Abstract

Abstract- The implementation of supply chain management is necessary to support a company’s operational activities especially in the manufacturing industry. Capital structure is part of the supply chain strategy that plays an important role in funding decision making in effort to boost company profitability. This study aims to analyze the effect that supply chain management, firm size and intellectual capital have on the capital structure and profitability in the manufacturing industry. The population in this study was all manufacturing industries registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) of 145 companies. 96 companies from the period 2010-2018 were taken as the sample using the purposive sampling technique. Data in this study were analyzed using path analysis with AMOS software. The results showed that supply chain management dan firm size had no significant effect on capital structure and profitability, while intellectual capital negatively affected capital structure but had a significant positive effect on profitability, and capital structure had a significant negative effect on profitability. The results are in agreement with the pecking order theory stating that a company capable of gaining high profits tends to have low corporate debt.

Abstract

Abstract- The low level of financial satisfaction of Generation Z will make them stressed about their future. This study aims to improve the financial satisfaction of Generation Z with Multiple Linear Regression and Regression Models with interaction supply chain strategies. Samples were used as many as 246 respondents from 263 questionnaires distributed in Pekanbaru City using convenience and purposive sampling methods, namely the Generation Z age criteria. The results showed that in the first model there was a significant influence of Financial Behavior and Financial Knowledge partially on Financial Satisfaction. While the insignificant influence is partially affected by Financial Attitude and Financial Literacy on Financial Satisfaction. While the second research model shows that there is a significant influence on Financial Knowledge and Financial Literacy partially on Financial Satisfaction, while the insignificant influence is on the influence of Financial Attitude and Financial Behavior partially on Financial Satisfaction. The second model also uses supply chain strategies where Financial Knowledge is used as a moderator. The results show there is a significant influence of Financial Literacy on Financial Satisfaction but there is no significant effect of Financial Attitude and Financial Behavior partially on Financial Satisfaction. The first research model provides a better explanation than the second model. Both models show the significant influence of Financial Knowledge. Increasing Financial Knowledge and Financial Literacy through education will be very beneficial for Generation Z for their Financial Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of environmental costs on the company's financial performance with environmental performance as an intervening variable. The data used were secondary data. The number of mining companies that became the research sample were 20 companies out of a total of 49 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used was path analysis with using the SEM-AMOS program. The results of the study show that environmental costs have no significant effect on environmental performance and company financial performance. Also, environmental performance has no significant effect on the company's financial performance. Furthermore, the results of the study show that environmental performance has not been able to mediate the effect between environmental costs and financial performance

