Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership styles, conflict and stress on the performance of employees working in the garage PT. Agung Toyota. The types and sources of data used in this study are: primary data and subjective. The population in this study are employees dibengkel PT. Agung Toyota Sutomo no.13 Pekanbaru that is 115 people. To collect data in this study the authors use interviews and questionnaires distribution. Model of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis is useful to reveal the causal relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable and the estimated value of the dependent variable based on the value of the independent variable. The results showed that the variables simultaneously Leadership Style, conflict and stress of work and a significant influence on employee performance dibengkel PT. Agung Toyota Sutomo Pekanbaru. Among the three most dominant factors that affect employee performance dibengkel PT. Agung Toyota Sutomo Pekanbaru measured leadership style factors partially. The amount of influence factors contributed by the independent variable on the dependent variable looks of determination (R2) of 42,7%, while the remaining 57,3% is influenced by other variables. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, konflik dan Stress kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja di bengkel PT. Agung Toyota. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah : data subjektif dan primer. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dibengkel PT. Agung Toyota Sutomo no.13 Pekanbaru yaitu 115. Untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan wawancara dan pembagian kuesioner. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang berguna untuk menyatakan hubungan kausalitas antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat dan memperkirakan nilai variabel terikat berdasarkan nilai varibel bebas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan, konflik dan stres kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dibengkel PT. Agung Toyota Sutomo Pekanbaru. Diantara ke tiga faktor tersebut yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dibengkel PT. Agung Toyota Sutomo Pekanbaru adalah faktor gaya kepemimpinan diukur secara parsial. Besarnya pengaruh yang disumbangkan oleh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat terlihat dari determinasi (R2) sebesar 42,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Bitplus IT Superstore is a store that selling computer , spare part and accessories for computer. Bitplus IT Superstore provide computer ,laptop , spare part and accessories with many kind local or international brand that makes Bitplus IT Superstore more serves more than other competitor .With the increase in Pekanbaru's annual growth, it becomes an opportunity to grow rapidly. But along with the rapid growth of Pekanbaru, the higher the level of competition among existing computer stores in the new market .Therefore companies need to develop competitiveness strategies to consider the advantages and disadvantages of internal and external factors and implement appropriate strategies, the purpose of this study is to analyze and implement the right competitiveness strategy at the Pekanbaru Bitplus IT Superstore Store. This research was analyzed by the SWOT Analysis method consisting of IFAS (Internal Strategic Factors Analysis) Matrix, EFAS (External Strategic Factors Analysis) Matrix, Key Success Factors (FKK) and SWOT Diagram . From the results of the discussion concluded that the position of the Bitplus IT Superstore company is in one cell position on the SWOT diagram, which shows that these companies have opportunities (Opportunities) and a lot of strength (Strenghts) that encourage the use of these opportunities. So the company is advised to use the SO Strategy. Toko Bitplus IT Superstore adalah Toko yang bergerak di bisnis penjualan komputer, sparepart dan aksesoris komputer. Toko Bitplus IT Superstore menyediakan komputer, laptop, sparepart dan aksesoris berbagai jenis merek local dan international yang membuat toko memberi lebih dibandingkan dengan toko pesaing. Dengan adanya peningkatan pertumbuhan pekanbaru dari tahun ke tahun menjadi peluang untuk berkembang pesat. Namun seiring dengan pertumbuhan pekanbaru yang berkembang pesat semakin tinggi tingkat persaingan sesama toko komputer yang ada dipekanbaru. