Digital Content Attractiveness have positive and significant effects on Product Interest. Furthermore, Product Interest has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Loyalty. The mediation test also confirms that Product Interest significantly mediates the relationship between the three independent variables and Purchase Loyalty. These results emphasize that Product Interest serves as a psychological mechanism connecting DAGMAR  based digital marketing strategies with longterm consumer loyalty. Enhancing Brand Awareness helps consumers recognize and recall the brand, while Product Information Understanding supports informed decision making through clear and relevant product details. Digital Content Attractiveness captures attention and encourages engagement through visual and interactive content. Practically, startupreneurs in the 3D Laser industry should integrate data driven digital marketing strategies to build stronger consumer relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and foster positive word-of-mouth for sustainable business growth.