Abstract

Loyalitas pelanggan merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi keberadaan, keberlangsungan dan perkembangan perusahaan. Perusahaan harus mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan. Untuk mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan, perusahaan harus mengembangkan rasa kepercayaan terhadap merek itu sendiri. Dan perusahaan harus membangun merek yang baik dan menumbuhkan citra positif bagi perusahaan yang akan menimbulkan rasa percaya terhadap suatu merek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup, citra merek, kepercayaan merek, dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk indomie di Kota Pekanbaru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 200 orang (114 laki-laki dan 86 perempuan). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji koefisien determinasi, uji regresi berganda, dan uji T dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Hidup, Citra Merek, Kepercayaan Merek, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan produk Indomie pada masyarakat di Kota Pekanbaru. Customer loyalty is a very important factor for the existence, continuity and development of the company. Company must be able to provide satisfaction to customers. To gain customer loyalty, companies must develop a sense of trust in the brand itself. And companies have to build a good brand and fostering a positive image for the company that will lead to a sense of trust in a brand. This study aims to determine the influence of lifestyle, brand image, brand trust, and customer satisfaction on the customer loyalty of indomie product in Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling with totaling 200 people (114 men and 86 women). The analysis techniques used in this study were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption, F test, coefficient, determination, multiple regression test, and T test with the help of SPSS version 22. The result of this study indicate that Lifestyle, Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty of Indomie Product in Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Debt to Asset Ratio, Current Ratio dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap Return on Assets dan Earning Per Share. Penelitian dilakukan pada Perusahaan Sektor industri barang konsumsi selama Periode 2016-2020 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar di BEI sampai 2020 yang berjumlah 61 perusahaan, metode penentuan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sehingga menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar di BEI sampai 2020 yang berjumlah 61 perusahaan. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Debt to Assets Ratio memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, sementara Current Ratio memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Assets. Sedangkan Debt to Assets Ratio dan Current Ratio memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, sementara ukuran perusahaan dan Return on Assets memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Earning Per Share. Secara tidak langsung Debt to Assets Ratio, Current Ratio, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Earning Per Share melalui Return on Assets. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of Debt to Asset Ratio, Current Ratio and company size on Return on Assets and Earning Per Share. The study was conducted on Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies during the 2016-2020 Period listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study were all consumer goods companies listed on the IDX until 2020, totaling 61 companies, the sampling method used was purposive sampling technique. So that the population in this study was all consumer goods companies listed on the IDX until 2020, totaling 61 companies. Data analysis used multiple linear regression methods. The results of the study explain that Debt to Assets Ratio has a positive and insignificant influence, while Current Ratio has a positive and significant influence and company size has a negative and significant influence on Return on Assets. Whereas Debt to Assets Ratio and Current Ratio have a negative and insignificant effect, while company size and Return on Assets have a positive and significant effect on Earning Per Share. Indirectly, Debt to Assets Ratio, Current Ratio, and company size do not affect Earning Per Share through Return on Assets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence leadership, work motivation, and environment have on employee performance at UD. Citra Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, with the sample taken in the study in the form of all employees at UD. Citra Pekanbaru as many as 42 people, the data taken using the Questionnaire (questionnaire) method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis where the independent variable consists of leadership, work motivation, and environment, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The results showed that partial leadership (X1) had a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the environment (X3) had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotional strategies, distribution, and product variations on offline and online purchasing decisions at Aneka Salim Group Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at Aneka Salim Group Pekanbaru which has a population of 1,200 customers with a sample of 200 customers. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research was smartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 3.3.6. The results of this study showed that promotion did not have a significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Aneka Salim Group Pekanbaru, while distribution and product variations had a significant influence on purchasing decisions of Aneka Salim Group Pekanbaru. Based on the conclusions above, it can be proposed suggestions for companies to promote the Aneka Salim Group Pekanbaru strategy to create a balanced and equitable promotion system strategy between online and offline sales. In the distribution of Aneka Salim Pekanbaru Group, it can maintain a quality and quantity cross-check system in offline and online sales before being distributed to customers. As well as product variations, Aneka Salim Group Pekanbaru continues to innovate and adapt products to provide complete product variations to consumers. This is increasing so that the purchasing decisions of Aneka Salim Group customers can continue to improve.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the magnitude and significance of the training, work experience, and promotions on employee performance at Mining sector companies in Pekanbaru. The population of this research is company employees with a sample of 50 people taken with a saturated sampling technique, the analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS v20. The results of this study indicate that training has a significant impact on employee performance. Work experience has a significant impact on employee performance. Promotion has a significant impact on employee performance. To improve the performance of employees of Mining Sector companie in Pekanbaru should be able to review the training program and be able to pay more attention to the promotion of appropriate positions in the field and education so that employees are more loyal to Mining sector companies in Pekanbaru and can improve employee performance.

Abstract

Semakin meningkatnya persaingan dan kompleksnya lingkungan bisnis jasa, membuat setiap perusahaan harus selalu melakukan perbaikan kualitas pelayanan secara terus menerus. Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat, usaha otomotif perlu melakukan peningkatan service quality dan memberikan pelayanan prima, guna meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan menghasilkan benefit jangka panjang dalam bentuk market share dan profitability yang lebih besar. Diinisiasi oleh LPPT. Riau Cipta Mekanik dan didanai oleh Direktorat Kursus dan Pelatihan Ditjen Pendidikan Vokasi Kemendikbudristek RI maka dilaksanakanlah kegiatan Pendidikan Kecakapan Wirausaha (PKW) Bidang Keterampilan Teknik Otomotif Mekanik Sepeda Motor. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh sebanyak 30 orang wirausahawan muda yang bekerja dibidang otomotif sepeda motor di Provinsi Riau. Kegiatan berjalan kondusif dan peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan dan bertanya selama sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. Berdasarkan analisa dengan pendekatan metode Servqual yang dilakukan selama pelatihan, terdapat lima dimensi yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu Tangible (Bukti Fisik), Reliability (Kehandalan), Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap), Assurance (Jaminan) dan Empathy (Empati).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload, knowledge sharing behavior, psychological contract and innovative work behavior on sales consultant job satisfaction at Finance company. The population in this study were all sales consultants of the finance company, numbering 320 people. The sampling technique used was the Slovin method, the sample size for this study was 80 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that workload has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. Knowledge sharing behavior has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The psychological contract has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Innovative work behavior has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. This study suggests companies increase workload, knowledge sharing behavior, psychological contract and innovative work behavior so that sales consultant job satisfaction can increase