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu mengembangkan strategi daya saing untuk mempertimbangkan kekurangan dan kelebihan dari faktor internal dan eksternal serta menerapkan strategi tepat, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menerapkan strategi daya saing yang tepat pada Toko Bitplus IT Superstore Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dianalisi dengan metode Analisi SWOT yang terdiri dari Matriks IFAS (Internal Strategic Factors Analysis), Matriks EFAS (External Strategic Factors Analysis), Faktor Kunci Keberhasilan (FKK) dan Diagram SWOT. Dari hasil pembahasan menyimpulkan bahwa posisi perusahaan Toko Bitplus IT Superstore berada pada posisi satu sel pada diagram SWOT, yang menunjukkan perusahaan ini memiliki peluang (Opportunities) dan banyaknya kekuatan (Strenghts) yang mendorong dimanfaatnya peluang tersebut. Maka perusahaan disarankan untuk mengunakan Strategi SO.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to know and analyzes the financial performance of the variables Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) to stock return on LQ45 companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The period used in this research was 5 years from 2012 through 2016. Population used in this research was companies in LQ45 on 2016 that is listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange with sampel as many as 41 companies that fulfill the criteria with technical purposive sampling sample uses. Data analyzes technique used was linear regression analysis using SPSS v.19. The independent variables used are CR, DER, ROE and EPS to tested against the influence on dependent variable that’s Stock Return. And the results of this research show that the independent variables CR, DER, ROE and EPS did not have any influence on Stock Return. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel kinerja keuangan CurrentRatio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap return saham perusahaan LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode penelitian tahun 2012-2016. Periode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 tahun yaitu mulai tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan LQ45 pada periode 2016 yang sudah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 41 perusahaan yang telah memenuhi kriteria dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear dengan menggunakan SPSS v.19. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah CR, DER, ROE dan EPS yang diuji pengaruhnya terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Return saham. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel CR, DER, ROE dan EPS tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return saham.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of health of Conventional BPR in Pekanbaru City during the year 2013-2016 using CAMEL method and RBBR method from data published Publication Report published by Bank Indonesia. The sample used in this study were 18 BPR registered at Bank Indonesia from 2013 to 2016. The sample determination using Purpossive Sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the level of health BPR using CAMEL ratio of CAR, PPAP, CR and LDR received predicate HEALTHY, for KAP ratio got predicate LESS SEE, Management ratio which only conducted research on BPR Harta Mandiri got predicate ENOUGH HEALTH while two ratios again the ratio of ROA and BOPO received the predicate of NOT HEALTHY, and the level of health of BPR by using RBBR method on CAR ratio got predicate VERY HEALTHY, LDR ratio got predicate SEHAT while for ratio of NPL, ROA and NIM got NOT HEALTHY predicate. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan BPR Konvensional di Kota Pekanbaru selama tahun 2013-2016 dengan menggunakan metode CAMEL dan metode RBBR dari data Laporan Keuangan Publikasi yang diterbitkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 18 BPR yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia dari tahun 2013 sampai 2016. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode Purpossive Sampling . Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat kesehatan BPR dengan menggunakan metode CAMEL rasio CAR,PPAP,CR dan LDR mendapat predikat SEHAT, untuk rasio KAP mendapat predikat KURANG SEHAT, rasio Manajemen yang mana hanya dilakukan penelitian pada BPR Harta Mandiri mendapat predikat CUKUP SEHAT sedangkan dua rasio lagi yaitu rasio ROA dan BOPO mendapat predikat TIDAK SEHAT, dan tingkat kesehatan BPR dengan menggunakan metode RBBR pada rasio CAR mendapat predikat SANGAT SEHAT, rasio LDR mendapat predikat SEHAT sedangkan untuk rasio NPL, ROA dan NIM mendapat predikat TIDAK SEHAT.

Abstract

The aim of this reseracrh is to analyze and test the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Earning Per Shared (EPS) on Stock Price of Automotive Companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) 2014 until 2017 period, which amounted to 13 companies. The research data was obtained from the annual financial report for the period 2014-2017. Based on purposive sampling method, the sample obtained included 11 companies. The hypothesis in this research was tested using multiple regression analysis. The result of this research showed that only Earning Per Shared (EPS) has significant and positive effect on Stock Price, whereas Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) have no significant infuence on Stock Price. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) dan Earning Per Shared (EPS) terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Otomotif dan komponennya yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2014-2017 yang berjumlah 13 perusahaan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan periode 2014-2017. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Hipotesis penelitian ini diuji menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian, menjunjukkan bahwa hanya Earning Per Shared (EPS) yang berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) to Return of Stock at Food and Beverage Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Before performing the hypothesis test, a few classical assumption tests are performed, including the Data Normality Test, Multicolinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Heteroscedasticity Test. In the analysis results determine that the variable Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Return On Equity (ROE), partially no effect on Stock Return, while Price Earning Ratio (PER) significant effect on Stock Return. The prediction ability of the five variables to the Return of Stock is 10.2% indicated by the adjusted R square, while the remaining 89.8% is influenced by other variables which are not examined. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Sebelum melakukan uji hipotesis, dilakukan terlebih dahulu beberapa uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi Uji Normalitas Data, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Autokorelasi, Uji Heteroskedastisitas. Dalam hasil analisis menentukan bahwa variabel Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Return On Equity (ROE), secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham, sedangkan Price Earning Ratio (PER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham. Kemampuan prediksi dari kelima variabel tersebut terhadap Return Saham sebesar 10,2% ditunjukkan oleh besarnya adjusted R square, sedangkan sisanya 89,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to determine the effect of internal factor on value of the firm. Sampel used in this research is 122 companies that is listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia from 2011-2015. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis is multiple linear regression with SPSS. Independent variable is managerial ownership, research and development intensity, cash holding, financing decision and dividend decision. The dependent variable is The Value of Firm. This research adduce that managerial ownership has negative significant effect on the value of the firm, financing decision and dividend decision has positive significant on the value of the firm. While research and development intensity and cash holding has an effect but not significant on the value of the firm. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh faktor-faktor internal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 122 perusahaan sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2011 sampai 2015. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Variabel Independen adalah kepemilikan manajerial, intensitas R&D, cash holding, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen yang diuji pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan Intensitas R&D dan cash holding memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan mahasiswa, loyalitas mahasiswa dan word of mouth pada perguruan tinggi di propinsi Riau. Sampel yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa pada tiga belas university/college yang ada di Riau, sebanyak 1000 responden. Sebagai exogenous variable adalah kualitas pelayanan sedangkan endogenous variable adalah kepuasan mahasiswa, loyalitas mahasiswa dan word of mouth. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation modeling (SEM) dan analysis of variance (ANOVA) dan dibantu dengan menggunakan SPSS 21 dan AMOS 21. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan mahasiswa, kepuasan mahasiswa dengan loyalitas mahasiswa dan loyalitas mahasiswa dengan word of mouth. Sedangkan hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan loyalitas mahasiswa dan kepuasan mahasiswa dengan word of mouth tidak mempunyai hubungan positif yang signifikan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction on teacher performance in Pubic Elementary schools in Rimba Melintang District, Riau Province, Indonesia. This analysis was conducted on 19 elementary schools with 190 respondents. The samples were taken and collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis used path analysis to analyze patterns of relationships between variables with the aim of knowing the direct and indirect effects of a set of exogenous variables (motivation and organizational culture) on endogenous variables (satisfaction and performance). The results showed that job satisfaction and teacher performance on motivation and organizational culture processed and tested using path analysis showed that there was an influence of motivation and organizational culture on satisfaction but not on employee performance. The novelty of this study lied in the results of data analysis. It indicated that partially, motivation and culture had a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and performance but not so with the influence of motivation and work culture on performance through satisfaction. Motivation and organizational culture had no significant effect on performance based on the variable of job satisfaction. The study recommends that the schools should provide soft skills training (personality) and communication for teachers to act in accordance with religious, legal and social norms. They also should improve work ethic and responsibility. Educators also need to have an understanding that they are the role models in the community. Performance based benefits need to be formulated appropriately in order to improve the performance of the teaching staff.

Abstract

This study aim to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on turnover intention and frontliner employee performance at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Pekanbaru Main Branch Office. The respondents surveyed were 45 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is a path analysis test to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables with the aim of knowing the direct and indirect effects of the independent variables (leadership style and motivation) influencing the dependent variable (turnover intention and employee performance). The results showed leadership style and motivation influence employee turnover intention. Leadership style affects employee performance but motivation does not. Turnover intention does not affect employee performance. This study recommends and recommends for companies to be able to maintain leadership and motivation levels given to employees so that employee performance can be maintained and eliminate the intention of employees to leave the company.
